本发明涉及一种清洁用品领域,具体而言涉及一种塑胶材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑胶的定义(美国塑料工业协会):主要由碳、氧、氢和氮及其他有机或无机元素所构成,成品为固体,在制造过程中是熔融状的液体,因此可以籍加热使其熔化、加压力使其流动、冷却使其固化,而形成各种形状,此庞大而变化多端的材料族群称为塑胶。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种塑胶材料及其制备方法,本发明具有绝缘性能好、阻燃性能好、耐磨性能好、强度高、耐拉的优点,特别是具有优良的高频绝缘性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种塑胶材料,由以下质量分数配方成分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂20-30份、阻燃剂1-3份、硬脂酸镉3-5份、石英沙4-6份、纤维素8-10份、石蜡3-5份、白炭黑5-7份、ABS塑胶7-9份、碳酸钙5-15份、增韧剂1-3份。
进一步:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂20份、阻燃剂1 份、硬脂酸镉3份、石英沙4份、纤维素8份、石蜡3份、白炭黑5份、ABS塑胶7份、碳酸钙5份、增韧剂1份。
进一步:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂25份、阻燃剂2份、硬脂酸镉4份、石英沙5份、纤维素9份、石蜡4份、白炭黑6份、ABS塑胶8份、碳酸钙10份、增韧剂2份。
进一步:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂30份、阻燃剂3份、硬脂酸镉5份、石英沙6份、纤维素10份、石蜡5份、白炭黑7份、ABS塑胶9份、碳酸钙15份、增韧剂3份。
进一步:一种塑胶材料的制备方法具有以下几个步骤:
步骤一:将聚氯乙烯树脂、硬脂酸镉、石英沙、纤维素、石蜡、白炭黑、ABS塑胶和碳酸钙混合制得混合物一;
步骤二:将混合物一与阻燃剂和增韧剂在温度为200-220℃情况下进行混合,冷却后既得一种塑胶材料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有绝缘性能好、阻燃性能好、耐磨性能好、强度高、耐拉的优点,特别是具有优良的高频绝缘性。

一种塑胶材料由以下质量分数配方成分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂20-30份、阻燃剂1-3份、硬脂酸镉3-5份、石英沙4-6份、纤维素8-10份、石蜡3-5份、白炭黑5-7份、ABS塑胶7-9份、碳酸钙5-15份、增韧剂1-3份。
实施例二:
一种塑胶材料由以下质量分数配方成分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂20份、阻燃剂1份、硬脂酸镉3份、石英沙4份、纤维素8份、石蜡3份、白炭黑5份、ABS塑胶7份、碳酸钙5份、增韧剂1份。
实施例三:
一种塑胶材料由以下质量分数配方成分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂25份、阻燃剂2份、硬脂酸镉4份、石英沙5份、纤维素9份、石蜡4份、白炭黑6份、ABS塑胶8份、碳酸钙10份、增韧剂2份。
实施例四:
一种塑胶材料由以下质量分数配方成分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂30份、阻燃剂3份、硬脂酸镉5份、石英沙6份、纤维素10份、石蜡5份、白炭黑7份、ABS塑胶9份、碳酸钙15份、增韧剂3份。
实施例五:
一种塑胶材料的制备方法具有以下几个步骤:
步骤一:将聚氯乙烯树脂、硬脂酸镉、石英沙、纤维素、石蜡、白炭黑、ABS塑胶和碳酸钙混合制得混合物一;
步骤二:将混合物一与阻燃剂和增韧剂在温度为200-220℃情况下进行混合,冷却后既得一种塑胶材料。

    聚氯乙烯树脂20-30份、阻燃剂1-3份、硬脂酸镉3-5份、石英沙4-6份、纤维素8-10份、石蜡3-5份、白炭黑5-7份、ABS塑胶7-9份、碳酸钙5-15份、增韧剂1-3份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑胶材料,其特征在于:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:
    聚氯乙烯树脂20份、阻燃剂1份、硬脂酸镉3份、石英沙4份、纤维素8份、石蜡3份、白炭黑5份、ABS塑胶7份、碳酸钙5份、增韧剂1份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑胶材料,其特征在于:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:
    聚氯乙烯树脂25份、阻燃剂2份、硬脂酸镉4份、石英沙5份、纤维素9份、石蜡4份、白炭黑6份、ABS塑胶8份、碳酸钙10份、增韧剂2份。

  5. 一种根据权利要求1所述的一种塑胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于:具有以下几个步骤:
    步骤一:将聚氯乙烯树脂、硬脂酸镉、石英沙、纤维素、石蜡、白炭黑、ABS塑胶和碳酸钙混合制得混合物一;
    步骤二:将混合物一与阻燃剂和增韧剂在温度为200-220℃情况下进行混合,冷却后既得一种塑胶材料。
