Le procédé d'interaction de dialogue en ligne comprend les étapes suivantes : acquisition d'une instruction de commande saisie par un utilisateur dans une boîte de dialogue de dialogue en ligne, la boîte de dialogue de dialogue en ligne étant utilisée pour une interaction entre deux utilisateurs ou plus (301) ; et exécution de l'instruction de commande (302). L'invention ajoute un utilisateur fonctionnant indépendamment, ainsi d'autres membres du groupe ont seulement besoin d'envoyer à l'utilisateur fonctionnant indépendamment des instructions de commande associées afin de réaliser leurs propres exigences, sans la nécessité de multiples opérations et commutations entre un groupe de dialogue en ligne et d'autres fonctions d'application, ce qui permet d'améliorer efficacement l'expérience de l'utilisateur lors de l'utilisation du groupe de dialogue en ligne.
