Description

情報提供方法、情報提供プログラム、及び情報提供装置
　本発明は、ユーザー操作に応じて各種の情報を提供する情報提供方法、情報提供プログラム、及び情報提供装置に関する。
　一般に、グルメ情報検索サイトのように飲食店舗などの特定の施設を検索対象とする特定のウェブページ上でエリア及びジャンルなどの検索条件が入力された場合に、予め登録された複数の施設から検索条件に従って抽出される施設の情報を提供する技術が知られている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。
　ところで、特定の施設を検索対象とする特定のウェブページではなく、所謂検索エンジンのような外部の検索サイトで検索対象のエリア及びジャンルなどの検索条件が入力された場合にも、その検索結果として、前記特定のウェブページ上における検索結果を表示させるためのリンク情報が表示されることがある。この場合、ユーザーは、前記リンク情報にアクセスすることによって、前記特定のウェブページ上における検索結果を見ることが可能である。

　しかしながら、前記リンク情報から前記特定のウェブページに遷移して検索結果が表示された場合でも、その検索結果がユーザーにとって十分に有用な情報でなければ、ユーザーが前記特定のウェブページに訪れた後、各店舗の紹介ページなどの他のページに遷移することなく前記特定のウェブページから離脱する割合（いわゆる直帰率）が高くなるという問題も生じる。
　本発明の目的は、ユーザーの検索操作に対して有用な情報を提供することが可能な情報提供方法、情報提供プログラム、及び情報提供装置を提供することにある。
　本発明に係る情報提供方法では、予め登録されている複数の検索対象のうち一又は複数の検索項目を含む検索条件で抽出された検索対象が表示される検索結果ページへの表示要求が行われた場合に、前記表示要求が前記検索結果ページを含む特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かが判定される。そして、前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かに応じて表示内容が変更される。
　本発明に係る情報提供プログラムは、予め登録されている複数の検索対象のうち一又は複数の検索項目を含む検索条件で抽出された検索対象が表示される検索結果ページの表示要求が行われた場合に、前記表示要求が前記検索結果ページを含む特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かを判定するステップと、前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かに応じて表示内容を変更するステップとをプロセッサーに実行させるための情報提供プログラムである。
　本発明に係る情報提供装置は、予め登録されている複数の検索対象のうち一又は複数の検索項目を含む検索条件で抽出された検索対象が表示される検索結果ページの表示要求が行われた場合に、前記表示要求が前記検索結果ページを含む特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かを判定する判定処理部と、前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かに応じて表示内容を変更する表示処理部とを備える。
　本発明によれば、ユーザーの検索操作に対して有用な情報を提供することが可能な情報提供方法、情報提供プログラム、及び情報提供装置が提供される。

　以下添付図面を参照しながら、本発明の実施形態について説明し、本発明の理解に供する。なお、以下の実施形態は、本発明を具体化した一例であって、本発明の技術的範囲を限定する性格のものではない。
［情報提供システム１］
　図１に示すように、本発明の実施形態に係る情報提供システム１は、情報提供装置２と一又は複数のユーザー端末３とを含む。情報提供装置２及びユーザー端末３は、インターネット、ＬＡＮ、ＷＡＮ、又は公衆電話回線などの通信網Ｎ１を介して通信可能である。
　そして、情報提供システム１では、情報提供装置２が、ユーザー端末３に対するユーザー操作に応じて設定される検索条件に従って、予め登録されている複数の検索対象から一又は複数の検索対象を抽出し、当該検索対象各々の情報をユーザー端末３に提供して表示させる。本実施形態に係る検索対象は、例えば新年会、忘年会、バーベキュー、宴会、懇親会、同窓会、社員旅行、及びゴルフコンペ等の各種のイベントで使用される飲食店舗、イベント会場、ホテル、又はゴルフ場などの施設である。また、前記検索対象は、食品、電化製品、又は車両などの物品であってもよい。本実施形態では、前記検索対象が飲食店舗のような施設である場合を例に挙げて説明する。
［情報提供装置２］
　図１に示されるように、情報提供装置２は、制御部２１、記憶部２２、操作表示部２３、及び通信Ｉ／Ｆ２４などを備えるサーバーである。なお、情報提供装置２は、１台のコンピューターに限らず、複数台のコンピューターが協働して動作するコンピューターシステムであってもよい。また、情報提供装置２で実行される各種の処理は、一又は複数のプロセッサーによって分散して実行されてもよい。
　通信Ｉ／Ｆ２４は、情報提供装置２を有線又は無線で通信網Ｎ１に接続し、通信網Ｎ１を介してユーザー端末３などの外部機器との間で所定の通信プロトコルに従ったデータ通信を実行するための通信インターフェースである。
　操作表示部２３は、各種の情報を表示する液晶ディスプレイ又は有機ＥＬディスプレイのような表示部と、操作を受け付けるマウス、キーボード、又はタッチパネルなどの操作部とを備えるユーザーインターフェースである。
　記憶部２２は、各種の情報を記憶するＨＤＤ（Ｈａｒｄ　Ｄｉｓｋ　Ｄｒｉｖｅ）又はＳＳＤ（Ｓｏｌｉｄ　Ｓｔａｔｅ　Ｄｒｉｖｅ）などの不揮発性の記憶部である。具体的に、記憶部２２には、ユーザー情報Ｄ１、施設情報Ｄ２、時期情報Ｄ３、エリア情報Ｄ４などのデータが記憶される。ここに、図２Ａはユーザー情報Ｄ１の一例を示す図、図２Ｂは施設情報Ｄ２の一例を示す図である。また、図２Ｃは時期情報Ｄ３の一例を示す図、図２Ｄはエリア情報Ｄ４の一例を示す図である。
　図２Ａに示されるように、ユーザー情報Ｄ１には、ユーザー端末３のユーザーごとに対応するユーザーＩＤ、ユーザー名、パスワード、連絡先、利用テーマなどの情報が含まれる。ユーザーＩＤはユーザーを識別するための識別情報であって、ユーザーＩＤ及びパスワードはユーザーのログイン処理で使用される。ユーザー名は、ユーザーの氏名等である。連絡先は、ユーザーに情報を通知する際の宛先となる情報であって、例えばメールアドレス又はＳＮＳ（Ｓｏｃｉａｌ　Ｎｅｔｗｏｒｋｉｎｇ　Ｓｅｒｖｉｃｅ）のＩＤ等である。また、利用テーマには、ユーザーが過去に利用したことのある施設に対応する一又は複数のテーマが含まれる。
　図２Ｂに示されるように、施設情報Ｄ２には、施設ごとに対応する施設ＩＤ、施設名、エリア、ジャンル、予算、テーマなどの情報が含まれる。エリアは、施設の所在地を示し、ジャンルは、施設で提供されるサービス内容であって、例えば料理ジャンルを示す。予算は、例えば施設の利用について必要な平均的な金額として予め設定された金額である。テーマは、施設の特徴などを示す情報として予め設定された情報であって、例えば「デート」、「女子会」、「ビアガーデン」、「隠れ家」、「宴会」などの各テーマが含まれる。なお、施設情報Ｄ２には、他に、利用目的、許容人数、クーポン使用可否、飲み放題有無、又は食べ放題有無などの情報が含まれていてもよい。
　図２Ｃに示されるように、時期情報Ｄ３では、例えば１月～１２月のそれぞれに対応するテーマが予め記憶されている。図２Ｄに示されるように、エリア情報Ｄ４では、例えば銀座又は新橋などのエリア毎に対応するスポットが予め記憶されている。そして、時期情報Ｄ３及びエリア情報Ｄ４は、後述の検索関連ページＰ３１（図８参照）の表示時に制御部２１によって参照される。
　なお、他の実施形態として、ユーザー情報Ｄ１、施設情報Ｄ２、時期情報Ｄ３、エリア情報Ｄ４などの情報の一部又は全部が、情報提供装置２から通信網Ｎ１を介してアクセス可能な他のサーバーに記憶されていることも考えられる。そして、情報提供装置２の制御部２１は、前記サーバーから各種の情報を取得して、後述の情報提供処理（図３参照）などの各処理を実行してもよい。
　また、記憶部２２には、予め表示レイアウトが設定された各種のウェブページをユーザー端末３に表示させるための特定のウェブサイトの情報も記憶される。具体的に、ユーザー端末３に表示される前記特定のウェブサイトには、後述の検索ページＰ１１（図４参照）、検索結果ページＰ１２（図５参照）、関連情報ページ（不図示）、検索関連ページＰ３１（図８参照）などが含まれる。なお、前記特定のウェブサイトでは、予め登録された複数の施設又は物品などの検索対象から検索条件に従って一又は複数の検索対象が抽出される。本実施形態では、前記特定のウェブサイトが、飲食店舗などの施設の検索に用いられるグルメ情報検索サイトである場合を例に挙げて説明する。なお、前記特定のウェブサイトは、予め設定された一つのドメインに属するウェブページの集合体であってもよいが、例えば同一の情報提供装置２に記憶された複数のドメインに属するウェブページの集合体を前記特定のウェブサイトとして捉えてもよい。また、前記特定のウェブサイトに含まれるウェブページは、複数の情報提供装置２のようなサーバーに分散して記憶されたものであってもよい。
　さらに、記憶部２２には、制御部２１に後述の情報提供処理（図３参照）を実行させるための情報提供プログラムなどの制御プログラムが記憶されている。例えば、前記情報提供プログラムは、ＣＤ又はＤＶＤなどのコンピューター読取可能な記録媒体に非一時的に記録されており、情報提供装置２が備えるＣＤドライブ又はＤＶＤドライブなどの読取装置（不図示）で読み取られて記憶部２２に記憶される。
　制御部２１は、ＣＰＵ、ＲＯＭ、及びＲＡＭなどの制御機器を有する。前記ＣＰＵは、各種の演算処理を実行するプロセッサーである。前記ＲＯＭは、前記ＣＰＵに各種の演算処理を実行させるためのＢＩＯＳ及びＯＳなどの制御プログラムが予め記憶される不揮発性の記憶部である。前記ＲＡＭは、各種の情報を記憶する揮発性又は不揮発性の記憶部であり、前記ＣＰＵが実行する各種の処理の一時記憶メモリー（作業領域）として使用される。そして、制御部２１は、前記ＲＯＭ又は記憶部２２に予め記憶された各種の制御プログラムを前記ＣＰＵで実行することにより情報提供装置２を制御する。
　具体的に、制御部２１は、図１に示されるように、判定処理部２１１、第１表示処理部２１２、第２表示処理部２１３、第３表示処理部２１４などの各種の処理部を含む。なお、制御部２１は、前記ＣＰＵで前記情報提供プログラムに従った各種の処理を実行することによって前記各種の処理部として機能する。また、制御部２１に含まれる一部又は全部の処理部が電子回路で構成されていてもよい。なお、前記情報提供プログラムは、複数のプロセッサーを前記各種の処理部として機能させるためのプログラムであってもよい。
　判定処理部２１１は、予め登録されている複数の施設のうち一又は複数の検索項目を含む検索条件で抽出された施設が表示される検索結果ページの表示要求が行われた場合に、前記表示要求が前記検索結果ページを含む特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かを判定する。具体的に、判定処理部２１１は、前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かを、前記検索結果ページの表示要求時のリファラ情報に基づいて判定することが可能である。前記リファラ情報は、現在表示中の特定のウェブサイトへの遷移元のアドレスなどを示す情報であり、前記特定のウェブサイトへのアクセス時にユーザー端末３から情報提供装置２に送信される。
　第１表示処理部２１２は、前記検索結果ページの表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われた場合は前記検索結果ページをユーザー端末３に表示させる。即ち、第１表示処理部２１２は、前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われた場合は、後述の検索関連ページを表示させることなく、前記検索結果ページを表示させることになる。
　第２表示処理部２１３は、前記検索結果ページの表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトとは異なる外部のウェブサイトで行われた場合、前記検索結果ページに代えて検索関連ページをユーザー端末３に表示させる。前記外部のウェブサイトは、予め登録されている特定の施設又は物品などを検索対象とする特定のウェブページではなく、所謂検索エンジンのような検索サイトである。前記検索関連ページには、前記検索結果ページの表示要求を受け付ける第１操作部と一又は複数の前記検索項目に関連して抽出される関連情報が表示される関連情報ページの表示要求を受け付ける第２操作部とが表示される。即ち、前記表示要求が前記外部のウェブサイトから行われた場合は、前記検索結果ページが表示される前に前記検索関連ページが表示されることになる。なお、第１表示処理部２１２及び第２表示処理部２１３が本発明に係る表示処理部の一例である。
　なお、前記関連情報ページは、前記特定のウェブサイト内のページであって、前記特定のウェブサイトとドメインが共通しているページである。また、前記特定のウェブサイト及び前記関連情報ページは、一つのドメインに限らず、予め設定された複数のドメインの集合体に属するものであってもよい。例えば、前記特定のウェブサイト及び前記関連情報ページが、同一の情報提供装置２に記憶された複数のドメインのいずれかに属するウェブページであることが考えられる。なお、前記特定のウェブサイトに含まれる前記関連情報ページは、複数の情報提供装置２のようなサーバーに分散して記憶されたものであってもよい。
　第３表示処理部２１４は、前記検索関連ページに表示される前記第１操作部が操作された場合は前記検索結果ページを表示させ、前記第２操作部が操作された場合は前記関連情報ページを表示させる。即ち、ユーザーは、前記外部のウェブサイトから前記検索結果ページを見るためには、前記外部のウェブサイトにおける前記表示要求の操作と、前記検索関連ページにおける前記検索結果ページの表示要求のための前記第１操作部の操作とを行うことになる。
［ユーザー端末３］
　図１に示されるように、ユーザー端末３は、制御部３１、記憶部３２、操作表示部３３、及び通信Ｉ／Ｆ３４などを備える。ユーザー端末３は、例えば携帯電話、スマートフォン、タブレット端末、又はパーソナルコンピューターのような情報処理装置であり、情報提供装置２にアクセスして施設の検索を行うユーザーによって使用される。
　具体的に、ユーザーは、ユーザー端末３に対して所定のログインページにおいてユーザーＩＤ及びパスワードを入力することにより情報提供装置２にログインする。これにより、情報提供装置２の制御部２１は、ユーザー端末３に現在ログイン中のユーザーを識別することが可能である。
　通信Ｉ／Ｆ３４は、ユーザー端末３を有線又は無線で通信網Ｎ１に接続し、通信網Ｎ１を介して情報提供装置２などの外部機器との間で所定の通信プロトコルに従ったデータ通信を実行するための通信インターフェースである。
　操作表示部３３は、各種のウェブページなどの情報を表示する液晶ディスプレイ又は有機ＥＬディスプレイのような表示部と、操作を受け付けるマウス、キーボード、又はタッチパネルなどの操作部とを備えるユーザーインターフェースである。
　記憶部３２は、各種の情報を記憶するフラッシュメモリーなどの不揮発性の記憶部である。例えば、記憶部３２には、ブラウザプログラム等の制御プログラムが記憶される。具体的に、前記ブラウザプログラムは、ＨＴＴＰ（Ｈｙｐｅｒｔｅｘｔ　Ｔｒａｎｓｆｅｒ　Ｐｒｏｔｏｃｏｌ）等の通信プロトコルに従って情報提供装置２等の外部装置との間で通信処理を制御部３１に実行させるための制御プログラムである。
　制御部３１は、ＣＰＵ、ＲＯＭ、及びＲＡＭなどの制御機器を有する。前記ＣＰＵは、各種の演算処理を実行するプロセッサーである。前記ＲＯＭは、前記ＣＰＵに各種の処理を実行させるためのＢＩＯＳ及びＯＳなどの制御プログラムが予め記憶された不揮発性の記憶部である。前記ＲＡＭは、各種の情報を記憶する揮発性又は不揮発性の記憶部であり、前記ＣＰＵが実行する各種の処理の一時記憶メモリー（作業領域）として使用される。そして、制御部３１は、前記ＲＯＭ又は記憶部３２に予め記憶された各種の制御プログラムを前記ＣＰＵで実行することによりユーザー端末３を制御する。
　具体的に、制御部３１は、記憶部３２に記憶されている前記ブラウザプログラムに従って各種の処理を実行することによりブラウザ処理部３１１として機能する。ブラウザ処理部３１１は、情報提供装置２から通信網Ｎ１を介して提供されるウェブページを操作表示部３３に表示させ、操作表示部３３に対する操作を情報提供装置２に入力するブラウザ処理を実行することが可能である。なお、制御部３１に含まれる一部又は全部の処理部は電子回路で構成されていてもよい。
　ところで、前記特定のウェブページではなく、所謂検索エンジンのような他の検索サイトで検索対象のエリア及びジャンルなどの検索条件が入力された場合にも、その検索結果として、前記特定のウェブページ上における検索結果を表示させるためのリンク情報が表示されることがある。しかしながら、前記リンク情報から前記特定のウェブページに遷移して検索結果が表示された場合でも、その検索結果がユーザーにとって十分に有用な情報でなければ、ユーザーが前記特定のウェブページに訪れた後、各店舗の紹介ページなどの他のページに遷移することなく前記特定のウェブページから離脱する割合（いわゆる直帰率）が高くなるという問題が生じる。これに対し、本実施形態に係る情報提供システム１では、ユーザーの検索操作に対して有用な情報を提供することが可能である。
［情報提供処理］
　以下、図３を参照しつつ、情報提供装置２の制御部２１によって実行される情報提供処理について説明する。なお、制御部２１は、ユーザー端末３からのアクセスが発生した場合に、ユーザー端末３ごとに対応する当該情報提供処理を個別に実行する。即ち、制御部２１は、複数のユーザー端末３に対応する前記情報提供処理を時分割によって略並行して実行することがある。また、当該情報提供処理は、ユーザー端末３の所定の操作によって途中で終了されることがある。
　また、本発明は、当該情報提供処理に含まれる一又は複数のステップを実行する情報提供方法の発明として捉えることができ、ここで説明する当該情報提供処理に含まれる一又は複数のステップが適宜省略されてもよい。なお、前記情報提供処理における各ステップは同様の作用効果を生じる範囲で実行順序が異なってもよい。さらに、ここでは制御部２１によって当該情報提供処理における各ステップが実行される場合を例に挙げて説明するが、複数のプロセッサーによって当該情報提供処理における各ステップが分散して実行される情報提供方法も他の実施形態として考えられる。
＜ステップＳ１＞
　ステップＳ１において、制御部２１は、前記特定のウェブサイトにおける検索結果ページを表示するための検索結果表示要求が発生したか否かを判定する。そして、前記検索結果表示要求が発生したと判定されると（Ｓ１：Ｙｅｓ）、処理がステップＳ２に移行し、前記検索結果表示要求が発生していなければ（Ｓ１：Ｎｏ）、処理がステップＳ１で待機する。
　具体的に、制御部２１は、ユーザー端末３によって特定のウェブサイト内において検索結果ページを表示するための検索条件の入力及び検索結開始操作が行われた場合に前記検索結果表示要求が発生したと判定する（Ｓ１：Ｙｅｓ）。ここに、図４及び図５は、前記特定のウェブサイト内で行われる検索操作を説明するための図である。
　図４に示されるように、制御部２１は、ユーザー端末３から前記特定のウェブサイトにアクセスされると、ユーザー端末３に検索ページＰ１１を表示させる。また、制御部２１は、検索項目としてエリア及びジャンルなどを含む検索条件の設定操作をユーザー端末３から受け付ける。
　そして、制御部２１は、ユーザー端末３により検索ページＰ１１に表示されている検索キーＫ１１が操作されると、予め登録されている複数の施設から前記検索条件に従って一又は複数の施設を抽出する。なお、制御部２１は、ユーザー端末３により検索条件としてエリア又はジャンルの一方だけが設定された場合に、そのエリア又はジャンルに基づいて施設を抽出することも可能である。
　その後、制御部２１は、図５に示されるように、前記抽出された施設の写真又は説明分などの情報が表示される検索結果ページＰ１２をユーザー端末３に表示させる。図５に示されるように、検索結果ページＰ１２では、前記検索条件の内容が表示されると共に、複数の施設の情報がリストで表示される。
　また、図４及び図５に示されるように、検索ページＰ１１及び検索結果ページＰ１２が表示されている場合、ユーザー端末３では、閲覧中のウェブページを一つ戻すブラウザバック操作を受け付ける操作キーＫ１２が表示されている。一般に、ユーザー端末３では、操作キーＫ１２の操作に応じて、閲覧中のウェブページの一つ前に表示されていたウェブページが表示される。これに対し、情報提供システム１では、後述するように、検索結果ページＰ１２の表示中に操作キーＫ１２が操作された場合、制御部２１は、一つ前に表示されていたウェブページに代えて、後述の検索関連ページＰ３１をユーザー端末３に表示させる。
　また、制御部２１は、ユーザー端末３によって外部のウェブサイトから検索結果ページに対応するＵＲＬ（Ｕｎｉｆｏｒｍ　Ｒｅｓｏｕｒｃｅ　Ｌｏｃａｔｏｒ）にアクセスが行われた場合も前記検索結果表示要求が発生したと判定する（Ｓ１：Ｙｅｓ）。
　なお、前記外部のウェブサイトにおいて一又は複数の検索項目が検索条件として入力されて検索が行われた場合、前記検索項目の内容はユーザー端末３からのアクセス時に用いられる前記ＵＲＬに含まれている。これにより、制御部２１は、ユーザー端末３から前記ＵＲＬへのアクセスに応じて前記検索条件を取得することが可能である。ここに、図６及び図７は、前記外部のウェブサイト内で行われる検索操作を説明するための図である。
　図６に示されるように、前記外部のウェブサイトで表示される検索ページＰ２１では、一又は複数の任意の検索ワードが検索条件として設定可能である。そして、前記検索ワードが入力され、検索を開始させるための検索キーＫ２１が操作されると、前記検索ワードに基づいて情報が検索されて検索結果ページＰ２２がユーザー端末３に表示される。検索結果ページＰ２２では、領域Ａ２１に、前記検索ワードに基づいて抽出された情報が表示される。ここで、検索結果ページＰ２２では、前記特定のウェブサイトにおいて、前記検索ワードで施設が検索された場合の検索結果を表示させるためのＵＲＬの情報を含むリンク情報も表示され、ユーザー端末３は、前記リンク情報の操作に応じて前記リンク情報に対応するＵＲＬにアクセスする。
　なお、図６及び図７に示されるように、施設ページＰ２１及び検索結果ページＰ２２にも、閲覧中のウェブページを一つ戻すブラウザバック操作を受け付ける操作キーＫ２２が表示されている。そして、ユーザー端末３では、操作キーＫ２２の操作に応じて、閲覧中のウェブページの一つ前に表示されていたウェブページが表示される。
＜ステップＳ２＞
　ステップＳ２において、制御部２１は、前記検索結果表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かを判定する。なお、係る判定処理は、制御部２１の判定処理部２１１によって実行される。
　具体的に、制御部２１は、前記検索結果表示要求に伴う検索結果ページのＵＲＬへのアクセス時のリファラ情報を参照し、前記リファラ情報が示す遷移元のウェブサイトのドメインが前記特定のウェブサイトのドメインと同じである場合に、前記検索結果表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイト内で行われたと判断する。一方、前記リファラ情報が示す遷移元のウェブサイトのドメインが前記特定のウェブサイトのドメインと異なる場合には、前記検索結果表示要求が前記外部のウェブサイトで行われたと判断する。
　そして、制御部２１は、前記検索結果表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われた場合は（Ｓ２：Ｙｅｓ）、処理をステップＳ２１に移行させ、前記検索結果表示要求が前記外部のウェブサイトで行われた場合は（Ｓ２：Ｎｏ）、処理をステップＳ３に移行させる。なお、制御部２１は、前記リファラ情報に遷移元のウェブサイトの情報が記録されていない場合、前記検索結果表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われたと判断することが考えられる。また、制御部２１は、前記リファラ情報に遷移元のウェブサイトの情報が記録されていない場合に、前記検索結果表示要求が前記外部のウェブサイトで行われたと判断してもよい。
＜ステップＳ２１＞
　ステップＳ２１において、制御部２１は、前記検索結果表示要求に従って検索結果ページＰ１２をユーザー端末３に表示させる。具体的に、制御部２１は、前記特定のウェブサイトで入力された検索条件、又は前記外部のウェブサイトで入力された検索条件に基づいて施設を抽出した検索結果を検索結果ページＰ１２に表示させる。このように、前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われた場合に（Ｓ２：Ｙｅｓ）、検索結果ページＰ１１を表示させる処理は、制御部２１の第１表示処理部２１２によって実行される。
　ここに、図５は、検索結果ページＰ１２の一例を示す図である。図５に示されるように、検索結果ページＰ１２では、前記検索条件に従って抽出された一又は複数の施設の情報が一覧表示されている。そして、制御部２１は、検索結果ページＰ１２において、任意の施設の情報が選択されると、その選択された施設の詳細な情報（不図示）をユーザー端末３に表示させる。なお、制御部２１は、前記特定のウェブサイトにおいて、前記検索対象としての施設の予約又は前記検索対象としての物品の購入などの手続をユーザー端末３から受け付けることも可能である。
＜ステップＳ２２＞
　ステップＳ２２において、制御部２１は、ユーザー端末３によるブラウザバック操作が行われたか否かを判断する。具体的に、制御部２１は、検索結果ページＰ１２に表示される操作キーＫ１２が操作されたか否かを判断する。そして、制御部２１は、前記ブラウザバック操作が行われると（Ｓ２２：Ｙｅｓ）、処理をステップＳ３に移行させ、制御部２１は、前記ブラウザバック操作が行われていない場合は（Ｓ２２：Ｎｏ）、処理をステップＳ２２で待機させる。
　即ち、検索結果ページＰ１２が表示された後、前記関連情報ページでブラウザバック操作が行われた場合、制御部２１は、前記外部のウェブサイトではなく後述の検索関連ページＰ３１（図８参照）をユーザー端末３に表示させることになる。このように、制御部２１は、検索関連ページＰ３１を経由して検索結果ページＰ１２が表示された後、その検索結果ページＰ１２でブラウザバック操作が行われた場合だけでなく、検索関連ページＰ３１を経由せずに検索結果ページＰ１２が表示された後、その検索結果ページＰ１２でブラウザバック操作が行われた場合にも検索関連ページＰ３１を表示させる。
　これにより、ユーザーが検索関連ページＰ３１において他の関連情報などにアクセスすることが期待され、前記関連情報ページ及び検索関連ページＰ３１を含む前記特定のウェブサイトからの離脱が抑制される。また、制御部２１は、検索結果ページＰ１２でブラウザバック操作が行われた場合に代えて、検索ページＰ１１でブラウザバック操作が行われた場合に、直前に検索ページＰ１１で検索された検索条件に基づいて検索関連ページＰ３１を表示することも他の実施形態として考えられる。
　なお、制御部２１は、検索関連ページＰ３１を経由して検索結果ページＰ１２が表示された後、その検索結果ページＰ１２でブラウザバック操作が行われた場合に検索関連ページＰ３１を表示させ、検索関連ページＰ３１を経由せずに検索結果ページＰ１２が表示された後、その検索結果ページＰ１２でブラウザバック操作が行われた場合には検索関連ページＰ３１を表示させないことも他の実施形態として考えられる。
＜ステップＳ３＞
　前記検索結果表示要求が前記外部のウェブサイトで行われた場合、続くステップＳ３において、制御部２１は、前記外部のウェブサイトにおいて前記検索条件が入力された場合に追加の検索ワードの候補として表示される一又は複数のサジェストキーワードを取得する。具体的に、制御部２１は、前記外部のウェブサイトにアクセスして前記検索条件に含まれる検索項目の内容を検索ワードとして入力し、その際に表示されるサジェストキーワードを取得する。例えば、「銀座」、「イタリアン」の検索項目が検索条件として入力された場合に、「女子会」又は「デート」などのサジェストキーワードが表示されることがある。なお、制御部２１による前記サジェストキーワードの特定手法はこれに限らず、制御部２１から前記外部のウェブサイトが記憶されているサーバー装置に前記サジェストキーワードを要求し、前記サーバー装置から前記サジェストキーワードを取得してもよい。
＜ステップＳ４＞
　ステップＳ４において、制御部２１は、検索結果ページＰ１２の表示要求を受け付ける第１操作部と一又は複数の検索項目に関連して抽出される関連情報が表示される関連情報ページの表示要求を受け付ける第２操作部とが表示される検索関連ページＰ３１を表示させる。このように、前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトとは異なる外部のウェブサイトで行われた場合に検索関連ページＰ３１を表示させる処理は、制御部２１の第２表示処理部２１３によって実行される。具体的に、前記検索条件としてエリア及びジャンルが設定されている場合には、そのエリア及びジャンルのいずれか一方又は両方に関連する関連情報が表示される関連情報ページの表示要求を受け付ける第２操作部が検索関連ページＰ３１に表示される。即ち、検索結果ページＰ２２で表示されている検索結果に対応するリンク情報のＵＲＬが検索結果ページＰ１２のＵＲＬであっても、前記表示要求が外部のウェブサイトから行われた場合には、検索関連ページＰ３１が表示されることになる。
　また、制御部２１は、検索関連ページＰ３１において、前記関連情報のうち前記サジェストキーワードに関連する関連情報に対応する前記第２操作部を優先して上位に表示させることも考えられる。なお、制御部２１は、前記サジェストキーワードに関連する関連情報を表示する際には、前記関連情報に対応付けて前記サジェストキーワードの内容も表示させる。
　ここで、前記情報提供処理のステップＳ４で表示される検索関連ページＰ３１の表示例について説明する。ここに、図８は、検索関連ページＰ３１の一例を示す図である。図８において一点鎖線で接続された三つの表示画面は、検索関連ページＰ３１においてスクロール表示によって表示される検索関連ページＰ３１上の連続した表示画面を示している。検索関連ページＰ３１では、上部から下部に向けて領域Ａ３０～Ａ３５が表示されている。
　領域Ａ３０は、前記検索条件が表示される領域である。ここでは、領域Ａ３０に、エリアを示す「銀座」及びジャンルを示す「イタリアン」の二つの検索項目が検索条件として表示されている。これにより、ユーザーは、自分が入力した検索条件の正誤を確認しつつ、検索結果を参照することができる。
　領域Ａ３１には、前記検索条件として設定されたエリア、又は現在の時期に関連する情報として抽出される一又は複数の関連情報を表示させるための操作を受け付ける一又は複数の領域が前記第２操作部として表示される。そして、制御部２１は、ユーザー端末３のユーザー操作に応じて、領域Ａ３１における各領域の操作を前記第２操作部の操作として受け付ける。なお、制御部２１は、時期に関連する関連情報を時期情報Ｄ３に基づいて判断することが可能であり、例えば現在の時期が７月である場合には「ビアガーデン」がテーマとして抽出され、領域Ａ３１には「ビアガーデン」に関連する「ビアガーデン特集」のような関連情報に対応する領域が表示される。具体的に、「ビアガーデン特集」の領域が操作された場合には、施設情報Ｄ２においてビアガーデンのテーマが対応付けられた施設が抽出されて前記関連情報ページに表示される。
　また、制御部２１は、前記特定のウェブサイトで用意されている関連情報のうち閲覧数又は予約数などの利用頻度が高い関連情報に対応する領域を優先的に領域Ａ３１に表示させることも考えられる。さらに、制御部２１は、前記関連情報のうち前記サジェストキーワードの上位のキーワードに関連する関連情報に対応する領域を優先して上位に表示してもよい。なお、検索関連ページＰ３１には、領域Ａ３１に示された前記関連情報に対応するテーマのような前記関連情報に関する情報が少なくとも表示されればよい。一方、制御部２１が、前記関連情報を検索関連ページＰ３１に表示してもよい。具体的に、制御部２１は、領域Ａ３１に示された前記関連情報に対応するテーマと、当該テーマに対応する施設の情報とを検索関連ページＰ３１に表示させることが考えられる。この場合、制御部２１は、検索関連ページＰ３１に前記第２操作部を表示させなくてもよい。また、制御部２１が、前記特定のウェブサイトとは異なる外部のウェブサイトで行われた場合に、検索関連ページＰ３１に代えて前記関連情報ページを表示することも考えられる。
　領域Ａ３２には、前記検索条件として設定されたジャンルに関連する情報として抽出される一又は複数の関連情報を表示させるための操作を受け付ける一又は複数の領域が前記第２操作部として表示される。そして、制御部２１は、ユーザー端末３のユーザー操作に応じて、領域Ａ３２における各領域の操作を前記第２操作部の操作として受け付ける。
　領域Ａ３３には、前記検索条件として設定されたエリアに関連する情報として抽出される一又は複数の関連情報を表示させるための操作を受け付ける一又は複数の領域が前記第２操作部として表示される。特に、領域Ａ３３では、前記検索条件として設定されたエリアの近辺の地図情報、観光、又は宿泊施設などに関する関連情報に対応する領域が表示される。そして、制御部２１は、ユーザー端末３のユーザー操作に応じて、領域Ａ３３における各領域の操作を前記第２操作部の操作として受け付ける。なお、制御部２１は、前記エリアに関連する関連情報をエリア情報Ｄ４に基づいて判断可能である。例えば、関連情報Ｄ４において、エリア「銀座」には、「○○シティ」のスポットが対応付けられており、前記検索条件として「銀座」が設定されている場合には、「○○シティ」のスポットが関連情報として選択される。
　領域Ａ３４には、前記検索条件として設定されたエリアに関連する情報として抽出される一又は複数の関連情報を表示させるための操作を受け付ける一又は複数の領域が前記第２操作部として表示される。特に、領域Ａ３４では、前記関連情報として、前記ステップＳ３で取得された前記サジェストキーワードと同じ又は類似するテーマが対応付けられたグループに属する施設の情報を表示させるための一又は複数の領域が前記第２操作部として表示される。そして、制御部２１は、ユーザー端末３のユーザー操作に応じて領域Ａ３４における各領域の操作を前記第２操作部の操作として受け付ける。なお、領域Ａ３１～Ａ３４に表示される関連情報は全てが前記検索条件に関連する情報でなくてもよい。
　領域Ａ３５は、前記検索条件で検索した検索結果が表示される検索結果ページＰ１２を表示させるための操作部が表示される領域であって前記第１操作部に相当する。そして、制御部２１は、ユーザー端末３のユーザー操作に応じて領域Ａ３５の操作を前記第１操作部の操作として受け付けることが可能である。
　ところで、前記サジェストキーワードとして「安い」、「豪華」などの価格に関するキーワードが含まれる場合、制御部２１は、施設情報Ｄ２における予算を参照して、その予算が前記サジェストキーワードに従った金額の条件に合う施設を抽出して領域Ａ３１～Ａ３４などに関連情報として表示させることが考えられる。例えば、制御部２１は、前記サジェストキーワードに「安い」が含まれる場合には、予算が３５００円以下の施設を抽出し、前記サジェストキーワードに「豪華」が含まれる場合には、予算が８０００円以上の施設を抽出することが考えられる。さらに、制御部２１は、ユーザー毎の過去の予約履歴などに基づいて平均予算をユーザー情報Ｄ１に記憶することが考えられる。この場合、制御部２１は、ユーザーがログインした状態で、検索関連ページＰ３１を表示させる際には、前記ユーザーごとの平均予算の条件に合う施設を抽出して領域Ａ３１～Ａ３４などに関連情報として表示させることが考えられる。また、ユーザーが前記特定のウェブサイトにログインした状態である場合、又は自動ログイン可能である場合には、現在のユーザーに対応するユーザー情報Ｄ１に基づいて、検索関連ページＰ３１に表示される前記関連情報が選択されてもよい。例えば、制御部２１は、ユーザー情報Ｄ１に含まれる利用テーマのように、ユーザーが過去に利用したことのあるテーマに関連する関連情報を優先的に抽出することが考えられる。同様に、ユーザー情報Ｄ１にユーザーごとの平均使用金額などが記憶されており、制御部２１が、ユーザーごとの平均使用金額以下の予算で収まる施設の情報を関連情報として抽出して検索関連ページＰ３１に表示させることが考えられる。
＜ステップＳ５＞
　ステップＳ５において、制御部２１は、検索関連ページＰ３１において検索結果ページＰ１２の表示要求操作が行われたか否かを判断する。具体的に、制御部２１は、検索関連ページＰ３１において前記第１操作部である領域Ａ３５が操作された場合に、検索結果ページＰ１２の表示要求操作が行われたと判断する。そして、制御部２１は、検索結果ページＰ１２の表示要求操作が行われたと判断した場合（Ｓ５：Ｙｅｓ）、処理を前記ステップＳ２１に移行させ、検索結果ページＰ１２をユーザー端末３に表示させる。このように前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われた場合に検索結果ページＰ１１を表示させる処理は、制御部２１の第１表示処理部２１１によって実行される。なお、制御部２１は、検索結果ページＰ１２の表示要求操作が行われていないと判断した場合（Ｓ５：Ｎｏ）、処理をステップＳ６に移行させる。
＜ステップＳ６＞
　ステップＳ６において、制御部２１は、前記関連情報ページの表示要求操作が行われたか否かを判断する。具体的に、制御部２１は、検索関連ページＰ３１において、領域Ａ３１～Ａ３４のいずれかにおいて任意の前記関連情報に対応する前記第２操作部が操作された場合に、前記関連情報ページの表示要求操作が行われたと判断する。そして、制御部２１は、前記関連情報ページの表示要求操作が行われたと判断した場合（Ｓ６：Ｙｅｓ）、処理をステップＳ６１に移行させ、前記関連情報ページの表示要求操作が行われていないと判断した場合（Ｓ６：Ｎｏ）、処理をステップＳ７に移行させる。
＜ステップＳ６１＞
　ステップＳ６１において、制御部２１は、前記検索結果表示要求に従って前記関連情報ページをユーザー端末３に表示させる。このように、検索関連ページＰ３１において前記第２操作部が操作された場合に前記関連情報ページを表示させる処理は制御部２１の第３表示処理部２１４によって実行される。なお、制御部２１は、前記関連情報ページにおいて、任意の施設の情報が選択されると、その選択された施設の詳細な情報をユーザー端末３に表示させる。なお、制御部２１は、前記関連情報ページに表示された施設の予約又は物品の購入などの手続をユーザー端末３から受け付けることも可能である。
＜ステップＳ６２＞
　ステップＳ６２において、制御部２１は、ユーザー端末３によるブラウザバック操作（戻るキーの操作）が行われたか否かを判断する。そして、制御部２１は、前記ブラウザバック操作が行われると（Ｓ６２：Ｙｅｓ）、処理をステップＳ３に移行させて検索関連ページＰ３１をユーザー端末３に表示させる。また、制御部２１は、前記ブラウザバック操作が行われていない場合は（Ｓ６２：Ｎｏ）、処理をステップＳ６２で待機させる。
　即ち、前記関連情報ページが表示された後、前記関連情報ページでブラウザバック操作が行われた場合、制御部２１は、前記外部のウェブサイトではなく検索関連ページＰ３１をユーザー端末３に表示させる。これにより、ユーザーが検索関連ページＰ３１において他の関連情報などにアクセスすることが期待され、前記関連情報ページ及び検索関連ページＰ３１を含む特定のウェブサイトからの離脱が抑制される。
＜ステップＳ７＞
　ステップＳ７において、制御部２１は、検索関連ページＰ３１においてユーザー端末３によるブラウザバック操作が行われたか否かを判断する。具体的に、制御部２１は、検索関連ページＰ３１に表示される操作キーＫ３１が操作されたか否かを判断する。そして、制御部２１は、前記ブラウザバック操作が行われると（Ｓ７：Ｙｅｓ）、当該情報提供処理を終了する。この場合、制御部２１は、検索関連ページＰ３１にアクセスする前の外部のウェブサイトに再度アクセスして、検索関連ページＰ３１の一つ前に表示されていたウェブページを表示させる。また、制御部２１は、前記ブラウザバック操作が行われていない場合は（Ｓ７：Ｎｏ）、処理を前記ステップＳ５に移行させる。
　以上説明したように、情報提供システム１では、情報提供装置２が、ユーザー端末３の操作に応じて特定のウェブサイトにおける検索結果ページＰ１２を表示させる際、その検索結果ページＰ１２へのアクセスが前記特定のウェブサイト内で行われたか否かに応じて表示内容を変更する。
　より具体的に、検索結果ページＰ１２へのアクセスが前記特定のウェブサイト内で行われた場合、制御部２１は、その検索結果ページＰ１２をユーザー端末３に表示させる。一方、検索結果ページＰ１２へのアクセスが前記特定のウェブサイトとは異なる外部のウェブサイトで行われた場合、制御部２１は、その検索結果ページＰ１２の表示前に検索関連ページＰ３１を表示させる。
　これにより、ユーザーには、前記特定のウェブサイト内に存在する各種の情報が提供されることになるため、ユーザーにとって有用な情報が提供される可能性が高くなり、前記特定のウェブサイトからの離脱率を抑制することが可能となる。

　以下、上述の実施形態から抽出される発明の概要について付記する。なお、以下の付記で説明する各構成及び各処理機能は取捨選択して任意に組み合わせることが可能である。
＜付記１＞
　予め登録されている複数の検索対象のうち一又は複数の検索項目を含む検索条件で抽出された検索対象が表示される検索結果ページへの表示要求が行われた場合に、前記表示要求が前記検索結果ページを含む特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かを判定し、
　前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かに応じて表示内容を変更する、
　情報提供方法。
＜付記２＞
　前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われた場合は前記検索結果ページを表示させ、
　前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトとは異なる外部のウェブサイトで行われた場合は前記検索結果ページに代えて、一又は複数の前記検索項目に関連して抽出される関連情報に関する情報が少なくとも表示される検索関連ページを表示させる、
　付記１に記載の情報提供方法。
＜付記３＞
　前記検索関連ページには、前記検索結果ページの表示要求を受け付ける第１操作部と、一又は複数の前記検索項目に関連して抽出される関連情報が表示される関連情報ページの表示要求を受け付ける第２操作部とが表示され、
　前記第１操作部が操作された場合は前記検索結果ページを表示させ、前記第２操作部が操作された場合は前記関連情報ページを表示させる、
　付記２に記載の情報提供方法。
＜付記４＞
　前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かが前記検索結果ページの表示要求時のリファラ情報に基づいて判定される、
　付記１～３のいずれかに記載の情報提供方法。
＜付記５＞
　前記表示要求が前記外部のウェブサイトで行われた場合は、前記外部のウェブサイトで前記検索条件が入力された場合に追加の検索ワードの候補として表示される一又は複数のサジェストキーワードを取得し、
　前記検索関連ページでは、前記関連情報のうち前記サジェストキーワードに関連する関連情報に対応する前記第２操作部を優先して上位に表示させる、
　付記１～４のいずれかに記載の情報提供方法。
＜付記６＞
　前記検索条件に、少なくともエリア及びジャンルに対応する検索項目が含まれており、
　前記検索結果ページには、前記エリア及び前記ジャンルに該当する店舗の情報が表示され、
　前記関連情報ページには、前記エリア及び前記ジャンルの少なくとも一方に関連する関連情報が表示される、
　付記１～５のいずれかに記載の情報提供方法。
＜付記７＞
　前記検索関連ページを経由して前記検索結果ページが表示された後、前記検索結果ページでブラウザバック操作が行われた場合に、前記検索関連ページを表示させる、
　付記１～６のいずれかに記載の情報提供方法。
＜付記８＞
　前記検索関連ページを経由せずに前記検索結果ページが表示された後、前記検索結果ページでブラウザバック操作が行われた場合に、前記検索関連ページを表示させる、
　付記１～７のいずれかに記載の情報提供方法。
＜付記９＞
　予め登録されている複数の検索対象のうち一又は複数の検索項目を含む検索条件で抽出された検索対象が表示される検索結果ページへの表示要求が行われた場合に、前記表示要求が前記検索結果ページを含む特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かを判定するステップと、
　前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かに応じて表示内容を変更するステップと、
　をプロセッサーに実行させるための情報提供プログラム。
＜付記１０＞
　予め登録されている複数の検索対象のうち一又は複数の検索項目を含む検索条件で抽出された検索対象が表示される検索結果ページへの表示要求が行われた場合に、前記表示要求が前記検索結果ページを含む特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かを判定する判定処理部と、
　前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かに応じて表示内容を変更する表示処理部と、
　を備える情報提供装置。
＜付記１１＞
　予め登録されている複数の検索対象のうち一又は複数の検索項目を含む検索条件で抽出された検索対象が表示される検索結果ページの表示要求が行われた場合に、前記表示要求が前記検索結果ページを含む特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かを判定し、
　前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われた場合は前記検索結果ページを表示させ、
　前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトとは異なる外部のウェブサイトで行われた場合は前記検索結果ページに代えて、前記検索結果ページの表示要求を受け付ける第１操作部と一又は複数の前記検索項目に関連して抽出される関連情報が表示される関連情報ページの表示要求を受け付ける第２操作部とが表示される検索関連ページを表示させ、
　前記第１操作部が操作された場合は前記検索結果ページを表示させ、前記第２操作部が操作された場合は前記関連情報ページを表示させる、
　情報提供方法。
＜付記１２＞
　予め登録されている複数の検索対象のうち一又は複数の検索項目を含む検索条件で抽出された検索対象が表示される検索結果ページの表示要求が行われた場合に、前記表示要求が前記検索結果ページを含む特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かを判定するステップと、
　前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われた場合は前記検索結果ページを表示させるステップと、
　前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトとは異なる外部のウェブサイトで行われた場合は前記検索結果ページに代えて、前記検索結果ページの表示要求を受け付ける第１操作部と一又は複数の前記検索項目に関連して抽出される関連情報が表示される関連情報ページの表示要求を受け付ける第２操作部とが表示される検索関連ページを表示させるステップと、
　前記第１操作部が操作された場合は前記検索結果ページを表示させ、前記第２操作部が操作された場合は前記関連情報ページを表示させるステップと、
　をプロセッサーに実行させるための情報提供プログラム。
＜付記１３＞
　予め登録されている複数の検索対象のうち一又は複数の検索項目を含む検索条件で抽出された検索対象が表示される検索結果ページの表示要求が行われた場合に、前記表示要求が前記検索結果ページを含む特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かを判定する判定処理部と、
　前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われた場合は前記検索結果ページを表示させる第１表示処理部と、
　前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトとは異なる外部のウェブサイトで行われた場合は前記検索結果ページに代えて、前記検索結果ページの表示要求を受け付ける第１操作部と一又は複数の前記検索項目に関連して抽出される関連情報が表示される関連情報ページの表示要求を受け付ける第２操作部とが表示される検索関連ページを表示させる第２表示処理部と、
　前記第１操作部が操作された場合は前記検索結果ページを表示させ、前記第２操作部が操作された場合は前記関連情報ページを表示させる第３表示処理部と、
　を備える情報提供装置。

 

Claims (10)

  1. 　予め登録されている複数の検索対象のうち一又は複数の検索項目を含む検索条件で抽出された検索対象が表示される検索結果ページへの表示要求が行われた場合に、前記表示要求が前記検索結果ページを含む特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かを判定し、
    　前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かに応じて表示内容を変更する、
    　情報提供方法。
  2. 　前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われた場合は前記検索結果ページを表示させ、
    　前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトとは異なる外部のウェブサイトで行われた場合は前記検索結果ページに代えて、一又は複数の前記検索項目に関連して抽出される関連情報に関する情報が少なくとも表示される検索関連ページを表示させる、
    　請求項１に記載の情報提供方法。
  3. 　前記検索関連ページには、前記検索結果ページの表示要求を受け付ける第１操作部と、一又は複数の前記検索項目に関連して抽出される関連情報が表示される関連情報ページの表示要求を受け付ける第２操作部とが表示され、
    　前記第１操作部が操作された場合は前記検索結果ページを表示させ、前記第２操作部が操作された場合は前記関連情報ページを表示させる、
    　請求項２に記載の情報提供方法。
  4. 　前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かが前記検索結果ページの表示要求時のリファラ情報に基づいて判定される、
    　請求項１～３のいずれかに記載の情報提供方法。
  5. 　前記表示要求が前記外部のウェブサイトで行われた場合は、前記外部のウェブサイトで前記検索条件が入力された場合に追加の検索ワードの候補として表示される一又は複数のサジェストキーワードを取得し、
    　前記検索関連ページでは、前記関連情報のうち前記サジェストキーワードに関連する関連情報に対応する前記第２操作部を優先して上位に表示させる、
    　請求項１～４のいずれかに記載の情報提供方法。
  6. 　前記検索条件に、少なくともエリア及びジャンルに対応する検索項目が含まれており、
    　前記検索結果ページには、前記エリア及び前記ジャンルに該当する店舗の情報が表示され、
    　前記関連情報ページには、前記エリア及び前記ジャンルの少なくとも一方に関連する関連情報が表示される、
    　請求項１～５のいずれかに記載の情報提供方法。
  7. 　前記検索関連ページを経由して前記検索結果ページが表示された後、前記検索結果ページでブラウザバック操作が行われた場合に、前記検索関連ページを表示させる、
    　請求項１～６のいずれかに記載の情報提供方法。
  8. 　前記検索関連ページを経由せずに前記検索結果ページが表示された後、前記検索結果ページでブラウザバック操作が行われた場合に、前記検索関連ページを表示させる、
    　請求項１～７のいずれかに記載の情報提供方法。
  9. 　予め登録されている複数の検索対象のうち一又は複数の検索項目を含む検索条件で抽出された検索対象が表示される検索結果ページへの表示要求が行われた場合に、前記表示要求が前記検索結果ページを含む特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かを判定するステップと、
    　前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かに応じて表示内容を変更するステップと、
    　をプロセッサーに実行させるための情報提供プログラム。
  10. 　予め登録されている複数の検索対象のうち一又は複数の検索項目を含む検索条件で抽出された検索対象が表示される検索結果ページへの表示要求が行われた場合に、前記表示要求が前記検索結果ページを含む特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かを判定する判定処理部と、
    　前記表示要求が前記特定のウェブサイトで行われたか否かに応じて表示内容を変更する表示処理部と、
    　を備える情報提供装置。
