  • Prototypes 1 to 4 Prototypes with different film material and film thickness were created with the same outlet dimensions, and the removal property was evaluated. As shown in Table 1, if the film outlet and the film thickness are within the specified range with the extraction port being constant, the extraction resistance value is suppressed and the film is not lifted, but the extraction resistance is caused by excessively thick film. The value increases and film floating occurs.

Abstract

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un produit d'emballage de papier sanitaire à partir duquel une feuille de papier sanitaire peut être retirée plus facilement. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un produit d'emballage de papier sanitaire qui comprend un sac d'emballage à film constitué d'un film souple et d'un paquet de papier sanitaire stocké à l'intérieur du sac d'emballage à film, et la surface supérieure du sac d'emballage à film présente une ouverture de retrait formée le long de la direction de la largeur du paquet de papier sanitaire. Le paquet de papier sanitaire est constitué d'une pluralité de feuilles de papier sanitaire ayant une souplesse de 1,0 à 4,0 cN mesurée sur la base d'un procédé de poignée-o-mètre conforme à la méthode E dans JIS L 1096 (2010) et un grammage compris entre 9,0-20,0 g/m2 par feuille tel que mesuré sur la base de JIS P 8124 (1998), la pluralité de feuilles de papier sanitaire étant stratifiées de telle sorte qu'un ensemble peut être retiré à un moment à travers l'ouverture de retrait d'une manière dépliante. Le film formant le sac d'emballage à film a une épaisseur de 20 à 60 µm telle que mesurée conformément à JIS P 8118: 1998 et une souplesse de 5,0-50,0 cN mesurée sur la base du procédé de poignée-o-mètre conforme à la méthode E de JIS L 1096 (2010) E, la largeur de l'ouverture de retrait est de 78 % à 96 % par rapport à la largeur du paquet de papier sanitaire, et la longueur transversale de l'ouverture de retrait est de 15 % à 28 % par rapport à la longueur transversale du paquet de papier sanitaire.
