由上可见,在本申请实施例中,终端可自动获取用户从第一地理位置到达第二地理位置的第一时间段;然后在所述第一时间段内,采集用户水平方向的运动速度,且根据所述用户的水平方向运动速度的变化,确定用户从所述第一地理位置出发至用户乘车后车辆开始移动间的第二时间段;再然后在所述第二时间段内,采集用户的多个地理位置;最后对多个地理位置进行聚类,确定采集数量满足条件的地理位置,且将所述采集数量满足条件的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置;由于在实际应用中,所述第二时间段为用户从所述第一地理位置出发至用户登录上车辆后,车辆开始启动间的时间段,在这一时间段中,用户一般在公交站点停留时间最长,因此,对第二时间段所采集的用户地理位置进行聚类,即可聚类出采集数量满足停留时间的公交站点,而该公交站点即为用户乘车的地理位置;由于上述整个过程全部为终端自动执行,因此,采用本申请的方法,终端可自动确定出用户乘车的地理位置,而无需用户手动输入乘车地理位置,提高了用户确定公交出行信息的效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本申请实施例作进一步地详细描述。
本申请提供一种确定用户乘车地理位置的方法及设备,主要应用于用户通勤过程中,首先介绍一下本申请的应用场景:
在现有技术中,当人们选择公交方式进行上/下班通勤时,一个不可避免的问题是:可能需要在公交站点长时间等待公交车;而现有技术中的一些公交实时查询软件可解决这一问题,用户在公交实时查询软件中输入起始公交站点和目的公交站点,即可查询出满足上述两个条件的公交车还需多长时间才能到达起始公交站点,从而使得用户可选择合适的时间点从家或公司出发,避免长时间在公交站点等待公交车的情况发生。
通过对上述论述可知,利用现有技术中的公交实时查询软件,确实可避免用户长时间在公交站点等待公交车的情况发生,但仍需用户人工输入起始公交站点和目的公交站点,对用户而言操作仍较繁琐,使得用户查询公交信息的效率低下。
实施例一
基于上述应用场景,本申请提供一种确定用户乘车地理位置的方法,利用该方法终端可自动确定出用户乘车的地理位置,从而根据该地理位置可为用户推送相应的公交车以及每个公交车到达该地理位置的时间信息,而无需用户再手工输入公交站点,方便用户使用,提高了用户查询公交信息的效率。
首先介绍一下本申请的原理,首先终端根据用户的地理位置,确定用户每天通勤过程中的出行的时间段,即用户从家到公司,或从公司到家的时间段(为了方便描述,我们将这一出行时间段,称为第一时间段),然后,在第一时间段内,通过对用户移动加速度的监测,确定用户从家/公司出发到上公交车的时间段(为了方便描述,我们将用户从家/公司到上公交车的时间段,称为第二时间段);由于在第二时间段内,用户将从家出发去坐公交车,通常用户需在公交站点等待公交车,因此在正常情况下,在第二时间段内,用户停留时间最久的地理位置,应该为公交站点。基于这一理论,本申请在第二时间段内,密集采集用户的地理位置,然后对这些地理位置进行位置聚类,将聚类出的地理位置,作为 用户乘车的地理位置;所谓位置聚类的过程,可认为在第二时间段内,对所采集的所有地理位置进行分析,获取每个地理位置所对应的采样点,将采样点最多的地理位置,作为位置聚类的结果。
本申请提供的方法,可具体应用于用户上/下班的通勤过程中,由于在用户上/下班过程中,确定用户乘车地理位置的方法相类似,如图1所示,本申请将具体以确定用户上班过程中的乘车地理位置为例,详细介绍本申请的过程:
首先终端确定用户在上班过程中出行的第一时间段,所述第一时间段可具体为用户从家出发,到达公司的时间段;
在本申请实施例中,假设一用户A大概每天早上6点从家出门,7点到达公司,那么6点至7点即为用户A出行的第一时间段;其实现原理可具体如下:终端可在周一至周五,利用定位功能,比如全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)或北斗定位系统,对用户的地理位置进行采样,然后,终端分析出用户在6点之前一直位于“家”这个固定地理位置,而在7点之后一直位于“公司”这一固定地理位置,那么可以确定出用户的出行时间段为6点至7点。
然后,终端在第一出行时间段内,确定用户从家开始出发至上公交车后车辆开始移动的第二时间段;
在实际应用中,大部分终端内部均安装有加速度传感器,利用加速度传感器可采用用户在水平方向和垂直方向的加速度。而用户在从家开始出发步行至公交站的过程中,用户在水平方向的加速度是不断发生微小的变化的,因此,在本申请实施例中,终端可在预先获得的第一出行时间段内,利用加速度传感器不断检测用户在水平方向的加速度,在确定用户在水平方向的加速度不断作微小变化时,认定用户此时已从家出发,将这一时刻记为在家出发时刻,此时用户将在家出发步行至公交站点,等待公交车,在公交车到来时,登录公交车,公交车启动;在公交车启动时,用户在水平方向的加速度将有一个大的提升,而终端在检测到用户水平方向的加速度突然增大时,可确定这一时刻为用户登录公交车后,公交车启动的时刻,将这一时刻记为公交车启动的时刻;在本申请实施例中,所述第二时间段可具体为用户从家出发的时刻到公交车启动的时刻之间的时间段。
再然后,终端在第二时间段内,密采集用户的地理位置。
在本申请实施例中,在第二时间段内,终端将密采集用户的地理位置,相对于上述在确定用户出行的第一时间段内,终端将粗采集用户的地理位置,其中,密采集的采样周期要远小于粗采集的采样周期,比如,密采集的采样周期可为1ms,即终端每间隔1ms采集一次用户的地理位置,而粗采集的采样周期可为10s,即终端每间隔10s采集一次用户的地理位置。
再然后,终端对在第二时间段内,所采集的地理位置进行位置聚类,将聚类出的地理位置作为用户乘车的地理位置。
由于在第二时间段内,对用户的地理位置进行密采集是按周期进行的,也就是,每间隔一个时间段即可采集出用户的一个对应的地理位置,由于在一般情况下,在第二时间段内,用户停留的时间最长的地方为公交站点,也就是在公交站点附近的采样点最多,此时,即可将采样点最多的这一个点作为用户乘车的地理位置。
进一步的,由于在实际应用中,在从用户在家出行至登录公交车后,公交车启动的第二时间段内,用户除了在公交站点进行长时间的停留,还有可能在其它地理位置进行长时 间的停留,比如,用户在从家出发后,先在早餐点买了个早饭,然后再去公交站点等公交车,那么此时用户除了在公交站点进行长时间的停留,还在早餐点进行了较长时间的停留。因此,如果直接采用上述位置聚类的方式,确定用户乘车的地理位置,可能聚类出多个地理位置;基于此,在本申请实施例中,可对用户乘公交车的地理位置赋于高于其它地理位置的权重,而在终端聚类出多个地理位置时,可具体将权重值较高的地理位置作为用户乘车的地理位置。
申请人通过研究发现,用户在登录公交车时,相对于用户步行,用户在垂直方向的加速度将有一个大的增加,因此,在本申请实施例中,终端在第二时间段内,可利用加速度传感器,检测用户在垂直方向的加速度,当终端检测到用户在垂直方向的加速度有一个大的增加时,可确定用户此时在登录公交车,此时为该地理位置赋于高于预设值的权重,而对于所采集的其它地理位置设置预设权重;而终端在对第二时间段所采集的地理位置进行位置聚类时,如果发现终端可聚类出多个地理位置时,可具体将权重较大的地理位置作为用户出行的地理位置。
更进一步的,在实际应用中,用户的出行具有很大的随机性,如果采用上述方法,直接根据用户第一天的出行所确定出的地理位置,在第二天为用户推荐该地理位置的出行信息,精准性较低。比如,用户星期一在朋友家居住,那么终端将根据用户在朋友家的出行,确定用户的乘车地理位置为朋友家的公交站点A,而星期二用户回到自己家中,此时,再利用星期一确定的朋友家的公交站点A为用户在自己家的出行,推荐出行信息,将使得用户的体验较差。
基于此,在本申请实施例中,在每天确定了用户的乘车地理位置后,并不直接输出该地理位置,即不直接利用该地理位置为用户推荐出行信息,而将每天所确定的乘车地理位置输入至预设的神经网络中,判断该用户的乘车地理位置是否呈规则性,如果用户的乘车地理位置呈规律性,再输出该地理位置,即根据该乘车的地理位置,为用户推荐出行信息。
具体的,在本申请实施例中,如图2所示,所提供的神经网络,可具体为两层,第一层的输入为终端所确定用户从家开始出门的时刻、用户登上公交车的时刻、用户登上公交车后公交车启动的时刻以及所聚类出的用户乘车地理位置,所述第一层主要用于判断用户当天从家开始出门的时刻、登上公交车的时刻以及登上公交车后公交车启动的时刻与以往所确定的上述几个时刻相比较,是否满足一定的规律;如果满足规律,将当天聚类出的用户乘车的地理位理输入至第二层中,第二层判断用户当天乘车的地理位置与以往聚类出的地理位置相比,是否符合一定的规律,其中,第一层神经网络的规律判断可具体为用户当天的出门时刻、用户登上公交车的时刻以及用户登上公交车后公交车启动的时刻与以住所采集的上述时刻相比,两者的偏差是否超过预设值,如果未超过预设值,可认为当天所采集的上述几个时刻符合一定的规律;而第二层神经网络的规律性判断可具体为当天聚类出的用户乘车的地理位置与以往聚类出的用户乘车地理位置相比,两者的偏差是否超过预设值;如果未超过预设值,则说明当天所聚类出的乘车地理位置呈规律性。
需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,如果第一层神经网络确定某一天所输入的上述几个时间信息与之前输入的时间信息之间不再呈规律性,则不再将该天所聚类出的地理位置信息输入至第二层神经网络中,比如,第一层神经网络判断星期二输入的用户的上述几个出行的时间信息与之前输入的用户出行的时间信息之间的偏差较大,那么就不再该星期二所聚类出的地理位置信息输入至第二层神经网络中进行是否规律的判断。采用上述方法, 可避免特殊情况对确定用户乘车地理位置的误断,比如,用户突然在某一工作日,回到老家中,导致聚类出地理位置发生变生的情况,对用户平常工作日乘车地理位置的影响。
在本申请实施例中,利用上述神经网络所输出的用户乘车地理位置,可为用户推送出行信息;其中,终端推送公交公行信息的场景,可具体有以下两种:
第一种情景:在周一至周五的工作日中,在用户出行时间段前的预设时长,终端为用户推送出行信息,比如,终端所确定的用户每天上班的出行时间段为6点-8点,那么终端可具体在每天用户出行的时间点6点前的15分钟内,为用户推送公交出行信息。
如图3所示,所推送的出行信息中可具体包括当天的天气状况、经过当前公交站点所有公交车的信息、所有公交车到达当前公交站点的时间信息(比如某一路公交车还差几站到达当前公交站点,或,某一路公交车还差多少时间才能到达当前公交站点等)以及提醒用户出行的信息;所述提醒用户出行的信息可具体为提示用户从当前位置出发,大约多长时间才能到达乘车的公交站点。
需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,在最初生成的推送信息中可具体包括经过当前公交站点的所有公交车的信息,而在初始的推送信息中,如果发现用户仅点击某一个公交站点的信息进行查看,那么,终端可认为用户仅乘坐其查看的公交车,那么,在后续的推送信息中可仅推送用户查看的公交车的信息;比如,终端神经网络所输出的用户乘车的地理位置为上海浦东公交站点,而经过该上海浦东公交站点的公交车有211路、222路、223路以及224路,那么终端在初始生成的推送信息中,可具体包括上述所有路公交车到达上海浦东公交站点的时间信息;而如果终端发现用户仅触发221路公交车的信息进行查看,那么在后续生成的推送信息中,可仅推送221路公交车到达上海浦东公交站点的时间信息。
更具体的,在本申请实施例中,如果用户在推送信息中,需具体查看某一路公交车的行驶信息,即查看当前公交车具体行驶至那一地理位置,以及该公交车的前方道路是否拥堵等信息,可具体在出行信息中对该公交车的图标进行触发操作,而终端在检测到所述触发操作时,即可详细显示该公交车的行驶信息;比如,用户需具体查看221路公交车的行驶信息,可具体在出行信息中对221路公交车的图标进行触发操作,而终端将显示221路公交车的具体行驶信息,所显示的221路公交车的行驶信息可具体如图4所示。
第二种情景:终端在检测到用户长时间在当前公交站点停留时,则将上述出行信息推送到显示界面中,从而方便用户得到公交车的行驶信息,避免用户长时间焦急等待。
由上可见,采用本申请实施例所公开的方法,用户无需在终端中安装公交实时查询软件,且无需用户手动输入公交站点的信息,即可获取公交出行信息,相对于利用现有技术中的公交出行软件,查询公交出行信息的方式,可减少用户的操作,提高用户查询公交信息的效率。
实施例二
与上述构思相同,本申请还提供一种确定用户乘车地理位置的方法,该方法可具体应用于用户上/下班通勤的过程中,如图5所示,该方法具体如下:
步骤S51:终端获取用户从第一地理位置到达第二地理位置的第一时间段;
在本申请实施例中,当用户在上班通勤的过程中,所述第一地理位置可具体为用户“家”的地理位置,所述第二地理位置可具体为用户“公司”的地理位置;而在用户下班通勤的过程中,所述第一地理位置可具体为用户“公司”的地理位置,所述第二地理位置 可具体为用户“家”的地理位置。
在本申请实施例中,关于如何获取第一时间段,可具体提供以下两种方式:
第一种:终端可利用自身的地理位置定位功能(比如上述GPS或北斗定位系统),获取用户从第一地理位置到达第二地理位置的时间段,作为第一时间段;关于该种方式可具体参见上述实施例一的论述,在此不再赘述;
第二种:用户也可以将用户从第一地理位置出发的时刻和到达第二地理位置的时刻分别输入到终端中,而终端将根据用户输入的从第一地理位置出发的时刻和到达第二地理位置的时刻获取第一时间段,比如用户输入的从第一地理位置出发的时刻为上午6:00,而到达第二地理位置的时刻为上午8:00,那么第一时间段为上午6:00至上午8:00;
具体的,用户如何输入从第一地理位置出发的时刻和到达第二地理位置的时刻,可具体采用下述方式,比如所述终端中可弹出一人机交互界面,该界面中可具体有两个输入框,一个输入框对应于用户从第一位置出发的时刻,另一个输入框对应于用户到达第二位置的时刻,而用户在所述输入框中输入相对应的时刻即可;比如,上述第一地理位置为用户家的地理位置,第二地理位置为用户公司的地理位置,那么上述终端中所显示的人机交互界面可具体如图7a所示,而如果上述第一地理位置为用户公司的地理位置,第二地理位置为用户家的地理位置,那么终端所显的人机交互界面可具体如图7b所示。
再比如,所述终端的人机交互界面中还具体包括两个选择框,一个为用户从第一地理位置出发时刻的选择框,另一个为用户到达第二地理位置时刻的选择框,利用所述选择框的下拉按钮用户可以分别选择用户从第一地理位置出发的时刻和到达第二地理位置的时刻,而当所述第一地理位置为用户家的地理位置,第二地理位置为用户公司的地理位置时,那么上述终端中所显示的人机交互界面可具体如图8a所示,而当上述第一地理位置为用户公司的地理位置,第二地理位置为用户家的地理位置时,那么终端所显的人机交互界面可具体如图8b所示。在本申请实施例中,用户可具体在人机交互界面中点击所述下拉按钮,即可出现多个时间信息,用户可在所述多个时间信息中进行选择,所述操作过程的示意图可具体参见图8a。
当然,在本申请实施例中,具体的,用户如何输入从第一地理位置出发的时刻和到达第二地理位置的时刻的具体形式是多种多样的,上述图7a\b以及图8a/b,仅是示意性的给出了两种方式,其它方式也应在本申请的保护范围内。
步骤S52:终端在所述第一时间段内,采集用户水平方向的加速度,且根据所述用户水平方向的加速度变化,确定用户从第一地理位置出发至用户乘车后车辆开始移动间的第二时间段;
步骤S53:终端在所述第二时间段内,采集用户的多个地理位置;
步骤S54:终端对多个地理位置进行聚类,确定采集数量满足条件的地理位置,且将所述采集数量满足条件的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置;所述采集数量满足条件的地理位置可具体为在多个地理位置采样点中,采样点最多的地理位置。
进一步的,在实际应用中,由于用户在第二时间段内,有可能在除公交站点外的其它地点进行停留(比如早餐点),因此,采用上述方法,可能会聚类出多个地理位置,针对该情况,本申请还将做以下处理:所述终端在所述第一时间段内,采集用户垂直方向的加速度,且根据所述用户垂直方向加速度的变化,确定用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻;所述终端为所述在第一时刻所采集的第三地理位置,设置第一权重;所述终端为在所述第二 时间段内,所采集的除所述第三地理位置外的剩余地理位置,设置第二权重,且所述第一权重大于所述第二权重;而在聚类出的多个地理位置均满足条件时,所述终端可将权重最大的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置;采用上述方法,可更加准确的确定出用户乘车的地理位置。
更进一步的,由于在实际应用中,用户的出行其实有很大的随机性,直接利用聚类出的地理位置为用户推送出行信息,其实准确性很低;因此,在本申请实施例中,在聚类出上述地理位置后,可具体再将第二时间段的开始时刻、第二时间段的结束时刻以及所述用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻输入至预设的神经网络中(所述神经网络可具体参见图2所示),利用所述神经网络判断所述第二时间段的开始时刻、所述第二时间段的结束时刻以及所述用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻是否符合预设的第一规则,所述第一规则可具体为当天输入的上述几个时间信息(即第二时间段的开始时刻、第二时间段的结束时刻以及用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻)与之前输入的上述几个时间信息之间的偏差是否在预设的阈值范围内;如果在预设的阈值范围内,可认为上述多个时间信息为规律的,再将聚类出的用户乘车的地理位置输入至神经网络的第二层中,判断当前聚类出的所述用户乘车的地理位置是否符合预设的第二规则,所述第二规则可具体为当天聚类出的用户乘车的地理位置与之前聚类出的用户乘车的地理位置之间的偏差是否位于预设的阈值范围;如果所述偏差位于预设的阈值范围,则认为所聚类出的用户乘车的地理位置为规律的,根据当前聚类出的用户乘车的地理位置为所述用户生成出行信息,所述终端显示或语音播报用户的出行信息,在本申请实施例中,所述终端还可生成一包括出行信息的卡片,然后直接显示所述卡片;所述出行信息中至少包括经过所述用户乘车地理位置车辆的信息以及所述车辆到达所述用户乘车地理位置的时间信息,终端所显示的包括出行信息的卡片可具体参见图3所示。
所述终端在检测到所述出行信息中的一车辆信息接收到触发操作时,显示或语音播报被触发车辆的行驶信息,所述行驶信息可具体包括被触发车辆所行驶道路的拥堵状况,所显示的行驶信息可具体参见图4所示。
由上可见,在本申请实施例中,终端可自动获取用户从第一地理位置到达第二地理位置的第一时间段;然后在所述第一时间段内,采集用户水平方向的运动速度,且根据所述用户的水平方向运动速度的变化,确定用户从所述第一地理位置出发至用户乘车后车辆开始移动间的第二时间段;再然后在所述第二时间段内,采集用户的多个地理位置;最后对多个地理位置进行聚类,确定采集数量满足条件的地理位置,且将所述采集数量满足条件的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置;由于在实际应用中,所述第二时间段为用户从所述第一地理位置出发至用户登录上车辆后,车辆开始启动间的时间段,在这一时间段中,用户一般在公交站点停留时间最长,因此,对第二时间段所采集的用户地理位置进行聚类,即可聚类出采集数量满足停留时间的公交站点,而该公交站点即为用户乘车的地理位置;由于上述整个过程全部为终端自动执行,因此,采用本申请的方法,终端可自动确定出用户乘车的地理位置,而无需用户手动输入乘车地理位置,提高了用户确定公交出行信息的效率。

与上述构思相同,如图6所示,本申请还提供一种确定用户乘车地理位置的设备600,设备600可被配置为用以执行实施例一或实施例二所公开的方法,设备600可通过硬件、 软件编程或者软硬件的结合实现上述实施例一或实施例二所公开的方法,关于实现上述方法的过程,可具体参见上述实施例一或实施例二的论述,在此不再赘述。

具体的,处理器602还用于:在所述第一时间段内,采集用户垂直方向的加速度,且根据所述用户垂直方向的加速度变化,确定所述用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻;为在所述第一时刻所采集的第三地理位置,设置第一权重;为在所述第二时间段内,所采集的除所述第三地理位置外的剩余地理位置,设置第二权重,所述第一权重大于所述第二权重。
具体的,处理器602在采集数量满足条件的地理位置为多个时,将所述采集数量满足条件的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置时,具体用于:获取每个采集数量满足条件的地理位置的权重;将权重最大的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置。
具体的,处理器602还用于:判断所述第二时间段的开始时刻、所述第二时间段的结束时刻以及所述用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻是否符合预设的第一规则;在确定所述第二时间段的开始时刻、所述第二时间段的结束时刻以及所述用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻符合预设的第一规则时,判断当前聚类出的所述用户乘车的地理位置是否符合预设的第二规则;在确定当前聚类出的所述用户乘车的地理位置符合预设的第二规则时,根据当前聚类出的所述用户乘车的地理位置为用户推送出行信息,所述出行信息中至少包括经过所述用户乘车地理位置车辆的信息以及所述车辆到达所述用户乘车地理位置的时间信息。
具体的,所述终端还包括显示器和播放器,处理器602还用于:在所述显示器中显示所述出行信息,或利用所述播放器播放所述出行信息,或显示包括出行信息的卡片。
更具体的,处理器602还用于:在检测到所述显示器中显示的所述出行信息中的一车辆信息接收到触发操作时,利用所述显示器显示被触发车辆的行驶信息或利用所述播放器播放被触发车辆的行驶信息,所述行驶信息中至少包括所述被触发车辆行驶道路的拥堵信息。
由上可见,在本申请实施例中,终端可自动获取用户从第一地理位置到达第二地理位置的第一时间段;然后在所述第一时间段内,采集用户水平方向的运动速度,且根据所述用户的水平方向运动速度的变化,确定用户从所述第一地理位置出发至用户乘车后车辆开始移动间的第二时间段;再然后在所述第二时间段内,采集用户的多个地理位置;最后对多个地理位置进行聚类,确定采集数量满足条件的地理位置,且将所述采集数量满足条件的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置;由于在实际应用中,所述第二时间段为用户从所述第一地理位置出发至用户登录上车辆后,车辆开始启动间的时间段,在这一时间段中,用户一般在公交站点停留时间最长,因此,对第二时间段所采集的用户地理位置进行聚类,即可聚类出采集数量满足停留时间的公交站点,而该公交站点即为用户乘车的地理位置;由于上述整个过程全部为终端自动执行,因此,采用本申请的方法,终端可 自动确定出用户乘车的地理位置,而无需用户手动输入乘车地理位置,提高了用户确定公交出行信息的效率。
实施例四
与上述构思相同,如图9所示,本申请还提供一种确定用户乘车地理位置的装置900,装置900可被配置为执行上述实施例一或实施例二所公开的方法的物理或者功能模块,用以执行该方法的功能模块可通过硬件、软件编程或者软硬件的结合实现,关于装置900具体执行方法的过程,可参见上述实施例一或实施例二的介绍,在此不再赘述;装置900可具体包括:
第一时间段获取单元901,用于获取用户从第一地理位置到达第二地理位置的第一时间段;
第二时间段确定单元902,用于在所述第一时间段内,采集用户水平方向的加速度,且根据所述用户水平方向的加速度变化,确定用户从所述第一地理位置出发至用户乘车后车辆开始移动间的第二时间段;
采集单元903,用于在所述第二时间段内,采集用户的多个地理位置;
第一处理单元904,用于对多个地理位置进行聚类,确定采集数量满足条件的地理位置,且将所述采集数量满足条件的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置。
具体的,所述装置还包括第二处理单元,用于:在所述第一时间段内,采集用户垂直方向的加速度,且根据所述用户垂直方向的加速度变化,确定所述用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻;为在所述第一时刻所采集的第三地理位置,设置第一权重;为在所述第二时间段内,所采集的除所述第三地理位置外的剩余地理位置,设置第二权重,所述第一权重大于所述第二权重。
具体的,第一处理单元,在采集数量满足条件的地理位置为多个时,将所述采集数量满足条件的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置,具体用于:获取每个采集数量满足条件的地理位置的权重;将权重最大的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置。
具体的,所述装置还包括第三处理单元,用于:判断所述第二时间段的开始时刻、所述第二时间段的结束时刻以及所述用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻是否符合预设的第一规则;在确定所述第二时间段的开始时刻、所述第二时间段的结束时刻以及所述用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻符合预设的第一规则时,判断当前聚类出的所述用户乘车的地理位置是否符合预设的第二规则;在确定当前聚类出的所述用户乘车的地理位置符合预设的第二规则时,根据当前聚类出的所述用户乘车的地理位置为用户推送出行信息,所述出行信息中至少包括经过所述用户乘车地理位置车辆的信息以及所述车辆到达所述用户乘车地理位置的时间信息。
具体的,所述装置还可包括显示单元和播报单元中的至少一个:所述显示单元,用于显示所述出行信息,或用于显示包括所述出行信息的卡片;所述播报单元,用于播放所述出行信息。
具体的,所述显示单元,还用于在检测到所显示的出行信息中的一车辆信息接收到触发操作时,显示所述被触发车辆的行驶信息,所述行驶信息至少包括所述被触发车辆行驶道路的拥堵信息;所述语音播报单元,还用于播放所述行驶信息。
由上可见,在本申请实施例中,终端可自动获取用户从第一地理位置到达第二地理位 置的第一时间段;然后在所述第一时间段内,采集用户水平方向的运动速度,且根据所述用户的水平方向运动速度的变化,确定用户从所述第一地理位置出发至用户乘车后车辆开始移动间的第二时间段;再然后在所述第二时间段内,采集用户的多个地理位置;最后对多个地理位置进行聚类,确定采集数量满足条件的地理位置,且将所述采集数量满足条件的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置;由于在实际应用中,所述第二时间段为用户从所述第一地理位置出发至用户登录上车辆后,车辆开始启动间的时间段,在这一时间段中,用户一般在公交站点停留时间最长,因此,对第二时间段所采集的用户地理位置进行聚类,即可聚类出采集数量满足停留时间的公交站点,而该公交站点即为用户乘车的地理位置;由于上述整个过程全部为终端自动执行,因此,采用本申请的方法,终端可自动确定出用户乘车的地理位置,而无需用户手动输入乘车地理位置,提高了用户确定公交出行信息的效率。

显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请实施例的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请实施例的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种确定用户乘车地理位置的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    终端获取用户从第一地理位置到达第二地理位置的第一时间段;
    所述终端在所述第一时间段内,采集用户水平方向的加速度,且根据所述用户水平方向的加速度变化,确定用户从所述第一地理位置出发至用户乘车后车辆开始移动间的第二时间段;
    所述终端在所述第二时间段内,采集用户的多个地理位置;
    所述终端对多个地理位置进行聚类,确定采集数量满足条件的地理位置,且将所述采集数量满足条件的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端在所述第一时间段内,采集用户垂直方向的加速度,且根据所述用户垂直方向的加速度变化,确定所述用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻;
    所述终端为在所述第一时刻所采集的第三地理位置,设置第一权重;
    所述终端为在所述第二时间段内,所采集的除所述第三地理位置外的剩余地理位置,设置第二权重,所述第一权重大于所述第二权重。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端在采集数量满足条件的地理位置为多个时,将所述采集数量满足条件的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置,包括:
    所述终端获取每个采集数量满足条件的地理位置的权重;
    所述终端将权重最大的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端判断所述第二时间段的开始时刻、所述第二时间段的结束时刻以及所述用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻是否符合预设的第一规则;
    所述终端在确定所述第二时间段的开始时刻、所述第二时间段的结束时刻以及所述用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻符合预设的第一规则时,判断当前聚类出的所述用户乘车的地理位置是否符合预设的第二规则;
    所述终端在确定当前聚类出的所述用户乘车的地理位置符合预设的第二规则时,根据当前聚类出的所述用户乘车的地理位置为用户推送出行信息,所述出行信息中至少包括经过所述用户乘车地理位置车辆的信息以及所述车辆到达所述用户乘车地理位置的时间信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端显示所述出行信息;
    或,所述终端语间播报所述出行信息;
    或,所述终端显示包括所述出行信息的卡片。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端在显示所述出行信息时,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端在检测到所显示的所述出行信息中的一车辆信息接收到触发操作时,显示或语音播报被触发车辆的行驶信息,所述行驶信息至少包括所述被触发车辆行驶道路的拥堵信息。
  7. 一种确定用户乘车地理位置的设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括存储器和处理器;
    所述处理器,用于读取所述存储器中的代码,以用于执行:获取用户从第一地理位置到达第二地理位置的第一时间段、在所述第一时间段内,采集用户水平方向的加速度,且根据所述用户水平方向的加速度变化,确定用户从所述第一地理位置出发至用户乘车后车辆开始移动间的第二时间段、在所述第二时间段内,采集用户的多个地理位置以及对多个地理位置进行聚类,确定采集数量满足条件的地理位置,且将所述采集数量满足条件的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置;其中,所述第一时间段为预先根据所述用户的地理位置信息所确定的。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    在所述第一时间段内,采集用户垂直方向的加速度,且根据所述用户垂直方向的加速度变化,确定所述用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻;
    为在所述第一时刻所采集的第三地理位置,设置第一权重;
    为在所述第二时间段内,所采集的除所述第三地理位置外的剩余地理位置,设置第二权重,所述第一权重大于所述第二权重。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理器在采集数量满足条件的地理位置为多个时,将所述采集数量满足条件的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置时,具体用于:
    获取每个采集数量满足条件的地理位置的权重;
    将权重最大的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    判断所述第二时间段的开始时刻、所述第二时间段的结束时刻以及所述用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻是否符合预设的第一规则;
    在确定所述第二时间段的开始时刻、所述第二时间段的结束时刻以及所述用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻符合预设的第一规则时,判断当前聚类出的所述用户乘车的地理位置是否符合预设的第二规则;
    在确定当前聚类出的所述用户乘车的地理位置符合预设的第二规则时,根据当前聚类出的所述用户乘车的地理位置为用户推送出行信息,所述出行信息中至少包括经过所述用户乘车地理位置车辆的信息以及所述车辆到达所述用户乘车地理位置的时间信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的设备,其特征在于,所述终端还包括显示器和播放器,所述处理器还用于:
    在所述显示器中显示所述出行信息,
    或,利用所述播放器播放所述出行信息,
    或,在所述显示器中显示包括所述出行信息的卡片。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    在检测到所述显示器中显示的所述出行信息中的一车辆信息接收到触发操作时,利用所述显示器显示被触发车辆的行驶信息或利用所述播放器播放被触发车辆的行驶信息,所述行驶信息中至少包括所述被触发车辆行驶道路的拥堵信息。
  13. 一种确定用户乘车地理位置的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一时间段获取单元,用于获取用户从第一地理位置到达第二地理位置的第一时间段;
    第二时间段确定单元,用于在所述第一时间段内,采集用户水平方向的加速度,且根据所述用户水平方向的加速度变化,确定用户从所述第一地理位置出发至用户乘车后车辆开始移动间的第二时间段;
    采集单元,用于在所述第二时间段内,采集用户的多个地理位置;
    第一处理单元,用于对多个地理位置进行聚类,确定采集数量满足条件的地理位置,且将所述采集数量满足条件的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括第二处理单元,用于:
    在所述第一时间段内,采集用户垂直方向的加速度,且根据所述用户垂直方向的加速度变化,确定所述用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻;
    为在所述第一时刻所采集的第三地理位置,设置第一权重;
    为在所述第二时间段内,所采集的除所述第三地理位置外的剩余地理位置,设置第二权重,所述第一权重大于所述第二权重。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一处理单元,在采集数量满足条件的地理位置为多个时,将所述采集数量满足条件的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置,具体用于:
    获取每个采集数量满足条件的地理位置的权重;
    将权重最大的地理位置,作为所述用户乘车的地理位置。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括第三处理单元,用于:
    判断所述第二时间段的开始时刻、所述第二时间段的结束时刻以及所述用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻是否符合预设的第一规则;
    在确定所述第二时间段的开始时刻、所述第二时间段的结束时刻以及所述用户登上所述车辆的第一时刻符合预设的第一规则时,判断当前聚类出的所述用户乘车的地理位置是否符合预设的第二规则;
    在确定当前聚类出的所述用户乘车的地理位置符合预设的第二规则时,根据当前聚类出的所述用户乘车的地理位置为用户推送出行信息,所述出行信息中至少包括经过所述用户乘车地理位置车辆的信息以及所述车辆到达所述用户乘车地理位置的时间信息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括显示单元和播报单元中的至少一个:
    所述显示单元,用于显示所述出行信息或显示包括所述出行信息的卡片;
    所述播报单元,用于播放所述出行信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示单元,还用于在检测到所显示的出行信息中的一车辆信息接收到触发操作时,显示所述被触发车辆的行驶信息,所述行驶信息至少包括所述被触发车辆行驶道路的拥堵信息;
    所述语音播报单元,还用于播放所述行驶信息。
