Abstract
一种根据车距报警时的信息提醒方法及装置,所述方法包括:预先设置多个车速对应的刹车距离(S101);汽车行驶时,实时获得车速及前车车距(S102);当所述前车车距等于或小于所述车速对应的刹车距离时,发出报警信息,同时向用户推送专利信息(S103)。汽车可自动根据当前车速及前车车距来判断此时是否需要启动制动,以避免与前车发生追尾或碰撞,同时也能提醒驾驶员与前车距离过近,驾驶员可根据实际行驶状况判断是否需要换道行驶。此外,对于新手驾驶员而言,也能减少行车压力,并保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。
Description
本发明属于行车记录应用领域,尤其涉及一种根据车距报警时的信息提醒方法及装置。
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2
、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《车距过近报警方法及装置》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种 根据车距报警时的信息提醒方法及装置 ,旨在解决现有的
汽车无法主动提示驾驶人员由于前车距离过近需要刹车以避免与前车发生追尾或碰撞 的问题,并保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。
本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种 根据车距报警时的信息提醒方法,所述方法包括:
预先设置多个车速对应的刹车距离;汽车行驶时,实时获得车速及前车车距;
当所述前车车距等于或小于所述车速对应的刹车距离时,发出报警信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例的另一目的在于提供一种 报警装置 ,所述装置包括 :
刹车距离设置模块,用于预先设置多个车速对应的刹车距离;
数据获取模块,用于 汽车行驶时,实时获得车速及前车车距;
报警 模块,用于 当所述前车车距等于或小于所述车速对应的刹车距离时,发出报警信息;
专利信息推送模块,用于向用户推送专利信息。
在本发明实施例中,预先根据不同的车速设置对应的刹车距离。然后,在汽车行驶途中,实时获得车速及前车车距,当前车车距等于或小于车速对应的刹车距离时,向驾驶员发出报警信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。如此一来,汽车便可自动根据当前车速及前车车距来判断此时是否需要启动制动,以避免

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
为了说明本发明所述的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来进行说明。
实施例一:
如图1所示为本发明第一实施例提供的一种根据车距报警时的信息提醒方法的流程图,
为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中, 预先设置多个车速对应的刹车距离;
在本发明实施例中,首先根据不同的车速,预先设置与多个车速对应的刹车距离。刹车距离也就是,汽车达到某个车速时,从该车速开始减速直至汽车停下所行使的距离。因此每达到一个车速,从该车速开始制动刹车,到车速减为零都应该有一个对应的刹车距离,如车速为100km/h时,刹车距离大约为60米。开发人员可预先
根据不同的车速计算出对应的刹车距离,并存储多个车速与刹车距离的对应关系。其中,车速的范围可由开发人员预先设置,如可设置为10km/h至150km/h,既可每个整数设置一个车速及车速对应的刹车距离(如车速设置为10km/h,11km/h,12km/h,…,直至150km/h),也可以每加2设置一个车速及车速对应的刹车距离(如车速设置为10km/h,12km/h,14km/h,…,直至150km/h),在此不作限制。
优选的,由于驾驶员在街道报警信息后,往往还需要一个反应时间才能启动制动刹车,因此,预先设置的刹车距离应大于理论上计算出的刹车距离。
在步骤S102中, 汽车行驶时,实时获得车速及前车车距。
在本发明实施例中,汽车一旦启动,便实时获得汽车的车速及汽车与前车的前车车距。其中,通过车速传感器产生与车轮转数成正比的脉冲信号,根据所述脉冲信号获得车速,具体为,汽车一般均安装有车速传感器,车速传感器可以在车轮的转动中获得四个车轮的转速,然后产生与车轮转数成正比的脉冲信号,并根据脉冲信号通过一定的计算公式获得车速。由于根据脉冲信号计算车速的公式有多个,在此不作限制。
同时,车头安装有超声波传感器,车头超声波传感器发出超声波信号,根据反射回来的超声波信号计算前车距离。具体为,车头的超声波传感器向前方发出超声波信号,当超声波信号在前方遇到障碍物(也就是前方车辆)时,会将超声波信号反射回来,超声波传感器接收到反射回来的超声波信号后,根据反射回来的超声波信号计算出前车距离。
在步骤S103中,
当前车车距等于或小于车速对应的刹车距离时,发出报警信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
在本发明实施例中,当实时获得的前车车距等于或小于当前获得的车速对应的刹车距离时,向驾驶员发出报警信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。其中,发出报警信息的方式可以有多种,如汽车状态显示屏上显示,汽车报警灯亮起等。
在本发明实施例中,预先根据不同的车速设置对应的刹车距离。然后,在汽车行驶途中,实时获得车速及前车车距,当前车车距等于或小于车速对应的刹车距离时,向驾驶员发出报警信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。如此一来,汽车便可自动根据当前车速及前车车距来判断此时是否需要启动制动,以避免

刹车距离设置模块 1 ,用于 预先设置多个车速对应的刹车距离。
在本发明实施例中,首先根据不同的车速,预先设置与多个车速对应的刹车距离。刹车距离也就是,汽车达到某个车速时,从该车速开始减速直至汽车停下所行使的距离。
其中,车速的范围可由开发人员预先设置,在此不作限制。
优选的,由于驾驶员在街道报警信息后,往往还需要一个反应时间才能启动制动刹车,因此,预先设置的刹车距离应大于理论上计算出的刹车距离。

在本发明实施例中,当实时获得的前车车距等于或小于当前获得的车速对应的刹车距离时,向驾驶员发出报警信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。其中,发出报警信息的方式可以有多种,如汽车状态显示屏上显示,汽车报警灯亮起等。

- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述实时获得车速及前车车距包括:通过车速传感器产生与车轮转数成正比的脉冲信号,根据所述脉冲信号获得车速;车头超声波传感器发出超声波信号,根据反射回来的超声波信号计算前车距离。
