Description

一种可调制饮品的自动售货机 技术领域
本发明提供一种自动售货机,尤其是一种能提供多种新鲜饮品调制的自动售货机。
背景技术
自动售货机问世已久,早期提供一些工业化成品例如罐装饮料、包装食物、香烟、报纸的无人自动化销售。而近代的自动售货机则倾向提供现场实时制作的商品,例如现榨的果汁。但是,现场制作产品受限于售货机的内部空间,常无法提供多样化的制品选择,例如只能提供单一的现榨柳橙汁口味,因此该种自动售货机与传统的多样饮品的自动售货机相较,似乎只是一时的商业模式而无法长久运营。
实时制作型态的自动售货机另一个要克服的是清洁问题。由于现场制作,所用的工具在重复使用前必须清洗干净,否则会有食品安全的问题。而实时单一饮品的自动售货机,由于提供的饮品口味相同,经过较简易的清洁后比较不会影响饮品的味道,但是要于同一机器上提供多种饮品的实时制作,则每一次饮品制作前的清洁工作就变得更复杂与不易。
发明内容
有鉴于如上自动售货机的问题,因此本发明提供一种饮品的调制及自动售货机,其除了可以提供多种饮品的选择外,在每一饮品制作后均经过严格清洁,使下一饮品制作时能排除上一饮品的不当混入,由此确保个别饮品的风味及卫生。该自动售货机包括:
至少一隔间,每一隔间包括至少一容器,用以储存一供制作饮品的食材,容器中具有供将食材送出的一排出机构及一开口;
一搅拌装置,具有一容器及一动力单元,其中容器内设一搅拌组件,而动力单元用以驱动搅拌组件旋转;
一移动系统,用以将搅拌装置运送到至少一隔间的至少一容器处以承接食材;移动系统包括至少一对互相交叉的轴,其中一轴可相对于另一轴移动,而搅拌装置于其中一轴上呈可移动及转倒的设置;
一防溅装置,用以封住搅拌装置的容器开口及倒出容器中的饮品至一杯子;防溅装置包括一盖子,盖子上凸设一出液口及连接一清洗管;
一清洗系统,提供清洗液经防溅装置的清洗管以清洗搅拌装置及防溅装置;
一饮品选择系统,包括一选单,以及相应于选单中至少一饮品设置至少一选择键;
一付费系统,提供投币、插卡、感应或网络的付费装置;
一控制器,根据饮品选择系统及付费系统的指令,驱使移动系统将搅拌装置移动至隔间的容器处承接食材,并使搅拌装置将食材搅碎混和,以及将搅拌后的饮品经防溅装置倒入一杯子,随后进行清洗并等待下一次的饮品制作指令。

如上述的自动售货机1,其中,多个隔间10设于自动售货机1内的上层位置,其可以再根据所储存食材的特性,划分成一冷冻隔间11及一冷藏隔间12,其中冷冻隔间11可以储存需冷冻的食材,例如,易腐坏的食材,而冷藏隔间12则可储存无须冷冻保存的液体、粉末或任何型态的食材。在本实施例中,冷冻隔间11中设有多个容器13以可将不同的食材分开储存,每一个容器13中具有一排出机构131及一开口132,用以在需要时将食材从开口132中送出,开口132还可视需要增设一挡板或门,以保持冷冻库的温度并阻挡食物掉出,该挡板或门可以与开口形成能活动启闭的结合。冷冻隔间11处还设一制冰机14,其具有一储冰柜或可邻近于制冰机附近设置容器以存储冰,制冰机14亦具有一送出冰块的开口141。冷藏隔间12亦设置多个容器,例如,一粉末食材的容器15、二储存液体食材的容器16、17,或是其他仅需冷藏保存的任何形态的食材。如上述的容器,其中容器13的排出机构131可以是一种能将食材自容器中推出的任何装置,例如,一泵、一螺旋推进器、一输送带,或使食材重力输出的一倾斜道。另外,每一容器13、15、16、17还包括设一测量装置18,用以测量容器内的食材存量或输出量,以便能准确控制存量及饮品的成分量。测量装置18可以是一重量测量装置、一库存液位测量装置,以及优选的是,测量装置18可输出一信号至控制器90,以便能进行食材补充及饮品质量控制。
本实施例的自动售货机1,其中搅拌装置20的容器21与一动力单元22成可分离的结合,其中容器21内设一搅拌组件(图中未示出),而动力单元22用以驱动搅拌组件旋转,而且,容器21可被移动系统30移至任一所需位置,但动力单元22设于固定位置。在本实施例中,搅拌装置20设在邻近一取物窗口100处,以便能将制作完成的饮品就近送出。其他实施例的搅拌装置20, 其容器21与动力单元22亦可以是一体结合的形式,如是,则以搅拌装置20整体设于移动系统30上。
移动系统30包括至少一对互相交叉的轴31、32,其中轴31的两端架设于上下二轴32上使其可沿着轴32的轴向移动。另外,搅拌装置20的容器21与动力单元22分离后设于轴31上,而一移动机构33将容器21与轴31结合,使容器21可在轴31上移动,以及容器21能进行转倾倒。
请参阅图1~4。上述自动售货机1的操作通过用户从饮品选择系统70中的一选单71获得饮品信息,再按下选单71下方相应于选单中至少一饮品的一选择键72,并将讯号传与控制器90,控制器90接收选择饮品讯号后提示用户经由付费系统80付款,并于接收付款完成的讯号后启动机器。在此处揭示的选择键72不限于实体按键,亦可以是一种计算机屏幕的虚拟图像触控按键;以及,付费系统80的付款机制包括任何型态的实体钱币、虚拟货币、信用卡或手机支付等。
控制器90启动移动系统30将其上的搅拌装置20的容器21移送到冷冻隔间11适当的容器13处,并令排出机构131排出正确量的食材入容器21,接着依序将容器21移至制冰机14开口141取得冰块、移至容器15取得粉末食材、移至容器16或17取得液体食材,最后将容器21移回搅拌装置20与动力单元22结合。在进行食材搅碎前,将防溅装置40的一盖子41通过一悬臂43吸附后盖于容器21顶部开口,以防止搅拌过程中的食材溅出,当盖子41盖于容器21开口后,悬臂43与盖子41分离。饮品制作完成后,通过移动系统30提起并转倾容器将其内的饮品经由盖子41顶部的一出液口44导出流至一杯子102中。在饮品输出时,于杯子102的上方或其他适宜处设一饮品输出量传感器42,以感测饮品的输出量,并适时通知控制器90令移动系统30回摆正容器21以停止饮品输出。
当存有饮品的杯子102被移置取物窗口100,控制器90感知此动作并利用一隔板(图中未示出)隔开取物窗口100及机器内部后启动一清洗流程。此时,设于防溅装置40盖子41上的一清洗管45将连接至清洗系统50的一水箱51中的清洗液喷洒入容器21中,,可再配合容器21中的搅拌组件旋转产生旋转水流以增进清洗的效果。清洗后,经移动系统30将容器21转倒一角度,使其中的清洗废水经出液口44输出至废水处理系统60,进而将废水收集或直接排除机体外。如有需要,上述清洁循环可以重复实施。清洁循环后, 利用悬臂43将盖子41吸附并移离容器21顶部开口,且机器已准备好下一个饮品订单的操作。
上述悬臂43及盖子41上各设一吸附端431、411,借着该吸附端通磁后产生磁性,可令悬臂43吸附并举起盖子41离开容器21的开口,或是在消磁后,使悬臂43离开盖子41表面。另外,清洗管45为因应随容器21的转倒输出饮品或废液,优选的,其于盖子41的接合处设有可转动的接口451例如多向接头,使清洗管不致弯折。
如图5所示。如上任一优选实施例的可调制饮品的自动售货机1,还提供一杯子释出装置103,其中迭置多个杯子102,并可将杯子往下释出;一置杯器104,设于杯子释出装置103下方,具有一杯座105及一体连接的摆臂106。置杯架103的杯座105用以承接杯子102,并透过摆臂106水平转摆将杯子送至适当位置以盛接饮品,并将盛满饮品的杯子移至取物窗口100。
如上任一优选实施例的可调制饮品的自动售货机1,其中:清洗系统50可增设有过滤器以洁净水源。废水处理系统60可设有集水箱以收集废水,或将废水直接连结至一城市污水处理系统。另外,还可设一室温隔间,用于储存不易腐坏的食材和机器部件,以及,所述自动售货机1可以具有一透明的前面板,以使饮品制作过程充分呈现。
以上实施例仅为说明本发明的优选实施方式,并非用以限制本发明的权利范围,任何本领域的技术人员,在参酌本发明如上揭露的技术说明后,所进行不悖离本发明技术精神的改变、修饰,皆是可能的。因此,本发明的权利范围叙述于本发明的权利要求中。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种自动售货机,包括:
    至少一隔间,每一所述隔间包括至少一容器,用以储存供制作饮品的食材,在所述容器中具有供将食材送出的一排出机构及一开口;
    一搅拌装置,具有一容器及一动力单元,其中所述容器内设一搅拌组件,而所述动力单元用以驱动搅拌组件旋转;
    一移动系统,用以将所述搅拌装置运送到至少一所述隔间的至少一所述容器处以承接食材;所述移动系统包括至少一对互相交叉的轴,其中一所述轴可相对于另一所述轴移动,而所述搅拌装置于其中一所述轴上呈可移动及转倒的设置;
    一防溅装置,用以封住所述搅拌装置的所述容器开口及倒出所述容器中的饮品至一杯子;所述防溅装置包括一盖子,所述盖子上凸设一出液口及连接一清洗管;
    一清洗系统,提供清洗液经所述防溅装置的所述清洗管以清洗所述搅拌装置的所述容器及所述防溅装置;
    一饮品选择系统,包括一选单,以及相应于选单中至少一饮品设至少一选择键;
    一付费系统,提供投币、插卡、感应或网络的付费装置;
    一控制器,根据所述饮品选择系统及所述付费系统的指令,驱使所述移动系统将所述搅拌装置移动至所述隔间的容器处承接食材,并使所述搅拌装置将食材搅碎混和,以及将搅拌后的饮品经所述防溅装置倒入一杯子,随后进行清洗并等待下一次的饮品制作指令。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,包括至少一冷冻隔间及至少一冷藏隔间。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其中所述隔间的容器的排出机构包括可将食材推出的一泵、一螺旋推进器、一输送带,或使食材重力输出的一倾斜道。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其中所述隔间的每一容器的开口尚包括一挡板或一门,且挡板或门与开口形成能活动启闭的结合。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其中所述隔间的容器还包括一测量装置,用以测量容器内的食材存量或输出量,并可输出一信号至控制器,其中所述测量装置为一重量测量装置或一库存液位测量装置。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其中所述搅拌装置的容器及所述动力单元为可分离的结合或一体的结合。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其中所述搅拌装置包括装设于所述移动系统的轴上的移动机构,以使得所述搅拌装置于轴上移动及转倾以倒出其内的饮品。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其中所述防溅装置还包括一悬臂,所述悬臂具有一作用端,可分离的结合盖子上的另一作用端,用以将盖子举起移离所述搅拌装置的容器开口。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,进一步包括一取物窗口,所述物窗口设于所述自动售货机的前面板。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的自动售货机,还包括一杯子释出装置,供存放多个杯子;一置杯器,设于所述杯子释出装置下方,所述置杯器具有用以承接杯子的一杯座,及一摆臂与杯座相连,并透过所述摆臂转摆将杯子送至所述防溅装置以盛接饮品,并将杯子移至取物窗口。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,进一步包括一饮品输出量传感器设于杯子上方。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,还包括一废水处理系统,供将清洗的废水储存于一废水存储箱或输送至一城市污水处理系统。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其中还于一所述隔间内设一制冰机,及包括一储冰柜,邻近于所述制冰机附近以储存冰块。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其中所述饮品选择系统的选择键为实体按键或虚拟图像触控按键。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,还包括一杯盖及吸管释出装置,用以提供杯子的封盖及吸取杯子中的饮品。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,还包括一封口装置,用以密封杯子的开口。
  17. 如权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其中所述付费系统的网络付费装置包括提供一行动装置的付费机制。
