所述定刀支架2上并与进毛孔11相对应的位置设有供体毛进入的进毛槽21,所述进毛槽21消除了定刀支架2对体毛进入的影响,使得体毛的进入更加容易;所述的动刀3上设有与进毛孔11相对应的并用于切割体毛的切割齿31。
所述定刀1的厚度为h,满足:0<h≤0.08mm,采用超薄柔性金属薄片,使得体毛的切除更加的彻底洁净。
所述的传动部件4包括与动刀3固定连接的动刀支架41和与电动剃刀的动力装置连接的的驱动座42。
所述的动刀3和定刀支架2之间设有能将动刀3压紧在定刀1上的动刀压块5,使得体毛切除更加容易,更显往复式电动剃毛刀头的锋利。
所述动刀压块5包括本体51,所述的本体51中部设有供动刀支架41穿过且能供动刀支架41在内滑行的条形孔52,所述条形孔52和动刀支架41组成动刀3做前后往复运动的导向机构;所述本体51的两侧分别设有能将动刀3压紧在定刀1上的弹性压片53,弹性压片53将动刀3向上推压,使动刀3和定刀1贴紧并形成预压力,保证往复式电动剃毛刀头的切除体毛的锋利性能。
所述动刀3中间设有通孔32,所述通孔32前后两端设有凸出在通孔32中的动刀连接部33,所述动刀支架41上设有与动刀连接部33相配合而连接动刀3与动刀支架41的动刀支架连接部411,使得动刀连接部33在与动刀支架连接部411固定连接的工艺中(比如焊接或者铆接)不发生变形,从而提高动刀3的平整度,以保证往复式电动剃毛刀头的整体切除点的锋利。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种往复式电动剃毛刀头,其特征在于:包括定刀(1)和用于支撑并固定定刀(1)的定刀支架(2),所述的定刀(1)上设有供体毛进入的进毛孔(11),所述的定刀(1)内侧设有能相对其前后往复运动进而切断进毛孔(11)内的体毛的动刀(3),所述的定刀(1)为柔性金属薄片且绷紧固定在定刀支架(2)上,所述往复式电动剃毛刀头还包括将动刀(3)与电动剃刀的动力装置连接的传动部件(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种往复式电动剃毛刀头,其特征在于:所述定刀支架(2)为刚性支架,并且所述定刀支架(2)的横截面为弓形,所述定刀(1)左右两端沿着定刀支架(2)的弓形外侧弯曲并与定刀支架(2)贴紧固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种往复式电动剃毛刀头,其特征在于:所述进毛孔(11)均匀设在定刀(1)左侧和/或右侧上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种往复式电动剃毛刀头,其特征在于:所述定刀支架(2)上并与进毛孔(11)相对应的位置设有供体毛进入的进毛槽(21),所述的动刀(3)上设有与进毛孔(11)相对应的并用于切割体毛的切割齿(31)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种往复式电动剃毛刀头,其特征在于:所述定刀(1)的厚度为h,满足:0<h≤0.08mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的一种往复式电动剃毛 刀头,其特征在于:所述的传动部件(4)包括与动刀(3)固定连接的动刀支架(41)和与电动剃刀的动力装置连接的的驱动座(42)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种往复式电动剃毛刀头,其特征在于:所述的动刀(3)和定刀支架(2)之间设有能将动刀(3)压紧在定刀(1)上的动刀压块(5)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种往复式电动剃毛刀头,其特征在于:所述动刀压块(5)包括本体(51),所述的本体(51)中部设有供动刀支架(41)穿过且能供动刀支架(41)在内滑行的条形孔(52),所述本体(51)的两侧分别设有能将动刀(3)压紧在定刀(1)上的弹性压片(53)。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种往复式电动剃毛刀头,其特征在于:所述动刀(3)中间设有通孔(32),所述通孔(32)前后两端设有凸出在通孔(32)中的动刀连接部(33),所述动刀支架(41)上设有与动刀连接部(33)相配合而连接动刀(3)与动刀支架(41)的动刀支架连接部(411)。
