家用纺织品早期使用的面料除了内在质量要求外,只对缩水率和色牢度有一定的要求。随着国内家纺市场的迅速发展,对家纺面料的功能型有了更高的要求。用户对家用纺织品的要求也较为苛刻:对床上用品而言,在追求保暖性的同时,又不能太过厚重;任何一种单一的天然或化学纤维都无法达到这些要求,只能通过多种纤维的复合以及多途径化学整理来尽量达到这些功能。一般的床上用品需要具有以下
保暖性:虽然保暖性是与织物厚度密切相关的,但是使用者又不喜欢被子等床上用品过于厚重,因此既要保暖又要轻便成为目前床上用品的基本要求。目前为了达到这种要求最常见的方法是把涤纶纤维内部做成多孔空心状、使纤维内包含大量不流通空气,外部做成螺旋卷曲状以保持蓬松性,因此能在保证质地轻盈的前提下起到良好的保温作用。
抗菌、除臭性:由于床上用品容易滋生细菌,因此要求抗菌性能要好,目前的一些抗菌面料,目前固定抗菌剂的技术有限,抗菌剂的耐洗性还不够好,每洗涤一次抗菌性能就下降一些,一般几十次之后就完全消失。
抗静电性:目前的家用纺织品基本都是化学纤维面料制成,每当水分易于挥发,环境比较干燥的季节,静电就成了问题。静电一般会让家用纺织品易起毛起球、容易沾染灰尘污垢、贴近皮肤有电击感等。最好的抗静电面料是天然纤维织成的,但是目前就算是天然纤维面料,在非常干燥的环境下也会因为缺乏水分子而产生静电现象。
目前的面料难以在以上性能上都达到较好的效果,无法满足人民日益增长的物质文化需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题提供一种植物纤维混纺亲肤面料及其加工方法,制得的面料保暖性、抗菌除臭性和抗静电性好。

植物纤维混纺亲肤面料的加工方法,该方法包括如下步骤:

(3)制作薰衣草精油缓释-大豆蛋白纤维:将大豆蛋白、尿素、亚硫酸钠、蒸馏水加入带有搅拌器的反应釜中在50℃下处理2h;然后升温至85℃处理1h;调节温度到70℃,加入过氧化氢2~6份,引发10min后,加入丙烯酸10~80份在50~90℃下反应1~5h,得到纺丝 原液;向所述的纺丝原液中加入其重量25-40%的薰衣草精油微囊搅拌均匀再喷丝,采用直径为0.1mm~0.5mm的喷丝头喷入燥介质中使其凝固成型,用水淋洗后,在50~70℃下干燥而得薰衣草精油缓释-大豆蛋白纤维,细度4.35dtex;
(4)织布:采用步骤(1)制得的玉米纤维纱线作经线,步骤(3)制得的薰衣草精油缓释-大豆蛋白纤维作纬线,采用常规的织布方法织布形成面料;
(5)染色;
(6)染色后处理。
所述的植物纤维混纺亲肤面料的加工方法,步骤(3)中所述的复凝聚法制备薰衣草精油微囊的具体方法包括如下步骤:
①将阿拉伯胶加入水中,放置7~10小时自然溶胀后,加热至70~90℃使其完全溶解形成固含量为1%~40%的阿拉伯胶溶液;
②按照阿拉伯胶与明胶的质量比为1:1的比例将明胶加入水中,放置7~10小时自然溶胀后,加热至40~60℃使明胶完全溶解形成固含量为1%~40%的明胶溶液;
③按照阿拉伯胶与薰衣草精油的质量比为1:1的比例将薰衣草精油加入到步骤①的阿拉伯胶溶液中,进行乳化、均质后得到薰衣草精油-阿拉伯胶乳剂;
④把步骤③得到的薰衣草精油-阿拉伯胶乳剂滴加到步骤②中制得的明胶溶液中,在40~60℃下恒温搅拌均匀,得到混合液;
⑤向步骤④中的混合液中加入酸度调节剂,调至混合液pH=4, 然后再加水稀释1~2倍,搅拌均匀后得到微囊混悬液;
⑥向步骤⑤中制得的微囊混悬液中加入占阿拉伯胶总质量25-40%的纳米级的微细陶瓷粉末,降温至9~12℃后再加入TG酶作为固化剂,固化1~6h,然后加入聚乙烯醇溶液使体系中聚乙烯醇质量浓度为0.8%~1.2%,反应1~2h得到固化后的微囊混悬液,微囊混悬液抽滤后收集微囊,微囊经水洗涤1~3次,干燥后得到薰衣草精油微囊。
所述的植物纤维混纺亲肤面料的加工方法,步骤(5)中所述的染色的方法为:将步骤(4)中制得的面料投入染色机中,在36-40℃运行5min,加入0.8g/L冰醋酸和3.2-3.6g/L元明粉,运行8-12min,加入染料,运行10-12min后开始升温,升温速率1.2℃/min,当温度达到50-65℃时停止升温,保温运行40-50min,排液冲洗,浴比1:40
所述的植物纤维混纺亲肤面料的加工方法,步骤(6)中所述的染色后处理是将经过步骤(5)染色后的面料置于8%面料重量百分比的皂洗液中,45-55℃处理50min,然后再置于3%面料重量百分比的冰醋酸浴中35-40℃处理10-15min,浴比:1:40
一种用上述方法制得的植物纤维混纺亲肤面料。
有益效果:
1、本发明从选材开始,采用玉米纤维、大豆纤维以及具有缓释性能的薰衣草精油,玉米纤维轻柔滑顺,强度大,吸湿透气,加工的产品有丝绸般的光泽及舒适的肌肤触感和手感,悬垂性佳,良好的耐 热性及抗紫外线功能,大豆纤维有着羊绒般的柔软手感,蚕丝般的柔和光泽,棉的保暖性和良好的亲肤性等优良性能,还有明显的抑菌功能,而薰衣草精油具有显著的抗冲突抗焦虑的效果,本发明将薰衣草精油包裹成缓释微囊,作为床上用品使用的过程中面料收到摩擦挤压缓慢释放精油,玉米纤维、大豆纤维以及具有缓释性能的薰衣草精油三者的结合制得的面料不仅保暖性、抗菌除臭性和抗静电性好,并且柔顺舒适,能够抗焦虑和促进睡眠,非常适合用作床上用品。
2.本发明的薰衣草精油微囊在制备的过程中加入纳米级的微细陶瓷粉末,制成面料以后其抗菌性能好,亲肤舒适。
3.本发明的面料开启了床上用品面料的新境地,极大满足人民生活的需要。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
植物纤维混纺亲肤面料的加工方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)制备玉米纤维纱线:按照重量份数将玉米纤维90-100份加入多功能聚碳化二亚胺0.1~5.0份混合,混合均匀后进行熔融共混造粒得母粒,将所得到的母粒经真空干燥后加入1-8份脂肪酸酰胺以及1-8份缩水甘油酯类环氧化合物成分,经熔融纺丝延伸制成玉米纤维纱线,细度2.67dtex;
(2)用复凝聚法制备薰衣草精油微囊;
(3)制作薰衣草精油缓释-大豆蛋白纤维:将大豆蛋白、尿素、亚硫酸钠、蒸馏水加入带有搅拌器的反应釜中在50℃下处理2h;然 后升温至85℃处理1h;调节温度到70℃,加入过氧化氢2~6份,引发10min后,加入丙烯酸10~80份在50~90℃下反应1~5h,得到纺丝原液;向所述的纺丝原液中加入其重量25-40%的薰衣草精油微囊搅拌均匀再喷丝,采用直径为0.1mm~0.5mm的喷丝头喷入燥介质中使其凝固成型,用水淋洗后,在50~70℃下干燥而得薰衣草精油缓释-大豆蛋白纤维,细度4.35dtex;
(4)织布:采用步骤(1)制得的玉米纤维纱线作经线,步骤(3)制得的薰衣草精油缓释-大豆蛋白纤维作纬线,采用常规的织布方法织布形成面料;
(5)染色;
(6)染色后处理。
最终形成一种用上述方法制得的植物纤维混纺亲肤面料。其保暖性、抗菌除臭性和抗静电性好,并且柔顺舒适,能够抗焦虑和促进睡眠,非常适合用作床上用品。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:所述的植物纤维混纺亲肤面料的加工方法,步骤(3)中所述的复凝聚法制备薰衣草精油微囊的具体方法包括如下步骤:
①将阿拉伯胶加入水中,放置7~10小时自然溶胀后,加热至70~90℃使其完全溶解形成固含量为1%~40%的阿拉伯胶溶液;
②按照阿拉伯胶与明胶的质量比为1:1的比例将明胶加入水中,放置7~10小时自然溶胀后,加热至40~60℃使明胶完全溶解形成 固含量为1%~40%的明胶溶液;
③按照阿拉伯胶与薰衣草精油的质量比为1:1的比例将薰衣草精油加入到步骤①的阿拉伯胶溶液中,进行乳化、均质后得到薰衣草精油-阿拉伯胶乳剂;
④把步骤③得到的薰衣草精油-阿拉伯胶乳剂滴加到步骤②中制得的明胶溶液中,在40~60℃下恒温搅拌均匀,得到混合液;
⑤向步骤④中的混合液中加入酸度调节剂,调至混合液pH=4,然后再加水稀释1~2倍,搅拌均匀后得到微囊混悬液;
⑥向步骤⑤中制得的微囊混悬液中加入占阿拉伯胶总质量25-40%的纳米级的微细陶瓷粉末,降温至9~12℃后再加入TG酶作为固化剂,固化1~6h,然后加入聚乙烯醇溶液使体系中聚乙烯醇质量浓度为0.8%~1.2%,反应1~2h得到固化后的微囊混悬液,微囊混悬液抽滤后收集微囊,微囊经水洗涤1~3次,干燥后得到薰衣草精油微囊。
实施例3:
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:所述的植物纤维混纺亲肤面料的加工方法,步骤(5)中所述的染色的方法为:将步骤(4)中制得的面料投入染色机中,在36-40℃运行5min,加入0.8g/L冰醋酸和3.2-3.6g/L元明粉,运行8-12min,加入染料,运行10-12min后开始升温,升温速率1.2℃/min,当温度达到50—65℃时停止升温,保温运行40-50min,排液冲洗,浴比1:40
实施例4:
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:所述的植物纤维混纺亲肤面料的加工方法,步骤(6)中所述的染色后处理是将经过步骤(5)染色后的面料置于8%面料重量百分比的皂洗液中,45-55℃处理50min,然后再置于3%面料重量百分比的冰醋酸浴中35-40℃处理10-15min,浴比:1:40
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述技术手段所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征等同替换所组成的技术方案。本发明的未尽事宜,属于本领域技术人员的公知常识。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种植物纤维混纺亲肤面料的加工方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:
    (1)制备玉米纤维纱线:按照重量份数将玉米纤维90-100份加入多功能聚碳化二亚胺0.1~5.0份混合,混合均匀后进行熔融共混造粒得母粒,将所得到的母粒经真空干燥后加入1-8份脂肪酸酰胺以及1-8份缩水甘油酯类环氧化合物成分,经熔融纺丝延伸制成玉米纤维纱线,细度2.67dtex;
    (2)用复凝聚法制备薰衣草精油微囊;
    (3)制作薰衣草精油缓释-大豆蛋白纤维:将大豆蛋白、尿素、亚硫酸钠、蒸馏水加入带有搅拌器的反应釜中在50℃下处理2h;然后升温至85℃处理1h;调节温度到70℃,加入过氧化氢2~6份,引发10min后,加入丙烯酸10~80份在50~90℃下反应1~5h,得到纺丝原液;向所述的纺丝原液中加入其重量25-40%的薰衣草精油微囊搅拌均匀再喷丝,采用直径为0.1mm~0.5mm的喷丝头喷入燥介质中使其凝固成型,用水淋洗后,在50~70℃下干燥而得薰衣草精油缓释-大豆蛋白纤维,细度4.35dtex;
    (4)织布:采用步骤(1)制得的玉米纤维纱线作经线,步骤(3)制得的薰衣草精油缓释-大豆蛋白纤维作纬线,采用常规的织布方法织布形成面料;
    (5)染色;
    (6)染色后处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的植物纤维混纺亲肤面料的加工方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述的复凝聚法制备薰衣草精油微囊的具体方法包括如下步骤:
    ①将阿拉伯胶加入水中,放置7~10小时自然溶胀后,加热至70~90℃使其完全溶解形成固含量为1%~40%的阿拉伯胶溶液;
    ②按照阿拉伯胶与明胶的质量比为1:1的比例将明胶加入水中,放置7~10小时自然溶胀后,加热至40~60℃使明胶完全溶解形成固含量为1%~40%的明胶溶液;
    ③按照阿拉伯胶与薰衣草精油的质量比为1:1的比例将薰衣草精油加入到步骤①的阿拉伯胶溶液中,进行乳化、均质后得到薰衣草精油-阿拉伯胶乳剂;
    ④把步骤③得到的薰衣草精油-阿拉伯胶乳剂滴加到步骤②中制得的明胶溶液中,在40~60℃下恒温搅拌均匀,得到混合液;
    ⑤向步骤④中的混合液中加入酸度调节剂,调至混合液pH=4,然后再加水稀释1~2倍,搅拌均匀后得到微囊混悬液;
    ⑥向步骤⑤中制得的微囊混悬液中加入占阿拉伯胶总质量25-40%的纳米级的微细陶瓷粉末,降温至9~12℃后再加入TG酶作为固化剂,固化1~6h,然后加入聚乙烯醇溶液使体系中聚乙烯醇质量浓度为0.8%~1.2%,反应1~2h得到固化后的微囊混悬液,微囊混悬液抽滤后收集微囊,微囊经水洗涤1~3次,干燥后得到薰衣草精油微囊。
