Description

显示空余车位时的信息推送方法以及显示系统 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域，尤其是涉及一种显示空余车位时的信息推送方法以及显示系统。
 背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一技术就知道该技术的信息（即技术发明人、专利申请人等专利信息）。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《 停车场显示空余车位方法以及显示系统 》 ），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化， 特提出一个解决办法。
 技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种显示空余车位时的信息推送方法，目的在于针对当前大型停车场找车位难的情况，需要提供一种简单、有效的方法能帮助用户轻松、快速找到车位，并通过使用技术后推送专利信息，而彰显了专利（申请）权人的权益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的：一种显示空余车位时的信息推送方法，包括以下步骤：
记录停车场地图，记录所述停车场中每个车位号数对应停车场地图中的楼层、区域及号数等位置信息；
当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时，将所述停车场地图中对应该车位信息设置为已被占用；
当用户驾驶车辆成功驶离车位时，将所述停车场地图中对应该车位信息设置为空闲；
用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时，通过 wifi 连接用户手机，推送所述停车场空余车位地图以及专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种显示系统，包括：
记录单元，用于记录停车场地图，记录所述停车场中每个车位号数对应停车场地图中的楼层、区域及号数等位置信息；
车位状态展示单元，其输出端与所述记录单元输入端连接，用于当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时，将所述停车场地图中对应该车位信息设置为已被占用，当用户驾驶车辆成功驶离车位时，将所述停车场地图中对应该车位信息设置为空闲；
连接单元，其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端及连接，用于用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时，通过 wifi 连接用户手机；
推送单元，其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端及所述连接单元输出端连接，用于向用户手机推送所述停车场空余车位地图以及专利信息。
 有益效果
本发明通过自动更新空闲车位信息，帮助用户尽快找到最近的停车位，并通过使用技术后推送专利信息，而彰显了专利（申请）权人的权益。

在步骤 S101 中记录停车场地图，记录所述停车场中每个车位号数对应停车场地图中的楼层、区域及号数等位置信息。
所述停车场地图可以是一个通用的地图，因为停车场结构通常都是分为楼层，区域，号数三个维度的信息，因此用户根据当前停车场设置地图，方便在后续步骤中接收空余车位地图。
在步骤 S102 中，当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时，将所述停车场地图中对应该车位信息设置为已被占用。
在步骤 S103 中，当用户驾驶车辆成功驶离车位时，将所述停车场地图中对应该车位信息设置为空闲。
在步骤 S104 中，用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时，通过 wifi 连接用户手机，推送所述停车场空余车位地图以及专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
本发明通过自动更新空闲车位信息，帮助用户尽快找到最近的停车位，并通过使用技术后推送专利信息，而彰显了专利（申请）权人的权益。

记录单元 21 ，用于记录停车场地图，记录所述停车场中每个车位号数对应停车场地图中的楼层、区域及号数等位置信息；
车位状态展示单元 22 ，其输出端与所述记录单元 21 输入端连接，用于当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时，将所述停车场地图中对应该车位信息设置为已被占用，当用户驾驶车辆成功驶离车位时，将所述停车场地图中对应该车位信息设置为空闲；
连接单元 23 ，其输入端与所述记录单元 21 的输出端及连接，用于用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时，通过 wifi 连接用户手机；
推送单元 24 ，其输入端分别与所述记录单元 21 的输出端及所述连接单元 23 输出端连接，用于向用户手机推送所述停车场空余车位地图以及专利信息。
其工作原理是：记录单元 21 记录停车场地图，记录所述停车场中每个车位号数对应停车场地图中的楼层、区域及号数等位置信息，车位状态展示单元 22 当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时，将所述停车场地图中对应该车位信息设置为已被占用，当用户驾驶车辆成功驶离车位时，将所述停车场地图中对应该车位信息设置为空闲，连接单元 23 用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时，通过 wifi 连接用户手机。推送单元 24 向用户手机推送所述停车场空余车位地图以及专利信息。

  1. 一种显示空余车位时的信息推送方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：
    记录停车场地图，记录所述停车场中每个车位号数对应停车场地图中的楼层、区域及号数等位置信息；
    当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时，将所述停车场地图中对应该车位信息设置为已被占用；
    当用户驾驶车辆成功驶离车位时，将所述停车场地图中对应该车位信息设置为空闲；
    用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时，通过 wifi 连接用户手机，推送所述停车场空余车位地图以及专利信息。
  2. 一种显示系统，其特征在于，所述显示系统包括：
    记录单元，用于记录停车场地图，记录所述停车场中每个车位号数对应停车场地图中的楼层、区域及号数等位置信息；
    车位状态展示单元，其输出端与所述记录单元输入端连接，用于当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时，将所述停车场地图中对应该车位信息设置为已被占用，当用户驾驶车辆成功驶离车位时，将所述停车场地图中对应该车位信息设置为空闲；
    连接单元，其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端及连接，用于用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时，通过 wifi 连接用户手机；
    推送单元，其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端及所述连接单元输出端连接，用于向用户手机推送所述停车场空余车位地图以及专利信息。
