下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明实施例的座椅。座椅包括:座椅骨架 101和至少一个电动式功能模块。
根据本发明实施例的座椅骨架101可以包括靠背骨架110和坐垫坐盆组件120,靠背骨架110大体沿竖直方向延伸,坐垫坐盆组件120大体沿前后方向延伸,靠背骨架110安装在坐垫坐盆组件120的后侧。
其中,如图1和图2所示,靠背骨架110包括:上横板111、两个边板112和下横板113,两个边板112分别连接在上横板111的左右两端,下横板113连接在两个边板112的底部之间。这样可以使得靠背骨架110结构简单且重量轻,从而座椅骨架101可以符合车辆的轻量化要求。
结合图1、图3和图4所示,坐垫坐盆组件120可以包括:坐垫103和坐盆102,坐垫103包括左右间隔开设置的坐垫侧板121,两个坐垫侧板121之间设置有前后间隔开的前联动杆104和后联动杆122,每个联动杆的两端分别设置有连杆123,连杆123适于与滑轨可枢转地相连,坐盆102设置在坐垫103的前侧。换言之,前联动杆104和后联动杆122连接在两个坐垫侧板121之间,其中,前联动杆104和后联动杆122相对两个坐垫侧板121可以转动。连杆123连接在联动杆和滑轨之间,当连杆123相对滑轨转动时,坐垫坐盆组件120的高度可以调节,从而可以便于驾驶员将坐垫坐盆组件120调节至所需高度。这样坐垫坐盆组件120结构简单且重量轻,从而座椅骨架101可以符合车辆的轻量化要求。
其中,座椅骨架101上设置有肩部调节机构电机安装部131、肩部调节机构转轴安装部132、靠背侧翼安装部133、靠背骨架调角器安装部134、坐盆调高机构安装部135、坐盆侧翼安装部、坐盆倾角调节机构安装部137、腿托安装部127中的至少一个。电动式功能模块设置在靠背骨架110或者坐盆坐垫组件120上,多个电动式功能模块中的一个与上述多个安装部中的一个相对应。功能模块包括:肩部调节机构601、靠背侧翼801、靠背骨架调角机构、坐盆调高电机、坐盆侧翼901、坐盆倾角调节电机205和腿托301。
肩部调节机构电机安装部131可以用来将安装肩部调节机构601的电机(即肩部骨架电驱动件605中的电机)安装在靠背骨架110上,肩部调节机构转轴安装不132可以用来将肩部调节机构旋转部603安装在靠背骨架110上,这样肩部调节机构601通过肩部调节机构电机安装部131和肩部调节机构转轴安装部132安装在靠背骨架110上。
靠背侧翼安装部133可以将靠背侧翼801安装在靠背骨架110上。靠背骨架调角机构可以包括:靠背骨架调节器141和靠背骨架调角器驱动电机142,靠背骨架调角器安装部134可以用来将靠背骨架调节器141和靠背骨架调角器驱动电机142安装在靠背骨架110上。坐盆调高机构安装部135可以用来将坐盆调高机构安装在坐垫103上。坐盆侧翼安装部可以用来将坐盆侧翼901安装在坐盆102上。坐盆倾角调节机构安装部137可以用于将坐盆倾角调节机构201中的坐盆倾角调节电机205安装在坐垫103的前联动杆104上。腿托安装部127可以用来将腿托301安装在坐盆102上。这样,座椅骨架101的通用性较好,座椅骨架101可以根据座椅和车辆的实际情况选取相应功能的安装部将相应的功能模块安装在座椅骨架101上,从而可以使得座椅类型较多,进而座椅可以匹配多种调节功能,满足驾驶员对车辆座椅的不同需求。
优选地,上述多个安装部均安装在座椅骨架101的相应位置上,对于每个安装部的安装位置和每个安装部所安装的功能模块的作用和工作原理将在后面内容中做出详细描述。
根据本发明实施例的座椅骨架101,通过设置靠背骨架110和坐垫坐盆组件120,可以使得座椅骨架101结构简单且重量轻,从而可以使得座椅骨架101符合车辆的轻量化要求,而且座椅骨架101的通用性较好,座椅可以实现多种功能,可以满足驾驶员对车辆座椅的不同需求。
下面详细描述一下根据本发明实施例的座椅骨架101中的靠背骨架110的具体结构。
如图2所示,肩部调节机构电机安装部131可以设置在靠背骨架110的上横板111的上端,肩部骨架电驱动件605中的电机安装在肩部调节机构电机安装部131上。其中,如 图2和图5所示,边板112上可以设置有边板上凹部114和边板下凹部115,边板上凹部114和边板下凹部115上下间隔开设置。其中,边板上凹部114和边板下凹部115分别朝向内侧凹入,即位于右侧的边板112上的边板上凹部114和边板下凹部115分别朝向左侧凹入。通过设置边板上凹部114和边板下凹部115,可以至少一定程度上加强边板112的结构强度,从而可以提高靠背骨架110的结构强度,进而可以提高座椅骨架101的结构强度。而且边板上凹部114和边板下凹部115可以分别设置有对应的安装部,从而可以使得安装部布置合理且可靠。
优选地,如图2所示,边板上凹部114的长度可以小于边板下凹部115的长度。如图2所示,边板上凹部114内设置有肩部调节机构转轴安装部132,肩部调节机构转轴安装部132可以为孔状结构。边板下凹部115内可以设置有靠背侧翼安装部133,靠背侧翼安装部133可以构造为孔状结构。这样边板上凹部114和边板下凹部115可以在边板112的长度方向上有效加强边板112的结构强度,而且边板上凹部114和边板下凹部115可以分别布置不同的安装部,从而可以保证安装部在边板112上的布置可靠性。
优选地,边板上凹部114的深度可以小于边板下凹部115的深度。由此,边板上凹部114和边板下凹部115可以至少一定程度上降低对边板112的结构强度的影响,而且这样边板上凹部114可以便于肩部调节机构转轴安装部132的安装,边板下凹部115可以便于靠背侧翼安装部133的安装。
可选地,如图2和图5所示,边板上凹部114可以为等宽度结构,边板下凹部115的宽度从上向下呈递增趋势。由此,边板上凹部114在上下方向上对边板112的前侧壁和后侧壁的加强效果可以相同,而且由于边板112在对应边板下凹部115的部分具有从上向下宽度递增趋势,通过将边板下凹部115设置成宽度从上向下递增,可以使得边板下凹部115对边板112的前侧壁和后侧壁的加强效果相同,从而可以保证边板112的结构可靠性。
可选地,如图2所示,边板112的前边缘和后边缘分别设置有边板翻边119,边板翻边119朝向靠背骨架110内部延伸,并且边板翻边119分别向上、向下延伸至边板112的上端和下端。边板翻边119和边板112可以为一体成型结构,通过将边板翻边119向上延伸至边板112的上端和向下延伸至边板112的下端,可以使得边板翻边119在上下方向上有效加强边板112的结构强度,从而可以有效加强靠背骨架110的结构强度。边板翻边119的上端可以固定连接在上横板111上,边板翻边119的下端可以固定连接在下横板113上。
边板下凹部115的上端靠近边板112的上端,而且边板下凹部115的下端靠近边板112的下端,并且边板下凹部115的前边缘与边板112的前边缘的距离为D1,边板下凹部115的后边缘与边板112的后边缘的距离为D2,其中D1和D2分别满足关系式:10mm≤D1≤15mm,10mm≤D2≤15mm。满足上述范围的边板112结构强度较好,而且符合车辆的轻量化要求。优选地,D1和D2进一步可以满足:D1=D2。
根据本发明的一个具体实施例,如图5所示,下横板113位于上横板111前下方,边板112分为边板上段116、边板中段117和边板下段118,边板上段116与上横板111相连,边板下段118与下横板113相连,边板中段117以向前弯曲的形式连接在边板上段116与边板112下端之间。由此,边板112可以大体成S形,而且边板中段117可以使得边板112线型流畅,从而座椅可以更加符合人体工程学设计,进而可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。另外向前弯曲的边板中段117可以保证边板112的结构可靠性。
优选地,如图5所示,边板上段116、边板中段117和边板下段118的竖直高度比值可以为1:4:2。满足上述比值的边板112结构可靠,各段数值高度布置合理,从而可以使得边板112线型较好,可以保证驾驶员坐在座椅上的舒适性。
具体地,如图5所示,边板上凹部114和边板下凹部115的一部分位于边板中段117上,边板下凹部115的另一部分位于边板下段118上,并且边板下凹部115的另一部分的竖直高度不超过边板下凹部115的一部分的竖直高度的三分之一。由此,满足上述关系的边板下凹部115布置合理,从而可以在保证边板112的结构强度的同时,可以使得边板112 质量较轻,进而可以使得靠背骨架110符合车辆的轻量化要求。
如图2和图5所示,靠背侧翼安装部133可以位于边板中段117上,而且靠背侧翼安装部133处在边板下凹部115内,肩部调节机构转轴安装部132位于边板上凹部114内,靠背骨架调角器安装部134位于边板下段118上,而且靠背骨架调角器处在边板下凹部115的下方。靠背骨架调角器安装部134可以为两个安装孔,一个安装孔用来安装靠背骨架调角器,另一个安装孔可以用来安装用于驱动靠背骨架调角器的电机。由此,边板112上可以分布有多个安装部,而且多个安装部在边板112上布置合理,从而可以提高座椅骨架101的通用性,而且座椅可以实现多种功能,满足驾驶员对座椅功能的要求。
下面参考附图详细描述根据本发明实施例的座椅骨架101的坐垫坐盆组件120。结合图3和图4所示,坐盆102上设置有坐盆旋转孔124,坐垫侧板121上设置有坐盆旋转中心125,坐盆旋转孔124与坐盆旋转中心125可旋转地相连。枢转件穿过坐盆旋转孔124和坐盆旋转中心125,从而可以使得坐盆102以两个坐盆旋转中心125的连线为中心轴线进行转动,进而可以实现坐盆102倾角调节功能。
可选地,坐盆旋转孔124可以位于坐盆102左右两侧的后部,坐盆102的左右两侧的前部设置有坐盆长圆槽105。坐盆长圆槽105可以用于与坐盆倾角调节机构201相连,从而坐盆倾角调节机构201可以通过坐盆长圆槽105带动坐盆102绕坐盆旋转中心125进行倾角调节。后面内容将详细描述坐盆长圆槽105和坐盆倾角调节机构201之间的连接关系。
可选地,如图4所示,坐盆102的中前部可以形成有腿托安装空间126。腿托安装空间126可以用于安装腿托301。可选地,如图4所示,坐盆102的上表面可以设置有多个环绕腿托安装空间126的腿托安装部127。腿托安装部127可以为安装孔,多个安装孔可以围绕腿托安装空间126布置,具体地,如图4所示,腿托安装部127总共为四个,两个腿托安装部127设置在腿托安装空间126的后侧且在左右方向上间隔开,另外两个腿托安装部127设置在腿托安装空间126的左侧和右侧,而且该两个腿托安装部127关于腿托安装空间126对称布置,通过设置多个腿托安装部127,可以将腿托301牢靠固定在腿托安装空间126内,从而可以保证腿托301和坐盆102之间的安装可靠性。
进一步地,如图4所示,靠近腿托安装部127的坐盆102的上表面上冲压有坐盆前部加强结构128。其中坐盆前部加强结构128可以设置成凹槽结构,通过设置坐盆前部加强结构128,可以有效加强坐盆102的结构强度,而且还可以加强坐盆102和腿托301之间的安装强度。结合图1和图4所示,坐盆102的后部设置有座簧安装挂点129,座簧安装挂点129附近设置有坐盆后部加强结构。座簧连接在坐垫103的后联动杆122和坐盆102的座簧安装挂点129之间,通过设置坐盆后部加强结构,可以有效加强坐盆102后部的结构强度,而且可以提高座簧安装挂点129的结构强度,从而可以提高坐垫坐盆组件120的结构可靠性,可以提高座椅骨架101的结构可靠性。
优选地,座簧安装挂点129与坐盆后部加强结构在左右方向上交错布置,坐盆前部加强结构128和坐盆后部加强结构通过对坐盆102冲压而形成。这样,坐盆后部加强结构可以设置在两个座簧安装挂点129之间或者设置在邻近位于外侧的座簧安装挂点129的位置,从而坐盆后部加强结构可以更好地加强座簧安装挂点129的结构强度,进而可以提高座椅骨架101的结构强度。
可选地,如图4所示,坐盆102的左右两侧的后部形成有用于夹持坐垫侧板121的夹持槽,夹持槽的外壁上开设有坐盆旋转孔124。可以理解的是,通过设置夹持槽,可以便于坐盆旋转中心125和坐盆旋转孔124之间的配合,从而可以提高座椅骨架101的安装效率,而且可以提高坐盆旋转中心125和坐盆旋转孔124之间的配合可靠性。
可选地,如图3所示,坐垫侧板121可以呈多段阶梯状,并且两个坐垫侧板121之间的距离从后向前逐渐减小,坐垫侧板121的上边缘和下边缘分别设置有坐垫侧板翻边119。可以理解的是,通过将坐垫侧板121设置成阶梯状结构,可以有效提高坐垫侧板121的结 构强度,可以提高坐垫103的结构强度,从而可以提高座椅骨架101的结构强度。另外,通过设置坐垫侧板翻边119,可以有效提高坐垫侧板121的结构强度,从而可以提高坐垫103的结构强度,可以提高座椅骨架101的结构强度。
根据本发明的一个具体实施例,其中一个连杆123上设置有扇形调高齿轮139以构成主动连杆,其余的三个连杆123为从动连杆。如图1所示,位于左后侧的连杆123可以构造为主动连杆,其余三个连杆123可以为从动连杆。如图6所示,坐盆调高机构可以包括坐盆调高电机和扇形调高齿轮139,扇形调高齿轮139安装在后联动杆122上,坐盆调高电机驱动扇形调高齿轮139以后联动杆122的轴线为枢转轴线转动,扇形调高齿轮139与主动连杆联动,优选地,扇形调高齿轮139和主动连杆为一体成型结构,这样在坐盆调高电机的驱动下,主动连杆可以以主动连杆和滑轨之间的连接点为旋转中心旋转,从而可以实现坐盆102和坐垫103的高度调节。坐盆调高电机可以通过坐盆调高机构安装部135安装在坐垫103的坐垫侧板121上。
如图6所示,扇形调高齿轮139上设置有调高限位槽140,调高限位槽140用于与坐盆调高电机安装支架上的调高限位凸起配合。坐盆调高电机安装在坐盆调高电机安装支架上,坐盆调高电机安装支架安装在坐垫侧板121上,坐盆调高电机安装支架上设置有调高限位凸起,调高限位槽140可以构造为弧形槽,在调高限位凸起位于调高限位槽140的上端时,扇形调高齿轮139停止转动,此时坐垫坐盆组件120位于最高位置,在调高限位凸起位于调高限位槽140的下端时,扇形调高齿轮139停止转动,此时坐垫坐盆组件120位于最低位置。通过设置调高限位槽140和调高限位凸起,可以使得坐垫坐盆组件120高度调节范围合理,从而可以保证坐垫坐盆组件120的调高可靠性。
下面结合图7和图8详细描述肩部调节机构601和靠背骨架110之间的安装关系和肩部调节机构601的工作原理。
如图7所示,根据本发明实施例的用于座椅的肩部调节机构601可以包括:肩部骨架602和肩部骨架电驱动件605,肩部骨架602包括肩部骨架旋转部603,肩部骨架旋转部603可以枢转地安装在座椅的靠背骨架110上。可以理解的是,肩部骨架602通过肩部骨架旋转部603安装在座椅的靠背骨架110上,而且肩部骨架602可以以肩部骨架旋转部603为枢转轴相对靠背骨架110转动。其中,肩部骨架旋转部603可以枢转地安装在靠背骨架110的肩部调节机构转轴安装部132上。
具体地,如图7所示,肩部骨架602还可以包括:两个肩部骨架竖直板610和肩部骨架水平连接板611,两个肩部骨架竖直板610相对地设置在肩部骨架旋转部603上,肩部骨架水平连接板611连接在两个肩部骨架竖直板610的中部之间。两个肩部骨架竖直板610在左右方向上间隔开设置,而且两个肩部骨架竖直板610在竖直方向上延伸,肩部骨架水平连接板611沿水平方向延伸,而且肩部骨架水平连接板611安装在两个肩部骨架竖直板610上,其中肩部骨架水平连接板611可以用于安装固定头枕,并且肩部骨架竖直板610的上端可以焊接有头枕焊接管。
肩部骨架旋转部603上设置有用于安装腰托501的腰托安装孔604,腰托501上的连接件(例如挂钩)可以配合在腰托安装孔604上,从而可以将腰托501安装在肩部骨架旋转部603的下方。优选地,腰托501可以挂设在腰托安装孔604处,这样腰托501安装拆卸方便,从而可以提高座椅的安装效率。优选地,如图7所示,腰托安装孔604可以为长圆孔,而且腰托安装孔604的长度方向与肩部骨架旋转部603的长度方向相垂直。如图7所示,腰托安装孔604的长度方向即上下方向,肩部骨架旋转部603的长度方向即左右方向,通过将腰托安装孔604设置成长圆形,可以便于腰托501的挂钩挂靠在腰托安装孔604处,而且可以避免生产误差对装配的影响,从而可以进一步地提高座椅的安装效率。
优选地,如图7所示,腰托安装孔604可以为多个,而且腰托安装孔604均匀布置在肩部骨架旋转部603上。如图7所示,腰托安装孔604为两个,两个腰托安装孔604在左 右方向上分布。通过设置多个腰托安装孔604,可以保证腰托501在肩部骨架旋转部603上的安装可靠性,从而可以保证座椅的安装可靠性。
肩部骨架电驱动件605设置成用于驱动肩部骨架602绕肩部骨架旋转部603转动。可以理解的是,肩部骨架电驱动件605可以驱动肩部骨架602绕肩部骨架旋转部603旋转,座椅的头枕和肩部相对靠背可以进行角度调节,从而驾驶员可以选取适合的角度,这样座椅的腰托501可以支撑驾驶员的腰部,座椅的肩部可以支撑驾驶员的肩部,座椅的头枕可以支撑驾驶员的头部,进而可以减缓驾驶员的驾车疲劳程度,可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。
根据本发明的一个具体实施例,肩部骨架电驱动件605可以包括:电机和丝杠,电机通过丝杠驱动肩部骨架602绕肩部骨架旋转部603转动,从而可以实现肩部骨架602的前后方向角度调节。其中,电机和丝杠的工作原理为本领域的技术人员的已知技术,在此不再详述。其中,丝杠自带限位功能,从而可以使得肩部骨架电驱动件605结构简单且可靠。其中,肩部骨架电驱动件605中的电机通过肩部调节机构电机安装部131安装在靠背骨架110上。
根据本发明实施例的用于座椅的肩部调节机构601,通过设置肩部骨架旋转部603和肩部骨架电驱动件605,可以实现肩部骨架602相对靠背骨架110的角度调节,从而驾驶员可以选取适合的角度,这样座椅的腰托501可以支撑驾驶员的腰部,座椅的肩部可以支撑驾驶员的肩部,座椅的头枕可以支撑驾驶员的头部,进而可以减缓驾驶员的驾车疲劳程度,可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,如图8所示,肩部调节机构601还可以包括:驱动力平衡装置606,驱动力平衡装置606设置在肩部骨架电驱动件605与肩部骨架602之间,驱动力平衡装置606具有多个与肩部骨架602相连的驱动力平衡装置连接部607。这样肩部骨架电驱动件605传递到驱动力平衡装置606上的驱动力可以通过多个驱动力平衡装置连接部607传递给肩部骨架602。由此,通过设置驱动力平衡装置606,可以使得肩部骨架电驱动件605和肩部骨架602之间的驱动力传递可靠且平稳,从而可以提高肩部骨架602的角度调节稳定性,进而可以提高座椅的可靠性。优选地,驱动力平衡装置连接部607在肩部骨架602的左右方向上间隔开分布,这样肩部骨架602的左侧和右侧受到的驱动力均匀且稳定,从而可以保证肩部骨架602的角度调节稳定性。
根据本发明的一个具体实施例,如图8所示,驱动力平衡装置606可以包括:共用连杆608以及多个分支连杆609,共用连杆608与肩部骨架电驱动件605相连,每个分支连杆609的一端与共用连杆608相连,而且每个分支连杆609的另一端与肩部骨架602相连。其中,每个分支连杆609的一端可以与共用连杆608固定连接,每个分支连杆609的另一端可以与肩部骨架602枢转地连接。
可选地,肩部调节机构601还可以包括:记忆模块,记忆模块与肩部骨架电驱动件605相连。可以理解的是,记忆模块可以记忆驾驶员的常用肩部位置,当驾驶员坐在座椅上时,记忆模块可以向肩部骨架电驱动件605发出电信号以使得肩部骨架电驱动件605驱动肩部骨架602绕肩部骨架旋转部603至常用肩部位置,从而可以使得驾驶员保持在较舒适的驾驶状态,进而可以降低驾驶员的操作难度,可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。
进一步地,肩部调节机构601还可以包括:识别模块,识别模块用于识别坐在座椅上的人的身份,识别模块与记忆模块和肩部骨架电驱动件605相连。可以理解的是,当多人曾驾驶过具有该肩部调节机构601的座椅的车辆时,记忆模块可以分别记录每个驾驶员的常用肩部位置,当该驾驶员再次驾驶员该车辆时,识别模块可以快速识别出该驾驶员,并且向记忆模块发出相应的电信号,从而记忆模块可以控制肩部骨架电驱动件605驱动肩部骨架602绕肩部骨架旋转部603转动至该驾驶员的常用肩部位置,进而可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。
下面结合图9和图10详细描述靠背侧翼801和靠背骨架110之间的安装关系和靠背侧翼801的工作原理。
如图9所示,根据本发明实施例的用于座椅的靠背侧翼801可以包括:左部靠背侧翼802和右部靠背侧翼803,左部靠背侧翼802设置在靠背骨架的左侧,右部靠背侧翼803设置在靠背骨架的右侧。其中,如图10所示,左部靠背侧翼802和右部靠背侧翼803中的每一个均包括:靠背侧翼固定部804、靠背侧翼旋转部805和靠背侧翼气袋806,靠背侧翼固定部804适于固定在座椅的靠背骨架上,靠背侧翼旋转部805可以旋转地安装在靠背侧翼固定部804上,靠背侧翼气袋806夹设在靠背侧翼固定部804与靠背侧翼旋转部805之间,靠背侧翼气袋806设置成能够被充气或放气。可以理解的是,当靠背侧翼气袋806被充气后,靠背侧翼气袋806胀起,而且由于靠背侧翼固定部804固定在座椅的靠背骨架上,靠背侧翼旋转部805相对靠背侧翼固定部804可转动,这样靠背侧翼气袋806可以向内推动靠背侧翼旋转部805,从而可以使得靠背侧翼旋转部805更好地支撑驾驶员的背部,可以减缓驾驶员的驾车疲劳程度,可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。当靠背侧翼气袋806被放气时,靠背侧翼气袋806紧缩,靠背侧翼旋转部805在驾驶员的背部压力下向外转动,直至回复到相对靠背侧翼固定部804的初始位置。
其中,左侧靠背侧翼802的靠背侧翼固定部804通过靠背侧翼安装部133安装在位于左侧的边板112上,右侧靠背侧翼803的靠背侧翼固定部804通过靠背侧翼安装部133安装在位于右侧的边板112上。
如图9和图10所示,可选地,靠背侧翼801还可以包括:气体动力源807,气体动力源807分别与左部靠背侧翼802的靠背侧翼气袋806和右部靠背侧翼803的靠背侧翼气袋806相连。可以理解的是,气体动力源807可以分别向左部靠背侧翼802的靠背侧翼气袋806和右部靠背侧翼803的靠背侧翼气袋806充气。具体地,如图10所示,气体动力源807可以包括:充气泵808和气阀809,气阀809设置在充气泵808上,气阀809与靠背侧翼气袋806通过气管相连。气阀809可以控制充气泵808和靠背侧翼气袋806之间的通断,当充气泵808工作且气阀809处于打开状态时,充气泵808向靠背侧翼气袋806内充气,当充气泵808停止工作且气阀809处于关闭状态时,充气泵808停止向靠背侧翼气袋806充气。
其中,左部靠背侧翼802和右部靠背侧翼803的充气放气方式有多种,下面详细介绍两种充气放气方式。可选地,左部靠背侧翼802的靠背侧翼气袋806和右部靠背侧翼803的靠背侧翼气袋806设置成同步充气或同步放气。可以理解的是,同步充放气的左部靠背侧翼802和右部靠背侧翼803可以较好地支撑驾驶员的背部,而且可以较稳定地按摩驾驶员的背部,从而可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。
或者可选地,每一个靠背侧翼气袋806设置成以交替方式进行充气和放气。其中,每个靠背侧翼气袋806可以周期性地放气和充气,这样靠背侧翼801可以较好地按摩驾驶员的背部,可以缓解驾驶员的驾车疲劳程度,可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。而且左部靠背侧翼802中的靠背侧翼气袋806和右部靠背侧翼803中的靠背侧翼气袋806可以交替充气和放气,即当左部靠背侧翼802中的靠背侧翼气袋806放气时,右部靠背侧翼803中的靠背侧翼气袋806可以充气,这样通过不断调节靠背侧翼801中的靠背侧翼气袋806的充放气,可以较好地按摩驾驶员的背部,从而可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。
具体地,气体动力源807与每一个靠背侧翼气袋806之间均连接有单独的气管,换言之,两个靠背侧翼气袋806通过气管并联设置,气体动力源807的气阀809可以控制充气泵808和每一个靠背侧翼气袋之间的通断,这样气阀809在导通一个靠背侧翼气袋806时断开另一个靠背侧翼气袋806,从而可以使得两个靠背侧翼气袋806以交替方式进行充气和放气。
根据本发明的一个具体实施例,靠背侧翼旋转部805的后侧与靠背侧翼固定部804可以旋转地相连,靠背侧翼气袋806设置成在进行充气后靠背侧翼气袋806前部胀起厚度大 于靠背侧翼气袋806后部胀起的厚度。可以理解的是,当靠背侧翼气袋806被充气后,靠背侧翼气袋806的前部的胀起厚度大于靠背侧翼气袋806后部的胀起厚度,从而可以使得靠背侧翼801的前部较好地支撑驾驶员的背部,这样靠背侧翼801可以对驾驶员的背部形成有效支撑,从而可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。优选地,靠背侧翼气袋806的前部可以形成有褶皱部。这样当靠背侧翼气袋806被充气后,褶皱部可以伸展开,从而可以使得靠背侧翼气袋806前部的胀起厚度大于后部的胀起厚度。
具体地,如图10所示,靠背侧翼固定部804可以构造为靠背侧翼固定板,靠背侧翼旋转部805可以构造为靠背侧翼旋转板,靠背侧翼固定板与靠背侧翼旋转板之间形成有靠背侧翼气袋安装空间。通过将靠背侧翼固定部804和靠背侧翼旋转部805设置成板状结构,可以使得靠背侧翼801结构简单且可靠,而且可以使得靠背侧翼801质量较轻,从而可以符合车辆的轻量化设计。
可选地,如图10所示,靠背侧翼气袋806通过卡扣结构可以拆卸地固定在靠背侧翼固定板上,靠背侧翼旋转板的上部和下部分别通过一个靠背侧翼转轴810而可旋转地设置在靠背侧翼固定板上。由此,靠背侧翼气袋806和靠背侧翼固定板之间可以拆卸,从而便于靠背侧翼气袋806和靠背侧翼固定板的更换,可以降低更换成本。而且通过设置上下间隔开的两个靠背侧翼转轴810,可以提高靠背侧翼旋转板相对靠背侧翼固定板的旋转可靠性。
根据本发明实施例的用于座椅的靠背侧翼801,通过设置可以充放气的靠背侧翼气袋806,可以使得左部靠背侧翼802和右部靠背侧翼803胀起和收缩,当左部靠背侧翼802和右部靠背侧翼803胀起时,左部靠背侧翼802和右部靠背侧翼803可以对驾驶员的背部起到有效支撑,从而可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。
下面结合图1和图11详细描述靠背骨架调角器141和靠背骨架110以及靠背骨架调角器141和坐垫103之间的安装关系和靠背骨架调角器141的工作原理。
靠背骨架110通过靠背骨架安装板143安装在坐垫103上,靠背骨架调角器141的固定盘固定在靠背骨架安装板143上,靠背骨架调角器141的旋转盘固定在靠背骨架110的边板112上,靠背骨架调角器驱动电机142固定在靠背骨架110的边板112上,靠背骨架调角器安装部134包括用于安装靠背骨架调角器驱动电机142的安装孔和用于安装靠背骨架调角器141的安装孔。
靠背骨架调角器驱动电机142驱动靠背骨架调角器141的旋转盘相对固定盘转动,从而可以实现靠背骨架110相对坐垫103的转动,进而可以实现靠背骨架11的前后角度调节。
下面结合图12-图15详细描述坐盆102和坐盆侧翼901之间的安装关系和坐盆侧翼901的工作原理。
如图12所示,根据本发明实施例的用于座椅的坐盆侧翼901可以包括:坐盆侧翼固定板902和坐盆侧翼气袋903,坐盆侧翼固定板902可以分别设置在座椅的坐盆的两侧。例如,坐盆侧翼固定板902可以为两个,两个坐盆侧翼固定板902分别设置在座椅的坐盆102的左侧和右侧。坐盆侧翼固定板902可以通过坐盆侧翼安装部安装在坐盆102的两侧。
可选地,如图14所示,坐盆侧翼固定板902可以通过坐盆侧翼卡扣904可拆卸地卡接在坐盆102上。通过设置坐盆侧翼卡扣904,可以使得坐盆侧翼固定板902和坐盆102之间安装拆卸方便,从而可以提高坐盆侧翼901的安装拆卸效率,而且可以保证坐盆侧翼固定板902在坐盆102上的安装可靠性。

优选地,如图15所示,坐盆侧翼卡扣弹性臂906的固定端与坐盆侧翼卡扣本体905的下端固定,坐盆侧翼卡扣弹性臂906的自由端分别向上向远离坐盆侧翼卡扣弹性臂906的方向延伸。这样在坐盆侧翼固定板902安装过程中,安装孔的侧壁可以将坐盆侧翼卡扣弹性臂906的自由端压向坐盆侧翼卡扣本体905,当坐盆侧翼卡扣弹性臂906完全穿过安装孔后,坐盆侧翼卡扣弹性臂906伸展开以防止坐盆侧翼卡扣本体905从安装孔内脱出。优选地,如图15所示,坐盆侧翼卡扣弹性臂906可以为多个,而且多个坐盆侧翼卡扣弹性臂906沿周向环绕坐盆侧翼卡扣本体905。
坐盆侧翼气袋903设置在坐盆侧翼固定板902上,坐盆侧翼气袋903设置成在被充气时坐盆侧翼气袋903的外侧胀起的高度大于内侧胀起的高度。可以理解的是,当坐盆侧翼气袋903被充气后,坐盆侧翼气袋903胀起,但是坐盆侧翼气袋903的外侧胀起厚度较大,这样可以使得坐盆侧翼气袋903的形状与人体的臀部和腿部的形状相适配,从而使得坐盆侧翼901可以较好地支撑驾驶员的臀部和腿部,进而可以减缓驾驶员的驾车疲劳程度,可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,结合图12和图13所示,坐盆侧翼固定板902上还设置有坐盆侧翼凸起部907,坐盆侧翼气袋903上设置有坐盆侧翼气袋固定板908,坐盆侧翼气袋固定板908与坐盆侧翼凸起部907卡接。由此,通过坐盆侧翼气袋固定板908和坐盆侧翼凸起部907之间的卡接配合,可以使得坐盆侧翼气袋903较好地安装在坐盆侧翼固定板902上,从而可以保证坐盆侧翼901的结构可靠性。而且卡接配合可以便于坐盆侧翼气袋903的安装拆卸。
可选地,如图12所示,坐盆侧翼凸起部907具有固定端和自由端,坐盆侧翼凸起部907的自由端分别向两侧延伸以使坐盆侧翼凸起部907构造为“T”形。可以理解的是,“T”形的坐盆侧翼凸起部907可以有效限制坐盆侧翼气袋固定板908,从而可以保证坐盆侧翼气袋903在坐盆侧翼固定板902上的安装可靠性。
可选地,坐盆侧翼901还可以包括:用于向坐盆侧翼气袋903充气的坐盆侧翼充气装置,坐盆侧翼充气装置与坐盆侧翼气袋903之间可以通过坐盆侧翼充气软管相连。坐盆侧翼充气装置可以为充气泵和气阀,坐盆侧翼充气装置可以设置在坐盆102上,而且该坐盆侧翼充气装置可以为位于两侧的坐盆侧翼气袋903充气。
可选地,每一个坐盆侧翼气袋903可以设置成以交替方式进行充气和放气。可以理解的是,交替充气和放气的坐盆侧翼气袋903可以在有效支撑驾驶员的臀部和腿部的同时,还可以至少一定程度上起到按摩驾驶员的臀部和腿部的作用,从而可以减缓驾驶员的驾车疲劳程度,可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。
具体地,坐盆侧翼充气装置与每一个坐盆侧翼气袋903之间均连接有单独的气管,换言之,两个坐盆侧翼气袋903通过气管并联设置,坐盆侧翼充气装置的气阀可以控制充气泵和每一个坐盆侧翼气袋903之间的通断,这样气阀在导通一个坐盆侧翼气袋903时断开另一个坐盆侧翼气袋903,从而可以使得两个坐盆侧翼气袋903以交替方式进行充气和放气。
根据本发明实施例的用于座椅的坐盆侧翼901,充气后的坐盆侧翼气袋903可以使得其形状与人体的臀部和腿部的形状相适配,从而使得坐盆侧翼901可以较好地支撑驾驶员的臀部和腿部,进而可以减缓驾驶员的驾车疲劳程度,可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。
下面结合图16和图17详细描述根据本发明实施例的坐盆倾角调节机构201和坐盆102、坐垫103之间的安装关系以及坐盆倾角调节机构201的工作原理。
如图16和图17所示,根据本发明实施例的用于座椅的坐盆倾角调节机构201可以包括坐盆倾角调节支架202和坐盆倾角调节电机205,座椅包括坐盆102和坐垫103,坐垫103包括前联动杆104,坐盆倾角调节支架202套设在前联动杆104上,坐盆倾角调节支架202可以相对前联动杆104转动,坐盆倾角调节支架202具有第一连接端203和第二连接端204,第二连接端204与坐盆102配合。
坐盆倾角调节电机205通过坐盆倾角调节机构安装部137安装在前联动杆104上,坐盆倾角调节电机205设置成用于驱动第一连接端203以使坐盆倾角调节支架202绕前联动杆104的中心轴线转动,在坐盆倾角调节支架202转动期间坐盆倾角调节支架202的第二连接端204带动坐盆102绕坐盆旋转中心125转动,从而改变坐盆102的倾角。这样坐盆倾角调节电机205通过坐盆倾角调节支架202可以带动坐盆102相对坐垫103倾角调节,从而可以使得坐盆102调节至驾驶员所需角度。而且该坐盆倾角调节机构201结构简单且可靠,重量轻,从而座椅骨架101符合车辆的轻量化要求。
可选地,坐盆倾角调节电机205可以设置成用于驱动坐盆倾角调节丝杠207前后平移,坐盆倾角调节丝杠207的前端与坐盆倾角调节支架202的第一连接端203相连。可以理解的是,坐盆倾角调节电机205可以驱动坐盆倾角调节丝杠207前后移动,从而坐盆倾角调节电机205可以通过坐盆倾角调节丝杠207驱动坐盆倾角调节支架202的第一连接端203前后移动,这样坐盆倾角调节支架202的第二连接端204相应移动,从而可以使得坐盆102绕坐盆旋转中心125转动,进而可以实现坐盆102的角度调节,驾驶员可以将坐盆102调节至较舒服的角度。其中,坐盆102的左右两侧设置有坐盆旋转孔124,两个坐盆旋转孔124的连线即为坐盆102的旋转中心轴线。
可选地,坐盆102的左右两侧的前部可以分别设置有坐盆长圆槽105,坐盆倾角调节支架202的第二连接端204与坐盆长圆槽105配合以使坐盆倾角调节支架202的第二连接端204能够在坐盆长圆槽105内滑动。可以理解的是,通过设置坐盆长圆槽105,可以使得坐盆倾角调节支架202的第二连接端204在带动坐盆102绕坐盆旋转中心125转动时,在坐盆长圆槽105内前后移动,从而可以与坐盆倾角调节支架202的第一连接端203的前后移动相配合。具体地,坐盆长圆槽105的长度方向可以沿前后方向延伸。
根据本发明的一个具体实施例,如图16和图17所示,坐盆倾角调节支架202可以成“V”形,“V”形的坐盆倾角调节支架202的交叉点处套设在前联动杆104上,“V”形的坐盆倾角调节支架202的两端分别为第一连接端203和第二连接端204。其中,坐盆倾角调节支架202的交叉点处形成有安装孔,安装孔套设在前联动杆104上。其中第一连接端203位于第二连接端204的下侧。
可选地,如图17所示,坐盆倾角调节机构安装部137可以包括:上、下相对设置的两个坐盆倾角调节机构子安装部208,两个坐盆倾角调节机构子安装部208相对扣合以将前联动杆104夹持在两者之间,坐盆倾角调节电机205通过坐盆倾角调节电机205安装支架与两个坐盆倾角调节机构子安装部208紧固。具体地,两个坐盆倾角调节机构子安装部208分别具有弧形结构以相互扣合并夹持前联动杆104,而且两个坐盆倾角调节机构子安装部208通过紧固件固定连接,从而可以保证坐盆倾角调节电机205在前联动杆104上的安装可靠性。
下面详细描述坐盆倾角调节支架202的布置形式。可选地,如图16所示,坐盆倾角调节支架202可以为一个,而且坐盆倾角调节支架202位于前联动杆104的一端,前联动杆104的另一端设置有从动倾角调节支架209,从动倾角调节支架209的一端套设在前联动杆104上,而且从动倾角调节支架209的另一端与长圆槽配合。通过设置从动倾角调节支架209,可以使得坐盆102倾角调节过程稳定且平顺,可以使得坐盆倾角调节机构201工作可靠。
或者可选地,坐盆倾角调节支架202可以为一个,而且坐盆倾角调节支架202位于前联动杆104中间位置。通过将坐盆倾角调节支架202设置在前联动杆104的中间位置,可 以使得坐盆102的左右两侧同时受到的调节力相同,从而可以使得坐盆102倾角调节可靠且稳定,而且可以使得坐盆倾角调节机构201结构简单且可靠。
或者可选地,坐盆倾角调节支架202可以为两个,而且两个坐盆倾角调节支架202对称地分布在前联动杆104的两端,坐盆倾角调节电机205驱动两个坐盆倾角调节支架202同步动作。由此,坐盆倾角调节支架202传递给坐盆102的左侧和右侧的调节力相同,从而可以使得坐盆102倾角调节可靠且稳定,可以提高坐盆倾角调节机构201的工作可靠性。

下面结合图18-图23详细描述根据本发明实施例的用于座椅的腿托301和坐盆102之间的安装关系以及腿托301的工作原理。
根据本发明实施例的用于座椅的腿托301可以包括:腿托固定部302、腿托移动部303、腿托驱动部305和腿托支撑部306,如图18和图19所示,腿托移动部303与腿托固定部302之间设置有腿托导向部304,腿托移动部303可在腿托导向部304的导向作用下相对腿托固定部302前后移动,腿托移动部303具有向前移动至极限位置的前移极限位置。其中,腿托导向部304可以包括固定轨和移动轨,移动轨可以移动地设置在固定轨上,固定轨安装在腿托固定部302上,移动轨安装在腿托移动部303上。其中,腿托固定部302通过腿托安装部127安装在坐盆102上。
腿托驱动部305设置成用于驱动腿托移动部303前后移动,其中,腿托驱动部305可以包括电机和丝杠,电机和丝杠之间可以设置有传动蜗轮,这样电机可以通过传动蜗轮驱动丝杠前后移动,丝杠可以带动腿托移动部303前后移动。其中,电机可以固定在腿托固定部302的下表面上。
如图20和图21所示,腿托支撑部306设置在腿托固定部302上,并且腿托支撑部306位于腿托移动部303的后侧,腿托支撑部306的一部分与处在前移极限位置的腿托移动部303的后边缘平齐或者腿托支撑部306的一部分位于处在前移极限位置的腿托移动部303的后边缘的前侧。可以理解的是,当腿托移动部303向前移动至前移极限位置时,腿托支撑部306的前侧一部分可以与腿托移动部303的后边缘平齐,或者当腿托移动部303向前移动至前移极限位置时,腿托支撑部306的前侧一部分可以位于腿托移动部303的后边缘的前侧,这样在腿托移动部303向前移动至前移极限位置时,腿托支撑部306可以支撑腿托移动部303的后边缘向前移动后所空出的区域,从而可以有效防止座椅护面向下塌陷,进而可以保证驾驶员坐在座椅上的良好感受,可以提高座椅的美观性。
可选地,腿托支撑部306的上表面与腿托移动部303的上表面可以平齐。这样铺设在腿托支撑部306和腿托移动部303上的座椅护面平齐,从而可以保证座椅的外观美观性,而且可以避免座椅护面的不平整对驾驶员造成不良感受。
具体地,如图20和图21所示,腿托移动部303的后边缘上可以开设有向前凹入的后边缘凹入部307,腿托支撑部306的前边缘形成有向前凸出的前边缘凸出部308,前边缘凸出部308与后边缘凹入部307的形状相吻合。由此,通过设置前边缘凸出部308,或者前边缘凸出部308的前边缘可以位于后边缘凹入部307的后边缘的前侧,这样前边缘凸出部308可以有效支撑座椅护面,从而可以防止座椅护面塌陷,进而可以保持座椅的外观美观性。
具体地,如图20和图21所示,在腿托移动部303处在初始位置时前边缘凸出部308嵌入后边缘凹入部307内,并且腿托支撑部306的前边缘与腿托移动部303的后边缘邻接,在腿托移动部303处在前移极限位置时,腿托移动部303的后边缘与腿托支撑部306的前边缘前后间隔开,并且前边缘凸出部308的前边缘与腿托移动部303的后边缘平齐或位于 腿托移动部303的后边缘的前侧。可以理解的是,当腿托移动部303位于初始位置时,腿托支撑部306和腿托移动部303良好邻接,从而可以保持座椅护面的外观美观性,当腿托移动部303位于前移极限位置时,腿托支撑部306和腿托移动部303在前后方向上未留下间隔区域,从而可以避免座椅护面塌陷,可以保持座椅护面的外观美观性。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,如图20和图21所示,腿托支撑部306可以构造为支撑平板,前边缘凸出部308为一体形成在支撑平板前边缘的梯形板。这样腿托支撑部306结构简单且成本低,可以使得腿托301结构简单且成本低。优选地,如图20和图21所示,前边缘凸出部308可以在左右方向上位于腿托支撑部306的中部。通过将前边缘凸出部308设置在腿托支撑部306的中部,前边缘凸出部308可以有效分割腿托移动部303向前移动后所留下的空出区域,从而可以使得每个空出区域的面积较小,不易形成塌陷,进而座椅护面可以保持美观。
根据本发明的另一个优选实施例,如图22所示,腿托支撑部306构造为可卷收的卷收片,卷收片具有固定端和运动端,卷收片的运动端与腿托移动部303的后边缘固定,以在腿托移动部303向前移动时腿托移动部303通过拉拽卷收片的运动端而向前拉伸卷收片。可以理解的是,当腿托移动部303向前移动至前移极限位置后,卷收片覆盖腿托移动部303向前移动后所空出的区域,卷收片可以支撑其上方的座椅护面,从而可以有效防止座椅护面塌陷,可以提高座椅的外观美观性。
可选地,如图22所示,腿托301还可以包括:弹性腿托支撑部309,弹性腿托支撑部309适于弹性地支撑在拉伸后的卷收片的底部。这样当腿托移动部303向前移动至前移极限位置后,弹性腿托支撑部309可以有效支撑卷收片,从而可以提高卷收片对其上方的座椅护面的支撑强度,进而可以提高座椅的外观美观性。
根据本发明的再一个优选实施例,如图23所示,腿托支撑部306构造为具有多个褶皱结构的褶皱板,褶皱板具有固定端和运动端,褶皱板的运动端与腿托移动部303的后边缘固定,以在腿托移动部303向前移动时腿托移动部303通过拉拽褶皱板的运动端而展平褶皱板。可以理解的是,当腿托移动部303向前移动至前移极限位置后,褶皱板可以伸展开以覆盖腿托移动部303向前移动后所空出的区域,褶皱板可以支撑其上方的座椅护面,从而可以有效防止座椅护面塌陷,可以提高座椅的外观美观性。
可选地,如图23所示,腿托301还可以包括:弹性腿托支撑部309,弹性腿托支撑部309适于弹性地支撑在展平后的褶皱板的底部。这样当腿托移动部303向前移动至前移极限位置后,弹性腿托支撑部309可以有效支撑褶皱板,从而可以提高褶皱板对其上方的座椅护面的支撑强度,进而可以提高座椅的外观美观性。
根据本发明的一个具体实施例,如图18和图19所示,腿托301还可以包括:左右间隔开的两组腿托连杆结构310,腿托连杆结构310包括:腿托固定部连杆311和腿托移动部连杆312,腿托移动部连杆312的一端与腿托移动部303相连,而且腿托移动部连杆312的另一端与腿托固定部连杆311可枢转地相连,腿托固定部连杆311的一端与腿托固定部302可枢转地相连,并且左右两个腿托固定部连杆311的另一端之间设置有同步杆313,其中座椅的座椅护面的下端固定在同步杆313上。通过设置两组腿托连杆结构310,可以保证座椅护面的送出稳定性,同步杆313在左右方向上延伸。可以理解的是,当腿托驱动部305驱动腿托移动部303前后移动时,腿托移动部连杆312随腿托移动部303前后移动,从而腿托固定部连杆311随腿托移动部连杆312前后移动,进而同步杆313随腿托固定部连杆311前后移动以送出和收回座椅护面。
根据本发明实施例的用于座椅的腿托301,腿托驱动部305可以驱动腿托移动部303相对腿托固定部302前后移动,从而可以实现座椅的坐垫长度调节,而且腿托支撑部306可以在腿托移动部303向前移动后有效支撑腿托移动部303所留下的空出区域,从而可以防止座椅护面塌陷,进而可以保证座椅对驾驶员有效支撑,可以保证座椅的外观美观性。
下面结合图24和图25详细描述根据本发明实施例的座椅骨架101的滑轨支架401。
如图24所示,座椅的滑轨包括左滑轨402和右滑轨403,车身上可以设置有左固定轨和右固定轨,左滑轨402可以滑动地设置在左固定轨内,右滑轨403可以滑动地设置在右固定轨内。
如图24所示,滑轨支架401可以包括:第一左前支架404、第一左后支架405、第一右前支架406和第一右后支架407,第一左前支架404与第一左后支架405分别适于固定在左滑轨402上,并且第一左前支架404与第一左后支架405在前后方向上彼此间隔开,第一右前支架406与第一右后支架407分别适于固定在右滑轨403上,并且第一右前支架406与第一右后支架407在前后方向上彼此间隔开,至少一个支架与对应的滑轨焊接固定。其中第一左前支架404可以设置在左滑轨402的前端,第一左后支架405可以设置在左滑轨402的后端,第一右前支架406可以设置在右滑轨403的前端,第一右后支架407可以设置在右滑轨403的后端。通过设置上述四个支架,可以有效降低滑轨支架401的重量,从而可以使得滑轨支架401符合车辆的轻量化要求。其中,连杆123分别可枢转地安装在上述四个支架上。
其中,优选地,每个支架均与对应的滑轨焊接固定,焊接固定的每个支架和滑轨固定可靠,从而可以保证滑轨支架401的结构可靠性。
根据本发明的一个具体实施例,如图25所示,第一左前支架404和第一右前支架406中的每一个上均可以设置有向下延伸的支架凸起部408,支架凸起部408与对应的滑轨通过激光焊焊接固定。可以理解的是,通过设置支架凸起部408,可以有效减少支架和对应的滑轨之间的焊接面积,从而可以降低滑轨支架401的焊接成本,而且可以保证每个支架和对应的滑轨之间的焊接强度。
优选地,如图25所示,支架凸起部408可以为两个,而且两个支架凸起部408在前后方向上间隔布置在对应支架的底面上。通过设置两个在前后方向上分布的支架凸起部408,可以保证支架在前后方向上与对应的滑轨之间的焊接可靠性。其中,位于前侧的支架凸起部408可以位于支架的前端,位于后侧的支架凸起部408可以位于支架的后端。
可选地,如图25所示,第一左前支架404和第一右前支架406中的每一个上均设置有加强结构409。通过设置加强结构409,可以有效加强第一左前支架404和第一右前支架406的结构强度,从而可以有效延长滑轨支架401的使用寿命。
具体地,如图25所示,加强结构409可以为加强筋,加强筋沿前后方向延伸,而且每个加强筋的上方开设有连杆连接孔410。由此,加强筋可以在前后方向上有效加强第一左前支架404和第一右前支架406的结构强度。
可选地,如图24所示,第一左后支架405与第一右后支架407中的一个上设置有安全带固定孔411。优选地,安全带固定孔411设置在第一右后支架407上。由此,安全带的下端可以安装在第一右后支架407上,从而可以至少一定程度上简化座椅的结构,可以减少座椅的零部件数量。
具体地,如图24所示,第一右后支架407可以包括:两个相对设置的竖直板412,其中一个竖直板412上设置有连杆连接孔410,另一个竖直板412上设置有安全带固定孔411,两个竖直板412之间通过连接底板413彼此连接,连接底板413与右滑轨403面面贴合。通过将连接底板413和右滑轨403面面贴合,可以提高第一右后支架407和右滑轨403之间的配合可靠性,两个竖直板412在左右方向上间隔开,而且安全带固定孔411和连杆连接孔410在前后方向上错开设置,从而可以避免安全带的安装和连杆的安装之间的互相干涉,进而可以使得滑轨支架401布置合理,可以提高座椅的结构可靠性。
可选地,如图24所示,第一左后支架405可以为“L”形,而且“L”的两个肢板之间设置有连接翻边414。其中,“L”形的第一左后支架405的短肢板的底面与左滑轨402面面贴合,连接翻边414连接在两个肢板的前端,连接翻边414可以有效加强两个肢板的连接强度,从而可以提高第一左后支架405的结构强度。
根据本发明实施例的用于座椅的滑轨支架401,通过在左滑轨402和右滑轨403上分别设置两个前后间隔开的支架,可以使得滑轨支架401结构简单且质量轻,从而可以使得滑轨支架401可以符合车辆的轻量化要求。另外,焊接连接的滑轨和支架可以保证滑轨支架401的结构可靠性。
下面参考图26-图28详细描述根据本发明实施例的用于座椅的腰托501。
根据本发明实施例的用于座椅的腰托501可以包括:腰托固定部502和腰托气袋503,腰托气袋503设置在腰托固定部502上,腰托气袋503设置成可被充气或者放气。可以理解的是,通过调节腰托气袋503的充放气状态,可以使得腰托501有效支撑驾驶员的腰部,而且可以使得腰托501与驾驶员的背部形状相匹配,从而可以有效减缓驾驶员的驾车疲劳程度,可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。其中,腰托气袋503的充气动力源可以设置在腰托固定部502上。充气动力源可以为气泵和气阀,气阀通过气管与腰托气袋503相连。可选地,腰托固定部502可以为平板状结构。腰托501可以通过腰托安装孔604安装在肩部调节机构601的肩部骨架旋转部603。
可选地,腰托气袋503可以为多个,并且任意相邻的两个腰托气袋503交替地进行充气和放气。可以理解的是,通过合理控制相邻的两个腰托气袋503的充放气状态,可以使得腰托气袋503对驾驶员的腰部进行有效按摩,从而可以更好地减缓驾驶员的驾车疲劳程度,可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,如图26和图27所示,腰托气袋503的中部形成有通风装置避让孔504,腰托501还可以包括:通风装置505,通风装置505固定在腰托固定部502上,而且通风装置505位于通风装置避让孔504处。由此,通过设置通风装置505,可以使得气体在通风装置505内按照预定流向流动,从而可以使得驾驶员的腰部感到舒服,进而可以减缓驾驶员的驾车疲劳程度,可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。
可选地,如图28所示,通风装置505可以包括:风扇506、风道507和通风绵508,风扇506可以直接吹送风向驾驶员的腰部,风道507和通风绵508可以便于气体在通风装置505和驾驶室内流动,从而可以使得驾驶员的腰部感觉到凉爽或者温度,进而可以减缓驾驶员的驾车疲劳程度,可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。其中,通风绵508上设置有多个通风孔,通风孔的孔径从上向下逐渐增大。
进一步地,腰托501还可以包括:温度检测装置,温度检测装置用于检测坐在座椅上的人的温度,温度检测装置与通风装置505相连。可以理解的是,温度检测装置可以有效检测出驾驶员的人体温度,当人体温度大于温度检测装置设定的预定范围的最大值时,通风装置505可以向驾驶员的腰部输送凉风;当人体温度小于温度检测装置设定的预定范围的最小值时,通风装置505可以向驾驶员的腰部输送热风。
可选地,温度检测装置可以为红外温度传感器,而且红外温度传感器设置在驾驶室的顶壁或者中控板上。或者温度检测装置设置在座椅的靠背上。通过合理设置红外温度传感器的位置,可以使得红外温度传感器有效检测驾驶员的人体温度。
可选地,通风装置505与车辆的空调制冷开关可以联动。由此,当驾驶舱内温度较高且驾驶员或者乘客打开空调制冷开关时,通风装置505可以同步打开,这样通风装置505可以将空调产生的冷风送向驾驶员的腰部,从而可以使得驾驶员的腰部感觉到凉爽,进而可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。
可选地,通风装置505可以为向坐在座椅上的人送风的送风装置,腰托501还可以包括:温度调节装置,温度调节装置设置在送风装置的送风路径上。由此,温度调节装置可以调节送风路径上的风的温度,从而可以使得驾驶员的腰部感觉到相应的凉爽或者温暖,可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。
具体地,温度调节装置可以为半导体制冷装置,半导体制冷装置具有冷端和热端,送风路径具有冷风路径和热风路径,冷风路径与热风路径之间设置有路径切换阀,路径切换 阀与送风装置相连。可以理解的是,通过切换路径切换阀,可以实现冷风输送和热风输送的切换,从而送风装置可以向驾驶员的腰部输送冷风或者热风,进而可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。
可选地,车辆的空调系统具有座椅送风路径,座椅送风路径具有送风软管,送风软管设置在车辆的地板上,而且送风软管从座椅的下端向上伸入到座椅内部。可以理解的是,当空调系统启动时,空调系统产生的冷风或者热风可以通过送风软管输送到座椅内部,冷风或者热风可以穿过座椅以使得驾驶员感觉到凉爽或者温暖。
根据本发明的另一个优选实施例,通风装置505可以固定在腰托固定部502上,通风装置505与腰托气袋503间隔开。通过将通风装置505和腰托气袋503间隔开,可以不需要对腰托气袋503进行改动,从而可以使得腰托501结构布置合理,改动幅度小,可以提高腰托501的装配效率。
根据本发明实施例的用于座椅的腰托501,通过设置腰托气袋503,腰托气袋503可以对驾驶员的腰部进行支撑,可以使得驾驶员的腰部感觉舒服,从而可以减缓驾驶员的驾车疲劳程度,可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性。
根据本发明实施例的座椅,设置有上述实施例的座椅骨架101,由于具有上述实施例的座椅骨架101,座椅可以实现多种功能,从而可以提高驾驶员的驾车舒适性,而且座椅骨架101结构简单且重量较轻,从而座椅可以符合车辆的轻量化要求。
根据本发明实施例的车辆,设置有上述实施例的座椅,由于具有上述实施例的座椅,该座椅可实现的功能较多,而且座椅的重量轻,从而可以符合车辆的轻量化要求。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种座椅骨架(101),其特征在于,包括:靠背骨架(110)和坐垫坐盆组件(120),
    所述靠背骨架(110)包括:
    上横板(111);
    边板(112),所述边板(112)分别设置在所述上横板(111)的左右两端;
    下横板(113),所述下横板(113)连接在两个所述边板(112)的底部之间;
    所述坐垫坐盆组件(120)包括:
    坐垫(103),所述坐垫(103)包括左右间隔开设置的坐垫侧板(121),两个所述坐垫侧板(121)之间设置有前后间隔开的前联动杆(104)和后联动杆(122),每个联动杆的两端分别设置有连杆(123),所述连杆(123)适于与滑轨可枢转地相连;以及
    坐盆(102),所述坐盆(102)设置在所述坐垫(103)的前侧;
    其中所述座椅骨架(101)上设置有肩部调节机构电机安装部(131)、肩部调节机构转轴安装部(132)、靠背侧翼安装部(133)、靠背骨架调角器安装部(134)、坐盆调高机构安装部(135)、坐盆侧翼安装部、坐盆倾角调节机构安装部(137)、腿托安装部(127)中的至少一个。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅骨架(101),其特征在于,所述边板(112)上设置有边板上凹部(114)和边板下凹部(115),所述边板上凹部(114)和所述边板下凹部(115)上下间隔开设置,所述边板上凹部(114)的长度小于所述边板下凹部(115)的长度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的座椅骨架(101),其特征在于,所述边板上凹部(114)为等宽度结构,所述边板下凹部(115)的宽度从上向下呈递增趋势。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的座椅骨架(101),其特征在于,所述边板下凹部(115)的上端靠近所述边板(112)的上端且所述边板下凹部(115)的下端靠近所述边板(112)的下端,并且所述边板下凹部(115)的前边缘与所述边板(112)的前边缘的距离为D1,所述边板下凹部(115)的后边缘与所述边板(112)的后边缘的距离为D2,其中D1和D2分别满足关系式:10mm≤D1≤15mm,10mm≤D2≤15mm。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的座椅骨架(101),其特征在于,所述下横板(113)位于所述上横板(111)前下方,所述边板(112)分为边板上段(116)、边板中段(117)和边板下段(118),所述边板上段(116)与所述上横板(111)相连,所述边板下段(118)与所述下横板(113)相连,所述边板中段(117)以向前弯曲的形式连接在所述边板上段(116)与所述边板(112)下端之间,所述边板上段(116)、所述边板中段(117)和所述边板下段(118)的竖直高度比值为1:4:2。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的座椅骨架(101),其特征在于,所述边板上凹部(114)和 所述边板下凹部(115)的一部分位于所述边板中段(117)上,所述边板下凹部(115)的另一部分位于所述边板下段(118)上,并且所述边板下凹部(115)的所述另一部分的竖直高度不超过所述边板下凹部(115)的所述一部分的竖直高度的三分之一,所述靠背侧翼安装部(133)位于所述边板中段(117)上且处在所述边板下凹部(115)内,所述肩部调节机构转轴安装部(132)位于所述边板上凹部(114)内,所述靠背骨架调角器安装部(134)位于所述边板下段(118)上且处在所述边板下凹部(115)的下方。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅骨架(101),其特征在于,所述坐盆(102)上设置有坐盆旋转孔(124),所述坐垫侧板(121)上设置有坐盆旋转中心(125),所述坐盆旋转孔(124)与所述坐盆旋转中心(125)可旋转地相连,所述坐盆旋转孔(124)位于所述坐盆(102)左右两侧的后部,所述坐盆(102)的左右两侧的前部设置有坐盆长圆槽(105)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅骨架(101),其特征在于,所述坐盆(102)的中前部形成有腿托安装空间(126),所述坐盆(102)的上表面设置有多个环绕所述腿托安装空间(126)的所述腿托安装部(127)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的座椅骨架(101),其特征在于,靠近所述腿托安装部(127)的坐盆(102)的上表面上冲压有坐盆前部加强结构(128),并且所述坐盆(102)的后部设置有座簧安装挂点(129),所述座簧安装挂点(129)附近设置有坐盆后部加强结构,所述座簧安装挂点(129)与所述坐盆后部加强结构在左右方向上交错布置,所述坐盆前部加强结构(128)和所述坐盆后部加强结构通过对所述坐盆(102)冲压而形成。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅骨架(101),其特征在于,所述坐垫侧板(121)呈多段阶梯状,并且两个所述坐垫侧板(121)之间的距离从后向前逐渐减小,所述坐垫侧板(121)的上边缘和下边缘分别设置有坐垫边板翻边(119)。
  11. 一种座椅,其特征在于,设置有根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的座椅骨架(101)。
  12. 一种车辆,其特征在于,设置有如权利要求11所述的座椅。
