本发明属于手机领域，提供了一种自动连接 wifi 时的信息推送方法以及手机，方法包括：记录公共区域的 wifi 账号和密码；检测是否有热点发出 wifi 信号；若否，保持原样；若是，判断是否与所述 wifi 账号匹配；若否，保持原样；若是，连接所述 wifi 热点，同时向用户推送专利信息。该发明通过自动检测周边是否有公共 wifi 热点信号，如果有公共 wifi 热点信号便自动连接，从而使手机能够自动检测和连接免费 wifi ，充分利用社会资源，节省手机数据流量，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。
Description
本发明属于手机领域，尤其是涉及 一种自动连接 wifi 时的信息推送方法以及手机 。
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2
、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《 一种自动连接 wifi 的方法以及手机 》
），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化， 特提出一个解决办法。
本发明实施例提供了一种自动连接 wifi 时的信息推送方法 ， 目的在于 针对当前 wifi
越来越多但连接不方便的缺陷，提供一种自动检测并连接 wifi 的方法 ，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益 。
本发明是这样实现的：一种自动连接 wifi 时的信息推送方法，包括以下步骤：
记录公共区域的 wifi 账号和密码；
检测是否有热点发出 wifi 信号；
若否，保持原样；
若是，判断是否与所述 wifi 账号匹配；
若否，保持原样；
若是，连接所述 wifi 热点，同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种手机，包括：
记录单元，热点检测单元，热点判断单元，连接单元，专利信息推送单元，其中：
记录单元，用于记录公共区域的 wifi 账号和密码；
热点检测单元，用于检测是否有热点发出 wifi 信号；
热点判断单元，其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述热点检测单元的输出端连接，用于判断是否与所述 wifi 账号匹配；
连接单元，其输入端与所述热点判断单元的输出端连接，用于连接所述 wifi 热点；
专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述连接单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
该发明通过自动检测周边是否有公共 wifi 热点信号，如果有公共 wifi
热点信号便自动连接，从而使手机能够自动检测和连接免费 wifi ，充分利用社会资源，节省手机数据流量，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。
图 1 是本发明实施例提供的一种自动连接 wifi 时的信息推送方法 的流程示意图 ；
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的手机的结构示意图。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是发明实施例提供的一种自动连接 wifi
时的信息推送方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中记录公共区域的 wifi 账号和密码。
在本实施例中，以用户 A 的手机为例，记录公共区域的 wifi 账号和密码， wifi
热点包括中国移动 CMCC 、中国联通 ChinaUnicom 、中国电信 ChinaNet 等成千上万的 wifi
热点，热点信息为以上各大网络供应商的公开信息。
在步骤 S102 中，检测是否有热点发出 wifi 信号。
根据现有技术，用户 A 开启 wifi 功能，便可以检测周边一定范围内的 wifi 信号。
在步骤 S103 中，若无 wifi 信号，保持原样。
若无 wifi 信号，说明当前环境下无 wifi 热点，保持原样
在步骤 S104 中，若有 wifi 信号，判断是否与所述 wifi 账号匹配。
若有 wifi 信号，则需要判断是否与所述 wifi 账号匹配，方能够连接该 wifi 热点。
在步骤 S105 中，若与所述 wifi 账号不匹配，保持原样。
如上一步骤中，若判断出与所述 wifi 账号不匹配，说明该 wifi 热点对于用户 A
来说是无效热点，无法连接，手机保持原样。
在步骤 S106 中，若与所述 wifi 账号匹配，连接所述 wifi
热点，同时向用户推送专利信息。
若判断出与所述 wifi 账号匹配，说明该 wifi 热点可以使用，通过所记录的账号和密码登陆该
wifi 热点，使用户可以通过该热点上网，节省了手机的数据流量。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请 /
权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权 /
专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过自动检测周边是否有公共 wifi 热点信号，如果有公共 wifi
热点信号便自动连接，从而使手机能够自动检测和连接免费 wifi ，充分利用社会资源，节省手机数据流量，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的一种手机的结构示意图，该用户推荐系统包括：
记录单元 21 ，热点检测单元 22 ，热点判断单元 23 ，连接单元 24 ，专利信息推送单元 25
，其中：
记录单元 21 ，用于记录公共区域的 wifi 账号和密码；
热点检测单元 22 ，用于检测是否有热点发出 wifi 信号；
热点判断单元 23 ，其输入端分别与所述记录单元 21 的输出端以及所述热点检测单元 22
的输出端连接，用于判断是否与所述 wifi 账号匹配；
连接单元 24 ，其输入端与所述热点判断单元 23 的输出端连接，用于连接所述 wifi
热点；
专利信息推送单元 25 ，其输入端与所述连接单元 24 的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是：记录单元 21 ，记录公共区域的 wifi 账号和密码；热点检测单元 22
，检测是否有热点发出 wifi 信号；热点判断单元 23 ，判断是否与所述 wifi 账号匹配；连接单元 24 ，连接所述 wifi 热点 ;
专利信息推送单元 25 ，向用户推送专利信息

- 一种自动连接 wifi 时的信息推送方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：记录公共区域的 wifi 账号和密码；检测是否有热点发出 wifi 信号；若否，保持原样；若是，判断是否与所述 wifi 账号匹配；若否，保持原样；若是，连接所述 wifi 热点，同时向用户推送专利信息。
- 一种手机，其特征在于，所述手机包括：记录单元，热点检测单元，热点判断单元，连接单元，专利信息推送单元，其中：记录单元，用于记录公共区域的 wifi 账号和密码；热点检测单元，用于检测是否有热点发出 wifi 信号；热点判断单元，其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述热点检测单元的输出端连接，用于判断是否与所述 wifi 账号匹配；连接单元，其输入端与所述热点判断单元的输出端连接，用于连接所述 wifi 热点；专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述连接单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
