上述技术方案中,优选地,该控制面板翻转结构,还包括:至少一个微动开关,用于控制电机的开启或停止,电机和第一支架在齿条上往复运动时,电机和/或第一支架能够触碰到微动开关。
在该技术方案中,在电机和第一支架在齿条上往复运动的运动轨迹上设置微动开关,在运动的过程中,当电机和/或第一支架触碰到微动开关时,电机和/或第一支架停止运动。通过微动开关控制电机和/或第一支架停止运动,有效地控制了电机和/或第一支架的运动轨迹,实现了控制面板的自动打开与关闭。
上述技术方案中,优选地,在该控制面板翻转结构中,至少一个微动开关的数目为两个,其中第一微动开关设置在靠近控制面板的第一位置,第二微动开关设置在远离控制面板的第二位置;当电机和第一支架运动到第一位置时,连杆将控制面板顶开,电机和/或第一支架触碰第一微动开关,电机停止运动;当电机和第一支架运动到第二位置时,连杆将控制面板关闭,电机和/或第一支架触碰第二微动开关,电机停止运动。
在该技术方案中,通过在第一位置与第二位置分别设置一个微动开关,使电机和第一支架在一定范围内往复运动,通过连杆将第一支架和控制面板相连,实现控制面板的打开与关闭,通过两个微动开关可以准确的控制电机的启停,使控制面板可以达到最佳的打开状态和闭合状态,并且使用寿命长,重复性好,不需要经常更换和调试。设置在第一位置与第二位置的限位装置不仅限与微动开关,其他可起到同样作用的限位原件同样使用, 比如,触动开关、位置传感器等。
上述技术方案中,优选地,控制单元,用于在控制面板被顶开预定时间后,发送触发信号给电机,使电机的输出轴朝第一方向转动,使得控制面板关闭;和/或在控制面板被关闭预定时间后,发送触发信号给电机,使电机的输出轴朝与第一方向反向的第二方向转动,使得控制面板打开。
在该技术方案中,通过控制单元控制电机的转向及启停,实现控制面板的全自动打开和关闭,使用户操作方便,有效地减小了使用者的劳动量,提升了用户的体验。
上述技术方案中,优选地,第二支架,用于固定齿条,同时连接至底座。
在该技术方案中,齿条固定于第二支架上,第二支架固定于底座上,该结构稳定、牢固,通过第二支架对齿条的支撑,可以稳定的使电机和第一支架沿齿条做往复运动。
上述技术方案中,优选地,驱动组件包括电机,电机具有输出轴,能够输出正向转动力或反向转动力;传动组件包括转轴,转轴的一端与电机的输出轴连接,另一端与控制面板固定连接,可带动控制面板围绕转动轴做旋转运动。
在该技术方案中,通过将电机输出轴与转轴一端相连接,将转轴的另一端与控制面板连接,使电机直接带动控制面板绕转轴翻转,该机构结构简单,并且提高了电机的工作效率。
本发明的另一个目还提出一种烹饪器具,包括:腔体;水箱,位于所述腔体上方,设置在所述底座内部;控制面板,设置在所述水箱前方;及上述任一技术方案所提供的控制面板翻转机构,因此该烹饪器具具有上述任一技术方案提供的控制面板翻转机构的全部有益效果。并且,在该技术方案中,将水箱设置在腔体上部,使得腔体的宽度变大,增大了腔体的整体空间,有利于食物的加热和煮食。
综上,本发明提出了一种控制面板翻转结构及烹饪器具,其中控制面板翻转机构包括:驱动组件包括电机和第一支架,传动组件包括齿轮、齿条和连杆。通过将电机固定于第一支架上,连杆的两端分别与第一支架和 控制面板连接,齿轮与齿条相啮合,由电机带动齿轮组转动,使电机和第一支架沿齿条所在的方向往复运动,实现了控制面板的全自动开合,该机构使用户操作方便,有效地减小了使用者的劳动量,并且该控制面板翻转机构结构简单,成本低,自动化程度高。

为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
下面参照图1至图5b描述根据本发明一些实施例风道结构。
如图1a和图1b所示,本发明提出了一种控制面板翻转机构,用于烹饪器具,该烹饪器具包括控制面板400,控制面板翻转机构包括:底座200;驱动组件100,设置在底座200上,用于输出驱动力;传动组件300,一端连接至驱动组件100,另一端连接至控制面板400,用于将驱动组件100输出的驱动力传递给控制面板400,打开或关闭控制面板400。
在该实施例中,通过驱动组件100提供动力,并通过传动组件300将动力提供给控制面板400,实现控制面板400的自动翻转,该控制面板翻转机构结构简单,成本低,自动化程度高;并且位于底座内部,不影响烹饪器具外表的美观,可完全满足用户的需要。其中,图1a为控制面板闭合状态的控制面板翻转结构示意图;图1b为控制面板打开状态的控制面板翻转结构示意图;
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,如图2所示,驱动组件100包括:电机102和用于设置电机的第一支架104,电机102能够输出正向转动力或反向转动力。
在该实施例中,驱动组件100包括电机102和第一支架104,第一支架104对电机起支撑作用,并且电机能够输出正向转动力和反响转动力,并且可在两者之间切换。通过使用电机102作为动力输出装置,其动力输出平稳,震动小,并且可切换力的输出方向。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,如图2所示,传动组件300包括:齿轮,连接至电机102的输出轴,随输出轴的转动而转动;齿条304,齿条304固定连接在底座200上,齿条304与齿轮啮合,电机102的输出轴转动时带动齿轮转动,齿轮在齿条304上运动,带动电机102和第一支架 104在齿条304往复运动;连杆306,一端连接至第一支架104,另一端连接至控制面板400,连杆306随电机102和第一支架104在齿条304上的往复运动而打开或关闭控制面板400。
在该实施例中,通过将电机102输出轴上的齿轮与固定在底座上的的齿条304相啮合,随着电机102输出轴的转动实现电机102与第一支架104的往复运动;通过连杆306将第一支架104与控制面板400相连,使控制面板400随着电机102和第一支架104的往复运动实现打开和关闭。该机构结构简单,运动平稳,速度均匀,可有效地实现控制面板400的自动打开与闭合。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,如图2和图3所示,传动组件300包括:齿轮组308,包括主动轮3082和至少一个从动轮,主动轮3082连接至电机102的输出轴,随输出轴的转动而转动;齿条304,齿条304固定连接在底座200上,齿条304与齿轮组308中的一个从动轮啮合,电机102的输出轴转动时,主动轮3082带动从动轮在齿条304上运动,从而,带动电机102和第一支架104在齿条304往复运动;连杆306,一端连接至第一支架104,另一端连接至控制面板400,连杆306随电机102和第一支架104在齿条304上的往复运动而打开或关闭控制面板400。
在该实施例中,通过设置在电机102的输出轴上的主动轮3082带动从动轮转动,并通过齿条304与其中一个从动轮啮合,使电机102与第一支架104随着电机102的输出轴的转动实现往复运动;通过连杆306将第一支架104与控制面板400相连,使控制面板400随着电机102和第一支架104的往复运动实现打开和关闭。该机构结构简单,运动平稳,速度均匀,可有效地实现控制面板400的自动打开与闭合,并且,通过齿轮组308传动,主动轮3082带动从动轮转动,使传动更加平稳,并可实现调速功能,使控制面板400在打开与关闭的过程中,获得最佳的旋转速度。
齿轮组308的具体传动方式为:电机102的输出轴端部安转主动轮3082,第一支架104上安装第一从动轮3084,与主动轮3082相啮合,第一支架104上安装有连接轴3089,位于第一从动轮3084下方,并在连接轴3089一端安装有第二从动轮3086,与第一从动3084轮相啮合,另一端 安装有第三从动轮3088,与齿条相啮合,主动轮3082随电机102输出轴旋转而旋转,第一从动轮3084随主动轮3082旋转而旋转,第二从动轮3086随第一从动轮3084旋转而旋转,第二从动轮3086带动第三从动轮3088旋转,第三从动轮3088在齿条304中旋转并产生位移,带动电机102和第一支架103沿齿条304做直线运动。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,如图4所示,该控制面板翻转结构,还包括:至少一个微动开关310,用于控制电机102的开启或停止,电机102和第一支架104在齿条304上往复运动时,电机102和/或第一支架104能够触碰到微动开关310。
在该实施例中,在电机102和第一支架104在齿条上往复运动的运动轨迹上设置微动开关310,在运动的过程中,当电机102和/或第一支架104触碰到微动开关310时,电机102和/或第一支架104停止运动。通过微动开关310控制电机102和/或第一支架104停止运动,有效地控制了电机102和/或第一支架104的运动轨迹,实现了控制面板的自动打开与关闭。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,如图4所示,在该控制面板翻转结构中,至少一个微动开关310的数目为两个,其中第一微动开关3102设置在靠近控制面板的第一位置,第二微动开关3104设置在远离控制面板的第二位置;当电机102和第一支架104运动到第一位置时,连杆306将控制面板顶开,电机102和/或第一支架104触碰第一微动开关3102,电机102停止运动;当电机102和第一支架104运动到第二位置时,连杆306将控制面板关闭,电机102和/或第一支架104触碰第二微动开关3104,电机102停止运动。
在该实施例中,通过在第一位置与第二位置分别设置一个微动开关310,使电机102和第一支架104在一定范围内往复运动,通过连杆306将第一支架102和控制面板相连,实现控制面板的打开与关闭,通过两个微动开关可以准确的控制电机102的启停,使控制面板可以达到最佳的打开状态和闭合状态,并且使用寿命长,重复性好,不需要经常更换和调试。设置在第一位置与第二位置的限位装置不仅限与微动开关,其他可起到同样作用的限位原件同样使用,比如,触动开关、位置传感器等。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,控制单元,用于在控制面板被顶开预定时间后,发送触发信号给电机,使电机的输出轴朝第一方向转动,使得控制面板关闭;和/或在控制面板被关闭预定时间后,发送触发信号给电机,使电机的输出轴朝与第一方向反向的第二方向转动,使得控制面板打开。其中,触发信号为通过设置在箱体内部的传感器检测到物品被取走或被放回时所发出的信号,或重量变化信息,水位变化信息等箱体内部物品的变化信息。
在该实施例中,通过控制单元控制对箱体内部变化情况的检测,根据检测情况设定电机的转向及启停,实现控制面板的全自动打开和关闭,使用户操作方便,有效地减小了使用者的劳动量,提升了用户的体验。
在该实施例中,同样包括半自动单元,通过自动单元与半自动单元的转换开关进行切换,当用户使用烹饪器具结束需要停止循环时和出现特殊情况时,可以切换为半自动的单元实现手动操作;半自动单元的操作方式为,用户按压启动按键,控制面板翻转打开,用户即可手动取出控制面板后方的水盒,向水盒中注满水或将水盒中的水倒出,然后将水盒放回箱体中,用户按压启动按键,控制面板关闭。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,如图2所示,第二支架302,用于固定齿条304,同时连接至底座200。
在该实施例中,齿条304固定于第二支架302上,第二支架302固定于底座200上,该结构稳定、牢固,通过第二支架302对齿条304的支撑,可以稳定的使电机102和第一支架104沿齿条做往复运动。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,驱动组件包括电机102,电机102具有输出轴,能够输出正向转动力或反向转动力;传动组件包括转轴,转轴的一端与电机102的输出轴连接,另一端与控制面板200固定连接,可带动控制面板200围绕转动轴做旋转运动。
在该实施例中,通过将电机102输出轴与转轴一端相连接,将转轴的另一端与控制面板200连接,使电机102直接带动控制面板200绕转轴翻转,该机构结构简单,并且提高了电机的工作效率。
如图5a和图5b所示,本发明另一个实施例提出了一种烹饪器具,包 括:腔体;水箱,位于所述腔体上方,设置在所述底座内部;控制面板200,设置在所述水箱前方;及上述任一技术方案所提供的控制面板翻转机构,因此该烹饪器具具有上述任一技术方案提供的控制面板翻转机构的全部有益效果。并且,在该技术方案中,将水箱设置在腔体上部,使得腔体的宽度变大,增大了腔体的整体空间,有利于食物的加热和煮食。
在该实施例中,图5a为烹饪器具的控制面板200打开状态,图5b为烹饪器具的控制面板200闭合状态。
综上,本发明提出了一种控制面板翻转结构及烹饪器具,其中控制面板翻转机构包括:驱动组件包括电机和第一支架,传动组件包括齿轮、齿条和连杆。通过将电机固定与第一支架上,连杆的两端分别与第一支架和控制面板连接,齿轮与齿条相啮合,由电机带动齿轮组转动,使电机和第一支架沿齿条所在的方向往复运动,实现了控制面板的全自动开合,该机构使用户操作方便,有效地减小了使用者的劳动量,并且该控制面板翻转机构结构简单,成本低,自动化程度高。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种控制面板翻转机构,用于烹饪器具,所述烹饪器具包括控制面板,其特征在于,所述控制面板翻转机构包括:
    底座;
    驱动组件,设置在所述底座上,用于输出驱动力;
    传动组件,一端连接至所述驱动组件,另一端连接至所述控制面板,用于将所述驱动组件输出的驱动力传递给所述控制面板,打开或关闭所述控制面板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制面板翻转结构,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括:电机和用于设置所述电机的第一支架,所述电机能够输出正向转动力或反向转动力。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的控制面板翻转结构,其特征在于,所述传动组件包括:
    齿轮,连接至所述电机的输出轴,随所述输出轴的转动而转动;
    齿条,所述齿条固定连接在所述底座上,所述齿条与所述齿轮啮合,所述电机的输出轴转动时带动所述齿轮转动,所述齿轮在所述齿条上运动,带动所述电机和所述第一支架在所述齿条往复运动;
    连杆,一端连接至所述第一支架,另一端连接至所述控制面板,所述连杆随所述电机和所述第一支架在所述齿条上的往复运动而打开或关闭所述控制面板。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的控制面板翻转结构,其特征在于,所述传动组件包括:
    齿轮组,包括主动轮和至少一个从动轮,所述主动轮连接至所述电机的输出轴,随所述输出轴的转动而转动;
    齿条,所述齿条固定连接在所述底座上,所述齿条与所述齿轮组中的一个从动轮啮合,所述电机的输出轴转动时,所述主动轮带动所述从动轮在所述齿条上运动,从而,带动所述电机和所述第一支架在所述齿条往复运动;
    连杆,一端连接至所述第一支架,另一端连接至所述控制面板,所述连杆随所述电机和所述第一支架在所述齿条上的往复运动而打开或关闭所述控制面板。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的控制面板翻转结构,其特征在于,还包括:
    至少一个微动开关,用于控制所述电机的开启或停止,所述电机和所述第一支架在所述齿条上往复运动时,所述电机和/或所述第一支架能够触碰到所述微动开关。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的控制面板翻转结构,其特征在于,
    所述至少一个微动开关的数目为两个,其中第一微动开关设置在靠近所述控制面板的第一位置,第二微动开关设置在远离所述控制面板的第二位置;
    当所述电机和所述第一支架运动到所述第一位置时,所述连杆将所述控制面板顶开,所述电机和/或所述第一支架触碰所述第一微动开关,所述电机停止运动;
    当所述电机和所述第一支架运动到所述第二位置时,所述连杆将所述控制面板关闭,所述电机和/或所述第一支架触碰所述第二微动开关,所述电机停止运动。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的控制面板翻转结构,其特征在于,还包括:
    控制单元,所述控制单元用于:
    在所述控制面板被顶开预定时间后,发送触发信号给所述电机,使所述电机的输出轴朝第一方向转动,使得所述控制面板关闭;和/或
    在所述控制面板被关闭预定时间后,发送触发信号给所述电机,使所述电机的输出轴朝与所述第一方向反向的第二方向转动,使得所述控制面板打开。
  8. 根据权利要求3或4所述的控制面板翻转结构,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二支架,用于固定所述齿条,同时连接至所述底座。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的控制面板翻转结构,其特征在于:
    所述驱动组件包括电机,所述电机具有输出轴,能够输出正向转动力或反向转动力;
    所述传动组件包括转轴,所述转轴的一端与所述电机的输出轴连接,另一端与所述控制面板固定连接,可带动所述控制面板围绕所述转动轴做旋转运动。
  10. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括:
    腔体;
    水箱,位于所述腔体上方,设置在所述底座内;
    控制面板,设置在所述水箱前方;以及
    如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的控制面板翻转机构,所述控制面板翻转机构能够打开或关闭所述控制面板。
