Abstract

一种具有上开盖的烧烤装置，包括烹饪腔（1）、垂直设在烹饪腔（1）侧壁烧烤管（2）、可旋水平转烤架（3）、以及止动装置。烤架（3）包括上梁（3.1）及其承载的组合食物载具（3.2）。组合食物载具（3.2）包括中心齿轮（3.22）、若干驱动齿轮（3.23）及其配套的吊挂载体（3.26）。中心齿轮（3.22）的轴线与烤架（3）轴线重合，并设有与止动装置的卡位结构（4.1）匹配的结构。若干驱动齿轮（3.23）环绕中心齿轮（3.22）设置，其轮齿与中心齿轮（3.22）的轮齿咬合。吊挂载体（3.26）的上部与驱动齿轮（3.23）相接。烧烤时，止动装置阻止中心齿轮（3.22）随烤架（3）转动，使随烤架（3）做圆周运动的驱动齿轮（3.23）及其下方的吊挂载体（3.26）绕自身轴线旋转。止动装置为搭放在烹饪腔上开口处的止动架（4），也可以是设在上盖（3.21）内侧中心处、上盖（3.21）扣合时指向下方的止动杆（6）。能解决吊挂于烤架（3）周边的食物受热不均的技术问题。

Description

一种具有上开盖的烧烤装置 技术领域
本发明涉及家用烤箱、微波炉、光波炉。
背景技术
中国专利公开号CN 103735176 A公开的采取竖置食物水平旋转配合竖置烧烤管的烧烤方案，完美解决了吊挂在烤架中心位置食物的受热不均问题。但对于解决吊挂在烤架周边食物的受热不均问题效果不够理想。这是由于烤架旋转时，这些食物只能是绕烤架轴线做圆周运动，其内、外朝向始终不变，食物的外侧朝向电热管，会比内侧受热明显更多。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术不足，提供一种使吊挂于烤架周边的食物也能均匀受热的烧烤装置技术方案。本发明的技术方案是：一种具有上开盖烧烤装置，包括烹饪腔、垂直设在烹饪腔侧壁烧烤管、设在烹饪腔中心处的可水平旋转烤架、驱动和传动装置，还包括止动装置，所述的烤架包括上梁及其承载的组合食物载具，所述的组合食物载具包括中心齿轮、若干驱动齿轮及其配套的吊挂载体，所述的中心齿轮的轴线与烤架轴线重合，并设有与止动装置卡位结构，所述的若干驱动齿轮环绕中心齿轮设置，其轮齿与中心齿轮的轮齿咬合，所述的吊挂载体上部与驱动齿轮相接，烧烤时，烤架带动组合食物载具水平旋转，形成食物绕烤架轴线的公转，同时，止动装置阻止中心齿轮随烤架转动，形成中心齿轮相对于烤架的水平旋转，使随烤架做圆周运动的驱动齿轮和吊挂载体绕自身轴线旋转，实现吊挂载体所载食物的自转。
所述的止动装置为搭放在烹饪腔上开口处的止动架，其下面设有与中心齿轮卡位结构匹配的卡位结构，所述的止动装置也可以是设在上盖内侧中心处的止动杆，当上盖扣合时，指向下方，其下端与中心齿轮的卡位结构实现卡位。
与现有技术相比，由于食物可在公转的同时自转，食物表面朝向烧烤管的机会均等，所以，具有使处于烤架周边位置食物均匀受热的有益技术效果。

图中1为烹饪腔、2为烧烤管、3为烤架、3.1为烤架上梁、3.2为组合食物载具、3.21～3.26分别为构成组合食物载具的上盖、中心齿轮、吊挂载体驱动齿轮、基座、下盖和吊挂载体，4为止动架、4.1为止动架上的卡位结构、5为可开启的上盖、6为止动杆。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
参见图1-图5，本烧烤装置，为具有上开盖5的烤箱，包括上开口的烹饪腔1、分别垂直设在烹饪腔各侧壁的烧烤管2、坐落在烹饪腔1的底板上的可水平旋转烤架3，以及驱动和传动装置，烤架3的底盘下面设有卡位结构与设在烹饪腔底板上侧中心处的驱动拨叉卡位，本实施例还包括搭放在烹饪腔开口处的止动架4，该制动架下面中心位置设有六棱凸台构型的卡位结构4.1，所述的烤架3包括环形上梁3.1及其承载的组合食物载具3.2，所述的组合食物载具3.2包括中心齿轮3.22、驱动齿轮3.23、基座3.24、吊挂载体3.26和上、下盖3.21、3.25，其中，基座3.24跨在环形上梁3.1之上，用于承重并安装中心齿轮3.22和驱动齿轮3.23，所述的基座3.24在中心处设有轴线与烤架3轴线重合的圆形凹槽，用于容纳位于中心齿轮3.22下部的限位圆台，环绕该圆形凹槽设有6个中心设有圆孔的圆形凹槽，用于容纳位于驱动齿轮3.23下部的限位圆台，所述的下盖设有与上述圆形凹槽内的圆孔对位的圆孔，所述的吊挂载体3.26穿过下盖3.25和基座3.24上的圆孔与驱动齿轮3.23相接，所述的中心齿轮3.22的中心处设有与止动架4设有的六棱凸台构型的卡位结构4.1匹配的六棱凹槽，所述的上盖3.21中心处设有供上述六棱凸台形卡位结构4.1穿过的圆孔。烧烤时，止动架4放置于烹饪腔1的开口之上，与烹饪腔的侧壁卡位、不能转动，其下面的六棱凸台形卡位结构4.1穿过上盖3.21与中心齿轮3.22中心的六棱凹 槽卡位，使得中心齿轮3.22不能转动，当烤架3旋转时，中心齿轮3.22相对于基座3.24反向旋转，导致随基座3.24旋转做圆周运动的驱动齿轮3.23和吊挂载体3.26绕自身轴线旋转。从而，使得食物临近烧烤管和食物表面朝向烧烤管2的机会都均等，产生使食物的受热更均匀有益技术效果。
实施例2
参见图6，本实施例与第一实施例相比，区别主要在于阻止中心齿轮3.22随烤架3转动的止动装置—止动杆6为设在可开启上盖5的内侧中心位置的六棱杆，当上盖5与烹饪腔1扣合时，止动杆6指向下方，下端与中心齿轮3.22的六棱凹槽卡位结构卡位。因而，具有比第一实施例更简单、更便于操作的优点。其他未述及部分，同第一实施例。
需要指出的是，凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所做的等效变换，或相同实质含义的不同表述，以及直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域，均在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种具有上开盖烧烤装置，包括烹饪腔、垂直设在烹饪腔侧壁烧烤管、设在烹饪腔中心处的可水平旋转烤架、驱动装置和传动装置，其特征在于：还包括止动装置，所述的烤架包括上梁及其承载的组合食物载具，所述的组合食物载具包括中心齿轮、若干驱动齿轮及其配套的吊挂载体，所述的中心齿轮的轴线与烤架轴线重合，并设有与止动装置卡位结构，所述的若干驱动齿轮环绕中心齿轮设置，其轮齿与中心齿轮的轮齿咬合，所述的吊挂载体的上部与驱动齿轮相接，烧烤时，烤架带动组合食物载具水平旋转，形成食物绕烤架轴线的公转，同时，止动装置阻止中心齿轮随烤架转动，形成中心齿轮相对于烤架的水平旋转，使随烤架做圆周运动的驱动齿轮和吊挂载体绕自身轴线旋转，实现吊挂载体所载食物的自转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有上开盖的烧烤装置，其特征在于：所述的止动装置为搭放在烹饪腔上开口处的止动架，其下面设有与中心齿轮卡位结构匹配的卡位结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有上开盖的烧烤装置，其特征在于：所述的止动装置为设在上盖内侧中心处的止动杆，当上盖扣合时，所述的止动杆指向下方，其下端与中心齿轮卡位结构实现卡位。
