Description

一种用于汽车内饰的组件 技术领域
本发明涉及交通工具内饰技术领域,特别涉及一种用于汽车内饰的组件,更具体地涉及一种可折叠式桌板机构。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和生活水平的不断提高,汽车的数量正逐年递增,为了增加汽车内饰的舒适性和使用功能,越来越多的车型配置可折叠式桌板,而目前高档车采用的折叠式桌板,常见的有座椅后背式和后扶手式两种。
座椅后背式指的是可折叠式桌板布置在前排座椅的靠背背面,方便后排乘客需要时使用,但是受到布置空间的限制,这种可折叠式桌板的机构稳定性较差,承载力较小,并且桌板展开后的高度和角度会收到前排座椅倾斜角度的影响,导致后排乘客无法舒适地使用可折叠式桌板,若要继续使用,需要再次调整桌板的高度和角度。此外,座椅后背式可折叠式桌板机构收回折叠时,在前座椅后背面会是一个凸出部分,外观与汽车内饰不能完美统一,影响了汽车内饰的整体美观性。
后扶手式指的是可折叠式桌板布置在后排座椅中间的扶手内,但是目前现有车型上的后扶手式可折叠式桌板在使用时,都需要乘客操作多个步骤才能将桌板展开到使用状态,这样也影响了操作性和舒适性。
发明内容
本发明的第一方面提供了一种操作方便,不会影响汽车内饰美观的可折叠式桌板机构,所述可折叠式桌板机构包括桌板和连接机构;
所述桌板包括第一面板和第二面板,所述第一面板和第二面板相互拼接成可以折叠的承置面,所述第一面板和第二面板拼接而成的承置面处于同一平面;
所述连接机构连接所述桌板,所述第一面板和第二面板通过连接机构一步展开成为承置面,使所述连接机构支撑所述第一面板和第二面板。
优选地,连接机构包括第一支撑部、第二支撑部、第一连接部、第二连接部、中间支撑杆和底座;
所述第一支撑部与所述第二支撑部之间对应的设置用于相互连接的连接孔,所述第一支撑部和第二支撑部上表面设置用于与所述第一面板和第二面板 连接的连接孔,所述第一支撑部和第二支撑部下表面设置用于与所述第一连接部和第二连接部连接的连接孔,所述第一面板和第二面板下表面设有用于连接所述连接机构的连接孔;
所述第一连接部两端设置两组连接孔,一组连接孔用于连接底座,另一组连接孔用于连接第一支撑部;
所述第二连接部两端设置两组连接孔,一组连接孔用于连接底座,另一组连接孔用于连接第二支撑部;
所述中间支撑杆连接所述第一支撑部、第二支撑部和底座。

本发明采用可折叠式桌板机构板结构,当需要使用时,一步操作将桌板在水平位置展开;当不再需要使用时,一步操作将桌板折叠收起放入容置腔中。本发明可折叠式桌板机构支撑稳固,能够满足乘客娱乐和办公的需要,当可折叠式桌板机构收纳于座椅扶手箱时,不会影响汽车内饰的美观。

可折叠式桌板机构结构
图1A是根据一个示范性实施例的一车辆的立体示意图,图1B是根据一个示范性实施例的车辆内部的剖开立体示意图,示出了本发明可折叠式桌板机构安装在汽车后排座椅中间的扶手位置展开的效果图。可折叠式桌板机构如图1A、图1B所示,一种可折叠式桌板机构100可以安装在多种交通工具(例如汽车,在以下实施例中均以汽车V为例)上,该可折叠式桌板机构100安装在汽车内部后排座椅200的扶手上,汽车后排座椅200的扶手包括扶手箱210和用于盖合扶手箱210的扶手箱盖211。该可折叠式桌板机构100具体设置在扶手箱210的容置腔内。
如图2A~图2C所示,当可折叠式桌板机构100不使用时,可折叠式桌板机 构100被收入在扶手箱210内并盖上扶手箱盖211,这样不占用汽车内部空间,使汽车内饰更加美观。当需要使用可折叠式桌板机构100时,可以将扶手箱盖211打开,展开可折叠式桌板机构100。如图3A、3B所示,本发明可折叠式桌板机构100包括桌板120、连接机构130。其中桌板120包括第一面板121和第二面板122,第一面板121和第二面板122相互拼接成可以折叠的承置面,在可折叠式桌板机构100不使用时,第一面板121和第二面板122相互折叠,在可折叠式桌板机构100使用时,第一面板121和第二面板122相互拼接成承置面,承置面上表面光滑平整可供汽车乘客娱乐和工作,第一面板121和第二面板122优选采用铝材制成。第一面板121下表面设置第一组连接孔1211和第二组连接孔1212,第二面板122下表面设置第三组连接孔1221和第四组连接孔1222。第一面板121和第二面板122通过螺栓将第一组连接孔1211和第三组连接孔1221连接使彼此拼接为一个整体,优选地,第一面板121和第二面板122为铰链的方式连接,在一些实施例中,也可以采用螺栓螺孔的方式连接。在下文中说明过程中,所提到的连接方式均以本领域技术人员所能想到的所有方式,这里不做限定。
桌板120通过连接机构130安装到汽车后排座椅扶手箱的容置腔内。连接机构130包括第一支撑部134、第二支撑部135、第一连接部131、第二连接部132、中间支撑杆133和底座110。第一支撑部134上设置有第五组连接孔1341、第六组连接孔1342和第七组连接孔1343。第二支撑部135上设置有第八组连接孔1351、第九组连接孔1352和第十组连接孔1353。第一连接部131上一端设置有第十一组连接孔1311,另一端设置有第十二组连接孔1312。第二连接部132上一端设置有第十三组连接孔1321,另一端设置有第十四组连接孔1322。中间支撑杆133上一端设置有第十五连接孔1331,另一端设置有第十六连接孔1332。中间支撑杆133上还固定设置一个小遮板136,如图2A所示,当可折叠式桌板机构100收纳进座椅扶手箱210后,小遮板136可以遮蔽座椅扶手箱210上的缺口,优选地,中间支撑杆133通过焊接的方式固定所述小遮板136。底座110上设置有第十七连接孔1101、第十八连接孔1102和第十九连接孔1103。
第一支撑部134、第二支撑部135和中间支撑杆133通过螺栓将第五组连接孔1341、第八组连接孔1351和第十五连接孔1331连接,使得第一支撑部134、第二支撑部135和中间支撑杆133三者可以绕螺栓转动。第一支撑部134与第一面板121通过螺栓将第六组连接孔1342和第二组连接孔1212相连接。第二支撑部135与第二面板122通过螺栓将第九组连接孔1352和第四组连接孔1222 相连接。同时,第一支撑部134与第一连接部131通过螺栓将第七组连接孔1343和第十一组连接孔1311相连接。第二支撑部135与第二连接部132通过螺栓将第十组连接孔1353和第十三组连接孔1321相连接。第一连接部131与底座110通过螺栓将第十二组连接孔1312和第十七连接孔1101相连接。第二连接部132与底座110通过螺栓将第十四组连接孔1322和第十八连接孔1102相连接。中间支撑杆133与底座110通过螺栓将第十六连接孔1332和第十九连接孔1103相连接。
应当理解,前述所提到的相互连接的连接孔本实施例中均采用螺栓进行连接,除此之外,也可以通过本领域技术人员公知的其它常规连接方式连接,如销轴和螺帽的组合。
可折叠式桌板机构使用方法
图4A~图9F从不同视角展示了本发明可折叠式桌板机构总成及其连接机构从初始状态(未开展时)到完全展开过程中的不同状态。
如图4A所示,此时可折叠式桌板机构处于初始未展开状态,第一面板121和第二面板122相互折叠。另外,第一支撑部134、第二支撑部135、第一连接部131、第二连接部132、中间支撑杆133和底座110也相互水平叠加,使得此时连接机构130占用空间最小。乘客将手指放入第一面板121和第二面板122之间远离连接机构的一端,轻轻上翻第一面板121,第一面板121在外力的作用下将产生三个方向的运动。
如图4B~图4F所示,第一个方向的运动是第一面板121绕与第二面板122连接的螺栓旋转运动,在这个方向上第一面板121和第二面板122绕连接的螺栓逐渐展开,从第一面板121和第二面板122上下折叠的状态完全展开成第一面板121和第二面板122处于一个平面的状态。
第二个方向的运动是第一面板121绕与第一支撑部134连接的螺栓旋转运动,在这个方向的运动使第一面板121朝右方(用户的方向)运动,从第一面板121和第一支撑部134处于一个平面的初始状态变成旋转180°后第一面板121被支撑在第一支撑部134的上方,二者处于平行状态。同理,第二面板122的运动与前述第一面板121的运动相同,这里不再赘述。
第三个方向的运动是第一面板121和第二面板122的抬升运动带动第一支撑部134和第二支撑部135跟着抬升,第一支撑部134和第二支撑部135的运动带动第一连接部、第二连接部132和中间支撑杆133使其三绕底座110转动,该转动使连接机构从相互水平叠加的初始状态运动到竖直支撑桌板的状态。
上述可折叠式桌板机构打开过程中,第一面板121和第二面板122在三个方向运动的联合作用下,当第一连接部131运动至接触到底座时被限位,整个运动停止,可折叠式桌板机构此时处于工作状态。由于整个可折叠式桌板机构完全通过螺栓连接,除了底座,其余零件都是可活动件,其中一个零件运动就会带动其余零件同时运动,形成连杆效应,所以乘客只需要在桌板上作用一个向上的力,就可以使可折叠式桌板机构一步展开到使用位置。
在打开可折叠式桌板机构的运动过程中,中间支撑杆133用于限制与其连接的第一支撑部134和第二支撑部135的螺栓只能绕底座110与中间支撑杆133连接的螺栓运动。当桌板120运动到工作状态时,第一支撑部134上的第五组连接孔1341和第六组连接孔1342,第二支撑部135上的第八组连接孔1351和第九组连接孔1352,中间支撑杆133上的第十五连接孔1331处于一个平面,为第一面板121和第二面板122提供下方的支撑点,保证第一面板121和第二面板122在工作状态下的稳定。关闭的过程是打开过程的逆操作,其原理一样,在此不再赘述。
可折叠式桌板机构在开启过程中只需经过一步翻转操作即可达到指定位置;同样当可折叠式桌板机构使用完毕之后,也只需一步翻折操作即可被完全折叠并被放回到座椅扶手箱内。无论是桌板的开启还是收回只需一步操作即可完成,无须其它分步操作,极其方便。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,如图1A-1B以及图2A-2C所示,用于汽车内饰的组件安装在汽车内部后排座椅200的扶手上,其包括具有容置腔的基底。如图3A~图3B所示,用于汽车内饰的组件还包括可折叠式桌板机构100,可折叠式桌板机构100包括第一面板121和与第一面板121铰接的第二面板122。从图2B~图2C以及图4A~图9F可以看出,可折叠式桌板机构100配置为可以在可折叠式桌板机构100容纳在容置腔内的缩回位置(即,可折叠式桌板机构100未展开,如图2B、图4A、图5A、图6A、图7A、图8A和图9A所示)和可折叠式桌板机构100从容置腔伸展远离的伸展位置(即,可折叠式桌板机构100完全展开,如图2C、图4F、图5F、图6F、图7F、图8F和图9F所示)之间运动;第一面板121配置为可以相对于第二面板122在一个折叠位置(即,第一面板121与第二面板122上下折叠的状态,如图2B、图4A、图6A和图8A所示)和一个展开位置之间运动(即,第一面板121和第二面板122处于一个平面的状态,如图2C、图4F、图6F和图8F所示);当第一面板121从相对于第二面板122的折叠位置运动到展开位置时,可折叠式桌板机构100从缩回 位置运动到伸展位置。具体地,当可折叠式桌板机构100处于缩回位置时,第一面板121相对于第二面板122在折叠位置,并且可折叠式桌板机构100是水平放置的。
优选地,当可折叠式桌板机构100处于缩回位置时,第一面板121相对于第二面板122在折叠位置,并且第一面板121和第二面板122是水平放置的;当可折叠式桌板机构100处于伸展位置时,第一面板121相对于第二面板122在展开位置,并且第一面板121和第二面板122是水平放置的。
如图4A~图4F所示,在可折叠式桌板机构100从缩回位置到伸展位置的运动期间,第一面板121可以同时在三个方向上运动;并且在第一面板121相对于第二面板122在折叠位置和展开位置之间的整个运动期间,第一面板121和第二面板122都相对于基底运动。
再次参考图3A~图3B,可折叠式桌板机构100还包括第一铰链和第二铰链;第一铰链包括第一连接部131和第一支撑部134,第一铰链配置为将第一面板121与基底连接,第二铰链包括第二连接部132和第二支撑部135,第二铰链配置为将第二面板122与基底连接。
通过第一铰链和第二铰链的配置,可折叠式桌板机构100响应第一面板121从折叠位置到展开位置的运动而从缩回位置运动到伸展位置。因此,当可折叠式桌板机构100离开缩回位置时,第一面板121离开相对于第二面板122的折叠位置。优选地,当可折叠式桌板机构100处于伸展位置时,可折叠式桌板机构100阻止第一面板121处于折叠位置。
从图4A~图9F可见,可折叠式桌板机构100在缩回位置和伸展位置之间运动是以一个连续的路径进行的,具体地,该连续的路径为一个弧形路径。

根据本发明的又一个实施方案,用于汽车内饰的组件包括:具有容置腔的基底;可折叠式桌板机构100,包括第一面板121和与第一面板121铰接的第二 面板122;其中,可折叠式桌板机构100配置为可以在可折叠式桌板机构100容纳在容置腔内的缩回位置和可折叠式桌板机构100从容置腔伸展远离的伸展位置之间运动;其中,第一面板121配置为可以相对于第二面板122在一个折叠位置和一个展开位置之间运动;其中,可折叠式桌板机构100在缩回位置和伸展位置之间运动是以一个连续的路径进行的,具体地,该连续的路径为一个弧形路径。
根据本发明的另一个实施方案,用于汽车内饰的组件包括:具有容置腔的基底;可折叠式桌板机构100,包括第一面板121和与第一面板121铰接的第二面板122;其中,可折叠式桌板机构100配置为可以在可折叠式桌板机构100容纳在容置腔内的缩回位置和可折叠式桌板机构100从容置腔伸展远离的伸展位置之间运动;其中,第一面板121配置为可以相对于第二面板122在一个折叠位置和一个展开位置之间运动;其中,可折叠式桌板机构100还包括第一铰链和第二铰链,所述第一铰链配置为将第一面板121与基底连接,所述第二铰链配置为将第二面板122与基底连接。
根据本发明的另一个实施方案,用于汽车内饰的组件包括:具有容置腔的基底;可折叠式桌板机构100,包括第一面板121和与第一面板121铰接的第二面板122;其中,可折叠式桌板机构100配置为可以在可折叠式桌板机构100容纳在容置腔内的缩回位置和可折叠式桌板机构100从容置腔伸展远离的伸展位置之间运动;其中,第一面板121配置为可以相对于第二面板122在一个折叠位置和一个展开位置之间运动;其中,可折叠式桌板机构100进一步配置为当可折叠式桌板机构100离开缩回位置时,第一面板121离开相对于第二面板122的折叠位置。优选地,当可折叠式桌板机构100处于伸展位置时,可折叠式桌板机构100阻止第一面板121处于折叠位置。
可折叠式桌板机构板尺寸大小设计合理,桌板在折叠状态下被放置在座椅扶手箱内部,开启状态下占用车内空间小,达到了车内空间利用率的最大化,完全能够满足后排座椅乘客旅途过程中的娱乐、办公、休闲需要;除了本发明实施例中列举的将可折叠式桌板机构布置在后排座椅中间的扶手内,还可以将可折叠式桌板机构布置在前排座椅之间的地板扶手箱内,或者汽车门板扶手内。除了汽车,该可折叠式桌板机构也可以用于火车、飞机,甚至家居领域。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种用于汽车内饰的组件,包括:
    具有容置腔的基底;
    桌板机构,包括第一面板和与所述第一面板铰接的第二面板;
    其中,所述桌板机构配置为在所述桌板机构容纳在所述容置腔内的缩回位置和所述桌板机构从所述容置腔伸展远离的伸展位置之间运动;
    其中,所述第一面板配置为相对于所述第二面板在一个折叠位置和一个展开位置之间运动;
    其中,所述桌板机构配置为当所述第一面板从所述折叠位置运动到所述展开位置时从所述缩回位置运动到所述伸展位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,当所述桌板机构处于所述缩回位置时,所述第一面板相对于所述第二面板在所述折叠位置,并且所述桌板机构是水平放置的。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其特征在于,当所述桌板机构处于所述缩回位置时,所述第一面板相对于所述第二面板在所述折叠位置,并且所述第一面板和所述第二面板是水平放置的;当所述桌板机构处于所述伸展位置时,所述第一面板相对于所述第二面板在所述展开位置,并且所述第一面板和所述第二面板是水平放置的。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其特征在于,所述第一面板配置为在所述桌板机构从所述缩回位置到所述伸展位置的运动期间同时在三个方向上运动。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其特征在于,所述第一面板和所述第二面板配置为在所述第一面板相对于所述第二面板在所述折叠位置和所述展开位置之间的整个运动期间都相对于所述基底运动。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其特征在于,所述桌板机构还包括第一铰链和第二铰链,所述第一铰链配置为将所述第一面板与所述基底连接,所述第二铰链配置为将所述第二面板与所述基底连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其特征在于,所述桌板机构配置为响应所述第一面板从所述折叠位置到所述展开位置的运动而从所述缩回位置运动到所述伸展位置。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其特征在于,所述桌板机构配置为以 一个连续的路径在所述缩回位置和所述伸展位置之间运动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的组件,其特征在于,所述连续的路径为一个弧形路径。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其特征在于,当所述桌板机构离开所述缩回位置时,所述第一面板离开相对于所述第二面板的所述折叠位置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的组件,其特征在于,当所述桌板机构处于所述伸展位置时,所述桌板机构阻止所述第一面板处于所述折叠位置。
  12. 一种用于汽车内饰的组件,包括:
    具有容置腔的基底;
    桌板机构,包括第一面板和与所述第一面板铰接的第二面板;
    其中,所述桌板机构配置为在所述桌板机构容纳在所述容置腔内的缩回位置和所述桌板机构从所述容置腔伸展远离的伸展位置之间运动;
    其中,所述第一面板配置为相对于所述第二面板在一个折叠位置和一个展开位置之间运动;
    其中,所述桌板机构配置为响应所述第一面板从所述折叠位置到所述展开位置的运动而从所述缩回位置运动到所述伸展位置。
  13. 一种用于汽车内饰的组件,包括:
    具有容置腔的基底;
    桌板机构,包括第一面板和与所述第一面板铰接的第二面板;
    其中,所述桌板机构配置为在所述桌板机构容纳在所述容置腔内的缩回位置和所述桌板机构从所述容置腔伸展远离的伸展位置之间运动;
    其中,所述第一面板配置为相对于所述第二面板在一个折叠位置和一个展开位置之间运动;
    其中,所述桌板机构配置为以一个连续的路径在所述缩回位置和所述伸展位置之间运动。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的组件,其特征在于,所述连续的路径为一个弧形路径。
  15. 一种用于汽车内饰的组件,包括:
    具有容置腔的基底;
    桌板机构,包括第一面板和与所述第一面板铰接的第二面板;
    其中,所述桌板机构配置为在所述桌板机构容纳在所述容置腔内的缩回位置和所述桌板机构从所述容置腔伸展远离的伸展位置之间运动;
    其中,所述第一面板配置为相对于所述第二面板在一个折叠位置和一个展开位置之间运动;
    其中,所述桌板机构还包括第一铰链和第二铰链,所述第一铰链配置为将所述第一面板与所述基底连接,所述第二铰链配置为将所述第二面板与所述基底连接。
  16. 一种用于汽车内饰的组件,包括:
    具有容置腔的基底;
    桌板机构,包括第一面板和与所述第一面板铰接的第二面板;
    其中,所述桌板机构配置为在所述桌板机构容纳在所述容置腔内的缩回位置和所述桌板机构从所述容置腔伸展远离的伸展位置之间运动;
    其中,所述第一面板配置为相对于所述第二面板在一个折叠位置和一个展开位置之间运动;
    其中,所述桌板机构配置为当所述桌板机构离开所述缩回位置时,所述第一面板离开相对于所述第二面板的所述折叠位置。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的组件,其特征在于,当所述桌板机构处于所述伸展位置时,所述桌板机构阻止所述第一面板处于所述折叠位置。
  18. 一种可折叠式桌板机构,其特征在于,所述可折叠式桌板机构包括桌板、连接机构;
    所述桌板包括第一面板和第二面板,所述第一面板和第二面板相互拼接成可以折叠的承置面,所述第一面板和第二面板拼接而成的承置面处于同一平面;
    所述连接机构连接所述桌板,所述第一面板和第二面板通过连接机构一步展开成为承置面连接机构,使所述连接机构支撑所述第一面板和第二面板。
