自拍杆及通过自拍杆控制拍摄设备的方法 技术领域
本发明涉及拍摄控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种自拍杆以及一种通过自拍杆控制拍摄设备的方法。
背景技术
现有自拍杆大多采用物理按键控制手机,令手机通过其前置摄像头或者后置摄像头进行拍摄。而在自拍杆的伸缩杆展开后,由于用户手指与手机之间产生一定的距离,用户难以通过直接接触手机来调节手机的拍摄焦距,因此在进行多人拍摄或远距离自拍时,难以拍出满意的效果。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能够调节拍摄设备的拍摄参数或功能的自拍杆。
此外,本发明实施例还提供一种通过自拍杆控制拍摄设备的方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施例采用如下技术方案:
一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种自拍杆,包括:
固定支架,用于固定拍摄设备;
手柄,包括柔性触摸屏和控制模块,所述柔性触摸屏用于感测触摸动作,所述控制模块电连接所述柔性触摸屏,用于依据所述触摸动作发送控制信号至所述拍摄设备;以及
连接部,所述连接部连接在所述固定支架与所述手柄之间。
另一方面,本发明实施例还提供一种通过自拍杆控制拍摄设备的方法,包括:
触摸自拍杆的手柄上的柔性触摸屏;
所述柔性触摸屏感测作用于所述柔性触摸屏上的触摸动作,产生触摸信号;以及
所述手柄组件上的控制模块根据所述触摸信号产生对应的控制信号并传送至拍摄设备,以对所述拍摄设备进行控制。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
由于所述柔性触摸屏可以识别不同的触摸动作,因此用户可以通过以不同的动作触摸所述柔性触摸屏来调节所述拍摄设备的各种拍摄参数或功能,比例焦距、光圈、色彩、闪光等,解决了现有自拍杆拍摄时由于仅有单一的按键,仅能执行快门的功能,而不能调整参数的问题,使用户获得更佳的拍摄体验。

请一并参阅图1至图4,本发明实施例提供一种自拍杆100,所述自拍杆100包括固定支架1、手柄2以及连接部3。所述固定支架1用于固定拍摄设备200。所述手柄2包括柔性触摸屏21和控制模块22。所述柔性触摸屏21用于感测触摸动作,所述控制模块22电连接所述柔性触摸屏21,用于依据所述触摸动作发送控制信号至所述拍摄设备200。所述连接部3连接在所述固定支架1与所述手柄2之间。所述连接部3可为可伸缩或可折叠以改变总长度的管组或杆组等。
在本实施例中,所述自拍杆100的所述手柄2设有所述柔性触摸屏21和所述控制模块22,用户在抓持所述手柄2进行自拍时,可通过触摸所述柔性触摸屏21,使所述柔性触摸屏21感测作用于所述柔性触摸屏21上的触摸动作,由所述控制模块22依据所述触摸动作发送对应的控制信号至所述拍摄设备200,从而实现对所述拍摄设备200的控制。由于所述柔性触摸屏21可以识别不同的触摸动作,因此用户可以通过以不同的动作触摸所述柔性触摸屏21来调节所述拍摄设备200的各种拍摄参数或功能,比例焦距、光圈、色彩、闪光等,解决了现有自拍杆100拍摄时由于仅有单一的按键,仅能执行快门的功能,而不能调整参数的问题,使用户获得更佳的拍摄体验。
可以理解的,用户可以在所述柔性触摸屏21上通过不同的触摸动作控制所述拍摄设备200实现不同的动作,例如:通过横向滑动手势切换所述拍摄设备200的拍摄滤镜,通过纵向滑动手势调节所述拍摄设备200的拍摄焦距,通过双击手势切换所述拍摄设备200的前摄像头与后摄像头,通过长按手势控制所述拍摄设备200进行拍摄等。
所述拍摄设备200包括各种带拍摄功能的移动终端,例如手机。
请一并参阅图3至图9,作为一种可选实施例,所述手柄2包括握持件23。所述握持件23包括把手端231和固定端232,所述固定端232位于所述把手端231与所述连接部3之间,所述柔性触摸屏21设于所述固定端232的外表面2321。此时,所述柔性触摸屏21位于所述把手端231与所述连接部3之间。

可选的,所述控制模块22包括电路板221和处理芯片222。所述电路板221用于承载所述处理芯片222。所述处理芯片222电连接所述柔性触摸屏21,所述处理芯片222用于处理所述柔性触摸屏21依据所述触摸动作所产生的触摸信号以形成控制信号。

可选的,所述手柄2还包括接合件25。所述接合件25包括第一端251和第二端252,所述第一端251伸入所述第一空间2322,用以固定至所述固定端232,所述第二端252连接所述连接部3。
所述固定端232上设有多个第一固定孔2324,所述第一端251上设有与所述多个第一固定孔2324一一对应的多个第二固定孔2511,通过固定件依次穿过对应的所述第一固定孔2324和所述第二固定孔2511后,能够实现所述接合件25 与所述握持件23之间的彼此定位和固定。

在本实施例中,所述电池27与所述控制模块22分别设于两个独立的空间,能够避免所述电池27的热量对所述控制模块22及所述柔性触摸屏21造成的不良影响,以保证所述自拍杆100的正常使用,延长所述自拍杆100的使用寿命。
可选的,所述手柄2还包括安装架236,所述安装架236固定至所述第二空间2311。所述安装架236包括基板2361和电池壳2362,所述电池壳2362设于所述基板2361的朝向所述隔板233的一侧,所述电池27收容于所述电池壳2362。所述电池壳2362固定所述电池27,防止所述电池27在所述自拍杆100的使用过程中晃动。所述隔板233上设有穿线孔2332,所述电池27的导线穿过所述穿线孔2332以连接至所述控制模块22。

请一并参阅图4至图12,作为一种可选实施例,所述手柄2还包括按键模块28。所述按键模块28用于控制所述控制模块22的工作状态,例如电源和蓝牙的开启或关闭。所述安装架236还包括凸柱2364,所述凸柱2364设于所述基板2361的远离所述隔板233的一侧,所述按键模块28固定至所述凸柱2364。所述凸柱2364收容于所述第二空间2311,所述按键模块28至少部分收容于所述第二空间2311。所述基板2361将所述电池27与所述按键模块28分隔在两个独立空间中,能够降低所述电池27的热量对所述按键模块28造成的不良影响。
可选的,所述按键模块28包括底盖281。所述底盖281上设有紧固孔2811,第三紧固件(图中未示出)穿过所述紧固孔2811伸入所述凸柱2364以使所述底盖281固定至所述把手端231。所述底盖281可封闭所述第二空间2311,以避免外界杂质进入所述第二空间2311而损坏所述第二空间2311内的器件。所述凸柱2364内设孔,该孔孔壁设螺纹,所述第三紧固件可为对应的螺钉或螺柱。
可选的,所述按键模块28还包括按钮282、按压件283以及开关284。所述开关284安装于所述基板2361的朝向所述底盖281的一侧。所述底盖281包括朝向所述安装架236的内侧2812和远离所述安装架236的外侧2813。所述按压件283包括本体及弹性臂2831,所述本体包括衬底2832及分别设于所述衬底2832两侧的凸台2833及抵压柱2834。所述弹性臂2831可发生弹性形变。所述按压件283通过所述弹性臂2831安装至所述内侧2812,使得所述本体可相对所述底盖281移动。所述凸台2833朝向所述底盖281设置,所述抵压柱2834朝向所述开关284设置。所述按钮282安装至所述外侧2813。所述按压件283的凸台2833穿过所述底盖281上的通孔2815以靠近所述按钮282。按压所述按钮282时,所述按钮282抵压所述凸台2833以使本体向所述开关284移动,所述抵压柱2834抵触所述开关284以触发所述开关284。松开所述按钮282后,所述弹性臂2831使所述本体回复至初始位置。
所述弹性臂2831的远离所述衬底2832的末端设有固定孔2835,所述底盖281的所述内侧2812设有定位柱2814,所述定位柱2814穿过所述固定孔2835以 实现两者固定。
所述基板2361上开设线槽2365。所述开关284的导线依次穿过所述线槽2365和所述隔板233的所述穿线孔2332以连接至所述控制模块22。
请一并参阅图1和图2,作为一种可选实施例,所述固定支架1包括支架本体11及马达12。所述支架本体11用于夹持所述拍摄设备200。所述马达12用于移动或转动所述支架本体11,以移动或转动所述拍摄设备200,从而控制所述拍摄设备200的镜头位置和朝向。
可选的,所述支架本体11上设有多个光源(图中未示出),所述多个光源用于在所述拍摄设备200拍摄过程中进行补光。
请一并参阅图1至图16,本发明实施例还提供一种通过自拍杆控制拍摄设备的方法。所述通过自拍杆控制拍摄设备的方法可采用上述实施例所述自拍杆100对所述拍摄设备200进行控制。
所述通过自拍杆控制拍摄设备的方法包括:
触摸自拍杆100的手柄2上的柔性触摸屏21;
所述柔性触摸屏21感测作用于所述柔性触摸屏21上的触摸动作,产生触摸信号;以及
所述手柄2上的控制模块22根据所述触摸信号产生对应的控制信号并传送至拍摄设备200,以对所述拍摄设备200进行控制。
在本实施例中,所述自拍杆控制拍摄设备的方法可通过以不同的动作触摸所述柔性触摸屏21来调节所述拍摄设备200的各种拍摄参数或功能,比例焦距、光圈、色彩、闪光等,以使用户获得更佳的拍摄体验。所述拍摄设备200的显示界面可随时反馈所述触摸动作。
作为一种可选实施例,所述触摸动作为横向滑动时,所述拍摄设备200根据所述控制信号切换拍摄滤镜。例如,黑白、小森林、怀旧、冲印、褪色、岁月、冲印等。如图13所示,图中200’指向的图案为所述拍摄设备200的显示画面示意图。横向滑动的触摸动作与所述拍摄设备200的屏幕切换方式相近,有利于提高用户的使用体验。
可选的,所述触摸动作为纵向滑动时,所述拍摄设备200根据所述控制信号调节拍摄焦距。例如向上滑动则增大拍摄焦距、向下滑动则减小拍摄焦距,反之亦可。如图14所示,图中200’指向的图案为所述拍摄设备200的显示画面 示意图。纵向滑动的触摸动作与所述拍摄设备200中所显示的用于体现焦距数值的图形相适应,有利于提高用户的使用体验。
可选的,所述触摸动作为双击时,所述拍摄设备200根据所述控制信号切换前摄像头与后摄像头。例如从前摄像头切换为后摄像头,或者从后摄像头切换为前摄像头。如图15所示,图中200’指向的图案为所述拍摄设备200的显示画面示意图。
可选的,所述触摸动作为长按时,所述拍摄设备200根据所述控制信号进行拍摄。对应于拍摄的所述控制信号的所述触摸动作采用长按,能够避免因误触摸而导致误操作。如图16所示,图中200’指向的图案为所述拍摄设备200的显示画面示意图。
作为一种可选实施例,所述触摸动作包括三个层级:第一为操作命令激活手势;第二为单一模式下选择细分模式手势;第三为细分模式下调节模式的优化程度、参数大小等手势。
举例而言:
所述触摸动作为多次点触时,所述拍摄设备200根据所述控制信号进入对应的主模式,所述主模式包括拍摄模式、和/或补光模式、和/或镜头调节模式、和/或焦距调节模式。所述多次点触为至少两次点击。例如,双击进入拍摄模式,三击进入补光模式,四击进入镜头调节模式,五击进入焦距调节模式等。
在一种实施方式中,所述触摸动作为横向滑动时,所述拍摄设备200根据所述控制信号在已进入的所述主模式中选择细分模式。例如在拍摄模式的主模式中,通过横向滑动的触摸动作选择黑白、褪色、美颜等不同的自拍模式。
进一步地,所述触摸动作为纵向滑动时,所述拍摄设备200根据所述控制信号在已选定的所述细分模式中调节拍摄参数的大小。例如在拍摄模式下的美颜模式内调节1至9个级别的美颜级别,在黑白模式中调节黑白对比度。
在另一种实施方式中,所述触摸动作为纵向滑动或/和横向滑动时,所述拍摄设备200根据所述控制信号调节拍摄参数的大小。对于一些没有细分模式的主模式,比如补光模式、镜头调节模式等,不再进入细分模式(前述实施例为进入细分模式),而是直接在主模式下调节相应的参数。比如进入补光模式之后通过左右或上下滑动调节补光的强弱;进入镜头调节模式之后通过左右滑动调节镜头左右的角度,通过上下滑动调节镜头的上下角度;进入焦距调节模 式之后上下滑动调节镜头的焦距。
可选的,当所述柔性触摸屏21感测到单点滑动手势(例如单点横向滑动或单点纵向滑动手势)时,所述控制模块22不产生控制信号。此时,可防止在滑动过程中出现误触的情况。
所述柔性触摸屏21感测到双点滑动手势(例如双点横向滑动或双点纵向滑动手势),所述控制模块22正常形成并发出控制信号。例如,设定两指(通常是拇指和食指)分别在所述柔性触摸屏21的两个位置(例如上、下位置)同时操作时,才会被识别成滑动(横向活动或纵向滑动)的操作。
可选的,所述触摸动作为单击时,所述拍摄设备200根据所述控制信号进行拍摄。单击的所述触摸动作可以在调节完所述拍摄设备200后进行,也可以是不调节所述拍摄设备200直接进行操作。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种自拍杆,其特征在于,包括:
    固定支架,用于固定拍摄设备;
    手柄,包括柔性触摸屏和控制模块,所述柔性触摸屏用于感测触摸动作,所述控制模块电连接所述柔性触摸屏,用于依据所述触摸动作发送控制信号至所述拍摄设备;以及
    连接部,所述连接部连接在所述固定支架与所述手柄之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述手柄包括握持件,所述握持件包括把手端和固定端,所述固定端位于所述把手端与所述连接部之间,所述柔性触摸屏设于所述固定端的外表面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述手柄包括触摸件,所述触摸件套设在所述柔性触摸屏外侧,用以保护所述柔性触摸屏。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述固定端内侧形成第一空间,所述固定端上设有开槽,所述柔性触摸屏自所述开槽伸入所述第一空间。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述把手端内侧形成第二空间,所述握持件还包括用于分隔所述第一空间与所述第二空间的隔板。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述手柄还包括支架,所述支架安装至所述第一空间内,所述支架用于承载所述控制模块。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述隔板上设有插孔,所述支架的一端设有插接片,所述插接片插入所述插孔。
  8. 如权利要求6或7所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述控制模块包括电路板和处理芯片,所述电路板用于承载所述处理芯片,所述处理芯片电连接所述柔性触摸屏,所述处理芯片用于处理所述柔性触摸屏的触摸信号以形成控制信号。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述支架上设有安装孔,通过第一紧固件将所述电路板固定至所述安装孔。
  10. 如权利要求4所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述手柄还包括接合件,所述接合件包括第一端和第二端,所述第一端伸入所述第一空间,用以固定至 所述固定端,所述第二端连接所述连接部。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述手柄还包括连接件,所述连接件套设在所述第一端和所述固定端的外侧,以固定所述接合件与所述固定端。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述连接件的末端形成限位块,所述第一端的外径大于所述第二端的外径以形成台阶面,所述台阶面抵持所述限位块。
  13. 如权利要求11或12所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述把手端的外径大于所述固定端的外径,所述触摸件卡设在所述连接件与所述把手端之间。
  14. 如权利要求5所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述手柄还包括电池,所述电池安装于所述第二空间。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述手柄还包括安装架,所述安装架固定至所述第二空间,所述安装架包括基板和电池壳,所述电池壳设于所述基板的朝向所述隔板的一侧,所述电池收容于所述电池壳。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述基板上设有穿孔,所述第二空间内形成连接所述把手端的固定柱,第二紧固件穿过所述穿孔后伸入所述固定柱以使所述基板固定至所述把手端。
  17. 如权利要求15或16所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述手柄还包括按键模块,所述按键模块用于控制所述控制模块的工作状态,所述安装架还包括凸柱,所述凸柱设于所述基板的远离所述隔板的一侧,所述按键模块固定至所述凸柱。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述按键模块包括底盖,所述底盖上设有紧固孔,第三紧固件穿过所述紧固孔伸入所述凸柱以使所述底盖固定至所述把手端。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述按键模块还包括按钮、按压件以及开关,所述开关安装于所述基板的朝向所述底盖的一侧,所述底盖包括朝向所述安装架的内侧和远离所述安装架的外侧,所述按压件通过弹性臂安装至所述内侧,所述按钮安装至所述外侧,所述按压件的凸台穿过所述底盖上的通孔以靠近所述按钮。
  20. 如权利要求1所述的自拍杆,其特征在于,所述固定支架包括支架 本体及马达,所述支架本体用于夹持所述拍摄设备,所述马达用于移动或转动所述支架本体。
  21. 一种通过自拍杆控制拍摄设备的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    触摸自拍杆的手柄上的柔性触摸屏;
    所述柔性触摸屏感测作用于所述柔性触摸屏上的触摸动作,产生触摸信号;以及
    所述手柄上的控制模块根据所述触摸信号产生对应的控制信号并传送至拍摄设备,以对所述拍摄设备进行控制。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的通过自拍杆控制拍摄设备的方法,其特征在于,所述触摸动作为横向滑动时,所述拍摄设备根据所述控制信号切换拍摄滤镜。
  23. 如权利要求21所述的通过自拍杆控制拍摄设备的方法,其特征在于,所述触摸动作为纵向滑动时,所述拍摄设备根据所述控制信号调节拍摄焦距。
  24. 如权利要求21所述的通过自拍杆控制拍摄设备的方法,其特征在于,所述触摸动作为双击时,所述拍摄设备根据所述控制信号切换前摄像头与后摄像头。
  25. 如权利要求21所述的通过自拍杆控制拍摄设备的方法,其特征在于,所述触摸动作为长按时,所述拍摄设备根据所述控制信号进行拍摄。
  26. 如权利要求21所述的通过自拍杆控制拍摄设备的方法,其特征在于,所述触摸动作为多次点触时,所述拍摄设备根据所述控制信号进入对应的主模式,所述主模式包括拍摄模式、和/或补光模式、和/或镜头调节模式、和/或焦距调节模式。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的通过自拍杆控制拍摄设备的方法,其特征在于,所述触摸动作为横向滑动时,所述拍摄设备根据所述控制信号在已进入的所述主模式中选择细分模式。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的通过自拍杆控制拍摄设备的方法,其特征在于,所述触摸动作为纵向滑动时,所述拍摄设备根据所述控制信号在已选定的所述细分模式中调节拍摄参数的大小。
