本发明的方法和系统, 利用 NFC设备之间连接建立简单的特点, 通过 建立支持 WiFi及 NFC应用的用户终端和无线 AP之间的 NFC P2P连接来 交互 WiFi接入信息, 并利用所述 WiFi接入信息完成 WiFi的接入, 简化了 搜索接入列表、 输入配置参数、 和进行信号匹配等接入操作, 解决了 WiFi 接入操作中操作步驟繁瑣和操作耗时长的问题, 提高了 WiFi的用户体验。 附图说明

近场通信( NFC, Near Field Communication )是一种近距离无线通信技 术, 通信距离一般为 10厘米。 NFC技术将 NFC非接触读卡器、 NFC非接 触卡、 以及 NFC点对点(P2P, Peer-to-Peer )功能整合进单独的 NFC设备。
NFC设备之间的连接建立非常简单, 即: 只需将两个 NFC设备彼此靠近, 它们之间就可以简单地建立 NFC连接, 而不需要进行复杂的网络搜索和参 数配置等操作。 但是, 由于 NFC通信距离的限制, 因此, NFC技术一般仅 用于读卡器等较近距离的应用。
本发明的核心思想是: 用户终端与无线 AP建立 NFC P2P连接; 基于 所述 NFC P2P连接, 所述用户终端与所述无线 AP进行 WiFi接入信息的交 互; 根据所交互的 WiFi接入信息, 所述无线 AP与所述用户终端进行 WiFi 接入操作。
下面将结合附图详细的说明本发明的优选实施例。
图 1示出了本发明提出的 WiFi接入的方法流程示意图。 如图 1所示, 所述 WiFi接入的方法的流程如下:
步驟 101:支持 WiFi及 NFC应用的用户终端和无线 AP在互相靠近时, 所述用户终端与所述无线 AP之间建立 NFC P2P连接,
具体地, 所述用户终端和无线 AP可都包含 NFC非接触读卡器、 NFC 非接触卡, 并都支持 NFC P2P功能, 由此, 当所述用户终端与所述无线 AP 足够靠近, 例如用户手持用户终端向无线 AP靠近, 以进入到 NFC的支持 范围(通常为 10厘米以内)时,所述用户终端与所述无线 AP建立 NFC P2P 连接,这里所述 NFC P2P连接的建立过程与常规的 NFC P2P连接的建立方 法类似, 这里将不再赘述。
并且, 所述用户终端与无线 AP还都支持 WiFi应用, 即: 所述用户终 端能够与所述无线 AP建立 WiFi连接。 步驟 102:基于所述 NFC P2P连接,所述用户终端向所述无线 AP发送 询问请求消息,
具体地, 所述用户终端向所述无线 AP发送询问请求消息, 以便向所述 无线 AP请求获取 WiFi连接有关的信息, 这一目的可以通过在所述询问请 求消息中加入获取 WiFi接入信息请求消息, 以向所述无线 AP请求获取 WiFi连接有关的信息, 或者通过所述用户终端与所述无线 AP的预先约定 (即: 约定所述询问请求消息表示向所述无线 AP请求获取 WiFi连接有关 的信息) 来实现, 所述询问请求消息还可包括用户终端信息, 例如手机号 码和 /或用户终端的 MAC地址等, 所述用户终端信息可用于与 WiFi上网账 户绑定, 以便在所述用户终端连接到所述无线 AP支持的 WiFi网络后, 进 行如上网计费等操作;
步驟 103:所述无线 AP接收到所述询问请求消息后,基于所述 NFC P2P 连接, 向所述用户终端发送响应消息,
其中, 所述响应消息包括 WiFi接入配置参数, 例如无线 AP的 MAC 地址、 WiFi连接需要的配对码等参数,有时还需要将 WiFi上网账号和密码 (例如, 无线 AP提供的免费上网账户和密码) 包含在 WiFi接入配置参数 中, 例如, 所述 WiFi上网账号和密码可用于在进行 WiFi接入操作中进行 身份验证;
步驟 104: 所述用户终端收到所述响应消息后,根据所述响应消息中的 WiFi接入配置参数与所述无线 AP进行 WiFi接入操作,
具体地, 所述用户终端在接收到所述响应消息后, 根据所述响应消息 中的 WiFi接入配置参数 , 向所述无线 AP发送 WiFi接入请求;
所述无线 AP收到所述 WiFi接入请求后,对用户终端进行 WiFi接入操 作; 在所述接入操作的过程中, 可以进一步对所述用户终端进行鉴权, 例 如,所述无线 AP根据 WiFi上网账号及密码对所述用户终端进行身份验证, 还可以进一步进行上网计费等操作, 所述 WiFi上网账号及密码可以是预先 记录在所述用户终端中, 并由所述用户终端在 WiFi接入操作的过程中, 发 送给所述无线 AP; 或是从所述 WiFi接入配置参数中获取的;
如果鉴权成功, 则所述无线 AP允许所述用户终端接入所述无线 AP所 支持的 WiFi网络, 如果鉴权失败, 则所述无线 AP拒绝所述用户终端接入 所述无线 AP所支持的 WiFi网络, 还可以继续进行如再次鉴权等操作。
图 2示出了本发明提出的 WiFi接入的系统结构示意图, 如图 2所示, 所述系统包括: 用户终端 201和无线 AP 202 ,
其中, 用户终端 201与无线 AP 202都支持 WiFi及 NFC应用, 当无线 AP 202与用户终端 201互相接近并进入到 NFC的支持范围 (通常为 10厘 米以内) 时, 用户终端 201可与无线 AP 202建立 NFC P2P连接;
用户终端 201设置为,基于所述 NFC P2P连接, 向无线 AP 202请求获 取 WiFi连接有关的信息, 具体地, 向无线 AP 202发送询问请求消息, 所 述询问请求消息可包括用户终端信息, 如手机号码和 /或用户终端的 MAC 地址等;
无线 AP 202设置为, 基于所述 NFC P2P连接, 向用户终端 201提供 WiFi接入配置参数, 具体地, 接收到所述询问请求消息后, 基于所述 NFC P2P连接, 向用户终端 201发送响应消息, 所述响应消息包括 WiFi接入配 置参数, 例如无线 AP的 MAC地址等参数, 有时所述 WiFi接入配置参数 还包括 WiFi上网账号和密码;
用户终端 201 还设置为, 根据收到的 WiFi接入配置参数向所述无线 AP 202发送 WiFi接入请求, 具体地, 收到所述响应消息后, 根据所述响应 消息中的 WiFi接入配置参数向所述无线 AP 202发送 WiFi接入请求,
无线 AP 202还设置为, 收到所述 WiFi接入请求后, 对所述用户终端 201进行 WiFi接入操作, 具体地, 对用户终端 201进行鉴权, 如果鉴权成 功, 则允许用户终端 201接入无线 AP 202所支持的 WiFi网络, 如果鉴权 失败, 则拒绝用户终端 201接入无线 AP 202所支持的 WiFi网络, 还可以 继续进行如再次鉴权等操作。
需要说明的是, 无线 AP 202的全部或部分功能也可以是由与无线 AP 202连接的计算机来完成的。
图 3示出了本发明提出的 WiFi上网计费的方法流程示意图, 如图 3所 示, 所述 WiFi上网计费的方法的流程如下:
步驟 301: 用户终端与无线 AP之间建立 NFC P2P连接, 进行 WiFi接 入信息的交互, 并进行 WiFi接入操作, 如果鉴权成功, 则执行步驟 302, 否则结束当前的上网计费流程,
本步驟具体包括: 所述用户终端与无线 AP建立 NFC P2P连接; 基于 所述 NFC P2P连接, 所述用户终端与所述无线 AP之间进行 WiFi接入信息 的交互; 根据所交互的 WiFi接入信息, 所述无线 AP与所述用户终端进行 WiFi接入操作;
本步驟的操作流程与上述步驟 101至步驟 104所述的流程类似, 这里 将不再赘述;
步驟 302: 所述用户终端选择 WiFi上网的计费方式,
其中, 可以选择的 WiFi上网的计费方式包括: 时间计费方式和流量计 费方式;
步驟 303: 用户利用所述用户终端, 使用所述无线 AP所支持的 WiFi 网络进行上网操作,同时所述无线 AP统计所述用户终端使用的上网时间或 上网流量;
步驟 304: 所述无线 AP判断所述用户终端当前使用的上网账户中, 上 网时间或上网流量是否用尽, 当所述上网时间或上网流量用尽时, 所述无 线 AP向所述用户终端发送续费通知, 例如, 通过向所述用户终端发送续费 提醒消息询问用户是否续费, 如果所述用户终端接收到所述续费提醒消息 后没有续费或者所述无线 AP在预先设定的等待时间内没有接收到所述用 户终端的对所述续费提醒消息的响应, 则执行步驟 306, 如果用户续费, 则 执行步驟 302;
步驟 305: 用户选择结束上网, 例如, 用户通过所述用户终端向所述无 线 AP发送 WiFi上网结束命令, 通知所述无线 AP断开当前所述用户终端 与所述无线 AP之间的 WiFi连接, 则执行步驟 306;
步驟 306: 所述用户终端与无线 AP之间的 WiFi连接断开, 例如所述 无线 AP接收到所述 WiFi上网结束命令后, 断开当前所述无线 AP与所述 用户终端之间的 WiFi连接, 所述无线 AP根据用户使用的上网总时间或总 流量从所述用户使用的上网账户中扣除相应的上网费用;
步驟 307: 所述无线 AP将所述用户终端的本次 WiFi上网信息发送给 所述用户终端, 所述本次 WiFi上网信息可以包括: 本次 WiFi上网总流量 或总时间, 和 /或本次 WiFi上网费用。
这里, 需要说明的是步驟 304与步驟 305可在用户利用所述用户终端 进行上网操作, 也就是步驟 303的操作过程中进行的, 并且步驟 304与步 驟 305的先后顺序可以改变。
图 4示出了本发明提出的 WiFi上网计费的系统结构示意图, 如图 4所 示, 所述系统包括用户终端 401和无线 AP 402;
其中, 用户终端 401可与无线 AP 402建立 NFC P2P连接, 用户终端 401与无线 AP 402可利用所述 NFC P2P连接, 进行 WiFi接入信息的交互, 并且可利用所交互的 WiFi接入信息进行 WiFi接入操作; 其中, 上述用户 终端 401与无线 AP 402的 NFC P2P连接建立功能和 WiFi接入功能与图 2 所示的用户终端 201与无线 AP202所具有的相应功能相类似, 这里将不再 无线 AP 402还设置为, 当所述鉴权成功后, 允许用户终端 401接入无 线 AP 402支持的 WiFi网络, 并在所述用户终端 401接入所述 WiFi网络期 间, 统计所述用户终端 401使用的上网时间或上网流量并进行计费。
在所述用户终端 401接入所述 WiFi网络期间, 所述无线 AP 402,还设 置为根据所述无线 AP 402统计的上网时间或上网流量, 判断所述用户终端 使用的 WiFi上网账户中上网流量或上网时间是否用尽, 如果已经用尽, 则 向所述用户终端 402发送续费提醒消息;
如果所述用户终端 402接收到所述续费提醒消息后没有续费或者所述 无线 AP 402在预先设定的等待时间内没有接收到所述用户终端 402的对所 述续费提醒消息的响应, 则断开所述无线 AP 402与所述用户终端 402之间 的 WiFi连接。
在所述用户终端 402接入所述 WiFi网络期间, 所述用户终端 402还设 置为向所述无线 AP 402发送 WiFi上网结束命令, 所述无线 AP 402接收到 所述 WiFi上网结束命令后断开当前所述无线 AP 402与所述用户终端 401 的 WiFi连接。
当所述用户终端 401与所述无线 AP 402之间的 WiFi连接断开后, 所 从所述用户终端 401使用的 WiFi上网账户中扣除相应的费用。
当所述用户终端 401与所述无线 AP 402之间的 WiFi连接断开后, 所 述无线 AP 402,还设置为将所述用户终端的本次 WiFi上网信息, 例如通过 短信的形式, 发送给所述用户终端, 所述本次 WiFi上网信息可以包括: 上 网总流量或总时间、 和 /或上网费用等。
这里, 需要说明的是, 无线 AP 402的全部或部分功能也可以是由与无 线 AP 402连接的计算机来完成的。
本发明所述的方法和系统,可以基于 NFC技术,通过支持 WiFi和 NFC 功能的用户终端与无线 AP的短距离交互, 来实现 WiFi接入信息的交互, 并基于所交互的 WiFi接入信息, 实现无线 AP与所述用户终端之间的 WiFi 连接, 由此, 移动设备便可以在 WiFi网络的范围内进行上网操作, 而避免 了例如搜索接入列表、 配置接入参数等繁瑣的接入操作, 简化了 WiFi接入 的操作过程、 降低了 WiFi接入操作的复杂度、 减少了 WiFi接入操作所需 要的时间, 进而提高了用户体验。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限制本发明, 对 于本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 在不违背本发 明精神实质和原则的基础上, 所做的各种修改、 等同替换以及改进等, 均 在包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种无线保真 WiFi接入的方法, 其中所述方法包括:
用户终端与无线接入点建立近场通信点对点 NFC P2P连接;
基于所述 NFC P2P连接, 所述用户终端与所述无线接入点进行 WiFi 接入信息的交互;
根据所交互的 WiFi接入信息, 所述无线接入点与所述用户终端进行 WiFi接入操作。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法,其中基于所述 NFC P2P连接所述用户 终端与所述无线接入点进行 WiFi接入信息的交互, 包括:
所述用户终端基于所述 NFC P2P连接, 向所述无线接入点发送询问请 求消息;
所述无线接入点收到所述询问请求消息后, 基于所述 NFC P2P连接, 向所述用户终端发送响应消息, 所述响应消息包括: WiFi接入配置参数; 所述用户终端在接收到所述响应消息后, 根据所述响应消息中的 WiFi 接入配置参数, 向所述无线接入点发起 WiFi接入请求。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中所述询问请求消息包括: 手机号 码和 /或用户终端的 MAC地址; 所述 WiFi接入配置参数包括: 所述无线接 入点的 MAC地址。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中所述用户终端发起的 WiFi接入 请求中包括: 获取 WiFi接入信息请求消息、 和 /或 WiFi上网账户和密码。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中所述无线接入点与用户终端进行 WiFi接入操作, 包括:
所述无线接入点对所述用户终端进行鉴权, 如果鉴权成功, 则所述无 线 AP允许所述用户终端接入所述无线 AP所支持的 WiFi网络, 如果鉴权 失败, 则所述无线 AP拒绝所述用户终端接入所述无线 AP所支持的 WiFi 网络。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的方法, 其中所述无线接入点与用 户终端进行 WiFi接入操作之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述无线接入点在所述用户终端接入所述 WiFi网络期间, 所述无线接 入点统计所述用户终端使用的上网时间或上网流量并计费。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中所述无线接入点统计所述用户终 端使用的上网时间或上网流量并计费, 包括:
所述无线接入点根据所述无线接入点统计的上网时间或上网流量, 判 断所述用户终端使用的 WiFi上网账户中上网流量或上网时间是否用尽, 如 果已经用尽, 则向所述用户终端发送续费提醒消息;
如果所述用户终端接收到所述续费提醒消息后没有续费或者所述无线 接入点在预先设定的等待时间内没有接收到所述用户终端的对所述续费提 醒消息的响应, 则所述无线接入点断开与所述用户终端的 WiFi连接。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中在所述用户终端接入所述 WiFi 网络期间, 所述方法还包括: 所述用户终端向所述无线接入点发送 WiFi上 网结束命令, 所述无线接入点接收到所述 WiFi上网结束命令后断开当前所 述无线接入点与所述用户终端的 WiFi连接。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中所述计费包括:
所述无线接入点根据所述无线接入点统计的上网时间或上网流量, 从 所述用户终端使用的 WiFi上网账户中扣除相应的费用。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中当所述用户终端与所述无线接 入点之间的 WiFi连接断开后, 所述方法还包括:
所述无线接入点将所述用户终端使用的上网时间或上网流量, 和 /或上 网费用, 发送给所述用户终端。
11、 一种 WiFi接入的系统, 其中所述系统包括: 用户终端和无线接入 点; 其中,
用户终端,设置为与无线接入点建立 NFC P2P连接,基于所述 NFC P2P 连接, 向所述无线接入点请求获取 WiFi连接有关的信息,根据收到的 WiFi 接入配置参数向所述无线接入点发送 WiFi接入请求;
无线接入点,设置为与用户终端建立 NFC P2P连接,基于所述 NFC P2P 连接, 向用户终端提供 WiFi接入配置参数; 收到所述 WiFi接入请求后, 对用户终端进行 WiFi接入操作。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 其中
所述用户终端,设置为与无线接入点建立 NFC P2P连接,基于所述 NFC P2P连接, 向所述无线接入点发送询问请求消息; 收到响应消息后, 根据所 述响应消息中的 WiFi接入配置参数向无线接入点发送 WiFi接入请求; 所述无线接入点,设置为收到所述询问请求消息后,基于所述 NFC P2P 连接, 向所述用户终端发送响应消息, 所述响应消息包括: WiFi接入配置 参数; 在收到所述 WiFi接入请求后, 对所述用户终端进行 WiFi接入操作。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 其中
所述无线接入点, 还设置为对所述用户终端进行鉴权, 如果鉴权成功, 则所述无线 AP允许所述用户终端接入所述无线 AP所支持的 WiFi网络, 如果鉴权失败, 则所述无线 AP拒绝所述用户终端接入所述无线 AP所支持 的 WiFi网络。
14、 根据权利要求 11、 12或 13所述的系统, 其中
所述无线接入点, 还设置为在所述用户终端接入 WiFi网络期间, 统计 所述用户终端使用的上网时间或上网流量并计费。
