Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る室内機100の斜視図である。実施の形態1では、少なくとも一部を室内の天井に埋め込み設置される空気調和装置の室内機100である。実施の形態1においては、2方向に吹出口105を有する2方向カセット型の室内機100について説明する。ここで、実施の形態1における室内機100は送風機170を搭載しているものとする。室内機100は、冷媒配管により室外機と接続し、冷媒を循環して空気調和などを行う冷媒回路を構成する。
(1)実施の形態1の空気調和装置の室内機100によれば、室内の天井面に埋め込まれて設置される空気調和装置の室内機100において、筐体120と、筐体120の内部に設置される室内熱交換器110と、室内熱交換器110の下部に設置されるドレンパン140と、外部から筐体120の内部に引き込まれている配線106、107と、筐体120の内部で配線106、107が接続され、ドレンパン140の下方に設置される制御箱150と、を備える。筐体120は、側板124aの端部に形成された切り欠き部126と、切り欠き部126に着脱自在に嵌め込まれ、配線106、107が貫通する配線貫通部材180と、を備える。制御箱150は、配線貫通部材180に隣接して配置されている。
このように構成されることにより、制御箱150は、修理及び点検等のメンテナンス作業がしやすい位置に配置される。また、制御箱150より上に配置されている部品のメンテナンス作業をする際にも制御箱150を筐体120から外し、ドレンパン140の下から移動させることができる。このときに、制御箱150から配線106、107を外さなくても、制御箱150は配線106、107により可動範囲を制限されることがない。従って、メンテナンス作業時に制御箱150から配線106、107を外す作業が必要無いため、作業者は第一種電気工事士の資格が無くともメンテナンス作業を実施できる。
このように構成されることにより、制御基板153のみを対象としてメンテナンス作業をする場合には、制御箱150の下面板154のみを外して作業をすることができるため、作業が容易になるという利点がある。
このように構成されることにより、制御基板153と集水部143とを筐体120の上下方向において同じ高さにならべて配置できるため、筐体120の上下方向の寸法を小さく構成できる。
このように構成されることにより、上記(3)と同じ効果を得られる。
このように構成されることにより、例えば、室内機100からドレンパン140を取り外す作業をする場合に、制御箱150がドレンパン140の真下から外れた位置に吊り下げた状態にすることができるため、ドレンパン140を外す作業を阻害することがない。
本発明の実施の形態2に係る空気調和装置の室内機200は、実施の形態1に係る空気調和装置の室内機100に対し、筐体120の内部の機内配線108を制御箱150から外さずに、制御箱150を筐体120から取り外せるように変更したものである。実施の形態2に係る室内機200においては、実施の形態1に対する変更点を中心に説明する。実施の形態2に係る室内機200の各部については、各図面において同一の機能を有するものは実施の形態1の説明で使用した図面と同一の符号を付して表示するものとする。
(6)実施の形態2の空気調和装置の室内機200によれば、機内配線108を更に備える。機内配線108は、集水部143と側板124aとの間の隙間290を通り、筐体120の内部においてドレンパン140の上方に配置されている送風機170及びドレンアップメカ130等と制御箱150とを接続する。なお、送風機170及びドレンアップメカ130等は、本発明の電気部品に相当するものである。
このように構成されることにより、室内機200は、機内配線108を制御箱150から取り外すことなく、制御箱150をドレンパン140の下から移動させることができる。これにより、作業者は、機内配線108を外す作業をすることなく制御箱150を除けて、筐体120内部のメンテナンス作業をすることができる。
本発明の実施の形態3に係る空気調和装置の室内機300は、実施の形態1に係る空気調和装置の室内機100に対し、制御箱150と配線貫通部材180とを一体化させたものである。実施の形態3に係る室内機300においては、実施の形態1に対する変更点を中心に説明する。実施の形態3に係る室内機300の各部については、各図面において同一の機能を有するものは実施の形態1の説明で使用した図面と同一の符号を付して表示するものとする。
(7)実施の形態3の空気調和装置の室内機300によれば、配線貫通部材380は、制御箱350と一体に形成されている。
このように構成されることにより、室内機300は構成する部品が少なくなり、またネジ等による締結箇所を少なくすることができるため、制御箱350の取り外し作業が簡易化される。また、制御箱350の取り付けの際も、取り付ける部品点数が少なく作業が簡易化される。

- 室内の天井面に埋め込まれて設置される空気調和装置の室内機において、
筐体と、
該筐体の内部に設置される熱交換器と、
該熱交換器の下部に設置されるドレンパンと、
外部から前記筐体の内部に引き込まれている配線と、
前記筐体の内部で前記配線が接続され、前記ドレンパンの下方に設置される制御箱と、を備え、
前記筐体は、
側面を構成する側板の下端部に切り欠き部と、
該切り欠き部に着脱自在に嵌め込まれた配線貫通部材と、を備え、
前記配線貫通部材は、
前記配線が貫通する穴を備え、
前記制御箱は、
前記配線貫通部材に隣接して配置されている、空気調和装置の室内機。 - 前記配線貫通部材は、
前記制御箱と一体に形成されている、請求項1に記載の空気調和装置の室内機。 - 前記制御箱は、
部品実装面に電気回路を構成する部品を備える制御基板を有し、
前記制御基板は、
前記制御箱の内部に前記部品実装面を下に向けて設置されている、請求項1又は2に記載の空気調和装置の室内機。 - 前記ドレンパンは、
下方向に突出している集水部を有し、
前記集水部は、
前記切り欠き部を有する前記側板に沿って配置され、
前記制御箱は、
前記集水部を避ける逃げ形状を有し、
前記制御基板は、
前記集水部の側方であって、前記筐体の上下方向において前記集水部と同じ高さに並んで配置されている、請求項3に記載の空気調和装置の室内機。 - 前記ドレンパンは、
下方向に突出している集水部を有し、
前記集水部は、
前記切り欠き部を有する前記側板に沿って配置され、
前記制御箱は、
前記配線が当該制御箱の下面を構成する下面板に沿って配置されている配線導入部と、
前記制御基板を内部に納める制御基板収納部と、を備え、
前記配線導入部は、
前記制御箱の下面からの高さが前記制御基板収納部よりも低く、前記集水部の下方に配置され、
前記制御基板収納部は、
前記集水部の側方に配置されている、請求項3に記載の空気調和装置の室内機。 - 機内配線を更に備え、
前記機内配線は、
前記集水部と前記側板との間の隙間を通り、前記筐体の内部において前記ドレンパンの上方に配置されている電気部品と前記制御箱とを接続する、請求項4又は5に記載の空気調和装置の室内機。 - 前記制御箱は、
重心が上面側にある、請求項3~5の何れか1項に記載の空気調和装置の室内機。
