L'invention concerne une structure de noyau de soupape à double entrée et à double sortie à ouverture externe et son procédé d'utilisation, comprenant un corps de soupape (100) pourvu d'une extrémité d'entrée d'eau et d'une extrémité de sortie d'eau, et un plateau fixe de division d'eau (200) disposé à l'intérieur du corps de soupape (100), le plateau fixe de division d'eau (200) étant pourvu d'une pluralité de trous permettant l'écoulement de l'eau à travers ce dernier ; un plateau mobile de division d'eau (300) est disposé au-dessus du plateau fixe de division d'eau (200), le plateau mobile de division d'eau (300) étant pourvu d'un canal de communication (310), le milieu du plateau mobile de division d'eau (300) étant pourvu d'une tige de commande (400) permettant d'entraîner la rotation et le mouvement du plateau mobile de division d'eau (300) afin de mettre en œuvre la communication et la fermeture du canal de communication (310) et des trous. En utilisant le basculement de la tige de commande (400) et la rotation de la tige de commande (400) en combinaison pour enclencher et pour déclencher l'écoulement d'eau, on peut améliorer le défaut de noyaux de soupapes à double entrée et à double sortie existants, qui ne sont pas aptes à régler simultanément le débit d'eau et la température de l'eau chaude, leur fonctionnement étant ainsi plus facile à utiliser.
