Description

DESCRIPTION
Floor prefabricated element
The subject of the invention is a floor prefabricated element for application in general building industry, especially for constructing floors in office and public utility buildings.
The Polish description of utility model PL61167 regards a solution of a floor board which is marked out by two walls, upper and lower, distant to each other and parallel to each other and by inclined side planes which are shaped by a projection located in the vicinity of the lower plane and by an arched cavity located in the vicinity of the upper plane. There are the longitudinal channels, internal and external, situated between the upper and lower planes.
The Polish patent description PL201471 regards a constructional beam for rib-and- slab floors, which is a beam with cross-section having a shape similar to the reversed "T" letter, fitted with at least one row of preliminary tightened steel ropes in its lower zone,
The Polish patent description PL2002S1 regards a floor prefabricated element which consists of the carrying ribs connected by a common reinforced concrete board and is fitted with longitudinal and transverse reinforcements. In the lower part, the rib is ended with a steel section shaped in the "C" letter. The prefabricated element has free spaces which separate the ribs and the holes located in the ribs which are transverse to them. Various types of installations can be placed in these spaces and holes in the floor. The purpose of the invention is to design such construction of the floor element which allows constructing the floors with the span of about 8 m and which would be simultaneously a decorative and mounting element for remaining elements of the floor equipment.
The essence of the prefabricated floor element according to the inventions is that the upper belt of the prefabricated element, in the form of beam, consists of a basic, constructional part, running along the upper part of the web and of the boarding parts, in the form of side flanges with a construction height smaller than the construction height of the basic part, forming offsets from the bottom of the upper belt. The lower belt forms shelves on the both ends of the beam, below cavities in its side walls.
It is favourable when the lower belt of the beam has a longitudinal offset on the both sides of the web. This offset facilitates fixing, e. g. the lighting elements, between the beams.
The prefabricated floor element according to the invention allows a simple and quick mounting of ventilation system, heating system, cooling system and electrical system as well as various elements of interior equipment, including lighting elements and roller blinds without a need to lower the ceiling, and simultaneously it forms a fragment of the floor. The floor element allows for easy arrangement of the ceiling.
Due to application of boarding parts, in the form of side flanges which fulfil the function of a permanent formwork, the construction of the upper belt of the beam allows the reduction of weight of the floor being constructed and these side flanges can be cut out without reducing the required strength, in order to create free space for running, e.g. the sanitary system, water and sewerage system or chimneys.
The shelves created on both ends of the beam of the lower belt, located under the cavities in the beam side walls, allow mounting various devices useful for a given room, such as for example the window roller blinds, with their simultaneous masking.
The subject of the invention is shown in the embodiment in Figure, where fig. 1 shows schematically the prefabricated floor element in axonometric projection, fig. 2 - shows the element in cross-section and fig. 3 shows a part of the element in the end view. The prefabricated floor element is a beam 1 with cross-section of a shape similar to the "T" letter, with the upper belt 2 and the shorter lower belt 3 and the web 4, having shaped side walls with cavities 5 on both ends, and there are transversely situated pass- through holes 6 in the web 4 of the beam 1.
The upper belt 2 consists of the basic, constructional part 7 and of the boarding parts in the form of side flanges 8 with the construction height smaller than the construction height of the basic part 7, forming the offsets 9 from be!ow of the upper belt 2. The lower belt 3 on the both ends of the beam 1, below the cavities 5 in its side walls, forms the shelves 10, and it has a longitudinal offset 11 on the both sides of the web 4, in order to facilitate the mounting and installation of interior equipment elements.
