Abstract
Description
しかし、顔料を使用した場合、その色合いは鮮やかさに欠け、特に着色部が赤色や黄色の暖色系の場合はその問題が顕著であった。更に、着色歯磨組成物の透明性が失われ、透明外観を与えることが難しいという問題もあり、見た目の審美性の点で難点があった。
本発明によれば、特に色合いの鮮やかさが欠ける赤色、黄色、橙色等の暖色系に着色された多色歯磨製剤であっても、満足に鮮やかな色合いを付与することができ、また、着色歯磨組成物の透明性を高めて不透明な白色歯磨組成物との境界をより鮮明にすることが可能であり、審美性の更なる向上も期待できる。

(A)建染染料、油溶性染料及び顔料(但し、アルミニウムレーキを除く。)から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の水不溶性色素、
(B)アルミニウムレーキ色素、
(C)(C-1)ポリアクリル酸塩及びアルギン酸塩から選ばれる1種以上
を含有する着色歯磨組成物(I)と、
(D)白色粒子、
(C)(C-2)ポリアクリル酸塩及びアルギン酸塩から選ばれる1種以上
を含有する白色歯磨組成物(II)と
が、隣接して容器内に充填されてなることを特徴とする多色歯磨製剤。
〔2〕
(A)、(B)成分が、それぞれ赤色色素、黄色色素及び橙色色素から選ばれる1種又は2種以上であり、(A)成分と(B)成分とが同色又は異色の色素である〔1〕記載の多色歯磨製剤。
〔3〕
(A)成分が、赤色202号及び赤色226号から選ばれる1種以上である〔1〕又は〔2〕記載の多色歯磨製剤。
〔4〕
(B)成分が、黄色4号、黄色203号、赤色218号及び赤色223号から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の色素のアルミニウムレーキ化物である〔1〕~〔3〕のいずれかに記載の多色歯磨製剤。
〔5〕
(A)、(B)成分の配合比率を示す(A)/(B)が、質量比として0.2~5である〔1〕~〔4〕のいずれかに記載の多色歯磨製剤。
〔6〕
着色歯磨組成物(I)全体に対して、(A)成分の含有量が0.0001~0.02質量%であり、(B)成分の含有量が0.0001~0.005質量%である〔1〕~〔5〕のいずれかに記載の多色歯磨製剤。

着色歯磨組成物(I)全体に対して、(C-1)成分の含有量が0.1~1.4質量%である〔1〕~〔6〕のいずれかに記載の多色歯磨製剤。

(D)白色粒子が、白色顔料及び水不溶性無機研磨剤である〔1〕~〔9〕のいずれかに記載の多色歯磨製剤。
〔11〕
着色歯磨組成物(I)と白色歯磨組成物(II)とがストライプ状に隣接した〔1〕~〔10〕のいずれかに記載の多色歯磨製剤。
〔12〕
容器内部に仕切り壁がない単一チューブ容器内に充填された〔1〕~〔11〕のいずれかに記載の多色歯磨製剤。
ここで、多色歯磨製剤としては、前記歯磨組成物(I)と(II)が隣接する隣接面を1又は2以上有するストライプ状や、外層(歯磨組成物(I))の内側に隣接した内層(歯磨組成物(II))を有する層状等が挙げられる。
ここで、建染染料は、水に不溶性の染料であり、ハイドロサルファイト(亜ジチオン酸ナトリウム)によって還元されて水溶性に変わり、空気酸化により元の水不溶性の染料となる性質を有する。
油溶性染料(油性染料ともいう。)は、水に不溶性の染料であり、アルコール又は油には溶解する性質を有する。
顔料とは、着色に用いる粉末で水や油、アルコールに不溶である性質を有する。
建染染料:
赤色226号、青色201号、青色204号
油溶性染料:
赤色223号、225号、215号、218号、501号、505号;だいだい201号、206号、403号;黄色201号、204号、404号、405号;緑色202号;青色403号
顔料:
赤色220号、221号、228号、202号、203号、204号、206号、207号、208号、404号、405号、だいだい203号、204号、401号、黄色205号、401号、青色404号、ベンガラ(酸化鉄)
中でも、建染染料の赤色226号、顔料の赤色202号が、特に色にじみのなさ及び色合いの点から、より好適である。
(B)成分のアルミニウムレーキ色素の色は、特に限定されず、(A)成分と同色であっても異色であってもよく、また、暖色系でも寒色系でもよく、2種以上併用する場合は同色でも異色でもよいが、特に暖色系、例えば赤色、黄色、橙色等の色が好ましい。このような暖色系であると、色合いの鮮やかさがより改善する。
水溶性色素:
赤色2号、3号、102号、104号、105号、106号、227号、230号、231号、232号、401号、502号、503号、504号、506号;だいだい205号、207号、402号;黄色4号、5号、202号、203号、402号、403号、407号;緑色3号、201号、204号、205号、402号;青色1号、2号、205号
油溶性染料:
赤色223号、225号、215号、218号、501号、505号;だいだい201号、206号、403号;黄色201号、204号、404号、405号;緑色202号;青色403号
これらの中では、特に黄色4号のアルミニウムレーキ、黄色203号のアルミニウムレーキ、赤色218号のアルミニウムレーキ、赤色223号のアルミニウムレーキが好ましく、とりわけ黄色4号のアルミニウムレーキ、黄色203号のアルミニウムレーキが、色合いの鮮やかさの点でより好ましい。
ポリアクリル酸塩、アルギン酸塩としては、これらのアルカリ金属塩、具体的には、ポリアクリル酸ナトリウム、アルギン酸ナトリウムを使用し得る。市販の東亞合成(株)、(株)キミカ製等を使用できる。
更に、(C)成分((C-1)成分)として、ポリアクリル酸塩を含有する場合、その含有量は、着色歯磨組成物(I)全体の0.1~1.4%、特に0.1~0.7%が好ましく、より好ましくは0.2~0.5%である。0.1%以上であると、色にじみを十分に抑制でき、1.4%以下であると、十分な揉み安定性が得られる。
また、アルギン酸塩を含有する場合、その含有量は、着色歯磨組成物(I)全体の0.1~1.4%、特に0.1~0.7%が好ましく、より好ましくは0.2~0.5%である。0.1%以上であると、色にじみを十分に抑制できると共に十分な揉み安定性が得られ、1.4%以下であると、色にじみの抑制効果を満足に維持できる。
(D-1)白色顔料の含有量は、白色歯磨組成物(II)全体の0.1~2%が好ましく、より好ましくは0.2~1%である。(D-2)研磨剤の含有量は、5~50%、好ましくは10~45%である。(D)成分がこの範囲内であると、着色歯磨との境界のコントラストが明確になり、きれいなストライプ歯磨が得られる。多すぎると、歯磨表面が荒れる場合がある。
(C-2)成分としてポリアクリル酸塩を含有する場合、その含有量は、白色歯磨組成物(II)全体の0.1~0.7%、特に0.2~0.5%が好ましい。また、アルギン酸塩を含有する場合、その含有量は、白色歯磨組成物(II)全体の0.1~0.7%、特に0.2~0.5%が好ましい。更に、(C-2)ポリアクリル酸塩及び/又はアルギン酸塩の総含有量は、白色歯磨組成物(II)全体に対して0.2~1.4%が好ましく、より好ましくは0.4~1.0%である。この範囲内であることが、本発明の効果発現には、より好適である。
なお、(C)成分以外の粘結剤に関しては、上記と同様である。
着色歯磨組成物(I)の屈折率を、配合する研磨剤の屈折率(シリカ系研磨剤の場合は1.43~1.45)と同様になるように合わせることにより、高透明になり、色合いがより鮮やかになると共に、隣接した不透明な白色歯磨組成物(II)との境界もより鮮明になる。
なお、本発明では、白色歯磨組成物(II)に(D-2)成分として水不溶性無機研磨剤、特に無水ケイ酸を使用し、着色歯磨組成物(I)にはシリカ系研磨剤として、前記(D-2)成分として用いた無水ケイ酸と同様のものを添加すると、両歯磨組成物の粘性等の物性差が小さくなり揉み安定性が良好になることから、効果発現の点で、より好ましい。
屈折率の調整方法
歯磨組成物の屈折率は、ソルビトール、プロピレングリコール、平均分子量280~1,050(医薬部外品原料規格2006記載の平均分子量)のポリエチレングリコール等から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の糖アルコール、多価アルコールの量と、水分の量で決まるため、それぞれの量のバランスによって屈折率を調整できる。多価アルコールの量は、着色歯磨組成物(I)全体の40~70%が好ましい。
なお、歯磨組成物では、上記糖アルコールや多価アルコールは粘稠剤として、水は液体媒体として一般的に配合され、本発明でも同様に配合できる。
アニオン性界面活性剤としては、ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム、ミリスチル硫酸ナトリウム等のアルキル硫酸塩、N-ラウロイルサルコシンナトリウム等のN-アシルサルコシン酸塩、N-アシルグルタミン酸塩、α-オレフィンスルホン酸塩等が挙げられる。
ノニオン性界面活性剤としては、ショ糖脂肪酸エステル等の糖脂肪酸エステル、マルチトール脂肪酸エステル等の糖アルコール脂肪酸エステル、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、グリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油、ポリオキシエチレン高級アルコールエーテル、脂肪酸アルカノールアミド等が挙げられる。
カチオン性界面活性剤としては、アルキルアンモニウム、アルキルベンジルアンモニウム等が挙げられ、両性界面活性剤としては、アルキルベタイン、アルキルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタイン等の酢酸ベタイン系、アルキルイミダゾリニウムベタイン等のベタイン系、イミダゾリン系が挙げられる。
界面活性剤の配合量は、歯磨組成物全体の0.001~10%、特に0.01~5%がよい。
表1~3に示すように、表1~3に示す組成の透明な着色歯磨組成物(I)と、表4に示す組成の不透明な白色歯磨組成物(II)とをそれぞれ常法によって調製した後、ストライプ歯磨用充填機に着色歯磨及び白色歯磨をそれぞれのホッパーに移し、互いが混ざり合うことなくストライプ状に隣接させてチューブ容器(容器内に仕切り壁のない、歯磨剤用として一般的なチューブ容器)に充填し、多色歯磨製剤(試験製剤)を得た。着色歯磨組成物(I)/白色歯磨組成物(II)=1/1(質量比)である。
試験製剤を下記方法で評価し、結果を表1~3に併記した。
なお、屈折率は、アッベ屈折計(NAR-1T SOLID、ATAGO社製)によって測定した。
試験製剤の歯磨組成物をチューブ容器から歯ブラシ上に押し出して載せた時の練りの色合いの鮮やかさについて、下記基準に従って目視判定した。
ここで、練りの色合いの鮮やかさとは、着色部の明るさやクリアさを示す。
判定基準
◎;クリアで鮮やかな色合いである
○;ややクリアさには欠けるが鮮やかな色合いである
△;色合いはほぼクリアであるが、明るさに欠ける
×;くすんだ色合いで、明るさにも欠ける
試験製剤を50℃で30日間保存した後、歯磨組成物をチューブ容器から歯ブラシ上に押し出して載せた時の練りの色にじみ(色にじみのなさ)について、下記基準に従って目視判定した。
判定基準
◎;色にじみがなく、きれいなストライプ状である
○;色にじみがわずかに認められるがストライプの形態は保っている
△;色にじみが認められ、若干、ストライプの境界が重なり合っている
が、ストライプの形態を残している
×;色にじみでストライプ間の境界がはっきりせず、完全に混ざり合っ
ている
試験製剤中の歯磨組成物の充填量を半量程度にし、チューブ容器の真ん中を指で10回揉んだ後、歯磨組成物をチューブ容器から歯ブラシ上に押し出した時の練りの色混ざり(色混ざりのなさ)について、下記基準に従って目視判定した。
判定基準
◎;色混ざりがなく、きれいなストライプ状である
○;色混ざりはわずかに認められるがストライプの形態は保っている
△;色混ざりが認められ、若干、ストライプ間の境界が重なり合ってい
るが、ストライプの形態を残している
×;ストライプの境界がはっきりせず、完全に色が混ざり合っている

- (A)建染染料、油溶性染料及び顔料(但し、アルミニウムレーキを除く。)から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の水不溶性色素、
(B)アルミニウムレーキ色素、
(C)(C-1)ポリアクリル酸塩及びアルギン酸塩から選ばれる1種以上
を含有する着色歯磨組成物(I)と、
(D)白色粒子、
(C)(C-2)ポリアクリル酸塩及びアルギン酸塩から選ばれる1種以上
を含有する白色歯磨組成物(II)と
が、隣接して容器内に充填されてなることを特徴とする多色歯磨製剤。 - (A)、(B)成分が、それぞれ赤色色素、黄色色素及び橙色色素から選ばれる1種又は2種以上であり、(A)成分と(B)成分とが同色又は異色の色素である請求項1記載の多色歯磨製剤。
- (A)成分が、赤色202号及び赤色226号から選ばれる1種以上である請求項1又は2記載の多色歯磨製剤。
