一种耐磨橡塑材料,它由如下重量份数的原料制得:三元乙丙橡胶30~40份,丁苯橡胶40~50份,硅橡胶20~30份,聚丙烯热塑性弹性体10~20份,环氧树脂15~25份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10~20份,聚苯醚5~15份,偶联剂3~8份,软化剂2~5份,木粉5~15份,填充剂3~8份,补强剂10~20份和引发剂1~5份。该橡塑材料具有抗老化性并且耐磨性高、力学性能好和使用寿命长。

耐磨橡塑材料 技术领域
本发明涉及橡塑材料领域,特别是涉及一种耐磨橡塑材料。
背景技术
橡塑(Rubber and plastic)是橡胶和塑料产业的统称,它们都是石油的附属产品,它们在来源上都是一样的,不过,在制成产品的过程里,物性却不一样,用途更是不同,橡胶用的广的就是轮胎,塑料在随着技术和市场的需求和用途越来越是广泛,在日常生活里头已经离不开了。
然而,目前使用的橡塑材料的至少存在耐磨性能差,易老化,力学性能差和使用寿命短等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐磨橡塑材料,具有高耐磨性,抗老化性,力学性能好和使用寿命长的优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种耐磨橡塑材料,它由如下重量份数的物料配方制得:三元乙丙橡胶30~40份,丁苯橡胶40~50份,硅橡胶20~30份,聚丙烯热塑性弹性体10~20份,环氧树脂15~25份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10~20份,聚苯醚5~15份,偶联剂3~8份,软化剂2~5份,木粉5~15份,填充剂3~8份,补强剂10~20份和引发剂1~5份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的聚苯醚为改性聚2,6-二甲基-1,4-苯醚。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的偶联剂为马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯不硅烷的混 合物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯不硅烷的重量配比为2:1。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的软化剂为石蜡油和环烷油的混合物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的石蜡油和环烷油的重量配比为1:1。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的补强剂为高耐磨炭黑。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的填充剂为滑石粉、纳米高岭土或纳米碳酸钙。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的引发剂为2,2-双-(过氧化叔丁基)丙烷。在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的纳米高岭土的粒径为200~300nm,纳米碳酸钙的粒径为100~200nm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有高耐磨性,抗老化性,力学性能好和使用寿命长的优点。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种耐磨橡塑材料,它由如下重量份数的物料配方制得:三元乙丙橡胶30份,丁苯橡胶40份,硅橡胶20份,聚丙烯热塑性弹性体10份,环氧树脂15份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10份,改性聚2,6-二甲基-1,4-苯醚5份,偶联剂3份,软 化剂2份,木粉5份,滑石粉填充剂3份,高耐磨炭黑补强剂10份和2,2-双-(过氧化叔丁基)丙烷引发剂1份;所述的偶联剂为马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯不硅烷的混合物,所述的马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯不硅烷的重量配比为2:1,所述的软化剂为石蜡油和环烷油的混合物,所述的石蜡油和环烷油的重量配比为1:1。
实施例2
一种耐磨橡塑材料,它由如下重量份数的物料配方制得:三元乙丙橡胶35份,丁苯橡胶45份,硅橡胶25份,聚丙烯热塑性弹性体15份,环氧树脂20份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物15份,改性聚2,6-二甲基-1,4-苯醚10份,偶联剂5份,软化剂3份,木粉10份,粒径为200nm的纳米高岭土填充剂3~8份,高耐磨炭黑补强剂15份和2,2-双-(过氧化叔丁基)丙烷引发剂3份;所述的偶联剂为马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯不硅烷的混合物,所述的马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯不硅烷的重量配比为2:1,所述的软化剂为石蜡油和环烷油的混合物,所述的石蜡油和环烷油的重量配比为1:1。
实施例3
一种耐磨橡塑材料,它由如下重量份数的物料配方制得:三元乙丙橡胶40份,丁苯橡胶50份,硅橡胶30份,聚丙烯热塑性弹性体20份,环氧树脂25份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物20份,改性聚2,6-二甲基-1,4-苯醚15份,偶联剂8份,软化剂5份,木粉15份,粒径为100nm的纳米碳酸钙填充剂3~8份,高耐磨炭黑补强剂20份和2,2-双-(过氧化叔丁基)丙烷引发剂5份;所述的偶联剂为马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯不硅烷的混合物,所述的马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯不硅烷的重量配比为2:1,所述的软化剂为石蜡油和环烷油的混合物,所述的石蜡油和环烷油的重量配比为1:1。
本发明耐磨橡塑材料的有益效果是:本发明具有高耐磨性,抗老化性,力学性能好和使用寿命长的优点。

  1. 一种耐磨橡塑材料,其特征在于,它由如下重量份数的物料配方制得:三元乙丙橡胶30~40份,丁苯橡胶40~50份,硅橡胶20~30份,聚丙烯热塑性弹性体10~20份,环氧树脂15~25份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10~20份,聚苯醚5~15份,偶联剂3~8份,软化剂2~5份,木粉5~15份,填充剂3~8份,补强剂10~20份和引发剂1~5份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耐磨橡塑材料,其特征在于,所述的聚苯醚为改性聚2,6-二甲基-1,4-苯醚。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的耐磨橡塑材料,其特征在于,所述的偶联剂为马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯与硅烷的混合物。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的耐磨橡塑材料,其特征在于,所述的马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯与硅烷的重量配比为2∶1。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的耐磨橡塑材料,其特征在于,所述的软化剂为石蜡油和环烷油的混合物。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的耐磨橡塑材料,其特征在于,所述的石蜡油和环烷油的重量配比为1∶1。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的耐磨橡塑材料,其特征在于,所述的补强剂为高耐磨炭黑。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的耐磨橡塑材料,其特征在于,所述的填充剂为滑石粉、纳米高岭土或纳米碳酸钙。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的耐磨橡塑材料,其特征在于,所述的引发剂为2,2-双-(过氧化叔丁基)丙烷。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的耐磨橡塑材料,其特征在于,所述的纳米高岭土的粒径为200~300nm,纳米碳酸钙的粒径为100~200nm。
