在其中一个实例中,所述雾化器底座上开设有与所属通孔连通的点为空,所述锁定机构包括滑动杆以及直接设置在所述正极接触底座与所述定位孔相对的表面的齿牙,所述滑动杆沿所述定位孔轴向的方向可滑动收容于所述定位孔内并可分离地与所述齿牙啮合。
在其中一个实施例中,所述锁定机构还包括拨动杆,所述拨动杆的一端沿所述定位孔轴向的方向穿过所述定位孔并与所述滑动杆固定连接,所述拨动杆的另一端裸露于所述雾化装置的外轮廓外。
在其中一个实施例中,所述锁定机构包括齿轮,所述锁定机构还包括弹性件以及压盖,所述滑动杆包括杆部、锁止部以及抵顶凸起,所述压盖固定嵌设于所述定位孔相对所述通孔的一端,所述拨动杆的一端沿所述定位孔轴向的方向穿过所述压盖并与所述杆部固定连接,所述锁止部设置于所述杆部相对所述拨动杆的一端,所述锁止部可在外力作用下与所述齿轮或所述齿牙可分离地啮合,所述抵顶凸起突出设置于所述杆部与所述锁止部之间,所述弹性件套设在所述杆部外周,并抵接于所述压盖与所述抵顶凸起之间,为所述滑动杆提供向靠近所述正极接触底座方向滑动的回复力。
在其中一个实施例中,所述正极接触底座上设置有卡槽,所述齿轮的内壁面上凸出设置有卡嵌于所述卡槽内的卡齿。
在其中一个实施例中,所述活动组件上及所述电池装置上均设置有指示标识,所述活动组件上的指示标识可在外力作用下随所述活动组件相对所述电池装置上的指示标识转动,当所述活动组件上的指示标识与所述电池装置上的指示标识对位成功时,则表明所述雾化装置和所述电池装置对位成功,当所述活动组件上的指示标识与所述电池装置上的指示标识错位时,则表明所述雾化装置和所述电池装置处于错位状态。
一种电子烟,其包括雾化装置以及电池装置,所述雾化装置为上述所述的雾化装置。
在其中一个实施例中,所述雾化装置还包括启动标识,所述启动标识设置于所述活动组件上并可在外力作用下随所述活动组件相对所述电池装置转动,所述电池装置包括检测模块、控制模块以及电源模块,
所述检测模块设置于所述电池装置上,且仅当所述雾化装置与所述电池装置准确对位时,所述检测模块可检测到所述启动标识,并将是否检测到所述启动标识的信息反馈给所述控制模块,
所述控制模块以及所述电源模块均设置于所述电池装置内,所述控制模块用于当所述检测模块检测到所述启动标识时控制所述雾化装置与所述电源模块之间的电路导通,且还用于当所述检测模块未检测到所述启动标识时,控制所述雾化装置与所述电源模块之间的电路断开,所述电源模块用于当其与所述雾化装置之间的电路导通时,为所述雾化装置提供电能。
本发明的雾化装置中,当锁止机构处于解锁状态时,用户可通过旋转活动组件使雾化装置与电池装置准确对位,如此使得装配后的电子烟更美观,且对于非圆柱形的雾化装置和电池装置在对位后使用起来更方便。另外,电子烟中雾化装置和电源模块之间的电连接需要雾化装置与电池装置按要求对位后才能导通,具有儿童防护功能。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳实施例。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本发明的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接 到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
请参看图1,本发明一较佳实施例中,电子烟100包括雾化装置10及电池装置30。其中,雾化装置10用于雾化储存于其内的烟液,以供用户吸食。电池装置30与雾化装置10电连接,用于为雾化装置10提供电驱动。
请参看图2与图3,雾化装置10包括连接组件(未标号)、绕连接组件可旋转的活动组件(未标号)以及锁定机构15。连接组件与电池装置30连接,锁定机构15设置于活动组件与连接组件之间,并可在外力作用下解除活动组件与连接组件之间的锁定,使活动组件绕连接组件轴线周向旋转,从而实现雾化装置10与电池装置30的准确对位。同时,锁定机构15还用于当雾化装置10与电池装置30对位后锁定活动组件与连接组件,防止雾化装置10与电池装置30在对位后发生错位,而影响用户使用。
在本具体实施例中,如图3所示,活动组件包括储液舱130、雾化器底座132以及雾化器134,连接组件包括正极接触组件110及正极接触底座112。其中,储液舱130为底部敞开的中空长方体状,且储液舱130的顶部开设有插接口1301。雾化器底座132封堵储液舱130的底部,使储液舱130内形成用于储存烟液的收容空间1303。雾化器底座132上设置有沿雾化器134轴向的方向贯穿的通孔1321。通孔1321与收容空间1303以及插接口1301连通。
如图3所示,正极接触底座112的两端相互贯通,其一端收容于通孔1321内并与收容空间1303连通,另一端与电池装置30通过螺纹的方式可拆卸地连接。正极接触组件110设置于正极接触底座112内并与电池装置30电连接。雾化器134的一端可拆卸地连接于插接口1301内,并沿其轴向延伸穿过储液舱130收容于正极接触底座112内,并与正极接触组件110电连接。雾化器134的另一端外露于插接口1301外,供用户抽吸烟液雾化后形成的烟雾。锁定机构15用于锁定或解锁正极接触底座112与雾化器底座132。
具体地,如图3所示,雾化器底座132上开设有与通孔1321连通的定位孔1323,锁定机构15包括沿定位孔1323轴向可活动地穿设于定位孔1323内的锁定件150以及在正极接触底座112面向定位孔1323的外表面开设的锁定槽1121,锁定件150可分离地锁止于锁 定槽1121内,以当雾化装置10需要与电池装置30对位时与锁定槽1121分离,并当雾化装置10与电池装置30对位成功后插入锁定槽1121内,将活动组件与连接组件锁定。在本具体实施例中,定位孔1323为沿垂直于雾化器134轴向的方向贯穿设置于雾化器底座132相对两端的两个,通孔1321连通于两个定位孔1323之间,锁定件150的个数也是两个,为沿定位孔1323轴向分别穿设于对应的定位孔1323内并可分离地锁止于锁定槽1121内的锁止螺丝。另外,由于雾化器底座132完全收容于储液舱130底部,因此定位孔1323由雾化器底座132起一直贯穿储液舱130对应侧的侧壁并与外界连通,以供操作工具伸入并对锁止螺丝进行操作。可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,雾化器底座132可部分外露于储液舱130的底部外,定位孔1323贯穿设置于雾化器底座132外露于储液舱130的部分并与外界连通,操作工具可直接伸入雾化器底座132上的定位孔1323对锁止螺丝进行操作;另外,定位孔1323的数量还可为一个或两个以上,可均设置于雾化器底座132一侧或分散设置于雾化器底座132的周侧,在此均不作限定。
请参看图4,在使用时,当正极接触底座112通过螺纹与电池装置30连接后,将操作工具伸入定位孔1323内拧松锁止件150,锁止件150向远离锁定槽1121的方向移动,使雾化器底座132可相对正极接触底座112转动,使得雾化装置10与电池装置30可进行对位。当雾化装置10与电池装置30对位成功后,再次操作工具拧紧锁止件150,使雾化器底座132相对正极接触底座112固定。
进一步地,请再次参看图2,雾化装置10中活动组件还包括设置于雾化器底座132与储液舱130底部之间的密封圈136,用于防止烟液泄露。
请参看图5与图6,在其它另一个实施例中,锁定机构15包括滑动杆152以及齿轮156。齿轮156固定套设于正极接触底座112外,滑动杆152沿定位孔1323轴向的方向可滑动收容于定位孔1323内并可分离地与齿轮156啮合。
请一并参看图7,具体地,锁定机构15还包括拨动杆158。拨动杆158的一端沿定位孔1323轴向的方向穿过定位孔1323并与滑动杆152固定连接,另一端裸露于雾化装置10的外轮廓外,供用户施力,以通过拉动拨动杆158带动滑动杆152滑动。在本具体实施例中,拨动杆158的另一端裸露于储液舱130外。
进一步地,锁定机构15还包括弹性件154以及压盖160。滑动杆152包括杆部1521、锁止部1523以及抵顶凸起1525。压盖160固定嵌设于定位孔1323相对通孔1321的一端,拨动杆158的一端沿定位孔1323轴向的方向穿过压盖160并与杆部1521固定连接, 用户可在拨动杆158的另一端施力带动杆部1521沿定位孔1323轴向的方向相对压盖160滑动。锁止部1523设置于杆部1521相对拨动杆158的一端,其可在外力作用下与齿轮156可分离地啮合。抵顶凸起1525突出设置于杆部1521与锁止部1523之间,弹性件154套设在杆部1521外周,并抵接于压盖160与抵顶凸起1525之间,为滑动杆152提供向靠近正极接触底座112方向滑动的回复力。
进一步地,如图5所示,为了更好的将齿轮156固定于正极接触底座112上,正极接触底座112上设置有卡槽1123,齿轮156的内壁面上凸出设置有卡嵌于卡槽1123内的卡齿1561。
在其它另一个实施例中,可直接在正极接触底座112与定位孔1323相对的表面设置与滑动杆152啮合的齿牙(图未示)亦可,在此不作限定。
请参看图8,在使用时,当正极接触底座112通过螺纹与电池装置30连接后,拉动拨动杆158裸露在储液舱130外的一端,带动滑动杆152朝背离齿轮156的方向运动,弹性件154被压缩;此时锁止部1523与齿轮156上的齿牙分离,使雾化器底座132可相对正极接触底座112转动,以实现雾化装置10与电池装置30之间的对位。当雾化装置10与电池装置30对位成功后,松开拨动杆158,滑动杆152在弹性件154的作用下卡入齿轮156的齿牙内,使雾化器底座132相对正极接触底座112固定。
在本具体实施例中,雾化装置10与电池装置30均为长方体结构,两者对接后使整个电子烟100为长方体柱状。可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,雾化装置10与电池装置30的形状还可以为圆柱或其它非圆柱形结构,在此不作限定。
请重新参看图1,进一步地,雾化装置10的活动组件上及电池装置30上均设置有指示标识50。活动组件上的指示标识50可在外力作用下随活动组件相对电池装置30上的指示标识50转动,两者的对位状态用于指示雾化装置10和电池装置30的对位状态:当两者对位成功时,则表明雾化装置10和电池装置30对位成功;当两者错位时,则表明雾化装置10和电池装置30处于错位状态。在本具体实施例中,指示标识50分别设置于储液舱130的外表面以及电池装置30的外表面。
进一步地,请参看图9与图10,电子烟100还包括检测模块70、控制模块80以及电源模块90。雾化装置10还包括启动标识60。启动标识60设置于活动组件上,并可在外力作用下随活动组件相对电池装置30转动。检测模块70设置于电池装置30上,且仅当雾化装置10与电池装置30准确对位时,检测模块70可检测到启动标识60,并将是否检测到 启动标识60的信息反馈给控制模块80。控制模块80以及电源模块90均设置于电池装置30内。控制模块80用于当检测模块70检测到启动标识60时控制雾化装置30与电源模块90之间的电路导通,并当检测模块70未检测到启动标识60时,控制雾化装置10与电源模块90之间的电路断开。电源模块90用于当其与雾化装置30之间的电路导通时为雾化装置30提供电能。考虑到儿童操作单纯,较难想到雾化装置10通过连接组件连接到电池装置30上后,还需要在雾化装置10和电池装置30按要求对位后方可使用,因此,电子烟100具有儿童防护功能。
本发明的雾化装置10中,当锁止机构15处于解锁状态时,用户可通过旋转活动组件使雾化装置10与电池装置30准确对位,如此使得装配后的电子烟100更美观,且对于非圆柱形的雾化装置10和电池装置30在对位后使用起来更方便。另外,电子烟100中雾化装置10和电源模块90之间的电连接需要雾化装置10与电池装置30按要求对位后才能导通,具有儿童防护功能。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种雾化装置,用于电子烟,所述电子烟包括与所述雾化装置电连接的电池装置,其特征在于:所述雾化装置包括连接组件、绕所述连接组件可旋转的活动组件以及锁定机构,所述连接组件与所述电池装置连接,所述锁定机构设置于所述活动组件与所述连接组件之间,并可在外力作用下解除所述活动组件与所述连接组件之间的锁定,使所述活动组件绕所述连接组件轴线周向旋转,实现所述雾化装置与所述电池装置的对位。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述锁定机构还用于当所述雾化装置与所述电池装置对位后锁定所述活动组件与所述连接组件。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述活动组件包括雾化器底座,所述连接组件包括正极接触底座,所述雾化器底座上开设有通孔,所述正极接触底座的一端收容于所述通孔内,所述正极接触底座的另一端与所述电池装置可拆卸地连接,所述锁定机构用于锁定或解锁所述正极接触底座与所述雾化器底座。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述雾化器底座上开设有与所述通孔连通的定位孔,所述锁定机构包括沿所述定位孔轴向活动穿设于所述定位孔内的锁定件以及在所述正极接触底座面向所述定位孔的外表面开设的锁定槽,所述锁定件可分离地锁止于所述锁定槽内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述定位孔为沿垂直于所述雾化装置轴向的方向贯穿设置于所述雾化器底座相对两端的两个,所述通孔连通于两个所述定位孔之间,所述锁定件的个数也是两个,为沿所述定位孔轴向分别穿设于对应的所述定位孔内并可分离地锁止于所述锁定槽内的锁止螺丝。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述雾化器底座上开设有与所述通孔连通的定位孔,所述锁定机构包括滑动杆以及齿轮,所述齿轮固定套设于所述正极接触底座外,所述滑动杆沿所述定位孔轴向的可滑动地收容于所述定位孔内并可分离地与所述齿轮啮合。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述雾化器底座上开设有与所述通孔连通的定位孔,所述锁定机构包括滑动杆以及直接设置在所述正极接触底座与所述定位孔相对的表面的齿牙,所述滑动杆沿所述定位孔轴向的方向可滑动收容于所述定位孔内并可分离地与所述齿牙啮合。
  8. 如权利要求6或7任一所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述锁定机构还包括拨动杆,所述拨动杆的一端沿所述定位孔轴向的方向穿过所述定位孔并与所述滑动杆固定连接,所述拨动杆的另一端裸露于所述雾化装置的外轮廓外。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述锁定机构还包括弹性件以及压盖,所述滑动杆包括杆部、锁止部以及抵顶凸起,所述压盖固定嵌设于所述定位孔相对所述通孔的一端,所述拨动杆的一端沿所述定位孔轴向的方向穿过所述压盖并与所述杆部固定连接,所述锁止部设置于所述杆部相对所述拨动杆的一端,所述锁止部可在外力作用下与所述齿轮或所述齿牙可分离地啮合,所述抵顶凸起突出设置于所述杆部与所述锁止部之间,所述弹性件套设在所述杆部外周,并抵接于所述压盖与所述抵顶凸起之间,为所述滑动杆提供向靠近所述正极接触底座方向滑动的回复力。
  10. 如权利要求6或7任一所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述正极接触底座上设置有卡槽,所述齿轮的内壁面上凸出设置有卡嵌于所述卡槽内的卡齿。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述活动组件上及所述电池装置上均设置有指示标识,所述活动组件上的指示标识可在外力作用下随所述活动组件相对所述电池装置上的指示标识转动,当所述活动组件上的指示标识与所述电池装置上的指示标识对位成功时,则表明所述雾化装置和所述电池装置对位成功,当所述活动组件上的指示标识与所述电池装置上的指示标识错位时,则表明所述雾化装置和所述电池装置处于错位状态。
  12. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括雾化装置以及电池装置,所述雾化装置为上述权利要求1-11任意一项所述的雾化装置。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化装置还包括启动标识,所述启动标识设置于所述活动组件上并可在外力作用下随所述活动组件相对所述电池装置转动,所述电池装置包括检测模块、控制模块以及电源模块,
    所述检测模块设置于所述电池装置上,且仅当所述雾化装置与所述电池装置准确对位时,所述检测模块可检测到所述启动标识,并将是否检测到所述启动标识的信息反馈给所述控制模块,
    所述控制模块以及所述电源模块均设置于所述电池装置内,所述控制模块用于当所述检测模块检测到所述启动标识时控制所述雾化装置与所述电源模块之间的电路导通,且还用于当所述检测模块未检测到所述启动标识时,控制所述雾化装置与所述电源模块之间的电路断开,所述电源模块用于当其与所述雾化装置之间的电路导通时,为所述雾化装置提供电能。
