本发明属于交通系统领域, 尤其是涉及 一种过道转向时的信息推送方法以及地铁检票闸 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。

这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 根据时间设置地铁检票口通过方向的方法以及地铁检票闸》 ),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种过道转向时的信息推送方法 , 目的在于 针对于进入地铁站后,排队进出站的人过多而造成拥挤,提供一种结合时间段 改变检票闸方向 的方法 ,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种过道转向时的信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
记录预设的闸机流向与时间段的匹配关系;
检测当前的时间;
根据当前时间所属的时间段,匹配相应的闸机流向 ,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种 地铁检票闸 ,包括:
记录单元,检测单元,改变单元, 专利信息推送单元 其中 :
记录单元,用于记录记录预设的闸机流向与时间段的匹配关系;
检测单元 , 用于检测当前的时间;

所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。

其工作原理是:记录单元 21 ,用于记录记录预设的闸机流向与时间段的匹配关系;检测单元 22 ,用于检测当前的时间;改变单元 23 ,用于根据检测单元 22 检测到的当前时间所属的时间段与记录单元 21 记录的闸机流向,匹配相应的闸机流向 ,专利信息推送单元 24 用于 向用户推送专利信息 。
