Description

高速路测速时的专利信息推送方法和测速系统 技术领域
本发明属于电子技术领域,尤其是涉及一种高速路测速时的专利信息推送方法以及测速系统。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请《一种高速路测速的方法和测速系统》,让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种高速路测速时的专利信息推送方法,目的在于针对于当前在高速公路上的测速仪存在漏洞,可以被车主很容易的规避,起不到监测警告车主的作用,需要提供一种有效的在高速公路上测速的方法,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种高速路测速时的专利信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
记录高速路收费站之间的距离;
当用户车辆进入高速路收费站时,记录当前的时间和地点;
当用户车辆出高速路收费站时,记录当前的时间和地点;
根据上述时间段内用户车辆通过两高速路收费站之间的距离,计算用户车辆的平均速度;
判断所述用户车辆的平均时速是否超过预设的速度阈值;
若否,保持原状;
若是,判定所述用户车辆超速,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种测速系统,包括:
距离记录单元,进站记录单元,出站记录单元,计算单元,判断单元,判定单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
距离记录单元,用于记录高速路收费站之间的距离;
进站记录单元,用于当用户车辆进入高速路收费站时,记录当前的时间和地点;
出站记录单元,用于当用户车辆出高速路收费站时,记录当前的时间和地点;
计算单元,其输入端分别与所述距离记录单元的输出端以及所述进站记录单元的输出端以及所述出站记录单元的输出端连接,用于根据上述时间段内用户车辆通过两高速路收费站之间的距离,计算用户车辆的平均速度;
判断单元,其输入端与所述计算单元的输出端连接,用于判断所述用户车辆的平均时速是否超过预设的速度阈值;
判定单元,其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于当所述用户车辆的平均时速超过预设的速度阈值时,判定所述用户车辆超速;
专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述判定单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过根据用户车辆出入高速收费站的时间和两收费站之间的距离,监测它在高速路上的行驶速度,使用户按规定速度行驶,减少交通事故的发生,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

在步骤S101中,记录高速路收费站之间的距离。
在本实施例中,以车主开车从甲收费站到乙收费站为例,如,记录甲、乙两收费站之间的距离为40公里。
在步骤S102中,当用户车辆进入高速路收费站时,记录当前的时间和地点。
在步骤S103中,当用户车辆出高速路收费站时,记录当前的时间和地点。
在步骤S104中,根据上述时间段内用户车辆通过两高速路收费站之间的距离,计算用户车辆的平均速度。
在步骤S105中,判断所述用户车辆的平均时速是否超过预设的速度阈值;若否,则进入步骤S106,保持原状;若是,则进入步骤S107,判定所述用户车辆超速,同时向用户推送专利信息。
如,预设从甲到乙这段高速路的最高速度是80km/h,车主进入甲收费站上高速到出乙收费站下高速,这段距离车主用了35分钟,因此,车主在这段高速路上行驶的平均速度约为69km/h,没有超过预设的速度,所以车主没有超速;如果,车主用了20分钟,因此,在这段高速路上行驶的平均速度约为120km/h,车主肯定超速了。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过根据用户车辆出入高速收费站的时间和两收费站之间的距离,监测它在高速路上的行驶速度,使用户按规定速度行驶,减少交通事故的发生,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

判定单元26,其输入端与所述判断单元25的输出端连接,用于当所述用户车辆的平均时速超过预设的速度阈值时,判定所述用户车辆超速;
专利信息推送单元27,其输入端与所述判定单元26的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:距离记录单元21记录高速路收费站之间的距离;当用户车辆进入高速路收费站时,进站记录单元22记录当前的时间和地点;当用户车辆出高速路收费站时,出站记录单元23记录当前的时间和地点;根据上述时间段内用户车辆通过两高速路收费站之间的距离,计算单元24计算用户车辆的平均速度;判断单元25判断所述用户车辆的平均时速是否超过预设的速度阈值;当所述用户车辆的平均时速超过预设的速度阈值时,判定单元26判定所述用户车辆超速,同时,专利信息推送单元27向用户推送专利信息。

    当用户车辆出高速路收费站时,记录当前的时间和地点;
    根据上述时间段内用户车辆通过两高速路收费站之间的距离,计算用户车辆的平均速度;
    判断所述用户车辆的平均时速是否超过预设的速度阈值;
    若否,保持原状;
    若是,判定所述用户车辆超速,同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种测速系统,其特征在于,所述测速系统包括:
    距离记录单元,进站记录单元,出站记录单元,计算单元,判断单元,判定单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
    距离记录单元,用于记录高速路收费站之间的距离;
    进站记录单元,用于当用户车辆进入高速路收费站时,记录当前的时间和地点;
    出站记录单元,用于当用户车辆出高速路收费站时,记录当前的时间和地点;
    计算单元,其输入端分别与所述距离记录单元的输出端以及所述进站记录单元的输出端以及所述出站记录单元的输出端连接,用于根据上述时间段内用户车辆通过两高速路收费站之间的距离,计算用户车辆的平均速度;
    判断单元,其输入端与所述计算单元的输出端连接,用于判断所述用户车辆的平均时速是否超过预设的速度阈值;
