Description

手机找车相关技术的技术信息展示方法以及找车系 统 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及一种手机找车相关技术的技术信息展示方法以及找车系统。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一技术就知道该技术的信息(即技术发明人、专利申请人等专利信息)。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 通过手机找车的方法以及找车系统 》 ),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种手机找车相关技术的技术信息展示方法,目的在于针对当前许多机场、商城、购物中心等配套的大型停车场找车难的情况,需要提供一种简单、有效的方法能帮助用户轻松、快速找到车辆,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显了专利(申请)权人的权益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种手机找车相关技术的技术信息展示方法,包括以下步骤:
记录停车场地图,记录停车场中每个车位对应的号数,记录所述停车场中每个车位号数对应停车场地图中的楼层、区域及号数等位置信息;
用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时,通过 wifi 连接用户手机;
判断用户是否第一次进入该停车场;
若是,推送所述停车场地图;
若否,保持原状;
当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时,推送所述车位对应的号数到用户手机;
当用户需要找车时,根据所述车位的号数在所述停车场地图中位置及用户当前所在位置,向用户推送最佳取车路线以及专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种找车系统,包括:
记录单元,用于记录停车场地图,记录停车场中每个车位对应的号数,记录所述停车场中每个车位号数对应停车场地图中的楼层、区域及号数等位置信息;
连接单元,用于用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时,通过 wifi 连接用户手机;
判断单元,其输入端与所述连接单元的输出端连接,用于判断用户是否第一次进入该停车场;
地图推送单元,其输入端分别与所述判断单元的输出端及所述连接单元输出端连接,用于当用户第一次进入该停车场时,推送所述停车场地图;
车位号数推送单元,其输入端与所述连接单元输出端连接,用于当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时,推送所述车位对应的号数到用户手机;
信息推送单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端及所述车位号数推送单元输出端连接,用于当用户需要找车时,根据所述车位的号数在所述停车场地图中位置及用户当前所在位置,向用户推送最佳取车路线以及专利信息。
有益效果
本发明通过自动发送车位信息,帮助用户定位车辆停放位置,帮助用户轻松、快速找到车辆,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显了专利(申请)权人的权益。

图 1 是发明实施例提供的一种手机找车相关技术的技术信息展示方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中记录停车场地图,记录停车场中每个车位对应的号数,记录所述停车场中每个车位号数对应停车场地图中的楼层、区域及号数等位置信息。
所述停车场地图可以是一个通用的地图,因为停车场结构通常都是分为楼层,区域,号数三个维度的信息,因此用户根据当前停车场设置地图,并设置好出入口信息,方便在后续步骤中计算最佳路径。
在步骤 S102 中,用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时,通过 wifi 连接用户手机。
在步骤 S103 中,判断用户是否第一次进入该停车场,若是,进入步骤 S104 ,推送所述停车场地图,若否,进入步骤 S105 ,保持原状。
在步骤 S106 中,当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时,推送所述车位对应的号数到用户手机。
在步骤 S107 中,当用户需要找车时,根据所述车位的号数在所述停车场地图中位置及用户当前所在位置,向用户推送最佳取车路线,并向用户推送专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
本发明通过自动发送车位信息,帮助用户定位车辆停放位置,帮助用户轻松、快速找到车辆,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显了专利(申请)权人的权益。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的找车系统构示意图,该找车系统:
记录单元 21 ,用于记录停车场地图,记录停车场中每个车位对应的号数,记录所述停车场中每个车位号数对应停车场地图中的楼层、区域及号数等位置信息;
连接单元 22 ,用于用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时,通过 wifi 连接用户手机;
判断单元 23 ,其输入端与所述连接单元的输出端连接,用于判断用户是否第一次进入该停车场;
地图推送单元 24 ,其输入端分别与所述判断单元的输出端及所述连接单元输出端连接,用于当用户第一次进入该停车场时,推送所述停车场地图;
车位号数推送单元 25 ,其输入端与所述连接单元输出端连接,用于当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时,推送所述车位对应的号数到用户手机;
信息推送单元 26 ,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端及所述车位号数推送单元输出端连接,用于当用户需要找车时,根据所述车位的号数在所述停车场地图中位置及用户当前所在位置,向用户推送最佳取车路线,并向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:记录单元 21 记录停车场地图,记录停车场中每个车位对应的号数,记录所述停车场中每个车位号数对应停车场地图中的楼层、区域及号数等位置信息,连接单元 22 用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时,通过 wifi 连接用户手机,判断单元 23 判断用户是否第一次进入该停车场,若是,地图推送单元 24 ,推送所述停车场地图。车位号数推送单元 25 当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时,推送所述车位对应的号数到用户手机,推送单元 26 当用户需要找车时,根据所述车位的号数在所述停车场地图中位置及用户当前所在位置,向用户推送最佳取车路线,并向用户推送专利信息。

  1. 一种手机找车相关技术的技术信息展示方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    记录停车场地图,记录停车场中每个车位对应的号数,记录所述停车场中每个车位号数对应停车场地图中的楼层、区域及号数等位置信息;
    用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时,通过 wifi 连接用户手机;
    判断用户是否第一次进入该停车场;
    若是,推送所述停车场地图;
    若否,保持原状;
    当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时,推送所述车位对应的号数到用户手机;
    当用户需要找车时,根据所述车位的号数在所述停车场地图中位置及用户当前所在位置,向用户推送最佳取车路线以及推送专利信息。
  2. 一种找车系统,其特征在于,所述找车系统包括:
    记录单元,用于记录停车场地图,记录停车场中每个车位对应的号数,记录所述停车场中每个车位号数对应停车场地图中的楼层、区域及号数等位置信息;
    连接单元,用于用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时,通过 wifi 连接用户手机;
    判断单元,其输入端与所述连接单元的输出端连接,用于判断用户是否第一次进入该停车场;
    地图推送单元,其输入端分别与所述判断单元的输出端及所述连接单元输出端连接,用于当用户第一次进入该停车场时,推送所述停车场地图;
    车位号数推送单元,其输入端与所述连接单元输出端连接,用于当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时,推送所述车位对应的号数到用户手机;
    信息推送单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端及所述车位号数推送单元输出端连接,用于当用户需要找车时,根据所述车位的号数在所述停车场地图中位置及用户当前所在位置,向用户推送最佳取车路线以及专利信息。
