一种洗衣机操作界面及程序控制方法 技术领域
本发明属于洗衣机领域,具体地说,涉及洗衣机的控制领域,尤其是一种洗衣机操作界面及程序控制方法。
背景技术
目前洗衣机现有的程序中,用户选择相关程序后,若不喜欢默认的运行参数,则需要分别设置洗涤时间,漂洗次数,脱水转速,烘干非烘干等。有些情况下,用户不清楚要把洗涤时间设置成多少合适。如果设置的不合适,可能会造成整个洗衣过程时间过长,或者衣物洗不干净。此外,用户每次使用洗衣机时选好程序后再进行相关参数的设置,并且现有洗衣机各参数设置具有各种方式,有按钮方式、旋钮方式、触摸方式等,甚至还有上述方式的组合,操作起来不简洁,比较麻烦。
对于用户来说,关注更多的是自己选择的程序多久能够洗完衣服,能不能洗干净衣服。而衣物能不能洗干净,洗涤时间和加热时间起很大作用。
洗衣机运行一个洗涤程序需要的总时间,是由洗涤时间、水加热温度、漂洗次数等参数决定的。目前市面上的洗衣机要调整洗衣总时间,需要通过调整洗涤时间、水加热温度、漂洗次数等参数来间接实现。而当用户对时间要求比较高,例如用户要40分钟后出门,而出门前还想把衣服洗好、晾上,当打开洗衣机后,程序显示的总时间都是70分钟左右,要想缩短时间就必须要通过调整洗涤时间、水加热温度、漂洗次数等参数来间接实现40分钟左右,而且调整后的40分钟所包含的一套参数并不一定是最优的,导致衣服洗不干净、漂不干净、脱水后含水过多、不易晾干等情况。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种操作简单、用户能够修改洗衣总时间的洗衣机操作界面。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种由用户确定洗衣总时间,洗衣机自动配置洗衣各阶段参数的洗衣机程序控制方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:一种洗衣机操作界面,显示 于显示屏上,包括至少两级界面,其中第一级界面为洗衣机开机后界面,显示各洗衣程序及默认的洗衣总时间,第二级界面为选择一洗衣程序修改其洗衣总时间的界面,洗衣机根据修改后的洗衣总时间自动配置洗衣过程各阶段的设定参数,执行时间洗。
本发明洗衣机操作界面可显示于洗衣机的显示屏上,也可显示于远程操控洗衣机的终端显示屏上,例如计算机或手机等手持终端设备。
进一步的,洗衣机操作界面还包括第三级界面,显示第二级界面选择的洗衣程序的执行参数,至少包括洗涤时间、和/或加热水温度、和/或漂洗次数。
进一步的,在第二级界面选择的洗衣程序除了修改洗衣总时间,还显示该洗衣程序的执行参数,至少包括洗涤时间、和/或加热水温度、和/或漂洗次数。
进一步的,所述洗衣程序的执行参数为悬浮在第二级界面上。或者,确定洗衣总时间后,洗衣程序的执行参数以设定的动作显示在第二级界面上,再或者,执行参数和洗衣总时间的操作界面共同显示在第二级界面。
进一步的,该洗衣程序的执行参数还包括预约时间、和/或浸泡时间、和/或脱水转速、和/或烘干等参数。
进一步的,显示的洗衣程序执行参数包括可编辑的执行参数,操作修改任一可编辑的执行参数,则退出时间洗进入常规洗,洗衣总时间变化为常规洗对应各阶段设定时间的总和。
常规洗为现有的洗衣机控制模式,在常规洗模式下,用户选择相应的程序,根据自己的需求,采用该程序默认设置的参数或在当前程序下修改设置洗涤时间、水加热的温度、漂洗次数、脱水时间,是否烘干、浸泡等功能;用户设置完相应的参数后,程序会计算完成此程序的总时间,并转换为剩余时间,显示在显示屏上。
进一步的,在所述的第一级界面、第二级界面、第三级界面中均能直接启动洗涤。用户根据洗衣操作需要,能够在各级界面直接执行启动洗涤。
进一步的,在第二级界面上,通过沿轨迹拖动滚珠修改洗衣总时间,如沿圆环或直线轨迹拖动,或者,点触增减修改洗衣总时间,再或者,直接输入时间的方式修改洗衣总时间。
本发明提供的一种洗衣机程序控制方法,包括,
开机后,显示屏显示第一级界面,选择一洗衣程序,
进入选择的洗衣程序第二级界面,修改洗衣的总时间,洗衣机自动配置洗衣过程各阶段的设定参数,包括洗涤时间、漂洗次数、脱水时间中的至少一种参数;
启动,开始时间洗。
进一步的,在第一级界面中,显示各洗衣程序默认的洗衣总时间,若选择默认的洗衣总时间,则在第一级界面直接启动,开始洗涤,若否,则选择洗衣程序,进入第二级界面。
进一步的,洗衣程序设有默认的洗衣总时间,对应预设有默认的运行参数,包括洗涤时间、漂洗次数、脱水时间、加热温度,洗涤时间包括主洗时间和加热时间,洗衣机根据衣物的称重值,确定达到该程序对应的加热温度所需要的加热时间,通过调整主洗时间以达到确定的洗衣总时间。
当在第一级界面选择洗衣程序直接启动洗涤时,对应不同重量的衣物,洗衣机也能自动配置各设定参数,调整主洗时间以使得洗衣总时间为该洗衣程序的默认洗衣总时间。
进一步的,在第二级界面中,修改洗衣程序的洗衣总时间后,是否修改对应该洗衣总时间的执行参数,若是,则修改执行参数,退出时间洗,进入常规洗,洗衣总时间变化为常规洗对应各阶段设定时间的总和,若否,则在第二级界面直接启动,开始时间洗,其中,执行参数至少包括洗涤时间、和/或加热水温度、和/或漂洗次数。
这是由于用户修改洗衣总时间,洗衣机自动配置各设定参数后,调整执行参数会影响洗衣机自动配置的参数,此时洗衣总时间变化,因此,退出时间,进行常规洗。
进一步的,在第二级界面中直接修改对应该洗衣总时间的执行参数,并在第二级界面启动洗涤,进入常规洗,或者在第二级界面中操作进入第三级界面,修改对应该洗衣总时间的执行参数,并在第三级界面启动洗涤,进入常规洗。
进一步的,在第二级界面中修改洗衣总时间后,操作进入第三级界面,没有修改对应该洗衣总时间的执行参数,并在第三级界面启动洗涤,则进入时间洗。
进一步的,洗衣机预设有不同的洗衣总时间及对应的洗衣过程各阶段的设定参数,洗衣机根据确定的洗衣总时间调取对应的设定参数。
进一步的,洗衣机预设有不同的洗衣总时间区间及对应的洗衣过程各阶段的设定参数,洗衣机根据确定的洗衣总时间所在的区间调取对应的设定参数,自动调整洗涤时间以达到确定的洗衣总时间。
进一步的,洗涤时间包括主洗时间和加热时间,洗衣机根据衣物的称重值调取预设的与称重值对应的加热时间,根据加热时间自动调整主洗时间以达到确定的洗衣总时间。
具体为:
S1、调取对应确定的洗衣总时间预设的各设定参数;
S2、判断衣物称重值对应的加热时间是否超出了配置的主洗时间,若否,则根据加热时间自动调整主洗时间以达到确定的洗衣总时间,若是,则执行步骤S3;
S3、调整预设的漂洗次数,重新分配主洗时间,若加热时间仍超出重新分配后的主洗时间;则执行步骤S4;
S4、调整预设的脱水时间,再次分配主洗时间,若加热时间还超出再次分配后的主洗时间,则退出时间洗,执行常规洗;
其中,上述调整预设的漂洗次数、脱水时间在设定的范围内调整。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
本发明所述的洗衣机操作界面,用户可以根据自己的需求修改洗衣总时间,确定洗衣总时间后,洗衣机自动配置各阶段的设定参数,以调整合适的主洗时间,不需要用户自己去选择洗涤时间。该控制方法让用户操作更简单,能够自由的确定洗衣总时间,使得用户时间分配更灵活,且能够使得脏衣服洗的更彻底,少衣服洗的更快,给用户提供良好的洗衣体验和洗衣效果。尤其对于时间观念较重的用户和对洗衣机操作要求简单的用户而言,本发明具有更好的效果。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
在洗衣机使用方面,对于用户来说,关注更多的如何能够更简洁的选择程序实现更好的洗衣效果,自己选择的程序多久能够洗完衣服,能不能洗干净衣服。而衣物是否能够洗干净,主要取决于洗涤时间和加热时间。现有洗衣机的程序中,用户选择相关程序后,需要设置漂洗次数,脱水转速,烘干非烘干等参数。有些洗衣机也能由用户修改洗涤时间,但是有些情况下,用户不清楚要把洗涤时间设置成多少合适,如果设置的洗涤时间不合适,可能会造成整个洗衣过程时间过长,或者衣物洗不干净。另外,用户每次使用洗衣机时选好程序后再进行相关参数的设置,操作起来不简洁,比较麻烦。
本发明所述的洗衣机具有常规洗模式和时间洗模式,其中,常规洗模式为现有洗衣机的控制模式,时间洗模式为本发明新增加的控制模式。在常规洗模式下,用户根据自己的需求,选择相应的程序,采用该程序默认设置的参数执行洗涤,或者,在当前程序下修改洗涤时间、水加热的温度、漂洗次数、脱水时间,选择是否烘干、浸泡等功能,然后根据该修改后的参数执行洗涤;用户设置完相应的参数后,程序会计算总时间,并转换为剩余时间显示。
在时间洗模式下,用户确定洗衣总时间,洗衣机根据该洗衣总时间,自动调整设定参数,确定最终的主洗时间,不需要用户自己去选择主洗时间或选择附加功能。当用户选择附加功能或调整执行参数时,洗衣机提示用户并退出时间洗模式,执行常规洗模式。
如图1至图3所示,为本发明所述的洗衣机操作界面,分别为第一级界面、第二级界面和第三级界面,本发明洗衣机操作界面可显示于洗衣机的显示屏上,也可显示于远程操控洗衣机的终端显示屏上,例如计算机或手机等手持终端设备。
第一级界面为洗衣机开机后界面,显示各洗衣程序及默认的洗衣总时间,如图1所示,包括化纤洗衣程序,默认洗衣总时间100分钟,羊毛洗衣程序,默认洗衣总时间120分钟,棉麻洗衣程序,默认洗衣总时间60分钟等。当显示屏不能同时显示所有洗衣程序时,剩余程序可以滑动或翻页的形式调取,图1中,向左滑动画面,则可显示其余洗衣程序。
第二级界面为选择一洗衣程序修改其洗衣总时间的界面,洗衣机根据修改后的洗衣总时间自动配置洗衣过程各阶段的设定参数,执行时间洗。在第二级界面上,通过沿轨迹拖动滚 珠修改洗衣总时间,如沿圆环或直线轨迹拖动,或者,点触增减修改洗衣总时间,再或者,直接输入时间的方式修改洗衣总时间。如图2所示,第二级界面显示棉麻洗衣程序为沿圆环拖动滚珠修改洗衣总时间为80分钟。
第三级界面显示第二级界面选择的洗衣程序的执行参数,至少包括洗涤时间、和/或加热水温度、和/或漂洗次数。如图3所示,第三级界面显示棉麻洗衣程序洗衣总时间80分对应的各执行参数。
或者,洗衣机操作界面只具有第一级界面和第二级界面。在第二级界面选择的洗衣程序除了修改洗衣总时间,还显示该洗衣程序的执行参数,至少包括洗涤时间、和/或加热水温度、和/或漂洗次数。该种方式则减少了第三级界面。具体的,洗衣程序的执行参数悬浮在第二级界面上,或者,确定洗衣总时间后,洗衣程序的执行参数以设定的动作显示在第二级界面上,再或者,执行参数和洗衣总时间的操作界面共同显示在第二级界面上。
上述,洗衣程序执行参数包括可编辑的执行参数,操作修改任一可编辑的执行参数,则退出时间洗进入常规洗,洗衣总时间变化为常规洗对应各阶段设定时间的总和。若取消或增加附加功能,也会退出时间洗。
如图1至图3所示,在所述的第一级界面、第二级界面、第三级界面中均能直接启动洗涤。用户根据洗衣操作需要,能够在各级界面直接执行启动洗涤。图中三角形标示即为启动键。
本发明洗衣机程序控制方法,包括:
开机后,显示屏显示第一级界面,在第一级界面中,显示各洗衣程序默认的洗衣总时间,若选择默认的洗衣总时间,则在第一级界面选择的洗衣程序中直接启动,开始洗涤,若否,则选择洗衣程序,进入第二级界面。
进入选择的洗衣程序第二级界面,修改洗衣的总时间,洗衣机自动配置洗衣过程各阶段的设定参数,包括洗涤时间、漂洗次数、脱水时间中的至少一种参数;在第二级界面中,修改洗衣程序的洗衣总时间后,用户若修改对应该洗衣总时间的执行参数,则退出时间洗,进入常规洗,洗衣总时间变化为常规洗对应各阶段设定时间的总和,否则在第二级界面直接启动,开始时间洗。
本发明可在第二级界面中直接修改对应该洗衣总时间的执行参数,并在第二级界面启动洗涤,进入常规洗,或者在第二级界面中操作进入第三级界面,修改对应该洗衣总时间的执行参数,并在第三级界面启动洗涤,进入常规洗。
每个洗衣程序设有默认的洗衣总时间,对应预设有默认的运行参数,包括洗涤时间、漂洗次数、脱水时间、加热温度,洗涤时间包括主洗时间和加热时间,洗衣机根据衣物的称重值,确定达到该程序对应的加热温度所需要的加热时间,通过调整主洗时间以达到确定的洗衣总时间。
当在第一级界面选择洗衣程序直接启动洗涤时,对应不同重量的衣物,洗衣机也能自动配置各设定参数,调整主洗时间以使得洗衣总时间为该洗衣程序的默认洗衣总时间。
在第二级界面中修改洗衣总时间后,操作进入第三级界面,若没有修改对应该洗衣总时间的执行参数,则在第三级界面启动洗涤进入时间洗。
本发明洗衣机预设有不同的洗衣总时间及对应的洗衣过程各阶段的设定参数,洗衣机根据确定的洗衣总时间调取对应的设定参数。
或者,洗衣机预设有不同的洗衣总时间区间及对应的洗衣过程各阶段的设定参数,洗衣机根据确定的洗衣总时间所在的区间调取对应的设定参数,自动调整洗涤时间以达到确定的洗衣总时间。
一般现有洗衣机洗涤时间包括主洗时间和加热时间,本发明洗衣机根据衣物的称重值调取预设的与称重值对应的加热时间,根据加热时间自动调整主洗时间以达到确定的洗衣总时间。具体为:
S1、调取对应确定的洗衣总时间预设的各设定参数;
S2、判断衣物称重值对应的加热时间是否超出了配置的主洗时间,若否,则根据加热时间自动调整主洗时间以达到确定的洗衣总时间,若是,则执行步骤S3;
S3、调整预设的漂洗次数,重新分配主洗时间,若加热时间仍超出重新分配后的主洗时间;则执行步骤S4;
S4、调整预设的脱水时间,再次分配主洗时间,若加热时间还超出再次分配后的主洗时间,则退出时间洗,执行常规洗;
其中,上述调整预设的漂洗次数、脱水时间在设定的范围内调整。
实施例一
本实施例中,本发明洗衣机程序控制方法为,用户放入衣物,选择洗衣程序“棉麻”,默认洗衣总时间为60分后,称重获得衣物称重值,程序根据称重值调整相应的参数,称重数值决定加热时间的大小,因为不同的衣量对应不同的进水量,不同的进水量加热至默认的加 热温度具有不同的加热时间。
用户选择“棉麻”,确定洗衣总时间60分后,洗衣机分配默认漂洗次数、默认脱水时间,根据称重值,确定在默认加热温度下,这些衣量对应的最佳加热时间。漂洗次数确定后,漂洗时间确定,洗涤时间包括主洗时间和加热时间,洗衣总时间固定之后,洗衣机在时间洗模式下调整的主要参数是主洗时间。
实施例二
如图4所示,本实施例中,用户选择“棉麻”洗衣程序,修改了洗衣总时间为80分,但是放入洗衣机内的衣量增加了。程序分配默认的漂洗次数,默认的脱水时间。由于衣量增加,对应的加热时间肯定变化。这时候程序默认的加热时间肯定要变化,根据称重值,调整为最新的加热时间,然后主洗时间还是自动分配,使得最终的洗衣总时间还是为80分。
如果用户放入的衣物很多,称重值对应的加热时间超出了自动分配的主洗时间,这时候程序就开始调整默认的漂洗次数,其他不变;如果还不行,继续调整默认的脱水时间;一直到能够自动分配合适的的主洗时间。进一步的,若衣物增加较多,上述调整后,加热时间还是超出最后分配的主洗时间,则退出时间洗模式,进入常规洗模式。
实施例三
本发明程序控制方法中,用户无论是否修改洗衣总时间,均可修改执行参数。本发明洗衣程序对应的预约、温度、转速、漂洗次数、烘干、特渍等原本带有的功能还可以继续选,若再选择这些功能,则显示的剩余时间也即洗衣总时间根据功能的选择调节该剩余时间,同时洗衣机提示用户,例如提示:改变此参数将退出时间洗。
例如,修改棉麻程序下的洗衣总时间为80分钟,即显示的剩余时间为80分,若用户调整增加一次漂洗,剩余时间变为92分,此时,退出时间洗;若减少一次漂洗,剩余时间变为68分,仍然退出时间洗。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机操作界面,其特征在于:还包括第三级界面,显示第二级界面选择的洗衣程序的执行参数,至少包括洗涤时间、和/或加热水温度、和/或漂洗次数。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机操作界面,其特征在于:在第二级界面还显示该洗衣程序的执行参数,至少包括洗涤时间、和/或加热水温度、和/或漂洗次数。

  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的洗衣机程序控制方法,其特征在于:洗衣程序设有默认的洗衣总时间,对应预设有默认的运行参数,包括洗涤时间、漂洗次数、脱水时间、加热温度,洗涤时间包括主洗时间和加热时间,洗衣机根据衣物的称重值,确定达到该程序对应的加热温度所需要的加热时间,通过调整主洗时间以达到确定的洗衣总时间。
  9. 根据权利要求6或7所述的洗衣机程序控制方法,其特征在于:在第二级界面中,修改洗衣程序的洗衣总时间后,是否修改对应该洗衣总时间的执行参数,若是,则修改执行参数,退出时间洗,进入常规洗,洗衣总时间变化为常规洗对应各阶段设定时间的总和,若否, 则在第二级界面直接启动,开始时间洗,其中,执行参数至少包括洗涤时间、和/或加热水温度、和/或漂洗次数。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗衣机程序控制方法,其特征在于:在第二级界面中直接修改对应该洗衣总时间的执行参数,并在第二级界面启动洗涤,进入常规洗,或者在第二级界面中操作进入第三级界面,修改对应该洗衣总时间的执行参数,并在第三级界面启动洗涤,进入常规洗。
