根据车速预防追尾时的信息提示方法和刹车灯系统 技术领域
本发明属于电子技术领域,尤其是涉及一种根据车速预防追尾时的信息提示方法以及刹车灯系统。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请《一种根据车速预防车辆追尾的方法和刹车灯系统》,让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种根据车速预防追尾时的信息提示方法,目的在于针对于当前后方车辆不注意保持车距,容易造成车辆追尾的情况,需要提供一种提醒后方车辆保持车距预防追尾的方法,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种根据车速预防追尾时的信息提示方法,包括以下步骤:
记录用户后方车辆的车速区间以及与所述车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;
检测用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距是否小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;
若否,保持原样;
若是,自动开启刹车灯,提醒后方车辆保持车距,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种刹车灯系统,包括:
记录单元,检测单元,开启单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录用户后方车辆的车速区间以及与所述车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;
检测单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于检测用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距是否小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;
开启单元,其输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于当用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值时,自动开启刹车灯,提醒后方车辆保持车距;
专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述开启单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过检测用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距,自动开启刹车灯,主动提醒后方车辆注意车间距,从而预防车辆追尾,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种根据车速预防追尾时的信息提示方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中,记录用户后方车辆的车速区间以及与所述车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值。
在本实施例中,以用户车辆车尾至后方车辆车头的车间距为例,设定当用户后方车辆的车速在'0-20km/h'm,车间距的距离设定为5米;车速在20-40km/h,车间距设定为10米,车速在40-60km/h,车间距距离设定为50米;车速在60-100km/h,车间距设定为100米;车速在100km/h,车间距距离设定为150米;。
在步骤S102中,检测用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距是否小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值。
根据现有技术,可以用红外线感应来测定用户车辆与后方车辆的距离。
若检测到用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距大于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值时,则进入步骤S103,保持原样;若检测到用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值时,则进入步骤S104,自动开启刹车灯,提醒后方车辆保持车距,同时向用户推送专利信息。
如,当红外线感应检测到用户后方车辆的车速为50km/h,同时红外线检测到用户车辆与后方车辆的距离为60m,大于车速在40-60km/h区间内设定的车间距50m时,用户车辆的刹车灯不会亮起;
但是,当红外线感应检测到用户后方车辆的车速为50km/h,同时红外线检测到用户车辆与后方车辆的距离为45m,小于车速在40-60km/h区间内设定的车间距50m时,用户车辆的刹车尾灯将会自动亮起,提醒后方的车辆减速并注意保持车距。

    检测用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距是否小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;
    若否,保持原样;
    若是,自动开启刹车灯,提醒后方车辆保持车距,同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种刹车灯系统,其特征在于,所述刹车灯系统包括:
    记录单元,检测单元,开启单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录用户后方车辆的车速区间以及与所述车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;
    检测单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于检测用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距是否小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值;
    开启单元,其输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于当用户后方车辆的车速以及用户车辆与后方车辆的车间距小于与所述对应的车速区间相匹配的车间距阀值时,自动开启刹车灯,提醒后方车辆保持车距;
