目前,电子烟已经成为市场上一种比较成熟的吸烟替代品,其通过电池对雾化器中的发热单元进行供电,使发热单元在电驱动下加热烟液产生烟雾,从而使用户获得吸烟体验。
现有的电子烟通过在注液孔上盖设一盖体从而对注液孔进行密封。当用户需要注液时,只需将盖体打开即可。如此简单的操作,使得儿童在拿到电子烟后,易误将盖体打开,从而接触到存储在储液腔内的烟液或其他烟液类似物,进而对儿童构成安全隐患。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明提供一种结构简单且儿童不易打开的电子烟。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现的:
一种需用顶针打开的电子烟,所述电子烟包括本体、盖体、卡位件以及卡合件,本体的侧壁/端壁上开设有注液孔,注液孔与设置在本体腔内的储液件连通,盖体盖设在注液孔上,卡位件设置在本体上,卡合件设置在盖体上,卡位件与卡合件互相卡合使得盖体固定在本体上,所述电子烟还包括推动件以及顶针,推动件设置在卡合件与盖体之间或设置在卡位件的一端,顶针抵顶推动件,使得卡合件可相对盖体运动或卡位件可相对本体运动,从而解除卡位件与卡合件之间的卡合。

一种需用顶针打开的电子烟,包括本体1、盖体2、卡位件11、卡合件21、推动件22以及顶针3。本体1的侧壁/端壁上开设有注液孔12,注液孔12与设置在本体1腔内的储液件连通,盖体2盖设在注液孔12上,卡位件11设置在本体1上,卡合件21设置在盖体2上,卡位件11与卡合件21互相卡合使得盖体2固定在本体1上,推动件22设置在卡合件21与盖体2之间,顶针3抵顶推动件22,使得卡合件21可相对盖体2运动,从而解除卡位件11与卡合件21之间的卡合。
本实施例中,卡位件11是一凸设在本体1上的卡位凸台。卡合件21设置在盖体2的一端,且卡合件21与盖体2之间预设有供卡合件21朝向或背离盖体2运动的间隙,推动件22设置在所述间隙中,用于阻碍卡合件21朝向盖体2运动。当用户需要注液时,用顶针3抵顶推动件22,推动件22脱离所述间隙,使得卡合件21可朝向盖体2运动,从而解除卡位件11与卡合件21之间的卡合,由此,可打开盖体2。
进一步地,盖体2上设有第一弹性件23,推动件22的一端与第一弹性件23连接。推动件22可在第一弹性件23的弹力作用下,被弹推至所述间隙中,当顶针3抵顶推动件22时,第一弹性件23被压缩,推动件22脱离所述间隙。
进一步地,卡合件21大致呈Z型,其一端开设有与卡位件11卡持配合的卡槽24,另一端通过一第二弹性件25设置在盖体2的一端。拉伸第二弹性件25,卡合件21背离盖体2运动,与卡位件11卡持;压缩第二弹性件25,卡合件21朝向盖体2运动,与卡位件11脱离。
进一步地,本体1的侧壁上开设有收容腔,用于收容盖体2,注液孔12开设在收容腔的底壁上,盖体2相对卡合件21的一端与本体1可转动地连接。
进一步地,盖体2相对卡合件21的一端通过一转轴与本体1可转动地连接。
进一步地,电子烟还包括密封件26。密封件26凸设在盖体2朝向注液孔12的一侧,用于盖住注液孔12防止漏液。
进一步地,电子烟还包括限位件27。限位件27凸设在盖体2靠近卡合件21的一端,卡合件21套设有第二弹性件25的一端的侧壁卡设在限位件27上,限位件27用以避免卡合件21从盖体2上脱离且用以限制卡合件21相对盖体2的移动范围。
当用户需要注液时,需用顶针3抵顶推动件22,使推动件22脱离所述间隙,从而可推动卡合件21朝向盖体2运动,使得卡合件21与卡位件11脱离,进而打开盖体2,露出注液孔12。由于儿童操作动作单纯,较难想到需要通过顶针3抵顶推动件22,使推动件22脱离所述间隙,才能推动卡合件21,解除卡合件21与卡位件11的卡合,从而打开盖体2。因此,可以达到防止儿童误将盖体2打开,从而通过注液孔12接触到储液件内的烟液或其他烟液类似物的有益效果。
如图8至图12所示为本发明第二实施例:
一种需用顶针打开的电子烟,包括本体1’、盖体2’、卡位件11’、卡合件24’、推动件25’以及顶针3’。本体1’的侧壁/端壁上开设有注液孔12’,注液孔12’与设置在本体1’ 腔内的储液件连通,盖体2’盖设在注液孔12’上,卡位件11’设置在本体1’上,卡合件24’设置在盖体2’上,卡位件11’与卡合件24’互相卡合使得盖体2’固定在本体1’上,推动件25’设置在卡位件11’的一端,顶针3’抵顶推动件25’,使得卡位件11’可相对本体1’运动,从而解除卡位件11’与卡合件24’之间的卡合。
本实施例中,卡位件11’和推动件25’之间设有杠杆转轴13’,卡位件11’、推动件25’以及杠杆转轴13’组成一杠杆,分别作为杠杆的阻力臂、动力臂以及支点。卡合件24’是开设在盖体2’的一端且朝向卡位件11’一侧的凹槽。盖体2’上对应推动件25’开设有锁孔22’,使得顶针3’可穿过锁孔22’抵顶推动件25’,推动件25’受力朝向本体1’运动,卡位件11’则背离本体1’运动,抵推卡合件24’,从而解除卡位件11’与卡合件24’之间的卡合。
进一步地,本体1’的侧壁上开设有收容腔,用于收容盖体2’,注液孔12’开设在收容腔的底壁上,盖体2’相对卡合件24’的一端与本体1’可转动地连接。
进一步地,盖体2’相对卡合件24’的一端通过一转轴与本体1’可转动地连接。
进一步地,盖体2’与收容腔紧密配合,即,盖体2’与收容腔之间的间隙极小,用户无法在所述间隙内卡入常见工具,撬动盖体2’,从而打开盖体2’。
进一步地,收容腔内还设有两个紧固孔10’,两个紧固孔10’分别位于卡位件11’的两侧,盖体2’上还设有两个紧固塞21’,紧固塞21’与紧固孔10’互相对应且紧密配合,使得盖体2’不会轻易脱落。
进一步地,盖体2’设有卡合件24’一端的顶部还开设有施力凹槽23’,当卡位件11’抵推卡合件24’,使得盖体2’至少部分脱离收容腔后,用户可在施力凹槽23’处施力,有利于用户打开盖体2’。
进一步地,电子烟还包括密封件26’。密封件26’凸设在盖体2’朝向注液孔12’的一侧,用于盖住注液孔12’防止漏液。
当用户需要注液时,需用一顶针3’穿过锁孔22’后抵推推动件25’,卡位件11’由此翘起抵顶盖体2’,使得盖体2’至少部分脱离收容腔,由此,用户可以打开盖体2’,露出注液孔12’。由于儿童操作动作单纯,较难想到需要通过顶针3’穿过锁孔22’后抵推推动件25’,使得卡位件11’翘起抵顶盖体2’,进而使得盖体2’至少部分脱离收容腔后,才能打开盖体2’。因此,可以达到防止儿童误将盖体2’打开,从而通过注液孔12’接触到储液件内的烟液或其他烟液类似物的有益效果。
本发明需用顶针打开的电子烟设有顶针3、3’,在需要打开盖体2、2’的时候,需先用顶针3抵推推动件22的一端,使其收缩到盖体2内,推动卡合件21朝向盖体2运动,进而使卡位件11与卡槽24脱离,才能打开盖体2,或者需先用顶针3’穿过锁孔22’抵顶推动件25’,使推动件25’绕杠杆转轴13’旋转,卡位件11’顶开盖体2’,才能打开盖体2’,结构简单且儿童不易打开盖体2、2’。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括本体、盖体、卡位件以及卡合件,本体的侧壁/端壁上开设有注液孔,注液孔与设置在本体腔内的储液件连通,盖体盖设在注液孔上,卡位件设置在本体上,卡合件设置在盖体上,卡位件与卡合件互相卡合使得盖体固定在本体上,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括推动件以及顶针,推动件设置在卡合件与盖体之间或设置在卡位件的一端,顶针抵顶推动件,使得卡合件可相对盖体运动或卡位件可相对本体运动,从而解除卡位件与卡合件之间的卡合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述卡位件是一凸设在本体上的卡位凸台,卡合件设置在盖体的一端,且卡合件与盖体之间预设有供卡合件朝向或背离盖体运动的间隙,推动件设置在所述间隙中,用于阻碍卡合件朝向盖体运动,当顶针抵顶推动件时,推动件脱离所述间隙,使得卡合件可朝向盖体运动,从而解除卡位件与卡合件之间的卡合。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述盖体上设有第一弹性件,推动件的一端与第一弹性件连接,推动件在第一弹性件的弹力作用下,被弹推至所述间隙中,当顶针抵顶推动件时,第一弹性件被压缩,推动件脱离所述间隙。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述卡合件的一端开设有与卡位件卡持配合的卡槽,所述卡合件的另一端通过一第二弹性件设置在盖体的一端,卡合件背离盖体运动至与卡位件卡持时,第二弹性件处于拉伸状态,卡合件与卡位件脱离时,卡合件可在第二弹性件的弹力作用下朝向盖体运动。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括限位件,限位件凸设在盖体靠近卡合件的一端,卡合件与第二弹性件连接的一端的侧壁卡设在限位件上。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述卡位件和推动件之间设有杠杆转轴,卡位件、推动件以及杠杆转轴组成一杠杆,分别作为杠杆的阻力臂、动力臂以及支点,卡合件是开设在盖体的一端且朝向卡位件一侧的凹槽,盖体上对应推动件开设有锁孔,使得顶针可穿过锁孔抵顶推动件,推动件受力朝向本体运动,卡位件则背离本体运动并抵推卡合件,从而解除卡位件与卡合件之间的卡合。
  7. 如权利要求2或6所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述本体的侧壁上开设有收容腔,用于收容盖体,注液孔开设在收容腔的底壁上,盖体相对卡合件的一端与本体可转动地连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述盖体相对卡合件的一端通过一转轴与本体可转动地连接。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述盖体与收容腔紧密配合。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述收容腔内还设有两个紧固孔,两个紧固孔分别位于卡位件的两侧,盖体上还设有两个紧固塞,紧固塞与紧固孔互相对应且紧密配合。
  11. 如权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述盖体设有卡合件一端的顶部还开设有施力凹槽。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括密封件,密封件凸设在盖体朝向注液孔的一侧。
