如图1至图6所示,可适应不同书籍档案形状的翻书臂升降机构,包括粘页机构2,所述粘页机构2上安装有传感器1,并且粘页机构2连接有动力机构6,动力机构6优选为电机,电机能够带动粘页机构2进行升降运动,电机固定在电机安装座5上,电机安装座5与门架4固定,同时还设置有门架4,将粘页机构2设置在门架4中,粘页机构2在门架4中进行升降运动,动力机构6与门架4固定。在门架4上安装有传动机构8,且传动机构8同时与动力机构6和粘页机构2连接,传动机构8包括传动杆8-5,传动杆8-5的外壁上依次套合有三个同步带轮8-3,且同步带轮8-3均与传动杆8-5固定,同步带轮8-3和动力机构6之间设置有短同步带7,且短同步带7同时与动力机构6和其中一个同步带轮8-3连接,另外两个同步带轮8-3分别固定在传动杆8-5的两端,并且在该两个同步带轮8-3上分别套有 长同步带10,长同步带10与位于门架4顶端的导向轮4-4连接,在长同步10带上设置有皮带连接座11,长同步带10穿过皮带连接座11并与皮带连接座11固定,皮带连接座11与粘页机构2连接,并且皮带连接座11能够随着长同步带10移动。传动杆8-5的外壁套合有两个轴承座8-1,轴承座8-1设置在固定在传动杆8-5的两端的同步带轮8-3之间,其中轴承座8-1上设置有轴承孔,轴承8-6安装在其中。其中一个同步带轮8-3安装在传动杆8-5的中间部位,通过圆柱销8-4穿过该同步带轮与传动杆8-5紧固在一起,保证同步带轮不会和传动杆8-5发生相对运动。将传动杆8-5的两端分别与安装在轴承座中的轴承配合,并通过锁紧在传动杆上的固定套8-2对轴承进行轴向定位,在传动杆8-5的两端杆部通过圆柱销各固定一个同步带轮,此时形成一个由三个同步带轮、两个轴承座和一根传动杆组成的传动杆组件,传动杆可在轴承座的支承中自由的旋转,同时三个同步带轮跟随传动杆同步转动,再配合同步带以及导向轮来进行动力的传递从而使得粘页机构能够进行升降。轴承座8-1固定在门架4的底面上。粘页机构2和皮带连接座11之间设置有连接板12,连接板12是作为连接粘页机构2和皮带连接座11的部件。
在门架4内壁上安装有导向机构3,导向机构3与粘页机构2连接,动力机构6启动后传动机构8能够控制粘页机构2沿着导向机构3在门架4的内腔中移动。导向机构3包括直线导轨3-1,直线导轨3-1固定在门架4的对称内壁面上,在直线导轨3-1上安装有滑块3-2,且滑块3-2能够沿着直线导轨3-1的壁面移动,粘页机构2的端头分别与滑块3-2连接,粘页机构2能够随着滑块3-2在直线导轨3-1上移动。门架4包括横板4-2和两条平行的立板4-1,将立板4-1的底端均与横板4-2垂直固定,直线导轨3-1安装在立板4-1相互靠近的侧壁上。在两块立板外侧的顶端分别安装有相同的导向轮4-4,两块立板外侧的顶端分别安装有4-3安装架,导向轮4-4设置在安装架中,导向轮4-4和立板4-1之间也设置有轴承,导向轮4-4在轴承的作用下可以在立板上自由的旋转。在立板4-1的内侧分别安装有对称的直线导轨组件。
在此结构里,电机通过螺钉固定在电机安装座5上,在电机输出轴上安装有与安装在传动杆上的相同的同步带轮。在电机安装座5的立板上设置有安装轴承的轴承孔,通过轴承的配合和传动杆组件组装在一起。同时电机安装座的一端面板和门架的横板4-2固定,在横板4-2的两端通过螺钉固定着传动杆组件上的轴承座8-1,使它们形成一个整体。短同步带7安装在两个同步带轮上,当电机转动时,电机输出轴上的同步带轮通过短同步带7的带动使传动杆组件同时转动。在传动杆组件两端的同步带轮通过长同步带10与安装在门架上端的两个同步带轮分别连接在一起,这样传动杆转动会使门架上的同步带轮发生转动,两长同步 带就能绕着两同步带轮进行圆环运动。
粘页机构2为一横杆的结构,它的两端与直线导轨组件中的滑块3-2固定,并保证粘页臂与两立板4-1相互垂直,能随着滑块3-2的上下滑动稳定的上下运动。在粘页臂的两端上还安装有皮带连接座11,同时皮带连接座11和长同步带10紧固在一起,不会发生相对运动,同时长同步带10在同步带轮8-3和导向轮4-4上移动时,将拉动皮带连接座11进行上下移动,皮带连接座11又将粘页机构2随着移动,从而实现粘页机构升降运动。
在这样组成好的结构中,当电机发生转动,在同步带轮和同步带的作用下,粘页机构通过皮带连接座和长同步带固定的作用进行直线的升降运动。在粘页机构2上同时设置有传感器1,通过传感器1,在粘页机构升降运动时便会检测是否放置有书籍档案,在放置有书籍档案时传感器通过检测出书籍档案的外形,使粘页臂下降到适合的位置,进行自动翻页。
本发明的结构简单,原理简便,在翻书臂的升降过程中通过传感器自动检测书籍档案的形状来自动调整翻书时的升降高度,从而实现完全无人工干预的适应不同书籍档案形状的自动书籍翻页,完成扫描,扫描更加过程更加精确,扫描时不需要根据书籍的不同更换不同的承书台,降低了成本也提高了效率,有利于多种不同形状书籍的扫描,同时将自动翻书扫描仪的效率发挥到最大化。

Claims (8)

  1. 可适应不同书籍档案形状的翻书臂升降机构,其特征在于,包括粘页机构(2),所述粘页机构(2)上安装有传感器(1),并且粘页机构(2)连接有动力机构(6),动力机构(6)能够带动粘页机构(2)进行升降运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可适应不同书籍档案形状的翻书臂升降机构,其特征在于,还包括门架(4),所述粘页机构(2)设置在门架(4)中,粘页机构(2)在门架(4)中进行升降运动,动力机构(6)与门架(4)固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可适应不同书籍档案形状的翻书臂升降机构,其特征在于,所述门架(4)上安装有传动机构(8),且传动机构(8)同时与动力机构(6)和粘页机构(2)连接;在门架(4)内壁上安装有导向机构(3),导向机构(3)与粘页机构(2)连接,动力机构(6)启动后传动机构(8)能够控制粘页机构(2)沿着导向机构(3)在门架(4)的内腔中移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可适应不同书籍档案形状的翻书臂升降机构,其特征在于,所述传动机构(8)包括传动杆(8-5),传动杆(8-5)的外壁上依次套合有三个同步带轮(8-3),且同步带轮(8-3)均与传动杆(8-5)固定,同步带轮(8-3)和动力机构(6)之间设置有短同步带(7),且短同步带(7)同时与动力机构(6)和其中一个同步带轮(8-3)连接,另外两个同步带轮(8-3)分别固定在传动杆(8-5)的两端,并且在该两个同步带轮(8-3)上分别套有长同步带(10),长同步带(10)与位于门架(4)顶端的导向轮(4-4)连接,在长同步(10)带上设置有皮带连接座(11),长同步带(10)穿过皮带连接座(11)并与皮带连接座(11)固定,皮带连接座(11)与粘页机构(2)连接,并且皮带连接座(11)能够随着长同步带(10)移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可适应不同书籍档案形状的翻书臂升降机构,其特征在于,所述传动杆(8-5)的外壁套合有两个轴承座(8-1),轴承座(8-1)设置在固定在传动杆(8-5)的两端的同步带轮(8-3)之间,且在轴承座(8-1)中设置有轴承(8-6),传动杆(8-5)穿过轴承(8-6)并且能够在轴承座(8-1)中转动,轴承座(8-1)固定在门架(4)的底面上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的可适应不同书籍档案形状的翻书臂升降机构,其特征在于,所述粘页机构(2)和皮带连接座(11)之间设置有连接板(12),且连接板(12)同时与粘页机构(2)和皮带连接座(11)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的可适应不同书籍档案形状的翻书臂升降机构,其特征在于,所述导向机构(3)包括直线导轨(3-1),直线导轨(3-1)固定在门架(4)的对称内壁面上, 在直线导轨(3-1)上安装有滑块(3-2),且滑块(3-2)能够沿着直线导轨(3-1)的壁面移动,粘页机构(2)的端头分别与滑块(3-2)连接,粘页机构(2)能够随着滑块(3-2)在直线导轨(3-1)上移动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可适应不同书籍档案形状的翻书臂升降机构,其特征在于,所述门架(4)包括横板(4-2)和两条平行的立板(4-1),立板(4-1)的底端均与横板(4-2)垂直固定,直线导轨(3-1)安装在立板(4-1)相互靠近的侧壁上。
