Description

一种根据车速预防车辆追尾的方法和刹车灯系统 技术领域
本发明属于电子技术领域,尤其是涉及一种根据车速预防车辆追尾的方法以及刹车灯系统。
背景技术
现在,随着社会经济的不断发展,人们生活的不断提高,机动车辆已经在生活和工作中扮演越来越重要的角色。随着国产汽车的崛起和汽车价格下降,小汽车也已经被人们所接受,进入了寻常百姓家,现在成为了生活中必不可少的家用交通工具。人们通过汽车这种便捷的交通工具进行这工作、生活,比如运输、上班代步,旅游等。
但是,随着城镇汽车保有量的迅猛增加,也给城市带来了诸多的社会问题,如交通拥堵、环境污染、少量的停车场等。
交通事故也是诸多社会问题中很重要的一个问题。交通事故的数量每年都在增加,同时增幅也很大,严重影响了社会治安、交通顺畅和人们群众的生命财产安全。
造成车辆交通事故频发的原因很多,如,酒驾、醉驾、车辆零部件故障、超速等,其中不注意保持车距,造成车辆追尾是一个重要因素。如果遇到后方车辆跟车过于太近时,新手司机就没有意识去提醒后方车辆,有经验的司机,这时会轻踩刹车,使刹车灯亮起,提醒后方车辆,使其保持车距,或是自己并到另外的车道,与后方车辆错开。但是上述两种方式,都有一定的安全隐患,踩刹车或是并道使要格外小心,仔细观察。
综上,针对于当前后方车辆不注意保持车距,容易造成车辆追尾的情况,需要提供一种提醒后方车辆保持车距预防追尾的方法。
在本人申请的专利《一种预防车辆追尾的方法和刹车灯系统》中,本人解决了这个问题,但是随之而来新的问题是,如果设定的车间距距离较短,比如10m,在市区里开车是没有问题的,因为车速较慢。但是在高速路上行驶,车间距到10m才提醒的话,一旦用户的车辆紧急刹车,就算后方的车辆也紧急制动,由于车速很快,制动距离较长,也将会与前车追尾。为此,本人在上一个申请的专利的基础上,进一步作出改进。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种根据车速预防车辆追尾的方法,目的在于针对于当前后方车辆不注意保持车距,容易造成车辆追尾的情况,需要提供一种提醒后方车辆保持车距预防追尾的方法。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种根据车速预防车辆追尾的方法,包括以下步骤:
记录用户后方车辆的车速区间以及与所述车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;
检测用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距是否小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;
若否,保持原样;
若是,自动开启刹车灯,提醒后方车辆保持车距。
本发明实施例还提供了一种刹车灯系统,包括:
记录单元,检测单元,开启单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录用户后方车辆的车速区间以及与所述车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;
检测单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于检测用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距是否小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;
开启单元,其输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于当用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值时,自动开启刹车灯,提醒后方车辆保持车距。
有益效果
该发明通过检测用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距,自动开启刹车灯,主动提醒后方车辆注意车间距,从而预防车辆追尾。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种根据车速预防车辆追尾的方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中,记录用户后方车辆的车速区间以及与所述车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值。
在本实施例中,以用户车辆车尾至后方车辆车头的车间距为例,设定当用户后方车辆的车速在'0-20km/h'm,车间距的距离设定为5米;车速在20-40km/h,车间距设定为10米,车速在40-60km/h,车间距距离设定为50米;车速在60-100km/h,车间距设定为100米;车速在100km/h,车间距距离设定为150米;。
在步骤S102中,检测用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距是否小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值。
根据现有技术,可以用红外线感应来测定用户车辆与后方车辆的距离。
若检测到用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距大于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值时,则进入步骤S103,保持原样;若检测到用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值时,则进入步骤S104,自动开启刹车灯,提醒后方车辆保持车距。
如,当红外线感应检测到用户后方车辆的车速为50km/h,同时红外线检测到用户车辆与后方车辆的距离为60m,大于车速在40-60km/h区间内设定的车间距50m时,用户车辆的刹车灯不会亮起;
但是,当红外线感应检测到用户后方车辆的车速为50km/h,同时红外线检测到用户车辆与后方车辆的距离为45m,小于车速在40-60km/h区间内设定的车间距50m时,用户车辆的刹车尾灯将会自动亮起,提醒后方的车辆减速并注意保持车距。
该发明通过检测用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距,自动开启刹车灯,主动提醒后方车辆注意车间距,从而预防车辆追尾。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种刹车灯系统的结构示意图,该 系统包括:
记录单元21,检测单元22,开启单元23,其中:
记录单元21,用于记录用户后方车辆的车速区间以及与所述车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;
检测单元22,其输入端与所述记录单元21的输出端连接,用于检测用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距是否小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;
开启单元23,其输入端与所述检测单元22的输出端连接,用于当用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值时,自动开启刹车灯,提醒后方车辆保持车距。
其工作原理是:记录单元21记录用户后方车辆的车速区间以及与所述车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;检测单元22检测用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距是否小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;当用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值时,开启单元23自动开启刹车灯,提醒后方车辆保持车距。
该发明通过检测用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距,自动开启刹车灯,主动提醒后方车辆注意车间距,从而预防车辆追尾。

  1. 一种根据车速预防车辆追尾的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    记录用户后方车辆的车速区间以及与所述车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;
    检测用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距是否小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;
    若否,保持原样;
    若是,自动开启刹车灯,提醒后方车辆保持车距。
  2. 一种刹车灯系统,其特征在于,所述刹车灯系统包括:
    记录单元,检测单元,开启单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录用户后方车辆的车速区间以及与所述车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;
    检测单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于检测用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距是否小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;
    开启单元,其输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于当用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值时,自动开启刹车灯,提醒后方车辆保持车距。
