本发明涉及一种鞋垫,特别涉及一种健步轻运动鞋垫。
背景技术
“健步轻运动”是指体能消耗少、技术要求低,时间要求松的运动方式,在“健步轻运动”的理念下,步行、跳舞、慢跑、养养花花草草的园艺活动、爬楼梯、登山都被涵盖其中。规律性的、适宜的“轻运动”可以减少自由基的生成和增强机体抗氧化系统清除自由基的能力,“轻运动”还可以促进心廊管功能的改善,有效地减少心血管疾病等。对于“健步轻运动”来说,穿鞋的舒适性非常关键,但是,人们往往重视鞋子的作用,而忽视鞋垫的作用。鞋垫是应用非常普遍的日常用品,按作用分,鞋垫可分为保健鞋垫、功能鞋垫和常规鞋垫。传统鞋垫的结构是多层布料缝制而成或者是多层皮革压制而成,其具有一定的柔软度和缓冲减震作用,基本符合平常散步穿鞋的需求。但是,传统鞋垫具有如下缺失:其一、传统鞋垫减震、护足作用较差,运动时,脚部前掌及后跟底部冲击力大,传统鞋垫难以吸收行走、运动过程中对足部骨骼产生的冲击力,难以保护足底骨骼、踝关节和膝关节;其二、传统鞋垫透气性差,容易滋生细菌、真菌,易产生脚气等足部问题;其三、传统鞋垫对扁平足无改善作用;其四、传统鞋垫无按摩保健理疗作用。其五、传统鞋垫无包裹足部的作用,不能预防运动过程中的关节位移。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种减震护足作用强、透气性好、能改善扁平足、能按摩保健、能包裹足部的健步轻运动鞋垫。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种健步轻运动鞋垫,包括鞋垫本体,从鞋垫本体的前端至后端,依次包括鞋垫前掌、鞋垫垫心、鞋垫中腰及鞋垫后跟,所述鞋垫前掌的上侧设置有若干条纵横交错的排气沟槽,所述鞋垫前掌的下侧设有前掌减震垫;所述鞋垫垫心的上侧设有卵型凸面;所述鞋垫中腰及鞋垫后跟的外侧部分别设有往上翘起的外缘;所述鞋垫中腰的对应于人体足弓部内侧的位置设有拱起部,所述鞋垫中腰的下侧设置有包裹鞋垫中腰的弹性垫片;所述鞋垫后跟的中部下侧设有后跟减震垫。

本发明的有益效果是:其一、由于鞋垫前掌的下侧设有前掌减震垫,鞋垫后跟的中部下侧设有后跟减震垫,因此,鞋垫弹性好,可有效吸收消防作战训练过程中对足部骨骼产生的冲击力,保护足底骨骼、踝关节和膝关节,具有优秀的减震护足作用;其二、鞋垫的竹炭纤维层具有吸湿透气、抑菌抗菌、绿色环保的特点,透气性好,并且,由于鞋垫前掌的上侧设置有若干条纵横交错的排气沟槽,足底的湿气可从排气沟槽中纵向或横向排出,极大地提高了透气性;其三、由于鞋垫垫心的上侧设有卵型凸面,鞋垫中腰的对应于人体足弓部内侧的位置设有拱起部,因此,既能起到按摩足底的作用,又能贴合足弓,能防治扁平足;其四、由于鞋垫中腰及鞋垫后跟的外侧部分别设有往上翘起的外缘,能包裹足部,预防运动过程中的关节位移,防止发生外翻、崴脚情况,有效降低足关节意外受伤的风险。

下面结合附图对本发明的结构原理和工作原理作进一步详细说明。
如图1~图4所示,本发明为一种健步轻运动鞋垫,包括鞋垫本体100,从鞋垫本体100的前端至后端,依次包括鞋垫前掌1、鞋垫垫心2、鞋垫中腰3及鞋垫后跟4,所述鞋垫前掌1的上侧设置有若干条纵横交错的排气沟槽11,所述鞋垫前掌1的下侧设有前掌减震垫12;所述鞋垫垫心2的上侧设有卵型凸面21;所述鞋垫中腰3及鞋垫后跟4的外侧部分别设有往上翘起的外缘31、41;所述鞋垫中腰3的对应于人体足弓部内侧的位置设有拱起部32,所述鞋垫中腰3的下侧设置有包裹鞋垫中腰的弹性垫片33;所述鞋垫后跟4的中部下侧设有后跟减震垫42。
如图1~图4所示,所述鞋垫前掌1的上侧设置有4~6条横向的排气沟槽11及2~3条纵向的排气沟槽11;所述弹性垫片33包括对应于人体足弓部内侧的第一弹性垫片331及对应于人体足弓部外侧的第二弹性垫片332,所述第一弹性垫片331及第二弹性垫片332的下侧分别设置弹性肋条。
如图3和图4所示,所述鞋垫本体100从上至下依次包括竹炭纤维层5、第一PU聚氨酯泡棉层6及第二PU聚氨酯泡棉层7;所述第一PU聚氨酯泡棉层6的上侧设置有若干下凹区及突起,并往上顶起竹炭纤维层5,使鞋垫本体100的上侧形成所述的排气沟槽11、卵型凸面21及拱起部32;所述第二PU聚氨酯泡棉层7的下侧设有前容置腔71、中容置腔72及后容置腔73,所述前掌减震垫12镶于前容置腔71内,所述弹性垫片33镶于中容置腔72内,所述后跟减震垫42镶于后容置腔73内。竹炭纤维层具有吸湿透气、抑菌抗菌、冬暖夏凉、绿色环保的特点;第一PU聚氨酯泡棉层及第二PU聚氨酯泡棉层具有环保易降解、透气、除臭、排汗作用。此外,所述第一PU聚氨酯泡棉层、第二PU聚氨酯泡棉层内均混合有黑色微粒状活性炭,透气作用更强。
如图3和图4所示,所述竹炭纤维层5的厚度为0.3~0.6mm,优选为0.42~0.48mm;所述第一PU聚氨酯泡棉层6的厚度为3.0~6.0mm,优选为4.3~4.7mm;所述第二PU聚氨酯泡棉层7的厚度为3.2~6.2mm,优选为4.3~4.7mm;所述前掌减震垫12的厚度为3.0~4.5mm,优选为3.5~4.1mm;所述弹性垫片33的厚度为4.5~8.5mm,优选为4.5~5.2mm;后跟减震垫42的厚度为3.0~4.5mm,优选为3.5~4.1mm。
在上述技术方案中,所述弹性垫片33为PU聚氨酯泡棉弹性垫片。
以下为对本发明健步轻运动鞋垫的步态测试和关节损伤实验数据:
1、健步轻运动鞋垫提供了一个良好的步态,对有着足外翻和后足疾病的人,对步态的改善有着44%以上的改善,在长时间活动中减少肌肉疲劳。
2、在行走时,健步轻运动鞋垫减少了踝关节的损伤,并且减少了15.8%的踝关节震动,对踝关节震动的减少可以降低在长时间活动中的关节疼痛,如走路、跑步等。
3、在行走时,健步轻运动鞋垫减少了膝关节的损伤,并且减少了21.5%的踝关节震动,对踝关节震动的减少可以降低在长时间活动中的关节疼痛,如走路、跑步等。
4、在行走时,健步轻运动鞋垫减少了腰部区域的损伤,并且减少了8.2%的肘关节震动,对腰部区域震动的减少可以降低在长时间活动腰部区域疼痛的风险,如走路、跑步等。
以下为材料与制造工艺的具体实施例。
实施例1
第一PU聚氨酯泡棉层的聚氨酯软泡层各原料分别称取重量为:聚醚多元醇10kg,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯1kg,水0.2kg,硅油1kg,催化剂0.06kg,发泡剂0.08kg,交联剂0.06kg。
聚氨酯软泡层的制备方法为:将相应重量份数的聚醚多元醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入混合器中搅拌均匀,加热升温至35~38摄氏度,将相应份数的其它原料加入到混合器中,高速搅拌6~8秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到相应的聚氨酯软泡层。然后加入丝瓜络50g粉和3g沉香粉,制得含有药粉的聚氨酯软泡层。
用常用普通方法制得纯聚氨酯层。
第二PU聚氨酯泡棉层的原料分别称取重量为::聚醚多元醇10kg,沉香树皮纤维粉0.1 kg,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯1.5 kg,水0.25 kg,硅油0.06 kg,催化剂0.03 kg,发泡剂0.08 kg,硅烷偶联剂0.08 kg。
第二PU聚氨酯泡棉层的制备方法为:将相应重量份数的聚醚多元醇、沉香树皮纤维粉、硅烷偶联剂和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入混合器中搅拌均匀,加热升温至35~38摄氏度,将相应份数的其它原料加入到混合器中,高速搅拌6~8秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到相应的聚氨酯软泡层。
实施例2
第一PU聚氨酯泡棉层的聚氨酯软泡层各原料分别称取重量为:聚醚多元醇10kg,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯1.5kg,水0.3kg,硅油2kg,催化剂0.08kg,发泡剂0.06kg,交联剂0.05kg。
聚氨酯软泡层的制备方法为:将相应重量份数的聚醚多元醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入混合器中搅拌均匀,加热升温至35~38摄氏度,将相应份数的其它原料加入到混合器中,高速搅拌6~8秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到相应的聚氨酯软泡层。然后加入丝瓜络50g粉和4g沉香粉,制得含有药粉的聚氨酯软泡层。
用常用普通方法制得纯聚氨酯层。

第二PU聚氨酯泡棉层的制备方法为:将相应重量份数的聚醚多元醇、沉香树皮纤维粉、硅烷偶联剂和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入混合器中搅拌均匀,加热升温至35~38摄氏度,将相应份数的其它原料加入到混合器中,高速搅拌6~8秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到相应的聚氨酯软泡层。
实施例3
第一PU聚氨酯泡棉层的聚氨酯软泡层各原料分别称取重量为:聚醚多元醇10kg,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯1.5kg,水0.4kg,硅油1.5kg,催化剂0.06kg,发泡剂0.08kg,交联剂0.06kg。
聚氨酯软泡层的制备方法为:将相应重量份数的聚醚多元醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入混合器中搅拌均匀,加热升温至35~38摄氏度,将相应份数的其它原料加入到混合器中,高速搅拌6~8秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到相应的聚氨酯软泡层。然后加入丝瓜络50g粉和3g沉香粉,制得含有药粉的聚氨酯软泡层。
用常用普通方法制得纯聚氨酯层。

实施例4
第一PU聚氨酯泡棉层的聚氨酯软泡层各原料分别称取重量为:聚醚多元醇10kg,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯1.4kg,水0.5kg,硅油1.8kg,催化剂0.06kg,发泡剂0.08kg,交联剂0.06kg。
聚氨酯软泡层的制备方法为:将相应重量份数的聚醚多元醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入混合器中搅拌均匀,加热升温至35~38摄氏度,将相应份数的其它原料加入到混合器中,高速搅拌6~8秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到相应的聚氨酯软泡层。然后加入丝瓜络50g粉和3g沉香粉,制得含有药粉的聚氨酯软泡层。
用常用普通方法制得纯聚氨酯层。

第二PU聚氨酯泡棉层的制备方法为:将相应重量份数的聚醚多元醇、沉香树皮纤维粉、硅烷偶联剂和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入混合器中搅拌均匀,加热升温至35~38摄氏度,将相应份数的其它原料加入到混合器中,高速搅拌6~8秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到相应的聚氨酯软泡层。
实施例5的第一PU聚氨酯泡棉层和第二PU聚氨酯泡棉层均为普通常用材料制成。
将以上实施例1-5制得的第一PU聚氨酯泡棉层和第二PU聚氨酯泡棉层组装成鞋垫,通过鞋底耐磨测试仪测试结果为实施例1-5耐磨性相当,但实施例1-4脚感更加柔软,舒适性高,并且长期穿用抗菌效果好,在穿用后37℃温箱中放置72小时,检测细菌含量每平方厘米3个以下,而实施例5的检测结果在35个每平方厘米。实施例1-4的透气性优于实施例5。

Claims (9)
1.一种健步轻运动鞋垫,包括鞋垫本体,从鞋垫本体的前端至后端,依次包括鞋垫前掌、鞋垫垫心、鞋垫中腰及鞋垫后跟,其特征在于:所述鞋垫前掌的上侧设置有若干条纵横交错的排气沟槽,所述鞋垫前掌的下侧设有前掌减震垫;所述鞋垫垫心的上侧设有卵型凸面;所述鞋垫中腰及鞋垫后跟的外侧部分别设有往上翘起的外缘;所述鞋垫中腰的对应于人体足弓部内侧的位置设有拱起部,所述鞋垫中腰的下侧设置有包裹鞋垫中腰的弹性垫片;所述鞋垫后跟的中部下侧设有后跟减震垫;
所述鞋垫本体从上至下依次包括竹炭纤维层、第一PU聚氨酯泡棉层及第二PU聚氨酯泡棉层;所述第一PU聚氨酯泡棉层的上侧设置有若干下凹区及突起,并往上顶起竹炭纤维层,使鞋垫本体的上侧形成所述的排气沟槽、卵型凸面及拱起部;所述第二PU聚氨酯泡棉层的下侧设有前容置腔、中容置腔及后容置腔,所述前掌减震垫镶于前容置腔内,所述弹性垫片镶于中容置腔内,所述后跟减震垫镶于后容置腔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的健步轻运动鞋垫,其特征在于:所述鞋垫前掌的上侧设置有4~6条横向的排气沟槽及2~3条纵向的排气沟槽;所述弹性垫片包括对应于人体足弓部内侧的第一弹性垫片及对应于人体足弓部外侧的第二弹性垫片,所述第一弹性垫片及第二弹性垫片的下侧分别设置弹性肋条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的健步轻运动鞋垫,其特征在于:所述竹炭纤维层的厚度为0.3~0.6mm,所述第一PU聚氨酯泡棉层的厚度为3.0~6.0mm,所述第二PU聚氨酯泡棉层的厚度为3.2~6.2mm,所述前掌减震垫的厚度为3.0~4.5mm,所述弹性垫片的厚度为4.5~8.5mm,后跟减震垫的厚度为3.0~4.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任意一项所述的健步轻运动鞋垫,其特征在于:所述弹性垫片为PU聚氨酯泡棉弹性垫片。
5.根据权利要求1~3中任意一项所述的健步轻运动鞋垫,其特征在于:第一PU聚氨酯泡棉层包括纯聚氨酯层以及含有药粉的聚氨酯软泡层,所述聚氨酯软泡层为聚氨酯发泡材料,药粉为丝瓜络粉和沉香粉,丝瓜络粉和沉香粉的重量比为10-20:1;所述聚氨酯软泡层由如下原料反应发泡制成的:聚醚多元醇100份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10~15份,水2~3份,硅油0.5~3份,催化剂0.2~1份,发泡剂0.5~1份,交联剂0.5~1份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的健步轻运动鞋垫,其特征在于:聚氨酯软泡层的制备方法为:将相应重量份数的聚醚多元醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入混合器中搅拌均匀,加热升温至35~38摄氏度,将相应份数的其它原料加入到混合器中,高速搅拌6~8秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到相应的聚氨酯软泡层。
7.根据权利要求5所述的健步轻运动鞋垫,其特征在于:所述聚醚多元醇的羟值为50~90 mgKOH/g,分子量为8000~10000,所述硅油为BF-2370和B-4900两种质量比为2-5:1的混合物;所述催化剂为N,N-二甲氨基乙基-N-甲基氨基乙醇和乙酰丙酮锆质量比为0.5-1:1的混合物;所述发泡剂为正庚烷;交联剂为乙二胺、三甘醇和二丙撑二醇三种混合物。
8.根据权利要求4所述的健步轻运动鞋垫,其特征在于:所述第二PU聚氨酯泡棉层为沉香树皮纤维粉、聚醚多元醇和二异氰酸酯以及助剂原料发泡而成;所述第二PU聚氨酯泡棉层的原料为:聚醚多元醇100份,沉香树皮纤维粉1~2份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10~15份,水2~3份,硅油0.5~3份,催化剂0.2~1份,发泡剂0.5~1份,硅烷偶联剂0.5~1份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的健步轻运动鞋垫,其特征在于:第二PU聚氨酯泡棉层的制备方法为:将相应重量份数的聚醚多元醇、沉香树皮纤维粉、硅烷偶联剂和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入混合器中搅拌均匀,加热升温至35~38摄氏度,将相应份数的其它原料加入到混合器中,高速搅拌6~8秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到相应的聚氨酯软泡层;所述聚醚多元醇的羟值为50~90 mgKOH/g,分子量为8000~10000,所述硅油为BF-2370和B-4900两种质量比为2-6:1的混合物;所述催化剂为N,N-二甲氨基乙基-N-甲基氨基乙醇和乙酰丙酮锆质量比为0.1-1:1的混合物;所述发泡剂为正庚烷。
