Abstract
Description
本出願人も、先に、吸収性物品の表面シートとして、積層された第1シート及び第2シートが複数の接合部において互いに接合されており、且つ第1シートが、前記接合部以外の部位において第2シートから離れる方向に突出して、着用者の肌側に向かって突出した凸部を形成している複合シートを用いることを提案している。
例えば、特許文献1には、複合シートからなる表面シートを備えた吸収性物品であって、複合シートの凸部が、裏面側に中空部を有し凸部の頂部を形成する高凸部と、該高凸部の周囲に、該高凸部と連結した状態に形成されている4つの低凸部とから構成され、該凸部が、複数の前記接合部で囲まれており、複合シートに分散した状態に形成されているものを提案した。また、特許文献2には、吸収性物品の幅方向の中央部に位置する中央領域に、該幅方向に延びる複数本の中央連続凸部が長手方向に多列に配列されている複合シートを表面シートとして用いた吸収性物品を提案した。
特許文献1に用いた複合シートの凸部は、保形性に優れている一方、おむつの着用中に、表面シートと着用者の肌との間におむつ長手方向に沿う方向のズレが生じたときに、凸部と肌との間に擦れが生じる場合がある。他方、特許文献2の吸収性物品によれば、表面シートと着用者の肌との間に、おむつ長手方向に沿う方向のズレが生じたときに、肌の相対位置の変化に伴い、中央連続凸部が長手方向に倒れるように追従変形するために、肌が擦られる程度を軽減することができる。
しかし、特許文献2の吸収性物品に用いる複合シートは、好ましくは物品の幅方向に延びるエンボス領域間に中央連続凸部が形成されているため、エンボス領域又は中央連続凸部に沿って、排泄液が、吸収性物品の幅方向に拡散しやすいため、サイド領域の構成の如何によっては、脚周りに湿った感覚を与える恐れがあり、また、漏れ防止性能の一層の向上を困難とする場合がある。
図1及び図2には、本発明の吸収性物品の一実施形態である使い捨ておむつ100(以下、単におむつ100ともいう)の基本的な構造が示されている。
おむつ100は、図1及び図2に示すように、液透過性の表面シート12、液不透過性の裏面シート13、及び両シート12,13間に配置された吸収体14を具備する。裏面シート13に関し、液不透過性とは、液難透過性も含む概念であり、裏面シート13が液を全く通さない場合の他、撥水性のシート等からなる場合等も含まれる。
複合シート10は、図3に示すように、接合部3及び凸部4が相互に異なるパターンで形成された中央領域M及び該中央領域Mの両側に位置する一対のサイド領域S,Sを有している。中央領域Mは、おむつ100の幅方向Yの中央部に位置し、一対のサイド領域S,Sは、中央領域Mを挟んでその幅方向Yの両外側に形成されている。一対のサイド領域S,Sは、複合シート10におけるおむつ100の長手方向Xに沿う両側部に形成されている。
そして、第1傾斜接合部列S1と第2傾斜接合部列S2との交差部に、長手方向Xに長い形状の長接合部31が形成されている。本実施形態における第1傾斜接合部列S1及び第2傾斜接合部列S2については、第1方向D1及び第2方向D2のそれぞれに一定の間隔で交差部を有しており、各交差部に長接合部31が配置されている。第1方向D1は、長手方向中央線CLに対する傾斜角度θ1が、45°以上80°以下が好ましく、より好ましくは50°以上70°以下である。第2方向D2は、長手方向中央線CLに対する傾斜角度θ2が、45°以上80°以下が好ましく、より好ましくは50°以上70°以下である。第1方向D1及び第2方向D2は、長手方向中央線CLと平行な直線を対象線として線対称であることが好ましい。
横長凸部41は、千鳥状に配置されている。より詳細には、横長凸部41は、図4に示すように、複数の横長凸部41が一定の間隔で長手方向Xに沿って直列した長手方向凸部列R3と、複数の横長凸部41が一定の間隔で幅方向Yに沿って直列した幅方向凸部列R4と、複数の横長凸部41が一定の間隔で、第1方向D1に沿って直列した第1方向凸部列R5と、複数の横長凸部41が一定の間隔で、第2方向D2に沿って直列した第2方向凸部列R6とを有するように配置されている。
幅方向Yにおいて隣り合う長手方向凸部列R3どうしは、横長凸部41の配置位置が、長手方向Xに半ピッチ分ずれており、長手方向Xにおいて隣り合う幅方向凸部列R4どうしは、横長凸部41の配置位置が、幅方向Yに半ピッチ分ずれている。
本実施形態における短接合部32は、図5(a)に示すように、複数の短接合部32が一定の間隔で長手方向Xに沿って直列した長手方向短接合部列S4と、複数の短接合部32が一定の間隔で幅方向Yに沿って直列した幅方向短接合部列S5とが、それぞれ複数列形成されている。
また、幅方向Yにおいて隣り合う長手方向短接合部列S4は、幅方向Yにおいて隣り合う長手方向長接合部列S3どうし間に位置している。
また、長手方向長接合部列S3どうし間に位置する長手方向短接合部列S4は、長手方向Xにおける短接合部32の中央位置32cが、一方の長手方向長接合部列S3の長接合部31の一端31aと、他方の長手方向長接合部列S3の長接合部31の他端31bとの間に位置している。
また図5(a)に示すように、本実施形態における個々の横長凸部41は、幅方向Yにおいて隣り合う横長凸部41,41間に、長手方向Xに長い形状の長接合部31が形成されている。
より詳細には、複合シート10においては、図4に示すように、横長凸部41と長接合部31が、幅方向Yに交互に配されている幅方向複合列R9が、長手方向Xに複数列形成されており、長手方向Xに隣り合う幅方向複合列R9どうしは、横長凸部41及び長接合部31の位置が、それぞれ、幅方向Yに半ピッチ分ずれている。
しかも、幅方向Yにおいて隣り合う横長凸部41どうし間に、長手方向Xに長い形状の長接合部31を形成することによって、幅方向Yに連続して延びる連続凸部や、その形成のために形成した幅方向Yに延びるエンボス領域を形成した場合に比較し、尿等の排泄液が多い時などに生じやすい幅方向Yへの液の過度の拡散による不都合の発生を低減させることができる。例えば、排泄液が幅方向に過度に拡散することにより生じやすい、脚周りに湿った感覚を与えることや、横漏れの発生等を効果的に防止することができる。
横長凸部41は、幅方向Yの長さL1〔図6(a)参照〕の長手方向Xの長さL2〔図6(b)参照〕に対する比(L1/L2)が、好ましくは1.1以上、より好ましくは1.5以上であり、また好ましくは6.0以下、より好ましくは4.0以下であり、また好ましくは1.1以上6.0以下、より好ましくは1.5以上4.0以下である。横長凸部41の幅方向Yの長さL1は、好ましくは3mm以上、より好ましくは5mm以上であり、また好ましくは30mm以下、より好ましくは15mm以下であり、また好ましくは3mm以上30mm以下、より好ましくは5mm以上15mm以下である。
横長凸部41の幅方向Yの長さL1は、幅方向複合列R9中の長接合部31間の距離であり、横長凸部41の長手方向Xの長さL2は、長手方向長接合部列S3中の長接合部31間の距離と同じである。
複合シートの凸部4に関し、高さとは、図6(a)及び図6(c)に示すとおり、第2シート2の下面から、第1シート1の上面までの距離と定義される。また高さは、デジタルマイクロスコープ(Keyence製)を用いて各凸部断面を観察し、第2シート2の下面と凸部の頂部との最短距離を計測して得られた値とする。
また長接合部31は、長手方向Xの長さbが、好ましくは0.5mm以上、より好ましくは1.0mm以上であり、また好ましくは6.0mm以下、より好ましくは4.0mm以下であり、また好ましくは0.5mm以上6.0mm以下、より好ましくは1.0mm以上4.0mm以下である。
短接合部32は、長手方向Xと幅方向Yの長さが略同じであることが好ましい。ここで、長手方向Xと幅方向Yの長さが略同じであるとは、前述した前記比(c/d)が0.8以上1.2以下であることをいう。
また、横長凸部41を挟んでその長手方向Xの両側に位置する短接合部32どうし間の距離(図5の上下方向の距離)は、長手方向長接合部列S3中の長接合部31間の距離L2〔図6(b)参照〕の30%以上、より好ましくは40%以上であり、また好ましくは100%以下、より好ましくは70%以下であり、また好ましくは30%以上100%以下、より好ましくは40%以上70%以下である。
具体的には、図5(a)に示すように、幅方向Yにおいて隣り合う長手方向長接合部列S3及び長手方向短接合部列S4の長接合部31と短接合部32とは、長手方向Xの端部Ea,Ebの位置Pa,Pbが一致しており、また、幅方向Yにおいて隣り合う長手方向短接合部列S4の短接合部32どうしは、長手方向Xの全部が相互に重なっている。
また、図7に示す実施形態においては、幅方向Yにおいて隣り合う長手方向長接合部列S3及び長手方向短接合部列S4の長接合部31と短接合部32とは、長手方向Xの一部である端部付近Ea,Ebが重なっており、また、幅方向Yにおいて隣り合う長手方向短接合部列S4の短接合部32どうしは、長手方向Xの全部が相互に重なっている。
このように、幅方向Yにおいて隣り合う長手方向接合部列の接合部どうしに関し、長手方向Xの一部又は全部が重なっているか、又は長手方向Xの端部の位置が一致していると、長手方向長接合部列S3と長手方向短接合部列S4の間、及び、長手方向短接合部列S4どうしの間において、長手方向Xに凹凸形状が形成されやすく、横長凸部41の長手方向Xへの動きやすさが向上し、おむつ1の着用中に、表面シート12と着用者の肌との間に、長手方向Xに沿う方向のズレが生じたときの、横長凸部41による肌の摩擦を一層軽減することができる。
なお、図7に示す例においては、幅方向Yにおいて隣り合う長手方向長接合部列S3間に、長手方向短接合部列S4が形成されており、一方の長手方向長接合部列S3の長接合部31の端部Ea,Ebのそれぞれと、該長手方向長接合部列S3に隣接する長手方向短接合部列S4の短接合部32の長手方向の一部である端部付近Ea,Ebが重なっており、他方の長手方向長接合部列S3の長接合部31の端部Ec,Edのそれぞれと、該長手方向長接合部列S3に隣接する長手方向短接合部列S4の短接合部32の長手方向の一部である端部付近Ec,Edとが重なっている。
図8に示す実施形態においても、接合部3が長手方向Xに間隔を開けて直列した長手方向接合部列S3,S4が、幅方向Yに複数列形成されており、幅方向Yにおいて隣り合う長手方向長接合部列S3及び長手方向短接合部列S4の長接合部31と短接合部32とは、長手方向Xの一部Ea,Ebどうしが重なっており、幅方向Yにおいて隣り合う長手方向短接合部列S4の短接合部32どうしも、長手方向Xの一部どうしが相互に重なっている。
図5(a)や図8に示す実施形態のように、幅方向Yにおいて隣り合う長手方向長接合部列S3の長接合部31どうし間に配された長手方向短接合部列S4の短接合部32は、幅方向Yにおいて隣り合う長手方向長接合部列S3の長接合部31どうしを最短距離で結ぶ直線Lsと重なる部分を有することが好ましい。
このように、平面方向において隣り合う横長凸部どうしが、それぞれを囲む接合部31,32のうちの一つ以上を共用するように、横長凸部41及びその周囲を囲む接合部31,32が形成されていると、表面シート12の単位面積当たりの凸部4の面積の比率が高まるため、風合いが向上する。また、横長凸部41及び長接合部31が同様のパターンが繰り返されることにより、液の均一拡散性がより向上する。ここで、液の均一拡散性とは、表面シート上をある特定の方向に集中して液が拡散してしまうことなく、排泄ポイントを中心に全方向に均一に拡散されることを意味する。
例えば、中央領域Mとは異なるパターンで凸部が形成されたサイド領域S,Sを有しないものであっても良く、全域に亘って、中央領域Mと同様の構成を有する複合シート10を表面シート12として用いても良い。
また、前述した実施形態においては、図3に示すように、相互に異なるパターンで形成された凸部を有する中央領域M及びその両側のサイド領域S,Sが、おむつ100の長手方向の全長に亘るように形成されていたが、本発明の吸収性物品においては、横長凸部41や横長凸部41の長接合部31を有する中央領域Mは、吸収性物品の長手方向の何れかの部位のみに形成されていても良く、例えば、股下部Cのみ、腹側部Aのみ、背側部Bのみ、あるいは股下部Cと腹側部A又は背側部Bのみ形成されていても良い。
また、本発明の吸収性物品は、展開型の使い捨ておむつに代えて、パンツ型(プルオンタイプ)の使い捨ておむつであっても良く、また、パンツ型又は通常の非パンツ型の生理用ナプキンであっても良く、失禁パッド、パンティライナー等であっても良い。

Claims (39)
- 複合シートからなる表面シート、裏面シート及びこれら両シート間に配置された吸収体を具備し、着用者の前後方向に対応する長手方向及び該長手方向と直交する幅方向を有する吸収性物品であって、
前記複合シートは、積層された第1シート及び第2シートが複数の接合部において互いに接合されており、且つ第1シートが、前記接合部以外の部位において第2シートから離れる方向に突出して、着用者の肌側に向かって突出した凸部を形成しており、
複数の前記接合部が前記長手方向及び前記幅方向の両方向に対して傾斜する第1方向に沿って並んだ第1傾斜接合部列、及び複数の前記接合部が前記長手方向及び前記幅方向の両方向に対して傾斜し且つ第1方向と交差する第2方向に沿って並んだ第2傾斜接合部列がそれぞれ複数列形成されており、
第1傾斜接合部列と第2傾斜接合部列との交差部に、前記長手方向に長い形状の長接合部が形成されており、
前記凸部として、前記幅方向に長い形状の横長凸部が、前記長手方向及び前記幅方向に分散した状態に形成されており、
前記横長凸部は、2本の第1傾斜接合部列及び2本の第2傾斜接合部列に囲まれた状態に形成されており、且つ前記幅方向において隣り合う横長凸部間に前記長接合部が形成されている、吸収性物品。 - 前記接合部として、前記長手方向の長さが異なる複数種類の接合部を有している、請求項1に記載の吸収性物品。
- 第1傾斜接合部列及び第2傾斜接合部列は、前記交差部間に、前記長手方向の長さが、前記長接合部より短い短接合部を有している、請求項1又は2に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記接合部が前記長手方向に間隔を開けて直列した長手方向接合部列が、前記幅方向に複数列形成されており、
前記幅方向において隣り合う前記長手方向接合部列どうしの前記接合部は、前記長手方向の一部又は全部が重なっているか、又は前記長手方向の端部の位置が一致している、請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記横長凸部と前記長接合部が、前記幅方向に沿って交互に配されている幅方向複合列が、前記長手方向に複数列形成されており、該長手方向に隣り合う前記幅方向複合列どうしは、前記長接合部の位置が、前記幅方向に半ピッチ分ずれている、請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記複合シートは、平面方向において隣り合う前記横長凸部どうしが、それぞれを囲む前記接合部のうちの1つ以上を共用している、請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 第1傾斜接合部列及び第2傾斜接合部列については、第1方向及び第2方向のそれぞれに一定の間隔で前記交差部を有しており、該各交差部に前記長接合部が配置されている、請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 第1方向は、吸収性物品の長手方向に延びる長手方向中央線に対する傾斜角度が、45°以上80°以下である、請求項1~7の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 第2方向は、吸収性物品の長手方向に延びる長手方向中央線に対する傾斜角度が、45°以上80°以下である、請求項1~8の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 第1方向及び第2方向は、吸収性物品の長手方向に延びる長手方向中央線と平行な直線を対象線として線対称である、請求項1~9の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記横長凸部は、複数の該横長凸部が一定の間隔で前記長手方向に沿って直列した長手方向凸部列と、複数の該横長凸部が一定の間隔で前記幅方向に沿って直列した幅方向凸部列と、複数の該横長凸部が一定の間隔で、第1方向に沿って直列した第1方向凸部列と、複数の該横長凸部が一定の間隔で、第2方向に沿って直列した第2方向凸部列とを有するように配置されている、請求項1~10の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記横長凸部は、複数の該横長凸部が一定の間隔で前記長手方向に沿って直列した長手方向凸部列と、複数の該横長凸部が一定の間隔で前記幅方向に沿って直列した幅方向凸部列とを有するように配置されており、
前記幅方向において隣り合う前記長手方向凸部列どうしは、前記横長凸部の配置位置が、前記長手方向に半ピッチ分ずれており、該長手方向において隣り合う前記幅方向凸部列どうしは、該横長凸部の配置位置が、該幅方向に半ピッチ分ずれている、請求項1~11の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記複合シートは、第1傾斜接合部列及び第2傾斜接合部列が、前記交差部間に、前記長手方向の長さが前記長接合部より短い短接合部を有しており、且つ、
複数の前記長接合部が一定の間隔で前記長手方向に沿って直列した長手方向長接合部列及び複数の前記短接合部が一定の間隔で該長手方向に沿って直列した長手方向短接合部列を有しており、
前記幅方向において隣り合う前記長手方向短接合部列と前記長手方向長接合部列との間隔、及び前記長手方向長接合部列どうし間に、2列以上の前記長手方向短接合部列を有する場合における該長手方向短接合部列どうし間の間隔が、等間隔である、請求項1~12の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記複合シートは、第1傾斜接合部列及び第2傾斜接合部列が、前記交差部間に、前記長手方向の長さが記長接合部より短い短接合部を有しており、且つ、
複数の前記長接合部が一定の間隔で前記長手方向に沿って直列した長手方向長接合部列及び複数の前記短接合部が一定の間隔で前記長手方向に沿って直列した長手方向短接合部列を有しており、
前記長手方向長接合部列どうし間に位置する前記長手方向短接合部列は、前記長手方向における前記短接合部の中央位置が、一方の該長手方向長接合部列の前記長接合部の一端と、他方の該長手方向長接合部列の前記長接合部の他端との間に位置している、請求項1~13の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 第1傾斜接合部列及び第2傾斜接合部列は、前記交差部間に、前記長手方向の長さが、前記長接合部より短い短接合部を有しており、
第1傾斜接合部列と第2傾斜接合部列との前記交差部に位置する4つの前記長接合部と、それら4つの該長接合部どうし間に位置する4つ以上の前記短接合部とに囲まれた領域内に、前記横長凸部が形成されている、請求項1~14の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 個々の前記横長凸部は、前記幅方向において隣り合う該横長凸部間に、前記長手方向に長い形状の前記長接合部が形成されている、請求項1~15の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記横長凸部は、前記幅方向の長さL1の前記長手方向の長さL2に対する比であるL1/L2が、1.1以上6.0以下である、請求項1~16の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記横長凸部の前記幅方向の長さは、3mm以上30mm以下である、請求項1~17の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記複合シートは、前記横長凸部と前記長接合部とが前記幅方向に交互に配されている幅方向複合列を有しており、且つ、
複数の前記長接合部が一定の間隔で前記長手方向に沿って直列した長手方向長接合部列を有しており、
前記横長凸部の前記幅方向の長さは、前記幅方向複合列中の前記長接合部間の距離であり、前記横長凸部の前記長手方向の長さは、前記長手方向長接合部列中の前記長接合部間の距離と同じである、請求項1~18の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記横長凸部の高さは、0.5mm以上5.0mm以下である、請求項1~19の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記長接合部は、前記長手方向の長さが、前記横長凸部の前記長手方向の長さに対して、40%以上100%以下である、請求項1~20の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記長接合部は、前記長手方向の長さbの前記幅方向の長さaに対する比であるb/aが、1.2以上5.0以下である、請求項1~21の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記長接合部は、前記長手方向の長さが、0.5mm以上6.0mm以下である、請求項1~22の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 第1傾斜接合部列及び第2傾斜接合部列は、前記交差部間に、前記長手方向の長さが、前記長接合部より短い短接合部を有しており、
第1傾斜接合部列と第2傾斜接合部列のそれぞれにおける前記長接合部どうし間に位置する前記短接合部は、前記幅方向の長さcの前記長手方向の長さdに対する比であるc/dが、0.8以上、1.2以下である、請求項1~23の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 第1傾斜接合部列及び第2傾斜接合部列は、前記交差部間に、前記長手方向の長さが、前記長接合部より短い短接合部を有しており、
前記短接合部は、前記長手方向と前記幅方向の長さが略同じである、請求項1~24の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記複合シートは、第1傾斜接合部列及び第2傾斜接合部列が、前記交差部間に、前記長手方向の長さが前記長接合部より短い短接合部を有しており、且つ、
複数の前記長接合部が一定の間隔で前記長手方向に沿って直列した長手方向長接合部列を有しており、
前記横長凸部を挟んで該横長凸部の前記長手方向の両側に位置する前記短接合部どうし間の距離は、前記長手方向長接合部列中の前記長接合部間の距離の30%以上100%以下である、請求項1~25の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記横長凸部を囲んでいる前記接合部の数は、4個以上20個以下である、請求項1~26の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 4個以上20個以下の個数の前記接合部が、前記横長凸部を前記長手方向の両側から挟む対として設けられている、請求項1~27の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記複合シートは、第1傾斜接合部列及び第2傾斜接合部列が、前記交差部間に、前記長手方向の長さが前記長接合部より短い短接合部を有しており、且つ、
複数の前記長接合部が一定の間隔で前記長手方向に沿って直列した長手方向長接合部列及び複数の前記短接合部が一定の間隔で前記長手方向に沿って直列した長手方向短接合部列を有しており、
前記幅方向において隣り合う前記長手方向長接合部列及び前記長手方向短接合部列の前記長接合部と前記短接合部とは、前記長手方向の端部の位置が一致している、請求項1~28の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記複合シートは、第1傾斜接合部列及び第2傾斜接合部列が、前記交差部間に、前記長手方向の長さが前記長接合部より短い短接合部を有しており、且つ、
複数の前記長接合部が一定の間隔で前記長手方向に沿って直列した長手方向長接合部列及び複数の前記短接合部が一定の間隔で前記長手方向に沿って直列した長手方向短接合部列を有しており、
前記幅方向において隣り合う前記長手方向長接合部及び前記長手方向短接合部列の前記長接合部と前記短接合部とは、前記長手方向の一部どうしが重なっている、請求項1~29の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記複合シートは、第1傾斜接合部列及び第2傾斜接合部列が、前記交差部間に、前記長手方向の長さが前記長接合部より短い短接合部を有しており、且つ、
複数の前記長接合部が一定の間隔で前記長手方向に沿って直列した長手方向長接合部列及び複数の前記短接合部が一定の間隔で前記長手方向に沿って直列した長手方向短接合部列を有しており、
前記幅方向において隣り合う前記長手方向長接合部列間に、前記長手方向短接合部列が形成されており、一方の長手方向長接合部列の前記長接合部の端部のそれぞれと、該長手方向長接合部列に隣接する前記長手方向短接合部列の前記短接合部の前記長手方向の一部とが重なっており、他方の長手方向長接合部列の前記長接合部の端部のそれぞれと、該長手方向長接合部列に隣接する前記長手方向短接合部列の前記短接合部の前記長手方向の一部とが重なっている、請求項1~30の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記複合シートは、第1傾斜接合部列及び第2傾斜接合部列が、前記交差部間に、前記長手方向の長さが、前記長接合部より短い短接合部を有しており、
複数の前記長接合部が一定の間隔で前記長手方向に沿って直列した長手方向長接合部列及び複数の前記短接合部が一定の間隔で前記長手方向に沿って直列した長手方向短接合部列を有しており、
前記長手方向長接合部列どうしの間に複数の前記長手方向短接合部列が存在する場合、それぞれの前記長手方向短接合部列の前記長手方向の前記短接合部どうし間の距離は異なっている、請求項1~31の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記幅方向において隣り合う前記横長凸部どうしは、両者間に位置する前記長接合部を共用しており、第1方向又は第2方向において隣り合う前記横長凸部は、それぞれを囲む12個の前記接合部のうちの4個を共用している、請求項1~32の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記横長凸部は、複数の該横長凸部が一定の間隔で前記長手方向に沿って直列した長手方向凸部列を有するように配置されており、
前記長手方向凸部列において隣り合う前記横長凸部どうしは、一つの前記長接合部を共用している、請求項1~33の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記複合シートは、前記横長凸部及び該横長凸部を囲む前記接合部が形成された中央領域及び該中央領域の両側に位置する一対のサイド領域を有し、
中央領域と一対のサイド領域とで、凸部の配置及び形態が異なっている、請求項1~34の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記複合シートは、前記横長凸部及び該横長凸部を囲む前記接合部が形成された中央領域及び該中央領域の両側に位置する一対のサイド領域を有し、前記サイド領域のそれぞれには、前記中央領域の前記横長凸部よりも前記幅方向の長さが短い凸部が千鳥配置で形成されている、請求項1~35の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記複合シートは、前記横長凸部及び該横長凸部を囲む前記接合部が形成された中央領域及び該中央領域の両側に位置する一対のサイド領域を有し、
前記サイド領域に形成される凸部の高さは、0.3mm以上4.0mm以下である、請求項1~36の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 前記複合シートは、第1傾斜接合部列及び第2傾斜接合部列が、前記交差部間に、前記長手方向の長さが前記長接合部より短い短接合部を有しており、且つ、
複数の前記短接合部が一定の間隔で前記長手方向に沿って直列した長手方向短接合部列を有しており、且つ、
前記横長凸部及び該横長凸部を囲む前記接合部が形成された中央領域及び該中央領域の両側に位置する一対のサイド領域を有しており、
前記複合シートの各前記サイド領域には、前記中央領域における前記長手方向短接合部列どうし間の間隔と同じ間隔で近接配置された一対の前記接合部からなる接合部対が、前記凸部と前記接合部対とが、前記幅方向にそれぞれ一定の間隔で交互に配された幅方向複合列及び前記凸部と前記接合部対とが、前記長手方向にそれぞれ一定の間隔で交互に配された長手方向複合列を、それぞれ複数形成されるように形成されている、請求項1~37の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。 - 第1シート及び第2シートを構成するシート材料として用いる不織布の坪量は、10g/m2以上40g/m2以下である、請求項1~38の何れか1項に記載の吸収性物品。
