Abstract
본 발명은 고압 균질화 장치 및 이를 이용한 그래핀의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 균질화를 위한 대상물이 통과하는 마이크로 채널을 포함하는 채널 모듈을 포함하며, 마이크로 채널에는 대상물이 통과하는 방향을 따라 제1 유로 및 제2 유로가 차례로 마련되고, 제1 유로에는 마이크로 채널을 복수 개의 공간으로 구획하도록 배치된 복수 개의 제1 배플이 마련되며, 제2 유로에는 마이크로 채널을 복수 개의 공간으로 구획하도록 배치된 복수 개의 제2 배플이 마련되고, 적어도 하나의 제1 배플은 인접하는 2개의 제2 배플 사이에 위치하도록 마련된 고압 균질화 장치가 제공된다.
