消防官兵在长期的消防作战训练过程中,脚部的保护尤其重要,有鉴于此,针对消防官兵的消防作战训练已经配备了消防作战训练专用鞋,但是,还没有配备消防作战训练专用鞋垫,目前,消防作战训练过程中使用的仍然是传统普通鞋垫,传统鞋垫的结构是多层布料缝制而成或者是多层皮革压制而成,其具有一定的柔软度和缓冲减震作用,基本符合一般的穿鞋需求。但是,在队列训练、体能训练、消防专业训练、预案演习训练过程中,传统鞋垫则不适用,具有如下缺点:其一、传统鞋垫减震、护足作用较差,消防作战训练时,脚部前掌及后跟底部冲击力大,传统鞋垫难以吸收行走、运动过程中对足部骨骼产生的冲击力,难以保护足底骨骼、踝关节和膝关节;其二、消防官兵经常需要进行射水训练,鞋内容易变潮湿,甚至进水,而传统鞋垫不能让足底空气和水流通,长时间使用后,鞋内越来越潮湿,越来越重,细菌、真菌滋生,损坏消防官兵的脚掌;其三、传统鞋垫上侧面较平,鞋垫左右两侧无阻挡,快速移位或减速时,脚在鞋内易向鞋子的左右两侧顶出,容易造成足底骨骼、踝关节和膝关节的受伤;其四、传统鞋垫无按摩保健作用,无法缓解足部疲劳。

优选地,所述记忆泡绵为聚醚型聚氨酯泡沫泡绵;所述前掌减震垫及后跟减震垫的厚度分别为1~12.7mm,所述记忆泡绵的厚度为2~8mm。
植物纤维层的制备方法为:(1)制备玉米纤维纱线;(2)用复凝聚法制备薰衣草精油微囊;(3)制作薰衣草精油缓释-大豆蛋白纤维;(4)织布:采用步骤(1)制得的玉米纤维纱线作经线,步骤(3)制得的薰衣草精油缓释-大豆蛋白纤维作纬线,采用常规的织布方法织布形成面料;(4)表面涂敷阻燃剂,制得植物纤维层。

阻燃剂的制备方法为:水玻璃108份;乙二醇单丁醚醋酸酯30份;氟硅酸钠36份;硫酸钡42份;甲醛18份;石棉粉48份;聚磷酸铵20份加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀,制得阻燃剂。
第一聚氨酯泡绵层包括纯聚氨酯层以及含有药粉的聚氨酯软泡层,所述聚氨酯软泡层为聚氨酯发泡材料,药粉为丝瓜络粉和沉香粉,丝瓜络粉和沉香粉的重量比为10-20:1。
所述聚氨酯软泡层由如下原料反应发泡制成的:聚醚多元醇100份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10~15份,水2~3份,硅油0.5~3份,催化剂0.2~1份,发泡剂0.5~1份,交联剂0.5~1份。
聚氨酯软泡层的制备方法为:将相应重量份数的聚醚多元醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入混合器中搅拌均匀,加热升温至35~38摄氏度,将相应份数的其它原料加入到混合器中,高速搅拌6~8秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到相应的聚氨酯软泡层。
所述聚醚多元醇的羟值为50~90 mgKOH/g,分子量为8000~10000,所述硅油为BF-2370和B-4900两种质量比为2-5:1的混合物。
所述催化剂为N,N-二甲氨基乙基-N-甲基氨基乙醇和乙酰丙酮锆质量比为0.5-1:1的混合物。
所述发泡剂为正庚烷;交联剂为乙二胺、三甘醇和二丙(撑)二醇三种混合物。
所述第二聚氨酯泡绵层为沉香树皮纤维粉、聚醚多元醇和二异氰酸酯以及助剂原料发泡而成。
所述第二聚氨酯泡绵层的原料为:聚醚多元醇100份,沉香树皮纤维粉1~2份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10~15份,水2~3份,硅油0.5~3份,催化剂0.2~1份,发泡剂0.5~1份,硅烷偶联剂0.5~1份。
第二聚氨酯泡绵层的制备方法为:将相应重量份数的聚醚多元醇、沉香树皮纤维粉、硅烷偶联剂和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入混合器中搅拌均匀,加热升温至35~38摄氏度,将相应份数的其它原料加入到混合器中,高速搅拌6~8秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到相应的聚氨酯软泡层。

本发明的有益效果是:其一、由于鞋垫前掌具有4~7条横向条纹的波浪型弹性横条,鞋垫前掌的下侧设有前掌减震垫,鞋垫后跟的中部下侧设有后跟减震垫,因此,鞋垫弹性好,硬度适中,可有效吸收消防作战训练过程中对足部骨骼产生的冲击力,保护足底骨骼、踝关节和膝关节,具有优秀的减震护足作用;其二、由于鞋垫前掌具有4~7条横向条纹的波浪型弹性横条,使得在鞋垫前掌的上下侧分别形成多条横向拱形沟槽,从而使鞋垫前掌具有横向的透水透气作用,与此同时,由于鞋垫中腰及鞋垫后跟的下侧排列有50~80颗透气圆孔,因此,鞋内水气还能从透气圆孔中排出,在消防作战训练过程中,能让足底空气和水流通、避免细菌真菌滋生;其三、由于鞋垫中腰的两侧分别往上翘起,鞋垫后跟的外沿外上翘起,使得鞋垫本体外厚内薄,在消防作战训练过程中,脚在鞋内不易向鞋子的左右两侧顶出,能够有效预防关节位移,防止发生外翻、崴脚情况,有效降低足关节意外受伤的风险;其四、由于鞋垫垫心的上侧设有心型凸面,心型凸面上设有螺旋沟槽,鞋垫垫心的下侧设有记忆泡绵,鞋垫中腰的上侧排列有30~50颗鹅卵石状凸粒,因此,在消防作战训练过程中,能按摩脚心穴位和脚底血管,有效促进足底血液循环,减少消防官兵的疲劳。植物纤维层耐磨的同时具备阻燃性能,提高了消防作战演练时的安全性;第一聚氨酯泡绵层和第二聚氨酯泡绵层制备方法独特,耐磨的同时保持了较高的弹性。

下面结合附图对本发明的结构原理和工作原理作进一步详细说明。
如图1~图4所示,本发明为一种消防作战训练鞋垫,包括鞋垫本体100,从鞋垫本体100的前端至后端,依次包括鞋垫前掌1、鞋垫垫心2、鞋垫中腰3及鞋垫后跟4,所述鞋垫前掌1具有4~7条横向条纹的波浪型弹性横条11,鞋垫前掌1的下侧设有前掌减震垫12,前掌减震垫12的形状与波浪型弹性横条11的形状相匹配;所述鞋垫垫心2的上侧设有心型凸面21,心型凸面21上设有螺旋沟槽22,所述鞋垫垫心2的下侧设有记忆泡绵23,记忆泡绵23的形状与心型凸面21的形状相对应;所述鞋垫中腰3的两侧分别往上翘起,鞋垫中腰3的上侧排列有30~50颗鹅卵石状凸粒31;所述鞋垫后跟4的中部上侧设有圆型凸面41,所述鞋垫后跟4的外沿42往上翘起,其翘起高度低于鞋垫中腰3两侧的翘起高度,所述鞋垫后跟4的中部下侧设有后跟减震垫43,后跟减震垫43的形状与圆型凸面41的形状相对应;所述鞋垫中腰3及鞋垫后跟4的下侧排列有50~80颗透气圆孔5。需要说明的是,本专利中所述的“横向”是指鞋垫本体上对应于人体脚掌左右方向的方向。
如图1~图4所示,所述波浪型弹性横条11的横向条纹数量为5条,所述前掌减震垫12设置有两条横向条纹,前掌减震垫12与波浪型弹性横条11的后端下侧相贴合;所述鹅卵石状凸粒31数量为36~42颗;所述透气圆孔5的数量为65~75颗,透气圆孔5的直径为3~6mm。
如图1和图2所示,所述鞋垫本体100从上至下依次包括竹炭纤维层6、第一聚氨酯泡绵层7、第二聚氨酯泡绵层8及植物纤维层9,其中,所述第二聚氨酯泡绵层8对应于鞋垫前掌、鞋垫垫心及鞋垫中腰的部分缺失,所述植物纤维层9对应于鞋垫前掌、鞋垫垫心及鞋垫后跟的部分缺失;所述竹炭纤维层6的厚度为0.5~1.0 mm,优选为0.7~0.8mm,所述第一聚氨酯泡绵层7的厚度为2.5~6.5mm,优选为3.0~4.0mm,所述第二聚氨酯泡绵层8的厚度为3.5~6.5mm,优选为4.0~5.0mm,所述植物纤维层9的厚度为2.0~5.0mm,优选为3.0~4.0mm。竹炭纤维层6具有吸湿透气、抑菌抗菌、冬暖夏凉、绿色环保的特点;第一聚氨酯泡绵层7及第二聚氨酯泡绵层8具有环保易降解、透气、除臭、排汗作用。此外,所述第一聚氨酯泡绵层7、第二聚氨酯泡绵层8内混合有黑色微粒状活性炭,透气作用更强。
如图2和图4所示,从鞋垫本体100的前端至后端,所述第一聚氨酯泡绵层7的下侧依次设有第一容置腔71和第二容置腔72,所述第二聚氨酯泡绵层8的下侧设有第三容置腔81,所述前掌减震垫12镶于第一容置腔71内,所述记忆泡绵23镶于第二容置腔72内,所述后跟减震垫43镶于第三容置腔81内。
如图1、图2和图4所示,所述记忆泡绵23为聚醚型聚氨酯泡沫泡绵;所述前掌减震垫12及后跟减震垫43的厚度分别为1~12.7mm,优选为4.5~6.5mm,所述记忆泡绵23的厚度为2~8mm,优选为3.5~5.5mm。
实施例1
第一聚氨酯泡绵层的聚氨酯软泡层各原料分别称取重量为:聚醚多元醇10kg,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯1kg,水0.2kg,硅油1kg,催化剂0.06kg,发泡剂0.08kg,交联剂0.06kg。
聚氨酯软泡层的制备方法为:将相应重量份数的聚醚多元醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入混合器中搅拌均匀,加热升温至35~38摄氏度,将相应份数的其它原料加入到混合器中,高速搅拌6~8秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到相应的聚氨酯软泡层。然后加入丝瓜络50g粉和3g沉香粉,制得含有药粉的聚氨酯软泡层。
用常用普通方法制得纯聚氨酯层。
第二聚氨酯泡绵层的原料分别称取重量为::聚醚多元醇10kg,沉香树皮纤维粉0.1 kg,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯1.5 kg,水0.25 kg,硅油0.06 kg,催化剂0.03 kg,发泡剂0.08 kg,硅烷偶联剂0.08 kg。
第二聚氨酯泡绵层的制备方法为:将相应重量份数的聚醚多元醇、沉香树皮纤维粉、硅烷偶联剂和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入混合器中搅拌均匀,加热升温至35~38摄氏度,将相应份数的其它原料加入到混合器中,高速搅拌6~8秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到相应的聚氨酯软泡层。
鞋垫的其他结构部件为现有材料通过普通方法得到。
实施例2
阻燃剂制备:水玻璃108g;乙二醇单丁醚醋酸酯30g;氟硅酸钠36g;硫酸钡42g;甲醛18g;石棉粉48g;聚磷酸铵20g加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀,制得阻燃剂。
植物纤维层的制备方法为:(1)制备玉米纤维纱线;(2)用复凝聚法制备薰衣草精油微囊;(3)制作薰衣草精油缓释-大豆蛋白纤维;(4)织布:采用步骤(1)制得的玉米纤维纱线作经线,步骤(3)制得的薰衣草精油缓释-大豆蛋白纤维作纬线,采用常规的织布方法织布形成面料;(4)表面涂敷阻燃剂,制得植物纤维层。
鞋垫的其他结构部件为现有材料通过普通方法得到。
实施例3
第一聚氨酯泡绵层如实施例1,植物纤维层如实施例2,鞋垫的其他结构部件为现有材料通过普通方法得到。
实施例4
第二聚氨酯泡绵层如实施例1,植物纤维层如实施例2,鞋垫的其他结构部件为现有材料通过普通方法得到。
实施例5
第一聚氨酯泡绵层和第二聚氨酯泡绵层如实施例1,植物纤维层如实施例2,鞋垫的其他结构部件为现有材料通过普通方法得到。
将实施例1-5制备的鞋垫和所有部件都为现有材料通过普通方法得到的鞋垫进行对比,发现实施例2-5的抗菌性能明显优于实施例1和现有材料通过普通方法得到的鞋垫,尤其是实施例5的鞋垫,阻燃性能好,并且舒适性高。

Claims (10)

1.一种消防作战训练鞋垫,包括鞋垫本体,从鞋垫本体的前端至后端,依次包括鞋垫前掌、鞋垫垫心、鞋垫中腰及鞋垫后跟,其特征在于:所述鞋垫前掌具有4~7条横向条纹的波浪型弹性横条,鞋垫前掌的下侧设有前掌减震垫,前掌减震垫的形状与波浪型弹性横条的形状相匹配;所述鞋垫垫心的上侧设有心型凸面,心型凸面上设有螺旋沟槽,所述鞋垫垫心的下侧设有记忆泡绵,记忆泡绵的形状与心型凸面的形状相对应;所述鞋垫中腰的两侧分别往上翘起,鞋垫中腰的上侧排列有30~50颗鹅卵石状凸粒;所述鞋垫后跟的中部上侧设有圆型凸面,所述鞋垫后跟的外沿往上翘起,其翘起高度低于鞋垫中腰两侧的翘起高度,所述鞋垫后跟的中部下侧设有后跟减震垫,后跟减震垫的形状与圆型凸面的形状相对应;所述鞋垫中腰及鞋垫后跟的下侧排列有50~80颗透气圆孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消防作战训练鞋垫,其特征在于:所述波浪型弹性横条的横向条纹数量为5条,所述前掌减震垫设置有两条横向条纹,前掌减震垫与波浪型弹性横条的后端下侧相贴合;所述鹅卵石状凸粒数量为36~42颗;所述透气圆孔的数量为65~75颗,透气圆孔的直径为3~6mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的消防作战训练鞋垫,其特征在于:所述鞋垫本体从上至下依次包括竹炭纤维层、第一聚氨酯泡绵层、第二聚氨酯泡绵层及植物纤维层,其中,所述第二聚氨酯泡绵层对应于鞋垫前掌、鞋垫垫心及鞋垫中腰的部分缺失,所述植物纤维层对应于鞋垫前掌、鞋垫垫心及鞋垫后跟的部分缺失;所述竹炭纤维层的厚度为0.5~1.0 mm,所述第一聚氨酯泡绵层的厚度为2.5~6.5mm,所述第二聚氨酯泡绵层的厚度为3.5~6.5mm,所述植物纤维层的厚度为2.0~5.0mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的消防作战训练鞋垫,其特征在于:从鞋垫本体的前端至后端,所述第一聚氨酯泡绵层的下侧依次设有第一容置腔和第二容置腔,所述第二聚氨酯泡绵层的下侧设有第三容置腔,所述前掌减震垫镶于第一容置腔内,所述记忆泡绵镶于第二容置腔内,所述后跟减震垫镶于第三容置腔内。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的消防作战训练鞋垫,其特征在于:所述记忆泡绵为聚醚型聚氨酯泡沫泡绵;所述前掌减震垫及后跟减震垫的厚度分别为1~12.7mm,所述记忆泡绵的厚度为2~8mm。
6.根据权利要求3所述的消防作战训练鞋垫,其特征在于:所述植物纤维层的制备方法为:(1)制备玉米纤维纱线;(2)用复凝聚法制备薰衣草精油微囊;(3)制作薰衣草精油缓释-大豆蛋白纤维;(4)织布:采用步骤(1)制得的玉米纤维纱线作经线,步骤(3)制得的薰衣草精油缓释-大豆蛋白纤维作纬线,采用常规的织布方法织布形成面料;(4)表面涂敷阻燃剂,制得植物纤维层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的消防作战训练鞋垫,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂由以下组分组成:水玻璃108份、乙二醇单丁醚醋酸酯30份、氟硅酸钠36份、硫酸钡42份、甲醛18份、石棉粉48份、聚磷酸铵20份;所述阻燃剂的制备方法为:将水玻璃108份、乙二醇单丁醚醋酸酯30份、氟硅酸钠36份、硫酸钡42份、甲醛18份、石棉粉48份、聚磷酸铵20份加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀,制得阻燃剂。
8.根据权利要求3中所述的消防作战训练鞋垫,其特征在于:所述第一聚氨酯泡绵层包括纯聚氨酯层以及含有药粉的聚氨酯软泡层,所述聚氨酯软泡层为聚氨酯发泡材料,药粉为丝瓜络粉和沉香粉,丝瓜络粉和沉香粉的重量比为10-20:1;所述聚氨酯软泡层由如下原料反应发泡制成的:聚醚多元醇100份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10~15份,水2~3份,硅油0.5~3份,催化剂0.2~1份,发泡剂0.5~1份,交联剂0.5~1份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的消防作战训练鞋垫,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯软泡层的制备方法为:将相应重量份数的聚醚多元醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入混合器中搅拌均匀,加热升温至35~38摄氏度,将相应份数的其它原料加入到混合器中,高速搅拌6~8秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到相应的聚氨酯软泡层;所述聚醚多元醇的羟值为50~90 mgKOH/g,分子量为8000~10000,所述硅油为BF-2370和B-4900两种质量比为2-5:1的混合物;所述催化剂为N,N-二甲氨基乙基-N-甲基氨基乙醇和乙酰丙酮锆质量比为0.5-1:1的混合物;所述发泡剂为正庚烷;交联剂为乙二胺、三甘醇和二丙(撑)二醇三种混合物。
