作为一种优选的实施方式, 本实施例中的减速装置优选还可以为行星齿轮 机构, 如图 3 所示, 是减速装置为行星齿轮机构的洗衣机开合机构。 所述驱动 装置 3的输出轴 22与所述行星齿轮机构中的一个齿轮相配合, 所述电磁座 41 可吸引行星齿轮机构中的齿轮沿所述驱动装置 3的输出轴 22滑动; 所述电磁座 41与所述弹簧 42相配合共同作用于所述行星齿轮机构中的齿轮, 以实现所述行 星齿轮机构中的齿轮相啮合或分离, 从而断开上盖与驱动装置之间接合, 使得 上盖可以手动的打开和关闭, 而不受驱动装置的影响。
实施例三
如图 4所示, 是本实施例中提出的一种洗衣机的开合机构。 本实施例中的 开合机构与实施例二中的区别在于, 本实施例中的离合装置由花键套 25、 电磁 座 41和弹簧 42构成, 所述驱动装置 3的输出轴 22或所述减速装置的输出轴 22 由断开的两部分组成, 所述两部分均设有外花键, 并通过花键套相连接。 所述 电磁座 41可吸引所述花键套 25滑动运动; 所述电磁座 41与所述弹簧 42相配 合共同作用于所述花键套 25 , 以接合或者断开所述两部分之间的动力传递。
本实施例中的花键套 25设置在所述驱动装置 3的输出轴 22上, 所述输出 轴 22由断开的两部分构成, 在通电状态下, 所述电磁座 41吸引所述花键套 25 使其克服弹簧力将所述驱动装置 3的输出轴 22断开的两段连接在一起; 在断电 状态下, 所述弹簧 42使所述花键套 25滑动至所述输入齿轮 23—侧, 使所述驱 动装置 3的输出轴 22的两段分离, 断开传动路径。
实施例二中所述减速装置为行星齿轮机构的洗衣机开合机构也可以与本实 施例中的花键套离合装置配合使用 , 具体方案在此不在重复叙述。
本发明提供的开合机构在电机和减速装置之间设置了离合装置, 当电机断 电时, 离合装置将电机和减速装置分离, 避免手动打开上盖时, 上盖旋转会带 动电机旋转的缺陷, 从而使得手动打开上盖时轻松方便, 且不会导致电机不正 常转动或毁坏。 此外, 本发明提供的开合机构还具有占用空间小, 结构紧凑, 打开和关闭上盖的稳定性高等特点。
实施例四
本实施例提出一种设置有上述开合机构的洗衣机, 如图 5-7所示, 是本实施 例中的洗衣机局部结构。 包括上盖 1、控制盘座 6, 上盖 1与控制盘座 6相铰接, 上盖 1可以相对控制盘座 6打开或者关闭, 所述控制盘座 6上设有上述洗衣机 上盖的开合机构。 所述减速装置 2的输出端 21与所述上盖 1相连接并带动上盖 绕 1轴线转动; 所述驱动装置 3和所述减速装置 2设置于所述控制盘座 6内部, 位于控制盘座 6后端的中部或者后端的一侧。 如图 7所示, 所述驱动装置 3和 所述减速装置 2设置于所述控制盘座 6的内部并位于所述控制盘座 6后端的一 侧。
如图 8、 图 9所示, 是所述驱动装置 3设置于所述控制盘座 6后端中部位置 时的安装结构。 作为一种优选实施方式, 所述驱动装置 3设置于所述控制盘座 6 后端中部并位于控制盘座 6的内侧, 所述驱动装置 3通过第一铰链 8与所述上 盖 1连接, 通过第二铰链 9与所述控制盘座 6相连接。
进一步的, 所述控制盘座 6上设置有与控制装置相连接的行程开关, 所述 行程开关用于检测所述上盖 1的开闭状态。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种洗衣机上盖的开合机构, 包括控制装置、 驱动装置 (3)、 减速装置 (2), 所述上盖 ( 1)可在减速装置(2) 的输出端 (21 ) 的带动下打开或关闭, 所述减速装置 (2) 的输入端与所述驱动装置 (3)相连, 其特征在于: 还包括 离合装置, 所述离合装置和所述驱动装置(3) 均与所述控制装置相连接, 所述 离合装置与所述减速装置 (2) 和所述驱动装置 (3) 相配合, 在控制装置的控 制下接合或断开所述驱动装置 (3)和所述上盖 ( 1 )之间的传动路径。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的洗衣机上盖的开合机构, 其特征在于: 所述减速 装置 (2) 为减速齿轮组或行星齿轮机构。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的洗衣机上盖的开合机构, 其特征在于: 所述减速 装置( 2 )为减速齿轮组, 其至少包括一个输入齿轮( 23 )和一个输出齿轮 ( 24 )。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的洗衣机上盖的开合机构, 其特征在于: 所述减速 装置 (2)还包括设在所述输入齿轮 (23) 和输出齿轮(24)之间的中间齿轮。
5、 根据权利要求 3或 4所述的洗衣机上盖的开合机构, 其特征在于: 所述 离合装置可断开所述驱动装置 (3) 的输出轴 (22) 与所述减速装置 (2)之间 的连接, 或者断开所述输入齿轮(23)与中间齿轮或者输出齿轮(24) 的连接。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的洗衣机上盖的开合机构, 其特征在于: 所述离合 装置包括电磁座(41 )和弹簧(42);
所述输入齿轮 (23) 可滑动的设在所述驱动装置 (3) 的输出轴 (22) 上; 所述弹簧(42)套设在所述驱动装置(3) 的输出轴(22) 上, 与所述输入 齿轮 (23)相配合;
所述电磁座可在控制装置的控制下吸引所述输入齿轮沿所述驱动装置 ( 3 ) 的输出轴滑动; 所述电磁座与所述弹簧相配合共同作用于所述输入齿轮, 以实 现所述输入齿轮与中间齿轮或者输出齿轮(24) 的啮合或分离。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的洗衣机上盖的开合机构, 其特征在于: 所述离合 装置包括花键套( 25 )、 电磁座 ( 41 )和弹簧( 42 );
所述驱动装置(3) 的输出轴(22)或所述减速装置的输出轴由断开的两部 分组成, 所述两部分均设有外花键, 并通过花键套相连接;
所述电磁座可在控制装置的控制下吸引所述花键套滑动运动; 所述电磁座 与所述弹簧相配合共同作用于所述花键套, 以接合或者断开所述两部分之间的 动力传递。
8、 一种洗衣机, 包括上盖(1)、 控制盘座(6), 其特征在于:
所述控制盘座上设有如权利要求 1-7任一项所述的洗衣机上盖的开合机构。
9、 根据权利要求 8 所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述驱动装置(3)和所 述减速装置(2)设置于所述控制盘座(6)后端的中部或一侧。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述控制盘座(6)上设 置有与控制装置相连接的行程开关, 所述行程开关用于检测所述上盖(1 )的开 闭状态。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述驱动装置(3)设置于 所述控制盘座(6) 的后端中部并位于控制盘座(6) 内侧, 所述驱动装置(3) 通过第一铰链 ( 8 )与所述上盖( 1 )连接, 通过第二铰链 ( 9 )与所述控制盘座
(6)相连接。
