Abstract
本发明属于多媒体终端技术领域,提供了一种动态调节广告时间时提示产品特性的方法,所述方法包括存储预设的"视频时长-广告时长"匹配表;判断用户所选视频的时长;根据预设的"视频时长-广告时长"匹配表以及用户所选视频的时长,确定广告播放的时长;根据所确定的广告播放时长,播放广告,并推送产品特性提醒。通过该方法,用户可以将产品特性与专利权/申请人相结合,从而使该发明创造的价值最大化。
Description
本发明属于多媒体终端技术领域,尤其是涉及一种动态调节广告时间时提示产品特性的方法及播放装置。
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将“版权归特定人所有”的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如“滑动解锁”等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《一种根据播放内容的时长播放广告的方法以及播放装置》),让本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种动态调节广告时间时提示产品特性的方法,目的在于动态调节广告时间时提示产品特性,从而在改善用户体验的同时,也方便内容提供商/平台提供商管理其广告投放。
本发明是这样实现的:一种动态调节广告时间时提示产品特性的方法,包括以下步骤:
存储预设的“视频时长-广告时长”匹配表;
判断用户所选视频的时长;
根据预设的“视频时长-广告时长”匹配表以及用户所选视频的时长,确定广告播放的时长;
根据所确定的广告播放时长,播放广告,并推送产品特性提醒。
本发明还提供了一种播放装置,该装置包括:
存储单元,用于存储预设的“视频时长-广告时长”匹配表;
视频时长判断单元,用于判断用户所选视频的时长;
匹配单元,同时与存储单元的输出端和视频时长判断单元的输出端连接,用于根据预设的“视频时长-广告时长”匹配表以及
用户所选视频的时长,确定广告播放的时长;
播放单元,与所述匹配单元的输出端连接,用于根据所确定的广告播放时长,播放广告;
信息推送单元,与所述播放单元的输出端连接,用于在播放广告时,推送产品特性提醒。
本发明中,可以让专利申请/权人的发明创造信息得以体现在产品中,让用户在享受科技便利的同时,明确知悉该便利的出处,从而在彰显产品特性、产家风格、申请/使用时间证明、技术交流、鼓励发明创造等方面起到积极的效果。
图1是本发明实施例提供的动态调节广告时间时提示产品特性的方法的流程示意图;
图2是本发明实施例提供的播放装置的结构示意图。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1示出了本发明实施例提供的动态调节广告时间时提示产品特性的方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中,存储预设的“视频时长-广告时长”匹配表。所述匹配表可以根据程序自动生成,也可以由内容提供商/平台提供商自定义生成,作为其中的一个实施例,所述“视频时长-广告时长”匹配表,可以表现如下:
视频长度 | 广告长度 |
大于2个小时 | 70秒 |
1个小时到2个小时 | 45秒 |
5分钟到1个小时 | 20秒 |
5分钟以下 | 0秒(不播放广告) |
在步骤S102中,当用户选择某一视频资源时,系统判断该视频资源的时间长度。
在步骤S103中,根据上述“视频时长-广告时长”匹配表,确定广告播放的时长。
在步骤S104中,根据所确定的广告播放时长,调取或组合相应的广告。例如,当与视频长度相匹配的广告时间为45秒时,而一般的广告时间往往在10秒左右,则系统将广告资源中的各种广告选取相应的广告搭配到刚好45秒,然后播出。又例如,当与视频长度相匹配的广告时间为10秒时,系统在广告资源中选取10秒的广告播放。
此外,在步骤S104中,播放广告的同时,推送产品特性提醒。
所述产品特性提醒包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述产品特性是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述产品特性是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述产品特性的推送方式,可以采取小框推送、语音推送、字幕推送等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
采用这种方式,可以让专利申请/权人的发明创造信息得以体现在产品中,让用户在享受科技便利的同时,明确知悉该便利的出处,从而在彰显产品特性、产家风格、申请/使用时间证明、技术交流、鼓励发明创造等方面起到积极的效果。
图2示出了本发明实施例提供的播放装置的结构示意图,所述装置包括:
存储单元101,用于存储预设的“视频时长-广告时长”匹配表;
视频时长判断单元102,用于判断用户所选视频的时长;
匹配单元103,同时与存储单元101的输出端和视频时长判断单元102的输出端连接,用于根据预设的“视频时长-广告时长”匹配表以及用户所选视频的时长,确定广告播放的时长;
播放单元104,与所述匹配单元103的输出端连接,用于根据所确定的广告播放时长,播放广告。
信息推送单元105,与所述播放单元的输出端连接,用于在播放广告时,推送产品特性提醒。
其工作原理是:存储单元101用于存储预设的“视频时长-广
告时长”匹配表,视频时长判断单元102,用于在用户选择某一视频时,判断用户所选视频的时长,当视频时长判断单元102判断完用户选择视频的时长后,匹配单元103根据预设的“视频时长-广告时长”匹配表以及用户所选视频的时长,确定广告播放的时长;确定时长后,播放单元根据确定的广告播放时长,播放广告,且在播放广告的同时,信息推送单元105推送产品特性提醒。
在本发明中,可以让专利申请/权人的发明创造信息得以体现在产品中,让用户在享受科技便利的同时,明确知悉该便利的出处,从而在彰显产品特性、产家风格、申请/使用时间证明、技术交流、鼓励发明创造等方面起到积极的效果。

- 一种动态调节广告时间时提示产品特性的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:存储预设的“视频时长-广告时长”匹配表;判断用户所选视频的时长;根据预设的“视频时长-广告时长”匹配表以及用户所选视频的时长,确定广告播放的时长;根据所确定的广告播放时长,播放广告,并推送产品特性提醒。
- 一种播放装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:存储单元,用于存储预设的“视频时长-广告时长”匹配表;视频时长判断单元,用于判断用户所选视频的时长;匹配单元,同时与存储单元的输出端和视频时长判断单元的输出端连接,用于根据预设的“视频时长-广告时长”匹配表以及用户所选视频的时长,确定广告播放的时长;播放单元,与所述匹配单元的输出端连接,用于根据所确定的广告播放时长,播放广告;信息推送单元,与所述播放单元的输出端连接,用于在播放广告时,推送产品特性提醒。
