主转盘和挡盘将直径调节机构限定到中间,位于轴套与副转轴上的花键,使得连接稳定,在卷管的过程中不会飞离。
底座上设有一可开启电机的脚踏开关。
操作简单到只要控制脚踏开关的踩踏节奏就可以完成卷管。
实施例1
如图1、图2一种直径可调卷管机,包括底座、设置在底座上的电机,以及固定在底座上的支架,所述支架上端固定有副转轴,通过皮带与电机主轴连接;副转轴上从左至右依次套有挡盘、主转盘,在副转轴的前端设有花键,所述挡盘中间位置设有轴套,所述轴套前端的内壁上开有与之配合的花键,使挡盘活动的套在副转轴上,轴套后端通过轴承固定在副支架上,所述副支架与支架平行、可滑动的固定在底座的滑道上,副支架的下端铰接有脚踏,脚踏为环形 架,在环形架体上设有缺口,所述缺口的开口处直径小于其内部直径的梨形,与设在底座上的限位销卡合,在主转盘和挡盘之间设有导管直径调节机构,所述直径调节机构包括挡板、可旋转的固定在主转盘上的转盘以及连接在转盘和挡板之间的连杆,连杆的两端分别通过销轴固定;在主转盘上设有限制挡板移动的轨道;转盘旋转带动挡板在主转盘轨道进行远离或或靠近主转盘圆心的运动,并通过螺栓与主转盘锁紧。
在本实施例中,左脚或是右脚伸入脚踏环中,沿滑道将副支架远离之间,将挡盘与主转盘分开,旋转转盘,连杆的一端随着转盘旋转,另一端带动挡板沿着主转盘的轨道移动,靠近或远离主转盘的圆心,调节到需要导管成卷的直径,锁死转盘;使直径调节机构与主转盘为一体结构,同时在副支架复位,脚踏旋转使脚踏上的缺口与底座上的定位销卡合,挡盘与主转盘通过花键契合,开启电机,花键传递扭矩,使挡盘、直径调节机构随主转盘旋转而旋转,完成导管的卷盘,直径的调节迅速可靠,每呈卷的导管,形状规则,码放节省空间。
实施例2
如图1、图2、图3所示,在本实施例中,在装置中增加了导管机构,导管机构包括转轮,转轮通过变向机构与电机主轴连接,沿转轮竖直中心线的左侧设为齿轮结构,外切于转轮设有行走移动框,移动框上设有与转轮的齿轮结构相啮合的齿条结构,在移动框的一侧设有摆臂,在摆臂上设有导管导向机构。导向轮机构包括弧形的导向轴,在导向轴上设有多个导向轮。
变向机构包括一对相互啮合锥齿轮,相互啮合锥齿轮包括固定在电机主轴上的主锥齿轮以及通过支杆固定在支架上的副锥齿轮,副锥齿轮同轴设有第一皮带轮,第一皮带轮通过第一皮带与变速轮连接,变速轮同轴设有第二皮带轮,第二皮带轮通过第二皮带连接到与转轮同轴的第三皮带轮上。
导管机构在导管绕主转盘旋转呈卷的过程中,带动导管沿着挡板水平切线方向做往复运动,提高呈卷导管的排布规律,降低人工操作,提高自动化程度。可以根据需要导管缠绕的紧密程度,而调节调速轮的大小,进而改变转轮与电机主轴之间的传动比。
实施例3
如图4、图5所示,区别于上述实施例,在本实施例中主转盘与挡盘结构相同,主转盘分为三瓣,相邻两瓣交汇处设有绑线凹槽;数量与主转盘相对应的挡板为弧形板,在挡板的一侧设有凸起限位块,限位块卡合在主转盘轨道内。
卷好的导管需要打捆,在主转盘上设有绑线凹槽,内嵌绑线,卷管结束之后,人工缠绕绑线,卷管连续性不断,不降低加工效率。
实施例4
如图6、图7所示,区别于上述实施例,在本实施例中主转盘与挡盘结构相同,主转盘分 为四瓣,相邻两瓣交汇处设有绑线凹槽;数量与主转盘相对应的挡板为弧形板,在挡板的一侧设有凸起限位块,限位块卡合在主转盘轨道内。
绑线凹槽的设置,使得卷管的过程中,提高操作性。
实施5
如图1、图2所示,底座上设有一可开启电机的脚踏开关。
在本实施例中,卷管机的开启与关闭均脚踏开关完成,在操作过程中更加简便,解放双手,提高操作性。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种直径可调卷管机,包括底座、设置在底座上的电机,以及固定在底座上的支架,所述支架上端固定有副转轴,通过皮带与电机主轴连接;副转轴上从左至右依次套有挡盘、主转盘,其特征在于,在副转轴的前端设有花键,所述挡盘中间位置设有轴套,所述轴套前端的内壁上开有与之配合的花键,使挡盘活动的套在副转轴上,轴套后端通过轴承固定在副支架上,所述副支架与支架平行、可滑动的固定在底座的滑道上,副支架的下端铰接有脚踏,所述脚踏为环形架,在环形架体上设有缺口,所述缺口的开口处直径小于其内部直径的梨形,与设在底座上的限位销卡合,在主转盘和挡盘之间设有导管直径调节机构,所述直径调节机构包括挡板、可旋转的固定在主转盘上的转盘以及连接在转盘和挡板之间的连杆,连杆的两端分别通过销轴固定;在主转盘上设有限制挡板移动的轨道;转盘旋转带动挡板在主转盘轨道进行远离或或靠近主转盘圆心的运动,并通过螺栓与主转盘锁紧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述直径可调卷管机,其特征在于,卷管机还包括导管机构,所述导管机构包括转轮,所述转轮通过变向机构与电机主轴连接,沿转轮竖直中心线的左侧设为齿轮结构,外切于转轮设有行走移动框,移动框上设有与转轮的齿轮结构相啮合的齿条结构,在移动框的一侧设有摆臂,在摆臂上设有导管导向轮机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述直径可调卷管机,其特征在于,所述导向轮机构包括弧形的导向轴,在导向轴上设有多个导向轮。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述直径可调卷管机,其特征在于,所述变向机构包括一对相互啮合锥齿轮,相互啮合锥齿轮包括固定在电机主轴上的主锥齿轮以及通过支杆固定在支架上的副锥齿轮,副锥齿轮同轴设有第一皮带轮,第一皮带轮通过第一皮带与变速轮连接,变速轮同轴设有第二皮带轮,第二皮带轮通过第二皮带连接到与转轮同轴的第三皮带轮上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述直径可调卷管机,其特征在于,所述挡板上设有导管定位口,所述定位口边缘向内卷,形成柱状、圆滑的定位口边。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的直径可调卷管机,其特征在于,所述挡盘与主转盘结构相同,所述主转盘至少分为三瓣,相邻两瓣交汇处设有绑线凹槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的直径可调卷管机,其特征在于,所述挡板为弧形板,设置的数量与对应主转盘分的瓣数,在挡板的一侧设有凸起限位块,限位块卡合在主转盘轨道内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述直径可调卷管机,其特征在于,所述底座上设有一可开启电机的脚踏开关。
