Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour le broyage de plantes séchées, en particulier pour le broyage de feuilles de thé ou d'herbes aromatiques séchées, et d'autres plantes susceptibles d'être séchées et de leurs constituants. L'invention a pour but de permettre un broyage simple et respectueux dudit produit. À cette fin, l'invention propose un dispositif comprenant un bâti (1) doté d'une entrée (6) dans le haut pour le produit à broyer et d'une sortie (7) dans le bas, pour le produit broyé, ainsi qu'au moins deux cylindres (2, 3) rotatifs et entraînés, qui sont superposés l'un à l'autre sur au moins deux niveaux (4, 5), chaque niveau (4, 5) comportant au moins un cylindre (2, 3). Les cylindres (2, 3) sont dotés de saillies (24) en correspondance avec au moins un peigne (15) pour permettre un processus de broyage. Un réglage des peignes (15) est effectué dans la direction verticale, au moyen d'une manipulation depuis le haut. À cette fin, un mécanisme de réglage pour régler la position du peigne (15), à savoir la distance entre le cylindre (2, 3) et le peigne (15), est agencé au moins dans le niveau supérieur (4) ou au-dessus du niveau supérieur (4).
