Description

管理装置、管理方法、プログラム、ならびに、非一時的なコンピュータ読取可能な情報記録媒体
　本発明は、商品を管理する管理装置、管理方法、プログラム、ならびに、非一時的なコンピュータ読取可能な情報記録媒体に関する。
　市場で取引される商品には、一般的に、ＪＡＮ（Japan Article Number）コード、ＥＡＮ（European Article Number）コード、ＵＰＣ（Universal Product Code）といった、商品を識別するための規格化された商品コードが割り当てられている。商品コードが商品の包装に印刷されることにより、もしくは、商品コードが印刷されたシールが商品または商品の包装に貼付されることにより、販売者や製造業者など商品を取り扱うユーザが、商品コードを視認することができる。
　また、上記の一般的な商品コードとは別に、店舗が商品に店舗独自の商品コードを割り当てることがある。例えば、特許文献１には、商品識別コード（ＪＡＮコード）と、複数の店舗間で異なるインストアコードとが１つの商品に割り当てられている場合に、インストアコードに基づいて同一の商品を特定するためのコード管理システムが開示されている。

　通常、商品名が異なる商品には、異なる商品コードが割り当てられている。しかし、仕様（例えば、色やサイズ）のみが異なる商品が複数ある場合、それらの商品に同じ商品コードが割り当てられることもある。例えば、商品名が「ジャケット　青」である商品と、その商品と色のみが異なり、商品名が「ジャケット　白」である商品とに、同じ商品コードが割り当てられる場合がある。このような場合において、商品を管理する際に、商品または商品の包装に付された商品コードをできるだけ使用しつつも、上記のように仕様が異なる複数の商品を確実に識別したいという要望がある。
　本発明は、上記の課題を解決するためのものであり、管理すべき商品の識別誤りを防ぐことが可能な管理装置、管理方法、プログラム、ならびに、非一時的なコンピュータ読取可能な情報記録媒体を提供することを目的とする。
　本発明の第１の観点に係る管理装置は、
　管理すべき商品に係る商品コードおよび商品名を受け付ける受付部、
　前記受け付けられた商品コードが、
　未だ登録されていなければ、前記受け付けられた商品コードに前記受け付けられた商品名を対応付けて登録し、
　前記受け付けられた商品名と異なる商品名に対応付けられて既に登録されていれば、ユニークな代替コードを発行し、前記受け付けられた商品コードと前記発行された代替コードと前記受け付けられた商品名とを対応付けて登録する登録部、
　処理の対象とすべき商品に付された対象コードを取得する取得部、
　前記取得された対象コードが、
　商品コードとして登録されていれば、当該対象コードである商品コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品名を出力し、
　代替コードとして登録されていれば、当該対象コードである代替コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品名を出力する出力部
　を備え、
　前記出力部は、
　前記取得された対象コードが商品コードとして登録されており、当該対象コードである商品コードに対応付けられて、前記出力すべき商品名とは異なる他の商品名が登録され、もしくは
　前記取得された対象コードが代替コードとして登録されており、当該対象コードである代替コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品コードに対応付けられて前記出力すべき商品名とは異なる他の商品名が登録されていれば、
　前記出力すべき商品名から、前記出力すべき商品名および前記他の商品名の共通部分を除去して特徴部分を抽出し、
　当該抽出された特徴部分を強調して出力することを特徴とする。
　また、上記観点に係る管理装置において、
　前記代替コードが発行されると、当該代替コードを表すシールを印刷し、当該印刷されたシールを当該代替コードに係る商品に貼り付けるよう促す報知部をさらに備えてもよい。
　また、上記観点に係る管理装置において、
　前記他の商品名の各々から前記共通部分を除去して他の特徴部分の各々を抽出し、前記他の特徴部分の各々を選択可能に出力し、前記選択可能に出力された前記他の特徴部分のいずれかが選択されると、当該選択された特徴部分を含む商品名に対応付けられて登録された代替コードを表すシールを印刷してもよい。
　また、上記観点に係る管理装置において、
　代替コード発行時に、同じ商品コードを有する各商品名の特徴部分の抽出をあらかじめ行っておき、出力時にはあらかじめ抽出した特徴部分を使ってもよい。
　本発明の第２の観点に係る管理方法は、
　管理装置が、管理すべき商品に係る商品コードおよび商品名を受け付ける受付ステップ、
　前記受け付けられた商品コードが、
　未だ登録されていなければ、前記管理装置が、前記受け付けられた商品コードに前記受け付けられた商品名を対応付けて登録し、
　前記受け付けられた商品名と異なる商品名に対応付けられて既に登録されていれば、前記管理装置が、ユニークな代替コードを発行し、前記受け付けられた商品コードと前記発行された代替コードと前記受け付けられた商品名とを対応付けて登録する登録ステップ、
　前記管理装置が、処理の対象とすべき商品に付された対象コードを取得する取得ステップ、
　前記取得された対象コードが、
　商品コードとして登録されていれば、前記管理装置が、当該対象コードである商品コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品名を出力し、

　なお、上記記録媒体は、コンピュータとは独立して配布・販売することができる。ここで、非一時的な（non-transitory）記録媒体とは、有形な（tangible）記録媒体をいう。非一時的な記録媒体は、例えば、コンパクトディスク、フレキシブルディスク、ハードディスク、磁気ディスク、ディジタルビデオディスク、磁気テープ、半導体メモリである。また、一時的な（transitory）記録媒体とは、伝送媒体（伝搬信号）それ自体を示す。一時的な記録媒体は、例えば、電気信号、光信号、電磁波である。なお、一時的な（temporary）記憶領域とは、データやプログラムを一時的に記憶するための領域であり、例えばＲＡＭ（Random Access Memory）といった揮発性メモリである。
　本発明によれば、管理すべき商品の識別誤りを防ぐことができる。

　以下に本発明の実施形態を説明する。なお、本実施形態は説明のためのものであり、本願発明の範囲を制限するものではない。従って、当業者であればこれらの各要素若しくは全要素をこれと均等なものに置換した実施形態を採用することが可能であるが、これらの実施形態も本発明の範囲に含まれる。また、本願発明の実施形態を図面を参照して説明するにあたり、図中同一又は相当する部分には同一符号を付す。
（実施形態１）
　図１は、本発明の実施形態１に係る管理システム１の構成を示す。管理システム１は、インターネットを介して販売者と購入者との間で商品取引が行われる市場（電子市場）において、取引される商品を管理するシステムである。具体的には、管理システム１は、販売者が販売する商品を保管する倉庫Ｗにおいて、商品を識別するための商品コードを管理する。図１に示すように、管理システム１は、管理装置１００と、販売者端末２００とを含み、管理装置１００と販売者端末２００とは、インターネット３００を介して通信可能に接続されている。
　管理装置１００は、倉庫Ｗ内に保管された商品の商品コードを管理する装置である。具体的には、管理装置１００は、電子市場の管理者により操作される。管理装置１００は、販売者端末２００から、倉庫Ｗに格納されるべき商品に関する情報を受け取り、その情報を商品データベース（ＤＢ）４００に登録する。商品に関する情報は、例えば、商品名と、商品コードとを含む。また、管理装置１００は、商品ＤＢ４００と、商品または商品の包装に貼られるシール上に後述する代替コードを印刷する印刷装置５００と、倉庫Ｗ内で商品を取り扱う作業者が利用する作業者端末６００と有線または無線により通信可能に接続されている。
　販売者端末２００は、電子市場において商品を販売する販売者が操作するコンピュータである。販売者端末２００は、販売者が販売する商品に関する情報（例えば、商品名および商品コード）の入力を受け付ける。そして、販売者端末２００は、受け付けた情報を管理装置１００に送信する。
　商品ＤＢ４００は、倉庫Ｗにおいて管理されるべき商品に関する情報を記憶する装置である。図２に、商品ＤＢ４００に記憶されるデータの一例を示す。図２に示す商品ＤＢ４００は、商品コードと、商品名と、代替コードとを、それぞれ対応付けて記憶する。この例において、商品コードとして、ＪＡＮコードが用いられている。代替コードは、商品コードとは別に特定の商品に割り当てられるコードである。代替コードは、互いにユニークであり、かつ商品コードに対してもユニークである。
　印刷装置５００は、代替コードを、後述する作業者端末６００のリーダ６０１が読み取り可能な形式でシール上に印刷する。代替コードが印刷されたシール（代替シール）は、作業員により商品または商品の包装に貼られる。
　作業者端末６００は、倉庫Ｗ内の作業者が利用する端末である。具体的には、作業者端末６００は、作業者が販売者から納品された商品を倉庫Ｗ内の予め定められた位置に格納する際や、購入者へ配送される商品をピックアップする際に、作業者が商品が処理の対象とすべき商品か否かを確認するために用いられる。作業者端末６００は、バーコードリーダなど、商品または商品の包装に付されたコード（対象コード）を読み取るためのリーダ６０１と、リーダ６０１によって読み取られた情報を表示する表示部６０２とを備える。
　次に、管理装置１００の構成について詳細に説明する。
　図３は、管理装置１００のハードウェア構成を示す概略図である。図３に示すように、管理装置１００は、制御部１０１と、ＲＯＭ（Read Only Memory）１０２と、ＲＡＭ１０３と、表示部１０４と、通信部１０５と、操作部１０６とから構成され、各部は、バス１０７により接続されている。
　制御部１０１は、例えばＣＰＵ（Central Processing Unit）から構成され、管理装置１００全体を制御する。
　ＲＯＭ１０２は、制御部１０１が管理装置１００全体を制御するためのプログラムや各種データを格納する不揮発性メモリである。
　ＲＡＭ１０３は、制御部１０１が生成した情報や、その情報の生成に必要なデータを一時的に格納するための揮発性メモリである。
　表示部１０４は、ＬＣＤ（Liquid Crystal Display）およびバックライト等を備える表示装置から構成される。表示部１０４は、制御部１０１による制御の下、例えば、制御部１０１から出力されたデータを表示する。
　通信部１０５は、管理装置１００をインターネット３００に接続するための通信インターフェースと、商品ＤＢ４００、印刷装置５００、および作業者端末６００と接続するための通信インターフェースとから構成される。
　操作部１０６は、ボタン、キーボード、タッチパネル等の入力装置から構成される。操作部１０６は、管理装置１００のユーザからの操作入力を受け付け、受け付けた操作入力に対応する信号を制御部１０１に出力する。
　次に、管理装置１００の機能構成について説明する。
　図４は、管理装置１００の機能構成を示すブロック図である。図４に示すように、管理装置１００は、受付部１１１、登録部１１２、報知部１１３、取得部１１４、および出力部１１５として機能する。
　受付部１１１は、管理すべき商品に係る商品コードおよび商品名を受け付ける。具体的には、受付部１１１は、販売者端末２００から、販売者が販売する商品であって、倉庫Ｗに格納されるべき商品の商品コードと商品名を受け付ける。
　本実施形態において、制御部１０１および通信部１０５が協働することにより、受付部１１１として機能する。
　登録部１１２は、受付部１１１により受け付けられた商品コードおよび商品名を商品ＤＢ４００に登録する。また、登録部１１２は、受け付けられた商品コードおよび商品名が所定の条件を満たす場合、受け付けられた商品コード、商品名、および代替コードを商品ＤＢ４００に登録する。
　具体的には、登録部１１２は、受付部１１１により受け付けられた商品コードが、未だ商品ＤＢ４００に登録されていなければ、受け付けられた商品コードに受け付けられた商品名を対応付けて、商品ＤＢ４００に登録する。一方、登録部１１２は、受け付けられた商品コードが、受け付けられた商品名と異なる商品名に対応付けられて既に登録されていれば、ユニークな代替コードを発行する。そして、さらに登録部１１２は、受け付けられた商品コードと発行された代替コードと受け付けられた商品名とを対応付けて商品ＤＢ４００に登録する。
　以下、図２に示す商品ＤＢ４００に、商品名「ジャケット　白」、「ジャケット　黒」、「ジャケット　青」の商品に係る情報がこの順番で登録される例について説明する。まず、受付部１１１が、商品コード「4512345678906」と商品名「ジャケット　白」を受け付けると、登録部１１２は、商品ＤＢ４００を参照し、受け付けられた商品コード「4512345678906」がまだ登録されていないと判定する。そして、登録部１１２は、図２に示すように、受け付けられた商品コード「4512345678906」と商品名「ジャケット　白」とを対応付けて商品ＤＢ４００に登録する。なお、この場合、登録部１１２は、代替コードを発行しないため、商品コード「4512345678906」と商品名「ジャケット　白」に対応付けられた代替コードは、商品ＤＢ４００に登録されない。
　次に、受付部１１１が、商品コード「4512345678906」と商品名「ジャケット　黒」を受け付けると、登録部１１２は、商品ＤＢ４００を参照し、受け付けられた商品コード「4512345678906」が、受け付けられた商品名「ジャケット　黒」と異なる商品名「ジャケット　白」と対応付けられて既に登録されていると判定する。そして、登録部１１２は、商品名「ジャケット　黒」の商品を識別するための代替コード「14512345678906」を発行する。そして、登録部１１２は、図２に示すように、受け付けられた商品コード「4512345678906」および商品名「ジャケット　黒」と、発行された代替コード「14512345678906」を対応付けて商品ＤＢ４００に登録する。
　さらに、受付部１１１が、商品コード「4512345678906」と商品名「ジャケット　青」を受け付けると、登録部１１２は、商品ＤＢ４００を参照し、受け付けられた商品コード「4512345678906」が、受け付けられた商品名「ジャケット　青」と異なる商品名「ジャケット　白」および「ジャケット　黒」と対応付けられて既に登録されていると判定する。そして、登録部１１２は、商品名「ジャケット　青」の商品を識別するための代替コード「24512345678906」を発行する。そして、登録部１１２は、図２に示すように、受け付けられた商品コード「4512345678906」および商品名「ジャケット　青」と、発行された代替コード「24512345678906」を対応付けて商品ＤＢ４００に登録する。
　本実施形態において、制御部１０１および通信部１０５が協働することにより、登録部１１２として機能する。
　報知部１１３は、登録部１１２により代替コードが発行されると、当該代替コードを表すシール、すなわち代替シールを印刷する。具体的には、報知部１１３は、登録部１１２により代替コードが発行されると、その代替コードを、作業者端末６００のリーダ６０１が読み取り可能な形式でシール上に印刷するよう、印刷装置５００を制御する。
　また、報知部１１３は、印刷された代替シールをその代替コードに係る商品に貼り付けるよう促す。具体的には、例えば、報知部１１３は、印刷された代替シールを商品または商品の包装に貼り付けるよう作業者を促すためのメッセージを表示部１０４に表示する。
　以下、図５を用いて、報知部１１３により印刷された代替シールと、その貼付例について説明する。本例では、図２に示す商品ＤＢ４００に登録された商品名「ジャケット　白」、「ジャケット　黒」、「ジャケット　青」に係る商品の包装Ｐ１～Ｐ３に、作業員により代替シールが貼られる。まず、商品の包装Ｐ１～Ｐ３のそれぞれには、商品名Ｎ１～Ｎ３と、リーダ６０１で読み取り可能な形式の一例であるバーコードを用いて表された商品コードＰＣ１～ＰＣ３とが印刷されている。なお、商品コードＰＣ１～ＰＣ３は、同一の内容である「4512345678906」を表す。
　まず、商品名「ジャケット　白」の商品について、登録部１１２は代替コードを発行しないため、包装Ｐ１には、代替シールが貼り付けられない。従って、作業者は、予め包装Ｐ１に印刷された商品コードＰＣ１を、対象コードとして利用する。
　次に、商品名「ジャケット　黒」の商品について、登録部１１２は、代替コード「14512345678906」を発行する。従って、報知部１１３は、印刷装置５００により、「14512345678906」がバーコード及び数字列を用いて表された代替コードＡＣ２をシール上に印刷する。また、報知部１１３は、このようにして作成された代替シールＳ２を、包装Ｐ２の商品コードＰＣ２の上に貼り付ける旨のメッセージを表示部１０４に表示する。そして、そのメッセージを見た作業者は、代替シールＳ２を、包装Ｐ２の商品コードＰＣ２の上に貼り付ける。以後、作業者は、包装Ｐ２に貼り付けられた代替シールＳ２上の代替コードＡＣ２を、対象コードとして利用する。
　さらに、商品名「ジャケット　青」の商品について、登録部１１２は、代替コード「24512345678906」を発行する。従って、報知部１１３は、印刷装置５００により、「24512345678906」がバーコード及び数字列を用いて表された代替コードＡＣ３をシール上に印刷する。また、報知部１１３は、このようにして作成された代替シールＳ３を、包装Ｐ３の商品コードＰＣ３の上に貼り付ける旨のメッセージを表示部１０４に表示する。そして、そのメッセージを見た作業者は、代替シールＳ３を、包装Ｐ３の商品コードＰＣ３の上に貼り付ける。以後、作業者は、包装Ｐ３に貼り付けられた代替シールＳ３上の代替コードＡＣ３を、対象コードとして利用する。
　本実施形態において、制御部１０１および通信部１０５が協働することにより、報知部１１３として機能する。
　図４に戻って、取得部１１４は、処理の対象とすべき商品に付された対象コードを取得する。具体的には、例えば、倉庫Ｗの作業者は、商品のピックアップ時、その商品の包装に付された対象コードをリーダ６０１を用いて読み取る。そして、取得部１１４は、リーダ６０１を介して対象コードを取得する。
　本実施形態において、制御部１０１および通信部１０５が協働することにより、取得部１１４として機能する。
　出力部１１５は、取得部１１４により取得された対象コードに基づいて、商品ＤＢ４００を参照して、商品名を出力する。具体的には、出力部１１５は、取得された対象コードが、商品コードとして登録されていれば、取得された対象コードである商品コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品名を出力する。また、出力部１１５は、取得された対象コードが、代替コードとして登録されていれば、取得された対象コードである代替コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品名を出力する。出力部１１５は、例えば、作業者端末６００の表示部６０２に商品名を出力する。
　さらに具体的には、出力部１１５は、取得された対象コードが商品コードとして登録されており、その対象コードである商品コードに対応付けられて、出力すべき商品名と異なる商品名が登録されている場合、もしくは、取得された対象コードが代替コードとして登録されており、その対象コードである代替コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品コードに対応付けられて出力すべき商品名とは異なる他の商品名が登録されている場合、出力すべき商品名から、出力すべき商品名および他の商品名の共通部分を除去して特徴部分を抽出する。そして、出力部１１５は、抽出された特徴部分を強調して商品名を出力する。
　以下、出力部１１５による商品名の出力方法の一例について、図６Ａ及び図６Ｂを用いて説明する。図６Ａに示す例では、図５に示す商品の包装Ｐ１に付された商品コードＰＣ１が、対象コードとして読み取られ、図２に示す商品ＤＢ４００を参照して、読み取られた商品コードに係る商品名が出力される。また、図６Ｂに示す例では、図５に示す商品の包装Ｐ２に付された代替コードＡＣ２が、対象コードとして読み取られ、図２に示す商品ＤＢ４００を参照して、読み取られた代替コードに係る商品名が出力される。
　まず、図６Ａに示す例について説明する。リーダ６０１が包装Ｐ１上の商品コードＰＣ１を読み取ることにより、取得部１１４は、対象コードとして「4512345678906」を取得する。そして、出力部１１５は、商品ＤＢ４００を参照し、取得された対象コード「4512345678906」が商品コードとして登録されており、かつ、その対象コードである商品コードに対応付けられて、出力すべき商品名「ジャケット　白」と異なる商品名「ジャケット　黒」および「ジャケット　青」が登録されていると判定する。そして、図６Ａに示すように、出力部１１５は、出力すべき商品名「ジャケット　白」から、出力すべき商品名「ジャケット　白」と、他の商品名「ジャケット　黒」および「ジャケット　青」との共通部分「ジャケット」を除去して特徴部分「白」を抽出する。そして、出力部１１５は、抽出された特徴部分「白」のフォントを、太く、かつ共通部分「ジャケット」のフォントよりも大きなフォントを用いることにより特徴部分「白」を強調して、商品名「ジャケット　白」を出力する。出力された商品名「ジャケット　白」は、図６Ａに示すように、作業者端末６００の表示部６０２に表示される。
　次に、図６Ｂに示す例について説明する。リーダ６０１が包装Ｐ２上の代替コードＡＣ２を読み取ることにより、取得部１１４は、対象コードとして「14512345678906」を取得する。そして、出力部１１５は、商品ＤＢ４００を参照し、取得された対象コード「14512345678906」が代替コードとして登録されており、その対象コードである代替コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品コード「4512345678906」に対応付けられて出力すべき商品名「ジャケット　黒」とは異なる他の商品名「ジャケット　白」および「ジャケット　青」が登録されていると判定する。そして、図６Ｂに示すように、出力部１１５は、出力すべき商品名「ジャケット　黒」から、出力すべき商品名「ジャケット　黒」と、他の商品名「ジャケット　白」および「ジャケット　青」との共通部分「ジャケット」を除去して特徴部分「黒」を抽出する。そして、出力部１１５は、抽出された特徴部分「黒」のフォントを、太く、かつ共通部分「ジャケット」のフォントよりも大きなフォントを用いることにより特徴部分「黒」を強調して、商品名「ジャケット　黒」を出力する。出力された商品名「ジャケット　黒は、図６Ｂに示すように、作業者端末６００の表示部６０２に表示される。
　なお、特徴部分の強調方法は、上記の例に限られない。例えば、出力部１１５は、特徴部分のフォントの種類やサイズに、共通部分のフォントと異なるものを利用してもよい。また、出力部１１５は、特徴部分を点滅させてもよい。また、出力部１１５は、特徴部分を、商品名の先頭に追加または移動させてもよい。
　本実施形態において、制御部１０１および通信部１０５が協働することにより、出力部１１５として機能する。
　次に、本発明の実施形態に係る管理装置１００の動作について説明する。図７は、管理装置１００により実行される登録処理の流れを表すフローチャートを示す。以下、同図を参照して登録処理を説明する。本処理は、管理装置１００のハードウェア上でプログラムを実行することにより開始され、この処理によって管理装置１００が実現される。本処理は、例えば、販売者端末２００から通信部１０５を介して、本処理を開始する要求を受信したことを契機として開始する。
　本処理が開始されると、受付部１１１は、通信部１０５を介して、販売者端末２００から商品コードおよび商品名を受け付ける（ステップＳ１０１）。
　次に、登録部１１２は、商品ＤＢ４００を参照し、ステップＳ１０１において受け付けられた商品コードが、すでに登録されているか否かを判定する（ステップＳ１０２）。
　受け付けられた商品コードが未だ登録されていない場合（ステップＳ１０２；Ｎｏ）、登録部１１２は、ステップＳ１０１において受け付けられた商品コードに受け付けられた商品名を対応付けて商品ＤＢ４００に登録する（ステップＳ１０３）。そして、制御部１０１は登録処理を終了する。
　受け付けられた商品コードがすでに登録されている場合（ステップＳ１０２；Ｙｅｓ）、登録部１１２は、受け付けられた商品コードが、受け付けられた商品名と異なる商品名に対応付けられて商品ＤＢ４００に登録されているか否かを判定する（ステップＳ１０４）。受け付けられた商品コードが、受け付けられた商品名と異なる商品名に対応付けられて商品ＤＢ４００に登録されていない場合（ステップＳ１０４；Ｎｏ）、制御部１０１は登録処理を終了する。
　受け付けられた商品コードが、受け付けられた商品名と異なる商品名に対応付けられて商品ＤＢ４００に登録されている場合（ステップＳ１０４；Ｙｅｓ）、登録部１１２は、代替コードを発行する（ステップＳ１０５）。
　そして、登録部１１２は、ステップＳ１０１において受け付けられた商品コードおよび商品名と、ステップＳ１０５において発行された代替コードとを対応付けて商品ＤＢ４００に登録する（ステップＳ１０６）。
　次に、報知部１１３は、ステップＳ１０５において発行された代替コードを表す代替シールを印刷する（ステップＳ１０７）。
　また、報知部１１３は、ステップＳ１０７において印刷された代替コードを、ステップＳ１０１において受け付けられた商品名の商品に付された商品コードの上に貼り付けるよう作業者に促すためのメッセージを表示部１０４に表示する（ステップＳ１０８）。そして、制御部１０１は登録処理を終了する。
　図８は、本発明の実施形態に係る管理装置１００により実行される出力処理の流れを表すフローチャートを示す。以下、同図を参照して出力処理を説明する。本処理は、管理装置１００のハードウェア上でプログラムを実行することにより開始され、この処理によって管理装置１００が実現される。本処理は、例えば、作業者端末６００から通信部１０５を介して、本処理を開始する要求を受信したことを契機として開始する。
　本処理が開始されると、取得部１１４は、作業者端末６００から対象コードを取得する（ステップＳ２０１）。
　次に、出力部１１５は、商品ＤＢ４００を参照して、ステップＳ２０１において取得された対象コードが、商品コードとして商品ＤＢ４００に登録されているか否かを判定する（ステップＳ２０２）。
　取得された対象コードが商品コードとして登録されている場合（ステップＳ２０２；Ｙｅｓ）、出力部１１５は、商品ＤＢ４００を参照して、取得された対象コードである商品コードに対応付けられて出力すべき商品名とは異なる他の商品名が登録されているか否かを判定する（ステップＳ２０３）。
　取得された対象コードである商品コードに対応付けられて、出力すべき商品名とは異なる他の商品名が登録されている場合（ステップＳ２０３；Ｙｅｓ）、出力部１１５は、出力すべき商品名から、その出力すべき商品名および他の商品名の共通部分を除去して、その出力すべき商品名の特徴部分を抽出する（ステップＳ２０４）。
　そして、出力部１１５は、ステップＳ２０４において抽出された特徴部分を強調して、ステップＳ２０１において取得された対象コードに対応付けられた商品名を作業者端末６００の表示部６０２に出力する（ステップＳ２０５）。そして、制御部１０１は出力処理を終了する。
　取得された対象コードである商品コードに対応けられて、出力すべき商品名とは異なる他の商品名が登録されていない場合（ステップＳ２０３；Ｎｏ）、出力部１１５は、ステップＳ２０１において取得された対象コードに対応付けられた商品名を作業者端末６００の表示部６０２に出力する（ステップＳ２０６）。そして、制御部１０１は出力処理を終了する。
　一方、取得された対象コードが商品コードとして登録されていない場合（ステップＳ２０２；Ｎｏ）、出力部１１５は、商品ＤＢ４００を参照して、取得された対象コードが代替コードとして登録されているか否かを判定する（ステップＳ２０７）。取得された対象コードが代替コードとして登録されていない場合、すなわち取得された対象コードが、商品コードおよび代替コードのいずれとしても登録されていない場合（ステップＳ２０７；Ｎｏ）、制御部１０１は出力処理を終了する。
　取得された対象コードが代替コードとして登録されている場合（ステップＳ２０７；Ｙｅｓ）、出力部１１５は、取得された対象コードである代替コードに対応けられて登録されている商品コードに対応付けられて出力すべき商品名とは異なる他の商品名が登録されているか否かを判定する（ステップＳ２０８）。
　取得された対象コードである代替コードに対応けられて登録されている商品コードに対応付けられて出力すべき商品名とは異なる他の商品名が登録されている場合（ステップＳ２０８；Ｙｅｓ）、制御部１０１はステップＳ２０４の処理に進む。
　取得された対象コードである代替コードに対応けられて登録されている商品コードに対応付けられて出力すべき商品名とは異なる他の商品名が登録されていない場合（ステップＳ２０８；Ｎｏ）、出力部１１５は、ステップＳ２０１において取得された対象コードに対応付けられた商品名を作業者端末６００の表示部６０２に出力する（ステップＳ２０９）。そして、制御部１０１は出力処理を終了する。
　以上説明したように、本発明の実施形態に係る管理装置１００は、販売者端末２００から受け付けられた商品コードがまだ登録されていない場合、受け付けられた商品コードに受け付けられた商品名を対応付けて登録する。一方、受け付けられた商品コードが、受け付けられた商品名と異なる商品名と対応付けられてすでに登録されている場合、管理装置１００は、代替コードを発行し、その代替コードと受け付けられた商品名および商品コードとを対応付けて登録する。また、代替コードに係る商品には、代替コードを表すシールが貼り付けられる。従って、同じ商品コードが付された、仕様の異なる商品が複数あっても、作業者は、商品に付された商品コードまたは代替コードをリーダ６０１を用いて読み取ることにより、その商品コードまたは代替コードが付された商品を特定することができる。従って、作業者が商品を管理をする際に、商品や商品の包装に予め付された商品コードをできるだけ使用しつつも、仕様違いによる商品識別の誤りを防ぐことができる。
　また、同じ商品コードが付された、仕様の異なる商品が複数ある場合に、作業者が、商品に付された商品コードまたは代替コードをリーダ６０１を用いて読み取ると、その商品名は、その商品名の特徴部分が強調されて、作業者端末６００の表示部６０２に表示される。従って、作業者に対して、仕様違いによる商品があることを認識させ、強調された特徴部分を含む商品名の商品を処理するよう、注意を促すことができる。
（実施形態２）
　上記実施形態１では、代替コードを表す代替シールが、作業者により商品または商品の包装に貼り付けられる例について説明した。しかし、管理装置１００は、商品に付された代替シールが剥がれた場合や作業員が代替シールを貼り忘れた場合など、本来代替シールが貼り付けられる商品に代替シールが貼り付けられていない場合に、すぐに代替シールを印刷できる機能をさらに備えてもよい。実施形態２では、このように代替シールを再印刷可能な機能をさらに備える管理装置１００について説明する。なお、実施形態２に係る管理装置１００の構成は、実施形態１に係る管理装置１００と同じであるため、詳細な説明を省略する。
　以下、本実施形態２に係る管理装置の動作について、図９を用いて説明する。図９は、実施形態２に係る管理装置１００により実行される再印刷処理の流れを表すフローチャートを示す。本処理は、管理装置１００のハードウェア上でプログラムを実行することにより開始され、この処理によって管理装置１００が実現される。本処理は、例えば、作業者端末６００から通信部１０５を介して、本処理を開始する要求を受信したことを契機として開始する。
　具体的には、例えば、図５に示す商品名「ジャケット　黒」に係る商品について、代替シールＳ２が包装Ｐ２に貼り付けられているべきところ、その代替シールＳ２が何らかの理由により包装Ｐ２に貼り付けられていないとする。このとき、作業者は、対象コードとして包装Ｐ２上の商品コードＰＣ２をリーダ６０１に読み取らせて、実施形態１に係る出力処理を実行すると、出力される商品名「ジャケット　白」と、包装Ｐ２上の商品名Ｎ２「ジャケット　黒」とが異なることに気付く。このような場合に、作業者は、商品名「ジャケット　黒」に係る商品の代替コードを表す代替シールを印刷し、包装Ｐ２にその代替シールを貼り付けるため、再印刷処理を実行する。
　本処理が開始されると、取得部１１４は、作業者端末６００から対象コードを取得する（ステップＳ３０１）。なお、このとき、作業者は、商品または商品の包装に予め付された商品コードをリーダ６０１により読み取らせるため、対象コードは商品コードである。
　次に、出力部１１５は、商品ＤＢ４００を参照して、ステップＳ３０１において取得された対象コードである商品コードに対応付けられて、出力すべき商品名とは異なる他の商品名を特定する（ステップＳ３０２）。
　例えば、ステップＳ３０１において、図５に示す商品コードＰＣ２「4512345678906」が取得されたとする。このとき、出力部１１５は、商品コード「4512345678906」に対応付けられて、出力すべき商品名「ジャケット　白」とは異なる他の商品名「ジャケット　黒」および「ジャケット　青」を特定する。
　次に、出力部１１５は、他の商品名の各々から、出力すべき商品名および他の商品名の共通部分を除去して他の特徴部分の各々を抽出する（ステップＳ３０３）。
　例えば、ステップＳ３０２において、出力部１１５が、出力すべき商品名「ジャケット　白」とは異なる他の商品名「ジャケット　黒」および「ジャケット　青」を特定すると、出力部１１５は、他の商品名「ジャケット　黒」および「ジャケット　青」の各々から、共通部分「ジャケット」を除去して、他の特徴部分「黒」および「青」を抽出する。
　そして、出力部１１５は、ステップＳ３０３において抽出された他の特徴部分の各々を選択可能に作業者端末６００の表示部６０２に出力する（ステップＳ３０４）。
　例えば、ステップＳ３０３において、出力部１１５が、他の特徴部分「黒」および「青」を抽出したとき、出力部１１５は、抽出された他の特徴部分「黒」および「青」のいずれかを作業者が選択できるように、作業者端末６００の表示部６０２に他の特徴部分「黒」および「青」を出力する。
　次に、取得部１１４は、作業者端末６００から、ステップＳ３０４において出力された他の特徴部分のうち、作業者により選択された特徴部分を取得する（ステップＳ３０５）。
　例えば、作業者は、作業者端末６００の表示部６０２に表示された特徴部分「黒」および「青」のうち、ステップＳ３０１においてリーダ６０１に読み取らせた商品コードＰＣ２に係る商品の商品名「ジャケット　黒」の特徴部分「黒」を選択する。取得部１１４は、作業者による作業者端末６００への操作入力により、選択された特徴部分「黒」を取得する。
　そして、出力部１１５は、ステップＳ３０５において取得された特徴部分を含む商品名に対応付けられて登録された代替コードを表すシールを印刷する（ステップＳ３０６）。
　例えば、ステップＳ３０５において、取得部１１４が、作業者端末６００から特徴部分「黒」を取得した場合、出力部１１５は、取得された特徴部分「黒」を含む商品名「ジャケット　黒」に対応付けられて登録された代替コード「14512345678906」を商品ＤＢ４００を参照して特定する。そして、出力部１１５は、特定された代替コード「14512345678906」を表す代替シールを印刷装置５００により印刷する。そして、制御部１０１は、再印刷処理を終了する。
　以上説明したように、実施形態２に係る管理装置１００は、代替シールが貼り付けられるべき商品に代替シールが貼り付けられていない場合に、その商品に付された商品コードを取得することで、すぐに代替シールを印刷することができる。従って、作業者は、代替シールが付されていない商品を見つけたときに、すぐに代替シールをその商品に貼り付けることができる。
　以上に本発明の実施形態について説明したが、上記実施形態は一例であり、本発明の適用範囲はこれに限られない。即ち、本発明の実施形態は種々の応用が可能であり、あらゆる実施の形態が本発明の範囲に含まれる。
　例えば、上記の実施形態１及び２において、出力部１１５は、出力処理および再印刷処理において、商品名の特徴部分を抽出する。しかし、商品名の特徴部分を抽出するタイミングは、これに限られない。例えば、実施形態１に係る登録処理において、代替コードの発行時に、登録部１１２が、出力部１１５と同様に、同じ商品コードを有する各商品名の特徴部分を抽出してもよい。そして、出力処理または再印刷処理において、出力部１１５は、登録部１１２により予め抽出された特徴部分を利用してもよい。
　また、上記の実施形態１及び２において、予め各商品に割り当てられる商品コードがＪＡＮコードである例について説明したが、商品コードはこれに限られない。例えば、商品コードは、ＥＡＮコード、ＵＰＣであってもよい。また商品コードは、１次元コードに限られず、ＱＲコード（登録商標）などの２次元コードであってもよい。
　また、上記の実施形態１及び２において、特徴部分の強調方法の一例として、商品名の特徴部分のフォントが共通部分のフォントよりも大きく、かつ太く表示される例について説明した。しかし、上述したように、特徴部分の強調方法は、この例に限られない。以下、特徴部分の強調方法のその他の例を具体的に示す。図１０Ａ～図１０Ｅは、上述の出力処理において、作業者端末６００の表示部６０２に表示される商品名の表示例である。図１０Ａに示す例では、特徴部分「黒」が、商品名「ジャケット　黒」の前に追加されている。このように、特徴部分を商品名の先頭に追加することにより、作業者が特徴部分を認識しやすくなる。また、商品名をそのまま残すことにより、特徴部分が誤って抽出されたとしても、作業者は商品名を確認することができる。また、図１０Ｂに示す例のように、追加された特徴部分「黒」と、商品名「ジャケット　黒」との間にカンマなどの区切り文字を挿入してもよい。また、図１０Ｃに示す例のように、追加された特徴部分「黒」のフォントを、商品名「ジャケット　黒」のフォントよりも太くしてもよい。また、図１０Ｄに示す例のように、追加された特徴部分「黒」を括弧で囲んでもよい。また、図１０Ｅに示す例のように、特徴部分「黒」を商品名「ジャケット　黒」から切り取り、共通部分「ジャケット」の前に移動させてもよい。また、上記の方法を組み合わせて、特徴部分が強調されてもよい。
　また、上記の実施形態１及び２において、図５に示すように、代替シールＳ２，Ｓ３に、バーコード及び数字列を用いて表された代替コードＡＣ２，ＡＣ３が印刷される例について説明した。しかし、代替シールに印刷される情報は、これに限られない。例えば、代替シールには、特徴部分が強調された商品名がさらに印刷されてもよい。代替コードと、特徴部分が強調された商品名とが印刷された代替シールの例を図１１Ａ～図１１Ｅに示す。図１１Ａ～図１１Ｅに示す代替シールＳ２には、それぞれ図１０Ａ～図１０Ｅに示すように特徴部分が強調された商品名と、代替コードとが印刷されている。
　なお、本発明に係る機能を実現するための構成を予め備えた管理装置１００が提供できることはもとより、プログラムの適用により、既存のパーソナルコンピュータや情報端末機器等を、本発明に係る管理装置１００として機能させることもできる。即ち、上記実施形態で例示した管理装置１００による各機能構成を実現させるためのプログラムを、既存のパーソナルコンピュータや情報端末機器を制御するＣＰＵ等が実行できるように、既存のパーソナルコンピュータや情報端末機器に適用することで、本発明に係る管理装置１００として機能させることができる。また、本発明に係る管理方法は、管理装置１００を用いて実施できる。
　また、このようなプログラムの適用方法は任意である。プログラムを、例えば、コンピュータが読取可能な記録媒体［ＣＤ－ＲＯＭ（Compact Disc Read-Only Memory）、ＤＶＤ（Digital Versatile Disc）、ＭＯ（Magneto Optical disc）等］に格納して適用できる他、インターネット等のネットワーク上のストレージにプログラムを格納しておき、これをダウンロードさせることにより適用することもできる。
　なお、本発明は、本発明の広義の精神と範囲を逸脱することなく、様々な実施の形態及び変形が可能とされるものである。また、上述した実施の形態は、この発明を説明するためのものであり、本発明の範囲を限定するものではない。即ち、本発明の範囲は、実施の形態ではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示される。そして、特許請求の範囲内及びそれと同等の発明の意義の範囲内で施される様々な変形が、この発明の範囲内とみなされる。
　本発明によれば、管理すべき商品の識別誤りを防ぐことが可能な管理装置、管理方法、プログラム、ならびに、非一時的なコンピュータ読取可能な情報記録媒体を提供することができる。

Claims (7)

  1. 　管理すべき商品に係る商品コードおよび商品名を受け付ける受付部、
    　前記受け付けられた商品コードが、
    　未だ登録されていなければ、前記受け付けられた商品コードに前記受け付けられた商品名を対応付けて登録し、
    　前記受け付けられた商品名と異なる商品名に対応付けられて既に登録されていれば、ユニークな代替コードを発行し、前記受け付けられた商品コードと前記発行された代替コードと前記受け付けられた商品名とを対応付けて登録する登録部、
    　処理の対象とすべき商品に付された対象コードを取得する取得部、
    　前記取得された対象コードが、
    　商品コードとして登録されていれば、当該対象コードである商品コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品名を出力し、
    　代替コードとして登録されていれば、当該対象コードである代替コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品名を出力する出力部
    　を備え、
    　前記出力部は、
    　前記取得された対象コードが商品コードとして登録されており、当該対象コードである商品コードに対応付けられて、前記出力すべき商品名とは異なる他の商品名が登録され、もしくは
    　前記取得された対象コードが代替コードとして登録されており、当該対象コードである代替コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品コードに対応付けられて前記出力すべき商品名とは異なる他の商品名が登録されていれば、
    　前記出力すべき商品名から、前記出力すべき商品名および前記他の商品名の共通部分を除去して特徴部分を抽出し、
    　当該抽出された特徴部分を強調して出力する
    　管理装置。
  2. 　前記代替コードが発行されると、当該代替コードを表すシールを印刷し、当該印刷されたシールを当該代替コードに係る商品に貼り付けるよう促す報知部をさらに備える、
    　請求項１に記載の管理装置。
  3. 　前記他の商品名の各々から前記共通部分を除去して他の特徴部分の各々を抽出し、前記他の特徴部分の各々を選択可能に出力し、前記選択可能に出力された前記他の特徴部分のいずれかが選択されると、当該選択された特徴部分を含む商品名に対応付けられて登録された代替コードを表すシールを印刷する、
    　請求項１に記載の管理装置。
  4. 　代替コード発行時に、同じ商品コードを有する各商品名の特徴部分の抽出をあらかじめ行っておき、出力時にはあらかじめ抽出した特徴部分を使う、
    　請求項１に記載の管理装置。
  5. 　管理装置が、管理すべき商品に係る商品コードおよび商品名を受け付ける受付ステップ、
    　前記受け付けられた商品コードが、
    　未だ登録されていなければ、前記管理装置が、前記受け付けられた商品コードに前記受け付けられた商品名を対応付けて登録し、
    　前記受け付けられた商品名と異なる商品名に対応付けられて既に登録されていれば、前記管理装置が、ユニークな代替コードを発行し、前記受け付けられた商品コードと前記発行された代替コードと前記受け付けられた商品名とを対応付けて登録する登録ステップ、
    　前記管理装置が、処理の対象とすべき商品に付された対象コードを取得する取得ステップ、
    　前記取得された対象コードが、
    　商品コードとして登録されていれば、前記管理装置が、当該対象コードである商品コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品名を出力し、
    　代替コードとして登録されていれば、前記管理装置が、当該対象コードである代替コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品名を出力する出力ステップ、
    　を備え、
    　前記出力ステップにおいて、
    　前記取得された対象コードが商品コードとして登録されており、当該対象コードである商品コードに対応付けられて、前記出力すべき商品名とは異なる他の商品名が登録され、もしくは
    　前記取得された対象コードが代替コードとして登録されており、当該対象コードである代替コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品コードに対応付けられて前記出力すべき商品名とは異なる他の商品名が登録されていれば、
    　前記管理装置は、前記出力すべき商品名から、前記出力すべき商品名および前記他の商品名の共通部分を除去して特徴部分を抽出し、
    　前記管理装置は、当該抽出された特徴部分を強調して出力する
    　管理方法。
  6. 　コンピュータを、
    　管理すべき商品に係る商品コードおよび商品名を受け付ける受付部、
    　前記受け付けられた商品コードが、
    　未だ登録されていなければ、前記受け付けられた商品コードに前記受け付けられた商品名を対応付けて登録し、
    　前記受け付けられた商品名と異なる商品名に対応付けられて既に登録されていれば、ユニークな代替コードを発行し、前記受け付けられた商品コードと前記発行された代替コードと前記受け付けられた商品名とを対応付けて登録する登録部、
    　処理の対象とすべき商品に付された対象コードを取得する取得部、
    　前記取得された対象コードが、
    　商品コードとして登録されていれば、当該対象コードである商品コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品名を出力し、
    　代替コードとして登録されていれば、当該対象コードである代替コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品名を出力する出力部、
    　として機能させ、
    　前記出力部は、
    　前記取得された対象コードが商品コードとして登録されており、当該対象コードである商品コードに対応付けられて、前記出力すべき商品名とは異なる他の商品名が登録され、もしくは
    　前記取得された対象コードが代替コードとして登録されており、当該対象コードである代替コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品コードに対応付けられて前記出力すべき商品名とは異なる他の商品名が登録されていれば、
    　前記出力すべき商品名から、前記出力すべき商品名および前記他の商品名の共通部分を除去して特徴部分を抽出し、
    　当該抽出された特徴部分を強調して出力する
    　プログラム。
  7. 　コンピュータを、
    　管理すべき商品に係る商品コードおよび商品名を受け付ける受付部、
    　前記受け付けられた商品コードが、
    　未だ登録されていなければ、前記受け付けられた商品コードに前記受け付けられた商品名を対応付けて登録し、
    　前記受け付けられた商品名と異なる商品名に対応付けられて既に登録されていれば、ユニークな代替コードを発行し、前記受け付けられた商品コードと前記発行された代替コードと前記受け付けられた商品名とを対応付けて登録する登録部、
    　処理の対象とすべき商品に付された対象コードを取得する取得部、
    　前記取得された対象コードが、
    　商品コードとして登録されていれば、当該対象コードである商品コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品名を出力し、
    　代替コードとして登録されていれば、当該対象コードである代替コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品名を出力する出力部
    　として機能させ、
    　前記出力部は、
    　前記取得された対象コードが商品コードとして登録されており、当該対象コードである商品コードに対応付けられて、前記出力すべき商品名とは異なる他の商品名が登録され、もしくは
    　前記取得された対象コードが代替コードとして登録されており、当該対象コードである代替コードに対応付けられて登録されている商品コードに対応付けられて前記出力すべき商品名とは異なる他の商品名が登録されていれば、
    　前記出力すべき商品名から、前記出力すべき商品名および前記他の商品名の共通部分を除去して特徴部分を抽出し、
    　当該抽出された特徴部分を強調して出力する
    　プログラムを記録した非一時的なコンピュータ読取可能な情報記録媒体。
