本发明涉及电梯领域,特别涉及一种可移动式轿顶轮。
背景技术
轿顶轮主要包括绳轮、轴承、转轴、外罩,现有的轿顶轮的轴承与绳轮本体相固定,轴承套设于转轴上,通过固定在转轴上且与轴承紧贴的销钉使绳轮本体在转轴上的轴向位置固定。但当电梯起吊高度过高时,钢丝绳会发生拉伸扭曲,若垂直绳轮本体的轴向位置仍固定会对钢丝绳造成损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能沿垂直转轴轴线方向移动从而适用于起吊高度高、防止钢丝绳扭曲受损的可移动式轿顶轮。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种可移动式轿顶轮,其包括轴板、穿设于所述轴板的连接孔内的转轴、通过轴承转动连接于所述转轴上的绳轮、罩设于所述绳轮上且与所述轴板相固定的外罩,所述连接孔为具有供所述转轴在连接孔内移动空间的长孔,所述外罩上安装有用于调节触发所述转轴移动所需力的大小的张紧结构,
所述转轴上开设有垂直转轴的轴线的定位槽,所述可移动式轿顶轮还包括穿设于所述轴板上且卡设于所述定位槽内用于防止转轴沿转轴的轴线方向移动的定位板,
所述长孔为腰型孔。
优化的,所述张紧结构包括两组分别位于转轴两端的定位角钢,同一组的两个定位角钢位于所述转轴两侧的所述外罩上,所述转轴两端分别开设有限位孔,所述张紧结构还包括穿设于所述限位孔内的导杆、套设于每根所述导杆上且位于转轴两侧的压簧,各根所述压簧压紧于所述转轴和所述定位角钢之间。
优化的,所述可移动式轿顶轮还包括用于将轴板固定于横梁上的下支撑座。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明将轴板上安装转轴的孔设置呈长孔,同时在转轴上安装张紧装置,使得绳轮可随转轴在垂直于转轴轴线方向有一定位移,当起吊高度过高,钢丝绳发生扭曲时,绳轮本体可随钢丝绳有扭曲或形变趋势时做适应性位移,防止钢丝绳受损。

如图1、2所示,可移动式轿顶轮包括轴板1、穿设于所述轴板1的连接孔内的转轴2、通过轴承转动连接于所述转轴2上的绳轮3、罩设于所述绳轮3上且与所述轴板1相固定的外罩9、用于将轴板1固定于横梁10上的下支撑座8。。
所述连接孔为具有供所述转轴2在连接孔内移动空间的长孔,在本实施例中,所述长孔为腰型孔。所述外罩9上安装有用于调节触发所述转轴2移动所需力的大小的张紧结构。所述张紧结构包括两组分别位于转轴2两端的定位角钢6,同一组的两个定位角钢6位于所述转轴2两侧的所述外罩9上,所述转轴2两端分别开设有限位孔4,所述张紧结构还包括穿设于所述限位孔4内的导杆5、套设于每根所述导杆5上且位于转轴2两侧的压簧7,各根所述压簧7压紧于所述转轴2和所述定位角钢6之间。
所述转轴2上开设有垂直转轴2的轴线的定位槽,所述可移动式轿顶轮还包括穿设于所述轴板1上且卡设于所述定位槽内用于防止转轴2沿转轴2的轴线方向移动的定位板11。
