目前市场上乘用车座椅骨架只能实现不同体态人员的乘坐空间需求,不能满足不同体态乘员的乘坐舒适性需求,而且座椅骨架不能进行功能互换和升级,座椅骨架产品局部结构需要重新开发,造成座椅骨架结构复杂、制造工艺繁琐、重量高、开发成本高。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种座椅,以解决座椅结构复杂且重量大的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:

进一步地,如图4所示,靠近腿托安装部127的坐盆102的上表面上冲压有坐盆前部加强结构128。其中坐盆前部加强结构128可以设置成凹槽结构,通过设置坐盆前部加强结构128,可以有效加强坐盆102的结构强度,而且还可以加强坐盆102和腿托301之间的安装强度。结合图1和图4所示,坐盆102的后部设置有座簧安装挂点129,座簧安装挂点129附近设置有坐盆后部加强结构。座簧连接在坐垫103的后联动杆122和坐盆102的座簧安装挂点129之间,通过设置坐盆后部加强结构,可以有效加强坐盆102后部的结 构强度,而且可以提高座簧安装挂点129的结构强度,从而可以提高坐垫坐盆组件120的结构可靠性,可以提高座椅骨架101的结构可靠性。
优选地,座簧安装挂点129与坐盆后部加强结构在左右方向上交错布置,坐盆前部加强结构128和坐盆后部加强结构通过对坐盆102冲压而形成。这样,坐盆后部加强结构可以设置在两个座簧安装挂点129之间或者设置在邻近位于外侧的座簧安装挂点129的位置,从而坐盆后部加强结构可以更好地加强座簧安装挂点129的结构强度,进而可以提高座椅骨架101的结构强度。
可选地,坐垫侧板121可以呈多段阶梯状,并且两个坐垫侧板121之间的距离从后向前逐渐减小,坐垫侧板121的上边缘和下边缘分别设置有坐垫侧板翻边119。可以理解的是,通过将坐垫侧板121设置成阶梯状结构,可以有效提高坐垫侧板121的结构强度,可以提高坐垫103的结构强度,从而可以提高座椅骨架101的结构强度。另外,通过设置坐垫侧板翻边119,可以有效提高坐垫侧板121的结构强度,从而可以提高坐垫103的结构强度,可以提高座椅骨架101的结构强度。
下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明实施例的肩部调节机构701,该肩部调节机构701可以应用在车辆的座椅上。
根据本发明实施例的肩部调节机构701可以包括:肩部骨架702、肩部调角器703和手动解锁机构706,肩部骨架702包括肩部骨架旋转部719,肩部骨架旋转部719可以枢转地安装在座椅的靠背骨架上。可以理解的是,肩部骨架702通过肩部骨架旋转部719安装在座椅的靠背骨架上,而且肩部骨架702可以以肩部骨架旋转部719为枢转轴相对靠背骨架转动。
具体地,如图7所示,肩部骨架702还可以包括:两个肩部骨架竖直板和肩部骨架水平连接板,两个肩部骨架竖直板相对地设置在肩部骨架旋转部719上,肩部骨架水平连接板连接在两个肩部骨架竖直板的中部之间。两个肩部骨架竖直板在左右方向上间隔开设置,而且两个肩部骨架竖直板在竖直方向上延伸,肩部骨架水平连接板沿水平方向延伸,而且肩部骨架水平连接板安装在两个肩部骨架竖直板上,其中肩部骨架水平连接板可以用于安装固定头枕,并且肩部骨架竖直板的上端可以焊接有头枕焊接管。
如图8所示,肩部调角器703具有固定盘704和旋转盘705,旋转盘705与肩部骨架旋转部719固定连接,具体地,肩部调角器703设置在肩部骨架旋转部719的一侧,旋转盘705固定在肩部骨架旋转部719的一侧。手动解锁机构706与肩部调角器703相连,而且手动解锁机构706用于驱动肩部调角器703在锁止状态与解锁状态之间进行切换,在肩 部调角器703处于锁止状态时固定盘704制动旋转盘705,在肩部调角器703处于解锁状态时固定盘704释放旋转盘705以使肩部骨架702可随旋转盘705绕旋转盘705的中心轴线转动。可以理解的是,当肩部调角器703处于锁止状态时,固定盘704制动旋转盘705,此时肩部骨架旋转部719被制动,换言之,肩部骨架702相对靠背骨架被制动,这样肩部骨架702相对靠背骨架保持在该角度。当肩部调角器703处于解锁状态时,固定盘704释放旋转盘705,此时旋转盘705和肩部骨架旋转部719相对固定盘704可以转动,从而肩部骨架702相对靠背骨架可以转动,进而可以实现肩部骨架702相对靠背骨架的角度调节,这样驾驶员可以将座椅的肩部调节至自身的舒服角度。
根据本发明实施例的用于座椅的肩部调节机构701,通过设置肩部调角器703和手动解锁机构706,可以实现肩部骨架702相对靠背骨架的角度调节,从而驾驶员可以选取适合的角度,这样座椅在支撑驾驶员的腰部的同时,座椅的肩部可以支撑驾驶员的肩部,座椅的头枕可以支撑驾驶员的头部,进而可以减缓驾驶员的驾车疲劳程度,可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,如图9所示,肩部调角器703具有解锁轴707,肩部调节机构701还可以包括:解锁轴卡片708,解锁轴卡片708固定在解锁轴707上,而且解锁轴卡片708与解锁轴707同步转动。如图7所示,手动解锁机构706可以包括:拉线709,拉线709与解锁轴卡片708固定,而且拉线709的固定点相对解锁轴707偏心。由此,当驾驶员拉动拉线709时,拉线709可以带动解锁轴卡片708运动,这样解锁轴卡片708和解锁轴707可以同步绕解锁轴707的中心轴线转动,从而解锁轴707可以带动旋转盘705和肩部骨架旋转部719相对固定盘704和靠背骨架转动,进而可以实现肩部骨架702相对靠背骨架的角度调节。
可选地,解锁轴707可以具有多边形截面,解锁轴卡片708具有卡槽,卡槽的形状与解锁轴707的截面形状相同。可以理解的是,解锁轴卡片708可以通过卡槽卡接在解锁轴707上,这样解锁轴707和解锁轴卡片708之间安装拆卸方便,而且两者之间安装可靠性较好,从而可以保证两者同步转动或者同步静止。
优选地,如图7和图8所示,手动解锁机构706还可以包括:旋转手柄710,旋转手柄710设置在座椅的靠背骨架上,而且旋转手柄710显露出座椅的座椅护面,拉线709与旋转手柄710相连。通过将旋转手柄710显露出座椅的座椅护面,可以便于驾驶员操纵旋转手柄710,可以提高驾驶员的操纵便利性。其中,拉线709可以设置在靠背骨架的内侧,这样靠背骨架可以有效保护拉线709。
根据本发明的一个具体实施例,如图7和图9所示,肩部调节机构701还可以包括: 肩部调角器固定支架711,肩部调角器固定支架711固定在座椅的靠背骨架上,并且肩部调角器703的固定盘704固定在肩部调角器固定支架711上。可以理解的是,肩部调角器703的固定盘704通过肩部调角器固定支架711固定在靠背骨架上,旋转盘705通过肩部骨架旋转部719固定在肩部骨架702上,这样当旋转盘705相对固定盘704转动时,可以实现肩部骨架702相对靠背骨架的角度调节。
具体地,如图9所示,肩部调角器固定支架711可以包括:框架本体712和固定翻边713,框架本体712可以为U形,框架本体712的开口朝向靠背骨架的内侧壁,固定翻边713从框架本体712的开口端分别朝向彼此延伸,两个固定翻边713处在同一平面内且自由端彼此间隔开。这样肩部调角器固定支架711可以通过两个固定翻边713安装在靠背骨架上,通过设置两个固定翻边713,可以保证肩部调角器固定支架711和靠背骨架之间的安装可靠性。具体地,固定翻边713和靠背骨架之间可以通过紧固件固定连接。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,肩部调节机构701还可以包括:旋转盘限位片714和肩部调角器固定支架限位片715,旋转盘限位片714固定在旋转盘705上,肩部调角器固定支架限位片715固定在肩部调角器固定支架711,旋转盘限位片714随旋转盘705同步转动,而且在转动期间旋转盘限位片714适于止抵肩部调角器固定支架限位片715以限制肩部骨架702的旋转角度。可以理解的是,通过设置旋转盘限位片714和肩部调角器固定支架限位片715,可以限制肩部骨架702相对靠背骨架的最大调节角度,这样肩部骨架702可以在一定角度范围内相对靠背骨架调节角度,从而可以有效保护驾驶员的肩部和头部,而且可以保证肩部调节机构701的可靠性。
可选地,肩部调节机构701还可以包括:用于限制肩部骨架702调节角度的肩部骨架转角限位部。可以理解的是,肩部骨架转角限位部可以限制肩部骨架702相对靠背骨架的最大转动角度,从而可以使得肩部骨架702相对靠背骨架110在一定角度范围内调节,进而可以提高肩部调节机构701的可靠性,以及可以提高驾驶员调节肩部骨架702角度的便利性。可以理解的是,肩部骨架转角限位部的作用与上述的旋转盘限位片714和肩部调角器固定支架限位片715之间的限位作用相同,即合理限制肩部骨架702的转动角度,但是,肩部骨架转角限位部的结构与上述的旋转盘限位片714和肩部调角器固定支架限位片715的结构可以不同,肩部骨架转角限位部可以单独设置在靠背骨架110上,例如,肩部骨架转角限位部可以为限位销或者限位凸起,从而限制肩部骨架702向前调节的最大角度。
可选地,肩部调节机构701还可以包括:弹性复位装置716,弹性复位装置716与肩部骨架702弹性配合以向肩部骨架702施加弹性复位力。可以理解的是,在手动解锁机构706处于解锁状态且驾驶员未手动调节座椅的肩部角度时,在弹性复位装置716的作用下, 弹性复位装置716可以提供给肩部骨架702弹性复位力以使得肩部骨架702回复到初始位置,其中初始位置可以为肩部骨架702处于竖直位置时的位置。由此,通过设置弹性复位装置716,可以提高驾驶员对座椅的肩部骨架702角度调节的便利性。
进一步地,如图10所示,弹性复位装置716可以设置在肩部骨架702的一端,弹性复位装置716可以包括:扭簧,扭簧具有第一端和第二端,扭簧的第一端弹性地抵压座椅的靠背骨架,扭簧的第二端弹性地抵压肩部骨架702。这样在手动解锁机构706处于解锁状态且驾驶员未手动调节座椅的肩部角度时,扭簧可以拉动肩部骨架702向后回复到初始位置。
具体地,如图10所示,弹性复位装置716还可以包括:第一固定销717和第二固定销718,第一固定销717和第二固定销718分别固定在靠背骨架上,肩部骨架702上设置有肩部骨架扭簧安装点。第一固定销717和第二固定销718在靠背骨架的上下方向上间隔开设置。扭簧具有位于第一端和第二端的扭簧卷绕部,扭簧卷绕部套在第二固定销718上,扭簧的第一端弹性地抵压第一固定销717,而且扭簧的第二端弹性地抵压肩部骨架扭簧安装点。
下面详细描述一下根据本发明实施例的座椅的坐垫坐盆组件前后调节机构的结构和工作原理。座椅可以包括:滑轨,滑轨可以滑动地设置在车身上的固定轨上,连杆123可枢转地连接在滑轨上,其中,如图6所示,滑轨包括左滑轨402和右滑轨403,坐垫坐盆组件前后调节机构设置成用于同步驱动左滑轨402和右滑轨403前后移动。由此,坐垫坐盆组件前后调节机构可以同步驱动坐垫坐盆组件120从后向前移动,从而可以保证坐垫坐盆组件120的移动平顺性,可以保证座椅的可靠性。
可选地,如图6所示,坐垫坐盆组件前后调节机构可以包括:拉杆145,拉杆145的两端分别连接在左滑轨402和右滑轨403上,而且拉杆145的中部形成有拉手146。其中坐垫坐盆组件前后调节机构中的拉杆145还具有锁止功能,当驾驶员需要调节坐垫坐盆组件120前后位置时,驾驶员可以手动操纵拉杆145以对左滑轨402和右滑轨403解锁,从而可以使得左滑轨402相对左固定轨滑动,以及可以使得右滑轨403相对右固定轨滑动,而且驾驶员可以通过拉杆145的拉手146拉动左滑轨402和右滑轨403同步滑动,进而可以保证坐垫坐盆组件前后调节机构的工作可靠性。
下面详细描述一下根据本发明实施例的座椅的靠背骨架调角机构的结构和工作原理。如图2所示,靠背骨架调角机构可以包括:靠背骨架调角器和解锁手柄144,靠背骨架调 角器的固定盘安装在坐垫103上,而且活动盘安装在靠背骨架110上,解锁手柄144与活动盘相连。解锁手柄144可以通过带动活动盘相对固定盘旋转,从而可以使得靠背骨架110相对坐垫坐盆组件120可以转动,进而可以调节靠背骨架110的角度。其中,座椅还可以包括卷簧,卷簧可以限制靠背骨架110的角度调节范围,从可以保证靠背骨架110在有效角度范围内调节。
下面详细描述一下根据本发明实施例的座椅的坐盆调高泵的工作原理。座椅还可以包括:扇形调高齿轮139,扇形调高齿轮139套设在后联动杆122上,扇形调高齿轮139与连杆123相连,坐盆调高泵适于驱动扇形调高齿轮139以后联动杆122的轴线为枢转轴线转动以使连杆123相对滑轨转动。坐盆调高泵可以安装在坐垫103的坐垫侧板121上,驾驶员可以手动控制坐盆调高泵,从而可以使得坐盆调高泵通过扇形调高齿轮139带动连杆123转动,当连杆123相对滑轨转动时,坐垫坐盆组件120相对滑轨的高度发生改变,从而驾驶员可以将坐垫坐盆组件120调节至所需高度。
扇形调高齿轮139上设置有调高限位槽140,调高限位槽140用于与坐盆调高泵安装支架上的调高限位凸起配合。坐盆调高泵安装在坐盆调高泵安装支架上,坐盆调高泵安装支架安装在坐垫侧板121上,坐盆调高泵安装支架上设置有调高限位凸起,调高限位槽140可以构造为弧形槽,在调高限位凸起位于调高限位槽140的上端时,扇形调高齿轮139停止转动,此时坐垫坐盆组件120位于最高位置,在调高限位凸起位于调高限位槽140的下端时,扇形调高齿轮139停止转动,此时坐垫坐盆组件120位于最低位置。通过设置调高限位槽140和调高限位凸起,可以使得坐垫坐盆组件120高度调节范围合理,从而可以保证坐垫坐盆组件120的调高可靠性。
根据本发明实施例的车辆,设置有上述实施例的座椅,由于具有上述实施例的座椅,该座椅可实现的功能较多,而且座椅的重量轻,从而可以符合车辆的轻量化要求。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种座椅,其特征在于,包括:座椅骨架(101),所述座椅骨架(101)包括:靠背骨架(110)和坐垫坐盆组件(120),
    所述靠背骨架(110)包括:
    上横板(111);
    边板(112),所述边板(112)分别设置在所述上横板(111)的左右两端;
    下横板(113),所述下横板(113)连接在两个所述边板(112)的底部之间;
    所述坐垫坐盆组件(120)包括:
    坐垫(103),所述坐垫(103)包括左右间隔开设置的坐垫侧板(121),两个所述坐垫侧板(121)之间设置有前后间隔开的前联动杆(104)和后联动杆(122),每个联动杆的两端分别设置有连杆(123),所述连杆(123)适于与滑轨可枢转地相连;以及
    坐盆(102),所述坐盆(102)设置在所述坐垫(103)的前侧;
    至少一个手动式功能模块,所述功能模块设置在所述靠背骨架或所述坐垫坐盆组件上,所述至少一个功能模块包括:坐垫坐盆组件前后调节机构、肩部调节机构(701)、靠背骨架调角机构、坐盆调高泵。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述边板(112)上设置有边板上凹部(114)和边板下凹部(115),所述边板上凹部(114)和所述边板下凹部(115)上下间隔开设置,所述边板上凹部(114)的长度小于所述边板下凹部(115)的长度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述边板下凹部(115)的上端靠近所述边板(112)的上端且所述边板下凹部(115)的下端靠近所述边板(112)的下端,并且所述边板下凹部(115)的前边缘与所述边板(112)的前边缘的距离为D1,所述边板下凹部(115)的后边缘与所述边板(112)的后边缘的距离为D2,其中D1和D2分别满足关系式:10mm≤D1≤15mm,10mm≤D2≤15mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述下横板(113)位于所述上横板(111)前下方,所述边板(112)分为边板上段(116)、边板中段(117)和边板下段(118),所述边板上段(116)与所述上横板(111)相连,所述边板下段(118)与所述下横板(113)相连,所述边板中段(117)以向前弯曲的形式连接在所述边板上段(116)与所述边板(112)下端之间,所述边板上段(116)、所述边板中段(117)和所述边板下段(118)的竖直高度比值为1:4:2。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述坐垫侧板(121)呈多段阶梯状,并且两个所述坐垫侧板(121)之间的距离从后向前逐渐减小,所述坐垫侧板(121)的上边缘和下边缘分别设置有坐垫边板翻边(119)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述肩部调节机构(701)包括:
    肩部骨架(702);
    肩部调角器(703),所述肩部调角器(703)具有固定盘(704)和旋转盘(705);
    手动解锁机构(706),所述手动解锁机构(706)与所述肩部调角器(703)相连且用于驱动所述肩部调角器(703)在锁止状态与解锁状态之间进行切换,在所述肩部调角器(703)处于所述锁止状态时所述固定盘(704)制动所述旋转盘(705),在所述肩部调角器(703)处于所述解锁状态时所述固定盘(704)释放所述旋转盘(705)以使所述肩部骨架(702)可随所述旋转盘(705)绕所述旋转盘(705)的中心轴线转动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述肩部调角器(703)具有解锁轴(707);
    所述肩部调节机构(701)还包括:解锁轴卡片(708),所述解锁轴卡片(708)固定在所述解锁轴(707)上且与所述解锁轴(707)同步转动;以及
    所述手动解锁机构(706)包括:拉线(709),所述拉线(709)与所述解锁轴卡片(708)固定且固定点相对所述解锁轴(707)偏心。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的座椅,其特征在于,还包括:肩部调角器固定支架(711),所述肩部调角器固定支架(711)固定在所述座椅的靠背骨架(110)上,并且所述肩部调角器(703)的固定盘(704)固定在所述肩部调角器固定支架(711)上;
    所述肩部调角器固定支架(711)包括:
    U形的框架本体(712);
    固定翻边(713),所述固定翻边(713)从所述框架本体(712)的开口端分别朝向彼此延伸,两个固定翻边(713)处在同一平面内且自由端彼此间隔开。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征在于,还包括:滑轨,所述滑轨可滑动地设置在车身上的固定轨上,所述连杆(123)可枢转地连接在所述滑轨上,其中,
    所述滑轨包括左滑轨(402)和右滑轨(403),所述坐垫坐盆组件前后调节机构设置成用于同步驱动所述左滑轨(402)和所述右滑轨(403)前后移动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述坐垫坐盆组件前后调节机构包括:拉杆(145),所述拉杆(145)的两端分别连接在所述左滑轨(402)和所述右滑轨(403)上且所述拉杆(145)的中部形成有拉手(146)。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述靠背骨架调角机构包括:靠背骨架调角器和解锁手柄(144),所述靠背骨架调角器的固定盘安装在所述坐垫(103)上且活动盘安装在所述靠背骨架(110)上,所述解锁手柄(144)与所述活动盘相连。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征在于,还包括:扇形调高齿轮(139),所述扇形调高齿轮(139)套设在所述后联动杆(122)上,所述扇形调高齿轮(139)与所述连 杆(123)相连,所述坐盆调高泵适于驱动所述扇形调高齿轮(139)以所述后联动杆(122)的轴线为枢转轴线转动以使所述连杆(123)相对滑轨转动。
  13. 一种车辆,其特征在于,设置有如权利要求1-12中任一项所述的座椅。
