一种押出模具快速切换装置
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零配件生产研究领域中的一种模具辅助装置,特别是一种押出模具快速切换装置。
背景技术
在汽车行业中,有一些汽车刮水饰条内外水切的断面类似,但是在生产的过程中,其采用两套不同的押出模具生产。在生产过程中,如果需要更换产品生产,需要将模具清理干净,安装后再进行生产调试。对于每一个产品都会有调试报废和换模工时,对产品的报废率和工时利用有很大的浪费。即现有的生产存在以下缺点:
1. 换模工时浪费,每个产品都需要换模;
2. 材料利用率浪费,每次换模都需要清理和挤料;
3. 开机调试浪费,每个产品都要分开开机,导致每个产品都有开机调试报废。
针对断面类似的汽车刮水饰条内外水切生产,如汽车刮水饰条内水切的内端面上没有凸起,而汽车刮水饰条外水切的内端面上有凸起,并且汽车刮水饰条外水切横截面上的唇边比汽车刮水饰条外水切横截面上的唇边短,急需一种能快速切换的装置,减少换模时间以及调试时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种押出模具快速切换装置,其在切换过程中,无需停机也无需重新安装模具,减少开机调试报废和挤料报废。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种押出模具快速切换装置,包括位于押出模具出口端面的滑块组以及驱使滑块组中的滑块移动后部分封堵押出模具成型腔的驱动机构。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,每一组所述滑块组配置一个驱动机构。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述滑块组包括第一固定块以及能将押出模具成型腔中的凸台腔位置封堵的第一滑块,所述第一固定块上布置供第一滑块移动的第一滑槽,所述第一固定块通过螺钉固定在押出模具出口端面,所述驱动机构包括与第一滑块连接的第一驱动杆、旋接在第一驱动杆上的第一固定螺母、与第一滑块连接的第一指示针以及布置在押出模具出口端面的第一指示槽和第二指示槽,所述第一固定螺母的端面与第一固定块压触后将第一滑块固定。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述滑块组包括第二固定块以及将押出模具成型腔中的唇边腔部分或者全部封堵的第二滑块,所述第二固定块上布置供第二滑块移动的第二滑槽,所述第二固定块通过螺钉固定在押出模具出口端面,所述驱动机构包括与第二滑块连接的第二驱动杆、旋接在第二驱动杆上的第二固定螺母、与第二滑块连接的第二指示针以及布置在押出模具出口端面的第三指示槽和第四指示槽,所述第二固定螺母的端面与第二固定块压触后将第二滑块固定。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,当所述第二指示针从第三指示槽移动到第四指示槽中时,所述第二滑块的自由端沿着押出模具成型腔中的唇边腔的尾端往押出模具成型腔中的唇边腔的始端移动。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过驱动机构驱使滑块组中的滑块移动后部分封堵押出模具成型腔,在类似断面的产品中切换生产,在切换过程中,无需停机也无需重新安装模具,减少开机调试报废和挤料报废,也使得产品批次之间的稳定性提高,报废率下降。

一种押出模具快速切换装置,在如图1所示的押出模具1出口端面安装有至少一组滑块组,还在如图1所示的押出模具1出口端面安装有能驱使滑块组中的滑块移动后部分封堵押出模具1成型腔的驱动机构。
通过驱动机构驱使滑块组中的滑块移动后部分封堵押出模具1成型腔,在类似断面的产品中切换生产,在切换过程中,无需停机也无需重新安装模具,减少开机调试报废和挤料报废,也使得产品批次之间的稳定性提高,报废率下降。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,每一组所述滑块组配置一个驱动机构。每一个滑块组中的滑块分别通过一个驱动机构驱动,使得押出模具1适用于多种相似的押出产品的生产中。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述滑块组包括第一固定块20以及能将押出模具1成型腔中的凸台腔位置10封堵的第一滑块2,所述第一固定块20上布置供第一滑块2移动的第一滑槽,所述第一固定块20通过螺钉固定在押出模具1出口端面,所述驱动机构包括与第一滑块2连接的第一驱动杆、旋接在第一驱动杆上的第一固定螺母22以及与第一滑块2连接的第一指示针21,第一指示槽和第二指示槽布置在押出模具1出口端面,所述第一固定螺母22的端面与第一固定块20压触后将第一滑块2固定。调整时,先旋开第一固定螺母22,手工或者通过辅助动力装置掰动第一驱动杆,使得第一滑块2在第一滑槽中滑行,使得从第一指示针21从第一指示槽移动到第二指示槽后将凸台腔位置10完全封堵,或者,使得第一指示针21从第二指示槽移动到第一指示槽后使得凸台腔位置10显露出来,再旋紧第二固定螺母,使得第一滑块2再次固定下来。此调整过程,无需将押出模具1从押出机上拆除,减少开机调试报废和挤料报废,也使得产品批次之间的稳定性提高,报废率下降。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述滑块组包括第二固定块30以及将押出模具1成型腔中的唇边腔部分或者全部封堵的第二滑块3,所述第二固定块30上布置供第二滑块3移动的第二滑槽,所述第二固定块30通过螺钉固定在押出模具1出口端面,所述驱动机构包括与第二滑块3连接的第二驱动杆、旋接在第二驱动杆上的第二固定螺母32以及与第二滑块3连接的第二指示针31,第三指示槽和第四指示槽布置在押出模具1出口端面,所述第二固定螺母32的端面与第二固定块30压触后将第二滑块3固定。此滑块组中第二滑块3的调整类似第一滑块2的调整,使得唇边腔部分或者全部被封堵,进而调整唇边的长度。第二滑块3的调整可以单独使用,也可以配合第一滑块2的调整使用。第一滑块2和第二滑块3配合使用时如图2所示。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,当所述第二指示针31从第三指示槽移动到第四指示槽中时,所述第二滑块3的自由端沿着押出模具1成型腔中的唇边腔的尾端往押出模具1成型腔中的唇边腔的始端移动,当第二指示针31移动到位后,旋紧第二固定螺母32后使得第二滑块3的位置固定下来。

  1. 一种押出模具快速切换装置,其特征在于:包括位于押出模具出口端面的滑块组以及驱使滑块组中的滑块移动后部分封堵押出模具成型腔的驱动机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的押出模具快速切换装置,其特征在于:每一组所述滑块组配置一个驱动机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的押出模具快速切换装置,其特征在于:所述滑块组包括第一固定块以及能将押出模具成型腔中的凸台腔位置封堵的第一滑块,所述第一固定块上布置供第一滑块移动的第一滑槽,所述第一固定块通过螺钉固定在押出模具出口端面,所述驱动机构包括与第一滑块连接的第一驱动杆、旋接在第一驱动杆上的第一固定螺母、与第一滑块连接的第一指示针以及布置在押出模具出口端面的第一指示槽和第二指示槽,所述第一固定螺母的端面与第一固定块压触后将第一滑块固定。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的押出模具快速切换装置,其特征在于:所述滑块组包括第二固定块以及将押出模具成型腔中的唇边腔部分或者全部封堵的第二滑块,所述第二固定块上布置供第二滑块移动的第二滑槽,所述第二固定块通过螺钉固定在押出模具出口端面,所述驱动机构包括与第二滑块连接的第二驱动杆、旋接在第二驱动杆上的第二固定螺母、与第二滑块连接的第二指示针以及布置在押出模具出口端面的第三指示槽和第四指示槽,所述第二固定螺母的端面与第二固定块压触后将第二滑块固定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的押出模具快速切换装置,其特征在于:当所述第二指示针从第三指示槽移动到第四指示槽中时,所述第二滑块的自由端沿着押出模具成型腔中的唇边腔的尾端往押出模具成型腔中的唇边腔的始端移动。
