上述的紧线器虽然都能使绳子保持拉紧状态,但其仍存在以下缺陷:1、上述的棘轮式紧线器转动棘轮使拉绳收紧于安装轴上后,均是通过装配止逆扣来防止钢丝绳再次松动,而止逆扣都是采用钢丝折弯形成的,强度较差,时间久了容易变形失效,棘轮卡在止逆扣上容易出现打滑,拉绳会出现松动,从而造成拉紧的效果和拉紧 后的稳定性都较差;2、上述棘轮式紧线器的固定是通过绳索穿过折弯部上的两个通孔然后固定在大棚骨架上的,而用于拉紧大棚的拉绳收紧后没有限位,容易出现位移,特别是针对扁平状的压膜绳,从而造成拉紧的效果和稳定性都较差。
发明内容

在上述的紧带器中,所述棘轮部的棘齿具有呈平面状的限位齿面和呈弧形的导向齿面,当所述棘齿卡在卡口内时,所述导向齿面与所述导向面相对,所述限位齿面能够抵靠在抵靠面上。上述的设计,当棘轮部的棘齿在拉紧力的作用下上移卡入卡口后,卷轴和棘轮部能够在弧形导向齿面和弧形导向面的配合作用下继续转动进一步收紧,操作较为顺畅,收紧后限位齿面与抵靠面抵靠实现定位使得卷轴不会反方向转动,进一步提高了收紧的效果和收紧后的稳定性。
在上述的紧带器中,所述卡口贯穿侧板的两板面,所述棘轮部沿卷轴轴线方向上的宽度大于所述侧板的厚度。上述的设计,使得压膜带被拉紧后,即使卷轴出现细微的偏移,棘轮部的棘齿与卡口的内壁始终能够保持最大的抵靠面积,能够有效的防止卷轴翻转使得压膜带松动,进一步保证了较好的收紧效果和收紧后 的稳定性。
在上述的紧带器中,所述卷轴上具有两限位凸沿,两限位凸沿位于两棘轮部之间,两限位凸沿能够分别与两侧板抵靠,所述穿线孔位于两限位凸沿之间。两限位凸沿的设计,能够对卷轴起到一个限位作用,使得卷轴的棘轮部不会从轴孔中脱离,从而能够始终保持较好的收紧效果。
在上述的紧带器中,所述支架还包括位于顶部的安装板,所述安装板的两端分别与两侧板的上端连接,所述安装板上开设有通孔,所述卷轴上还开设有穿线孔。穿线孔用于压膜带的固定,支架顶部通孔的设计,能够对压膜带起到一个限位导向的作用,不会出现位移,而且压膜带拉紧后与通孔的边沿抵靠又会形成一个张紧趋势,进一步提高了拉紧的效果和拉紧后的稳定性。支架整体可通过不锈钢板弯折形成,制作方便。
在上述的紧带器中,所述通孔和穿线孔均为条形孔。通孔和穿线孔均为条形孔,从而使得本紧带器能够同时满足绳状的压膜带和扁平状的压膜带的拉紧使用,特别是针对扁平状的压膜带。
在上述的紧带器中,所述支架还包括位于底部的连接部,所述连接部为连接板,所述连接板具有圆弧段和平板段,所述圆弧段与其中一侧板的下端连为一体,平板段与另一侧板的板面相贴靠且通过铆钉铆接。在大棚上使用时,大棚骨架的横梁直接穿在连接板与卷轴之间的空隙内,在拉紧力的作用下,支架整个被往上提,连接板的圆弧段与大棚骨架的横梁抵靠被拉紧固定。圆弧段与横梁的形状匹配,两者之间为面面接触,相对于现有的通过绳索固定,稳定性更好。
在上述的紧带器中,所述支架还包括位于底部的连接部,两侧板的下端均具有向内翻折形成的连接翻边,两连接翻边相互叠合贴靠,所述连接部为挂钩,所述挂钩转动连接在所述连接翻边上。本紧带器在大棚上使用时,通过挂钩钩在大棚骨架的横梁上 然后通过拉紧力拉紧固定,挂钩与横梁之间为面与面的硬接触,相对于现有的通过绳索固定,稳定性更好。而且,挂钩转动连接在连接翻边上,即支架能够相对挂钩转动,从而通过转动支架能够调整压膜带能够更好的与塑料薄膜贴合,进一步提高了拉紧的效果。
在上述的紧带器中,所述挂钩包括钩体和位于钩体一端的连接柱,两连接翻边上均开设有贯穿的连接孔且两连接孔相对设置,所述钩体具有连接柱一端的端面抵靠在连接孔的边沿处,所述连接柱穿过两连接孔并通过锁紧螺母锁紧固定。通过连接柱的作用,支架能够相对挂钩转动,从而通过转动支架能够调整压膜带能够更好的与塑料薄膜贴合,调整完成后,通过锁紧螺母锁紧固定。
在上述的紧带器中,所述连接柱穿过连接孔的一端端部具有倒角。倒角的设计,能够使得连接柱能够更方便的穿过连接孔。
在上述的紧带器中,所述安装板的两端分别与两侧板的上端圆弧过渡连接且为一体式结构,所述卷轴的一端部具有可供工具连接转动卷轴的着力部。着力部的设计,能够与工具连接,方便转动卷轴收紧压膜带。作为优选,所述着力部呈柱状且截面呈正方形或正六边形。工具可以为四角套筒或六角套筒。
与现有技术相比,本紧带器具有以下优点:
1、棘轮部设置在轴孔内,正常转动卷轴收紧压膜带时能够随着卷轴在轴孔内转动,收紧后在拉紧力的作用下能够偏心移动卡在卡口内定位,卷轴和棘轮部能够沿着卡口的弧形导向面继续转动进一步收紧压膜带,反方向,则不能转动,而卡口是设置在支架上的,整体的强度较大,即使时间久了也不会出现变形失效,能够使得压膜带始终保持拉紧状态,拉紧的效果和拉紧后的稳定性较好。
2、支架顶部条形通孔的设计,能够同时满足绳状的压膜带和扁平状的压膜带的拉紧使用,同时还能够对压膜带起到一个限位 的作用,不会出现位移,而且压膜带拉紧后与通孔的边沿抵靠又会形成一个张紧趋势,进一步提高了拉紧的效果和拉紧后的稳定性。
3、连接部与大棚的横梁之间为面与面的硬接触,相对于现有的通过绳索固定,稳定性更好。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例一
如图1-6所示,本紧带器能够大棚上使用,包括支架1和卷轴2。支架1具有两相对设置的侧板1a、位于顶部的安装板1f 和位于底部具有能够与大棚骨架相连接的连接部1e。
连接部1e为连接板1e1,连接板1e1具有圆弧段1e11和平板段1e12,圆弧段1e11与其中一侧板1a的下端连为一体,平板段1e12与另一侧板1a的板面相贴靠且通过铆钉3铆接,连接板1e1与卷轴2之间的空隙可供大棚骨架穿过。安装板1f的两端分别与两侧板1a的上端圆弧过渡连接且为一体式结构,安装板1f上开设有可供压膜带穿过的通孔1c,卷轴2上还开设有穿线孔2b,压膜带一端通过卷轴2上的穿线孔2b固定在卷轴2上,另一端穿过通孔1c固连在大棚的骨架上。通孔1c和穿线孔2b均为条形孔,从而使得本紧带器能够同时满足绳状的压膜带和扁平状的压膜带的拉紧使用,特别是针对扁平状的压膜带。
两侧板1a上均开设有轴孔1b,卷轴2的两端处均具有棘轮部2a,卷轴2两端分别穿设在对应的轴孔1b内,棘轮部2a的棘齿外径小于或等于轴孔1b的孔径,棘轮部2a位于对应的轴孔1b内且能够随着卷轴2在轴孔1b内转动。轴孔1b的上侧内壁上具有卡口1d,卡口1d贯穿侧板1a的两板面,棘轮部2a的棘齿在外力作用下能够偏心移动使其中一个棘齿卡入卡口1d内定位,棘轮部2a沿卷轴2轴线方向上的宽度大于所述侧板1a的厚度,
具体地说,如图1、4、5和6所示,卡口1d具有呈平面状的的抵靠面1d1和呈弧形的导向面1d2,棘轮部2a的棘齿具有呈平面状的限位齿面2a1和呈弧形的导向齿面2a2,当棘齿卡在卡口1d内时,导向齿面2a2与导向面1d2相对,限位齿面2a1能够抵靠在抵靠面1d1上。
卷轴2上具有两限位凸沿2c,两限位凸沿2c位于两棘轮部2a之间,两限位凸沿2c能够分别与两侧板1a抵靠,能够对卷轴2起到一个限位作用,使得卷轴2的棘轮部2a不会从轴孔1b中脱离,穿线孔2b位于两限位凸沿2c之间。卷轴2的一端部还具有可供工具连接转动卷轴2的着力部2d,方便转动卷轴2收紧压 膜带。着力部2d呈柱状且截面呈正方形或正六边形,工具可以为四角套筒或六角套筒。本实施例中,着力部2d的截面呈正方形。
本紧带器使用时,大棚骨架的横梁直接穿在连接板1e1与卷轴2之间的空隙内,拉出压膜带使其贴合压紧在塑料薄膜上并将压膜带的自由端固定在大棚骨架另一侧的横梁上,转动卷轴2收紧压膜带使得压膜带拉紧将塑料薄膜定位在大棚骨架上,支架1整个被往上提,连接板1e1的圆弧段1e11与大棚骨架的横梁抵靠被拉紧固定,棘轮部2a的棘齿在拉紧力的作用下上移卡入卡口1d内,通过弧形导向齿面2a2和弧形导向面1d2的配合作用,能够继续转动卷轴2将压膜带进一步收紧,收紧后在反向作用力的作用下,棘齿上的限位齿面2a1与抵靠面1d1抵靠实现定位使得卷轴2不会反方向转动,防止压膜带松动,拉紧的效果和拉紧后的稳定性好。
实施例二
本实施例的紧带器的结构与实施例一基本相同,其不同之处在于:如图7-8所示,两侧板1a的下端均具有向内翻折形成的连接翻边1g,两连接翻边1g相互叠合贴靠。连接部1e为挂钩1e2,挂钩1e2包括钩体1e21和位于钩体1e21一端的连接柱1e22,两连接翻边1g上均开设有贯穿的连接孔且两连接孔相对设置,钩体1e21具有连接柱1e22一端的端面抵靠在连接孔的边沿处,连接柱1e22穿过的一端端部具有倒角,连接柱1e22穿过两连接孔并通过锁紧螺母4锁紧固定。本紧带器通过挂钩1e2钩在大棚骨架的横梁上然后通过拉紧力拉紧固定,挂钩1e2转动连接在连接翻边1g上,即支架1能够相对挂钩1e2转动,从而通过转动支架1能够调整压膜带能够更好的与塑料薄膜贴合,进一步提高了拉紧的效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种紧带器,包括支架(1)和卷轴(2),所述支架(1)具有两相对设置的侧板(1a),两侧板(1a)上均开设有轴孔(1b),所述卷轴(2)的两端处均具有棘轮部(2a),其特征在于,所述棘轮部(2a)位于对应的轴孔(1b)内且能够随着卷轴(2)在轴孔(1b)内转动,所述轴孔(1b)的上侧内壁上开设有凹入的卡口(1d),所述棘轮部(2a)在外力作用下能够偏心移动使其中一个棘齿卡入上述卡口(1d)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的紧带器,其特征在于,所述支架(1)还包括位于顶部的安装板(1f),所述安装板(1f)的两端分别与两侧板(1a)的上端连接,所述安装板(1f)上开设有通孔(1c),所述卷轴(2)上还开设有穿线孔(2b),所述通孔(1c)和穿线孔(2b)均为条形孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的紧带器,其特征在于,所述卡口(1d)具有呈平面状的的抵靠面(1d1)和呈弧形的导向面(1d2),当所述棘齿卡在卡口(1d)内时所述棘齿能够抵靠在抵靠面(1d1)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的紧带器,其特征在于,所述棘轮部(2a)的棘齿具有呈平面状的限位齿面(2a1)和呈弧形的导向齿面(2a2),当所述棘齿卡在卡口(1d)内时,所述导向齿面(2a2)与所述导向面(1d2)相对,所述限位齿面(2a1)能够抵靠在抵靠面(1d1)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的紧带器,其特征在于,所述卡口(1d)贯穿侧板(1a)的两板面,所述棘轮部(2a)沿卷轴(2)轴线方向上的宽度大于所述侧板(1a)的厚度。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的紧带器,其特征在于,所述卷轴(2)上具有两限位凸沿(2c),两限位凸沿(2c)位于两棘轮部(2a)之间,两限位凸沿(2c)能够分别与两侧板(1a)抵靠,所述穿线孔(2b)位于两限位凸沿(2c)之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的紧带器,其特征在于, 所述棘轮部(2a)的棘齿外径小于或等于轴孔(1b)的孔径。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的紧带器,其特征在于,所述支架(1)还包括位于底部的连接部(1e),所述连接部(1e)为连接板(1e1),所述连接板(1e1)具有圆弧段(1e11)和平板段(1e12),所述圆弧段(1e11)与其中一侧板(1a)的下端连为一体,平板段(1e12)与另一侧板(1a)的板面相贴靠且通过铆钉(3)铆接。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的紧带器,其特征在于,所述支架(1)还包括位于底部的连接部(1e),两侧板(1a)的下端均具有向内翻折形成的连接翻边(1g),两连接翻边(1g)相互叠合贴靠,所述连接部(1e)为挂钩(1e2),所述挂钩(1e2)转动连接在所述连接翻边(1g)上。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的紧带器,其特征在于,所述安装板(1f)的两端分别与两侧板(1a)的上端圆弧过渡连接且为一体式结构,所述卷轴(2)的一端部具有可供工具连接转动卷轴(2)的着力部(2d)。
