Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest stropowy element prefabrykowany do stosowania w budownictwie ogólnym, zwłaszcza do budowy stropów w budynkach biurowych i budynkach użyteczności publicznej. Stropowy element prefabrykowany stanowi belka (1) o przekroju poprzecznym, kształtem zbliżona do litery T, z pasem górnym (2) i krótszym pasem dolnym (3) oraz środnikiem (4), posiadająca na obu końcach profilowane ścianki boczne z wgłębieniami (5) i półkami (10), a w środniku (4) belki (1) znajdują się poprzecznie usytuowane przelotowe otwory (6), charakteryzuje się tym, że pas górny (2) składa się z części podstawowej konstrukcyjnej, przebiegającej wzdłużnie w jego części środkowej i części szalunkowych w postaci bocznych ramion (8) o wysokości konstrukcyjnej mniejszej od wysokości konstrukcyjnej części podstawowej, tworzących od spodu pasa górnego (2) uskoki, a pas dolny (3) na obu końcach belki (1), poniżej wgłębień (5) w jej ściankach bocznych, tworzy półki (10).The subject of the application is a prefabricated ceiling element for use in general construction, in particular for the construction of ceilings in office buildings and public buildings. The prefabricated ceiling element is a beam (1) with a cross-section similar in shape to the letter T, with an upper belt (2) and a shorter lower belt (3) and a web (4), with profiled side walls with recesses (5) at both ends and the shelves (10), and in the web (4) the beams (1) have transversely located through holes (6), characterized by the fact that the upper belt (2) consists of a basic structural part, running longitudinally in its central part and the formwork parts in the form of side arms (8) with a construction height less than the construction height of the basic part, forming faults from the bottom of the upper belt (2), and the lower belt (3) at both ends of the beam (1), below the depressions (5) in its side walls , creates shelves (10).
