Description

链牙、链带及拉链 技术领域
本发明涉及一种链牙以及使用该链牙制成的链带及拉链。
背景技术
拉链被广泛用于各类服饰之中,树脂制拉链在重量上比起金属制拉链有着轻量的优点,因而在有轻量化要求的场合被广泛使用。
图1是现有拉链的整体示意图,示出一种现有的拉链100,其包括带10、链牙20和拉头30。带10和链牙20设置在一起构成链带。图2是现有拉链中的链牙20的四个视图,其中图2的(a)是立体图,图2的(b)是主视图,图2的(c)是俯视图,图2的(d)是右视图。该链牙20包括本体部201、安装部202、颈部203和头部204。本体部201包括上本体部2011和下本体部2012,从一侧观察时上本体部2011和下本体部2012呈大致四边形状。安装部202用于设置拉链100的带10,颈部203将本体部201和头部204相连接。
当前在某些情况下对于树脂制拉链有更轻量的要求,这就需要对现有链牙进行改进,使用更加轻质的材料或者对链牙本身结构进行优化改进。在对链牙结构进行改进时,还需要考虑到能够保证链牙的安装强度,也要考虑到整体拉链在使用中的顺畅性和可靠性。因此,对于现有拉链尚存在进一步要求轻量化、保证强度和使用顺畅性等多方面的需求。
发明内容
本发明正是基于上述课题而做出的,提供一种链牙,其对现有链牙的结构进行改进,能够实现轻量化,保证强度和使用可靠性。本发明还提供一种使用上述链牙制成的链带和拉链。
根据本发明的链牙,其与带设置在一起而形成链带,所述链牙包括本体部、安装部、颈部和头部,所述颈部将所述本体部和所述头部 相连接,所述安装部用于设置所述带,所述本体部包括上本体部和下本体部,将所述链带的长度方向定义为所述链牙的前后方向,将所述链带的宽度方向定义为所述链牙的左右方向,将所述链带的厚度方向定义为所述链牙的上下方向,其中,所述上本体部和所述下本体部中的至少一方包括凸部和基部,所述凸部从所述基部延伸而出,并且位于所述前后方向的中间位置并沿所述左右方向延伸。
根据本发明的链牙,通过设置凸部,可以减少链牙用料,节约成本,并减少链牙的重量,满足对于轻量化的要求。
进一步地,所述凸部沿所述前后方向占据所述基部的尺寸为所述基部沿所述前后方向尺寸的30%-40%。通过如此设置,在使得链牙轻量化的同时也可以保证该链牙的整体强度,取得较好的平衡关系。
进一步地,所述凸部沿所述前后方向占据所述基部的尺寸为所述基部沿所述前后方向尺寸的三分之一。通过如此设置,可以在链牙轻量化和保证链牙整体强度两者之间取得最佳的平衡关系。
进一步地,在本发明的链牙中,在所述头部的沿所述上下方向的至少一侧形成沿所述左右方向向下倾斜的倾斜部。由此,可以进一步削减材料节约成本,实现进一步轻量化的效果。
进一步地,在本发明的链牙中,在所述凸部的两侧形成沿所述前后方向延伸的突起部。通过设置突起部,在保持链牙轻量化的同时还可以提升链牙的整体强度,满足链牙使用中的强度需求。
进一步地,在本发明的链牙中,所述突起部的中心线与所述安装部的中心线在所述上下方向上保持一致。通过如此布局,有助于使得链牙的整体强度更加优化。
进一步地,在本发明的链牙中,所述突起部沿所述上下方向的高度至少为所述凸部沿所述上下方向的高度的一半。由此,在减轻重量的同时能够获得更佳的加强链牙的效果。
进一步地,在本发明的链牙中,所述突起部沿所述左右方向的尺寸不小于所述安装部沿所述左右方向的尺寸。由此,能够进一步确保链牙的安装强度。
本发明还提供一种链带,该链带使用上述的链牙制成。根据本发明的链带,可以实现轻量的效果,同时也可以满足使用过程中的强度需求。
本发明还提供一种拉链,该拉链由拉头和上述的链带装配而成,所述拉头包括拉片和停止爪,所述拉片能够抬起和放下,当所述拉片放下时,所述停止爪位于两个链牙之间。

链牙2的上本体部211和下本体部212的至少一方包括凸部25和基部28,凸部25从基部28延伸而出,,并且该凸部25位于链牙2 的前后方向的中间位置并沿链牙2的左右方向延伸。对于图2中的现有链牙20,可以通过将侧视时呈四边形状的上本体部2011和下本体部2012中至少一方在前后方向上分别消减材料,从而形成图3中的凸部25和基部28,使得从本体部21一侧观察时,上本体部211和下本体部212呈大致凸字状(参见图3(d))。当然,对于凸部25的形式并不作限定,在从本体部21一侧观察时,凸部25可以为四边形(包括矩形、正方形在内)、梯形、半圆形等多种形状,此外,凸部25的边缘还可以进行倒角而圆弧化。优选地,凸部25沿前后方向占据基部28的尺寸为该基部28沿前后方向尺寸的30%-40%。更加优选地,凸部25沿前后方向占据基部28的尺寸为该基部28沿前后方向尺寸的三分之一。通过如此设置,在使得链牙2轻量化的同时也可以保证该链牙2的整体强度,取得较好的平衡关系。此处需要说明的是,“凸部25沿前后方向占据基部28的尺寸”是指俯视上本体部211或者仰视下本体部212时凸部25沿前后方向占据基部28的尺寸。
进一步地,在链牙2的头部24还可以通过沿左右方向斜着去除部分材料而形成向下倾斜的倾斜部26。在链牙2的沿上下方向的至少一侧形成该倾斜部26。优选链牙2为上下对称的形状,在上下均形成有对应的凸部25和倾斜部26。
作为凸部25的一种形成方式,上本体部211和下本体部212通过将部分材料去除保留中间部分而形成凸部25。作为链牙2的一种形成方式,通过改变模具,利用注塑成型的方法来形成凸部25和倾斜部26。
拉链的带包括带本体与芯部11,芯部11形成于带本体的长度方向的一侧,其截面为大致圆形。通过将芯部11与多个链牙2的安装部22设置在一起来形成链带,两条链带使用拉头将两者互相咬合装配起来而形成拉链。带与链牙2的设置形式可以是装配在一起,也可以是直接将链牙2注塑成型在带上。
本实施方式的链牙2可以实现轻量的效果,满足对于轻量化的要求。由本实施方式的链牙2制成的链带和拉链也同样地可以实现轻量 化。
实施方式2
图4是本发明第二实施方式中的链牙的五个视图,其中图4的(a)是立体图,图4的(b)是主视图,图4的(c)是俯视图,图4的(d)是右视图,图4的(e)是左视图。下面对于与第一实施方式不同的地方重点说明,省略了与第一实施方式相同部分的描述。
与第一实施方式同样地,第二实施方式中的链牙2也具有凸部25和倾斜部26。第二实施方式中的链牙2在第一实施方式的基础上增设了突起部27。优选地,沿链牙2的前后方向在凸部25的两侧对称地形成突起部27。进一步优选地,该突起部27的中心线与链牙2的安装部22的中心线在上下方向上保持一致,即突起部27分别位于安装部22的正上方和正下方。经过参数测定和实验证明,通过上面这样的方式布局,更加有利于增强链牙2的强度,并可以提高形成链带后的整体强度。
从图4(e)可见,在链牙2的上本体部211和下本体部212分别形成有凸部25和突起部27,但是仅在上本体部211和下本体部212的一方形成凸部25和突起部27也是可以的。在本实施方式中,通过设置突起部27,在保持链牙2轻量化的同时可以提升链牙2的整体强度,并提高形成链带后的整体强度。
下面结合图5和图6说明第二实施方式中的链牙2的各部分之间的相互关系,其中图5是链牙2的局部(上本体部211)示意图,图6是表示链牙2与芯部11之间关系的局部示意图,该图6是链牙2的俯视方向的示意图。
在图5中,突起部27上下方向的高度为H2,凸部25上下方向的高度为H1+H2,突起部27沿前后方向从凸部25伸出的尺寸为S1,突起部27离开上本体部211边缘的距离为S2,S2的尺寸为S2≥0。为了使得链牙2的强度更加优化,H1、H2之间满足如下关系:H2/(H1+H2)≥50%,即突起部27上下方向的高度至少为凸部25上下 方向的高度的一半。
在图6中,芯部11与链牙2的安装部22设置在一起,芯部11沿左右方向的尺寸为H3,突起部27沿左右方向的尺寸为H4,优选满足H4≥H3的关系,即,优选突起部27沿左右方向的尺寸H4不小于安装部22沿左右方向的尺寸。经过参数测定和实验证明,上述这样的尺寸关系可以使得链牙2的强度更加优化。
图7是第二实施方式中表示拉头3与链带之间关系的示意图。该拉头3包括拉头主体、拉片31、停止爪32和拉头盖部,拉头本体包括上翼板、下翼板以及连接上下翼板的柱部。上翼板和下翼板之间形成有供链带通过的空间。图7中示出了拉片31放下的状态,此时停止爪32位于链带上的两个链牙2之间。停止爪32被突起部27挡住,阻止拉头3被无意识地移动而使得拉链被拉开。当抬起拉片31时,停止爪32从两个链牙2之间离开,拉头3可以被上下拉动。图8是表示停止爪3与链带之间关系的局部示意图,其中示出了停止爪32位于两个链牙2的突起部27之间。突起部27可以有效阻止停止爪32的前后移动,防止停止爪32从两个链牙2之间脱出而无法停住拉头3。
在第二实施方式中,通过在凸部25两侧设置突起部27,获得了如下的良好效果:在保持链牙2轻量化的同时可以提升链牙2的强度,并由此提高由该链牙2制成的链带及拉链的强度;在拉片31放下时防止停止爪32从两个链牙2之间脱出而有效停住拉头3,确保拉链的使用可靠性。
以上说明了本发明的链牙、链带和拉链,上面这些实施方式并不作为对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员在本发明公开内容的基础上可以进行多种变更,但这些变更均落在本发明的保护范围之内。例如,本发明的链牙并不必须限于树脂材质,金属等材质的链牙也可以采用本发明的结构。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种链牙,其与带设置在一起而形成链带,所述链牙包括本体部、安装部、颈部和头部,所述颈部将所述本体部和所述头部相连接,所述安装部用于设置所述带,所述本体部包括上本体部和下本体部,
    将所述链带的长度方向定义为所述链牙的前后方向,将所述链带的宽度方向定义为所述链牙的左右方向,将所述链带的厚度方向定义为所述链牙的上下方向,
    所述链牙的特征在于,
    所述上本体部和所述下本体部中的至少一方包括凸部和基部,所述凸部从所述基部延伸而出,并且位于所述前后方向的中间位置并沿所述左右方向延伸。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的链牙,其特征在于,所述凸部沿所述前后方向占据所述基部的尺寸为所述基部沿所述前后方向尺寸的30%-40%。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的链牙,其特征在于,所述凸部沿所述前后方向占据所述基部的尺寸为所述基部沿所述前后方向尺寸的三分之一。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的链牙,其特征在于,在所述头部的沿所述上下方向的至少一侧形成沿所述左右方向向下倾斜的倾斜部。
  5. 如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的链牙,其特征在于,在所述凸部的两侧形成沿所述前后方向延伸的突起部。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的链牙,其特征在于,所述突起部的中心线与所述安装部的中心线在所述上下方向上保持一致。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的链牙,其特征在于,所述突起部沿所述上下方向的高度至少为所述凸部沿所述上下方向的高度的一半。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的链牙,其特征在于,所述突起部沿所述左右方向的尺寸不小于所述安装部沿所述左右方向的尺寸。
  9. 一种链带,其特征在于,该链带使用如权利要求1-8中任一项 所述的链牙制成。
  10. 一种拉链,其特征在于,该拉链由拉头和如权利要求9所述的链带装配而成,所述拉头包括拉片和停止爪,所述拉片能够抬起和放下,当所述拉片放下时,所述停止爪位于两个链牙之间。
