Description

上盖组件、雾化装置及电子烟 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟领域,特别涉及一种上盖组件、雾化装置及电子烟。
背景技术
传统电子烟的雾化装置注液时需要拧开上盖或者底座,不方便注液,且上盖或底座的拆装过程较为繁琐,另外,注液拧雾化装置上盖时容易引起雾化装置腔体内的压力变化而导致漏液,如此给使用者带来了很大的不便。同时儿童也容易接触到烟液,存在安全隐患。
实用新型内容
基于此,有必要提供一种方便注液且打开注液盖时不会引起雾化装置腔体内的压力变化的上盖组件。
还有必要提供一种带有该上盖组件的雾化装置。
更有必要提供一种带有该雾化装置的电子烟。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所要采用的技术方案是:一种上盖组件,所述上盖组件包括上盖以及可相对所述上盖于锁定位置和解锁位置之间移动的注液盖,所述上盖上设置有注液口,当所述注液盖相对所述上盖位于所述锁定位置时,所述注液盖盖设于所述上盖上而无法相对所述上盖翻转,所述注液口被封闭,当所述注液盖在外力作用下相对所述上盖由锁定位置平移至所述解锁位置时,所述注液盖可相对所述上盖翻转并打开,所述注 液口被外露。
进一步地,所述上盖上设置有供所述注液盖于所述锁定位置和解锁位置之间移动的平移槽,所述注液盖上设置有转动轴,所述转动轴可沿所述平移槽移动,所述注液盖能够绕所述转动轴相对所述上盖翻转。
进一步地,所述上盖包括底盖及盖设于所述底盖上方的压盖,所述注液口设置在所述底盖上,所述压盖一侧的边缘向内凹陷形成一端开口的缺口,所述注液口收容并显露于所述缺口内。

进一步地,所述注液盖包括设于所述盖体上与所述转动轴相对的另一端的盖合部,所述盖合部相对所述盖体的两侧延伸,且所述盖合部在所述压盖周向的宽度大于所述缺口的宽度,所述缺口两侧的所述压盖底部设有与所述缺口连通的锁定槽,且所述锁定槽在所述压盖周向上的宽度大于所述缺口的宽度,当所述注液盖位于所述锁定位置时,所述盖合部收容于所 述锁定槽内并抵挡于所述锁定槽的槽壁上,当所述注液盖位于所述解锁位置时,所述盖合部移出所述锁定槽外,所述注液盖可相对所述上盖翻转。

进一步地,所述上盖还包括弹性件,所述弹性件包括夹设于所述底盖与所述止挡件之间的夹持部及与所述夹持部连接的抵持部,所述抵持部连接于所述夹持部远离所述插口的一端,且抵持部远离夹持部的一端背向所述卡嵌槽的底壁倾斜设置,所述注液盖于锁定位置和解锁位置之间移动时,所述抵持部始终抵持所述限位件。
进一步地,所述上盖还包括套设于所述底盖外部的上盖壳体,所述注液盖还包括连接于所述锁止件远离所述上盖一端的盖体,所述上盖壳体上设置有出烟口,所述盖体上设置有通孔,所述注液盖相对所述上盖位于所述锁定位置时,所述通孔与所述出烟口相连通。
一种雾化装置,所述雾化装置包括前述任一项所述的上盖组件。
进一步地,所述雾化装置还包括底座组件、储液管以及雾化芯组件,所述储液管套设于所述底座组件上并与所述底座组件围设形成储液腔,所述雾化芯组件收容于所述储液腔内,所述上盖组件设于所述储液管相对所述底座组件的一端,并通过所述注液口与所述储液腔相连通。
一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括前述任一项所述的雾化装置。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的电子烟,当注液盖位于锁定 位置时注液口被封闭;当电子烟内烟液余量不足时,可将注液盖由锁定位置平移至解锁位置后被翻转打开,以使注液口外露,实现电子烟的注液操作,在操作过程中,注液盖需相对上盖被推出后才能翻转,而无法直接被翻转;当直接平推注液盖,即单独的翻转或平推都不能使注液口外露,必须通过平推加翻转的两步操作,才能打开注液口,因此具有儿童防护功能。

请参看图1和图2,本实用新型一较佳实施例中,电子烟(图未示)包括雾化装置100及用于为雾化装置100提供电驱动的电池装置(图未示)。雾化装置100包括底座组件10、储液管20、带有雾化腔310(如图7)的雾化芯组件30、上盖组件40以及烟嘴(图未示)。储液管20套设于底座组件10上且两者共同围设形成用于储存烟液的储液腔21(如图7),雾化芯组件30收容于储液腔21内,用于雾化烟液,上盖组件40设置于储液管20 相对底座组件10的一端,并与雾化腔310和储液腔21可选择地连通,以与雾化腔310气流连通时,便于用户吸食雾化后的烟雾;而在与储液腔21气流连通后保持储液腔21内气压的稳定,防止漏液并便于用户进行注液操作。烟嘴可拆卸地设置于上盖组件40上,以供用户吸食雾化后的烟雾。
请参看图3,具体地,底座组件10大体为中空圆柱形,其包括带有内腔110的底座11及调气环13。底座11大体呈中空圆柱形,其周向壁上开设有与内腔110连通的进气孔112。调气环13周向可旋转地套设于底座11的外周,且其上开设有与外界连通并与进气孔112连通或错开的调气槽130。当转动调气环13时,可以调节调气槽130与进气孔112的连通面积,方便使用者根据需要调节进气量的大小。
储液管20为两端贯穿的中空套管,可选的,为玻璃管或者不锈钢管,其套设于底座11外,并与底座11共同围设形成用于储存烟液的储液腔21。
请参看图4,雾化芯组件30收容于储液腔21内,雾化芯组件30包括雾化管31、发热件(图未示)、导液件(图未示)以及电极接触组件33。其中,雾化管31上下两端开口,其内形成有雾化腔310,雾化管31上开设有连通于雾化腔310与储液腔21之间的进液孔312。发热件和导液件均设置于雾化管31内,用于吸取储液腔21内烟液并在电池装置的电驱动下加热雾化。其中,发热件可为发热丝,导液件可为导液棉;且两者的设置方式可为导液棉包裹于发热丝外,或者发热丝绕设于导液件亦可。电极接触组件33设置于雾化管31的底部,一端与发热件电连接,另一端与电池装置电连接,以为雾化芯组件30提供电驱动。
外部气体由调气环13中调气槽130及底座11中进气孔112进入底座 11内腔110后,再从雾化管31下端开口进入雾化腔310,在雾化腔310内烟液雾化后形成烟雾,由雾化管31顶部及上盖组件40流入烟嘴,供用户吸食。
请参看图5和图6,上盖组件40包括上盖41及相对上盖41于锁定位置和解锁位置之间移动的注液盖43。上盖41沿注液盖43由锁定位置移动至解锁位置的移动路径依次开设有出烟口410和注液口412,注液盖43上开设有通孔430。其中,当注液盖43相对上盖41位于锁定位置时,注液盖43盖设于上盖41上而无法相对上盖41转动,通孔430与出烟口410连通,注液口412被封闭;当注液盖43在外力作用下相对上盖41由锁定位置平移至解锁位置时,注液盖43可相对上盖41翻转并打开,注液口412被外露。
如此,电子烟在使用时,注液盖43上通孔430位于锁定位置并与出烟口410连通,以便于雾化腔310内雾化后的烟雾由通孔430流出,以供用户吸食;此时,注液口412被封闭,而无法进行注液操作。而在需要进行注液操作时,通孔430通过平推的方式由锁定位置平移至解锁位置并可相对上盖41转动打开,使注液口412被外露,以通过预先泄压的方式,保证储液腔21内气压稳定,而避免因突然打开注液盖43而引起储液腔21内气压变化并发生漏液;且同时亦可进行注液操作。
具体地,上盖41包括底盖414及盖设于底盖414上方的压盖416。出烟口410和注液口412沿注液盖43由锁定位置移动至解锁位置的移动路径依次开设于底盖414上。底盖414设置于储液管20远离底座组件10的一端,且底盖414背向压盖412的表面凸出形成有中空连接固定柱4141。连 接固定柱4141插设于雾化管31远离底座11的一端,用于将上盖组件40与雾化芯组件30固定并允许雾化腔310内烟雾流通。此外,上盖组件41还包括设置于底盖414和储液管20之间的密封圈418,用于防止烟液泄露。
压盖416一侧的边缘向内凹陷形成一端开口的U字型缺口4161,出烟口410和注液口412均收容并显露于缺口4161内。具体地,缺口4161包括位于出烟口410远离注液口412一侧的连接壁4162及连接于连接壁4162相对两端并朝同一方向延伸形成的两条侧壁4164。连接壁4162靠近底盖414的表面向远离出烟口410的方向继续凹陷形成凹槽4166,从而使得压盖416与底盖414之间形成具有一定高度的收容间隙。同时,两条侧壁4164与连接壁4162连接的一端上靠近底盖414的表面向相背离的方向凹陷形成平移槽4165,且平移槽4165与缺口4161和凹槽4166连通。此时,两个平移槽4165和凹槽4166连通形成包围于缺口4161外且开口方向与缺口4161开口方向相同的U形槽。
注液盖43的一端在锁定位置时收容并限位于凹槽4166内,且所述注液盖43的一端在由锁定位置向解锁位置移动时沿平移槽4165移出凹槽4166外并可被翻转。具体地,注液盖43包括盖体433和凸出设置于盖体433的一端相对两侧的转动轴431。其中,盖体433大体呈长方形板状,其形状与缺口4161的形状相匹配。通孔430贯穿设置于盖体433上且其孔壁凸出于盖体433背向底盖414的表面。当注液盖43位于锁定位置时,转动轴431卡嵌于凹槽4166内,且通孔430的孔壁与凹槽4166的槽壁相抵接,从而阻止压盖416绕转动轴431发生翻转。当注液盖43在外力作用下由锁定位置向解锁位置移动时,请参考图6,转动轴431沿平移槽4165移动并 移出凹槽4166,使得通孔430的孔壁与凹槽4166的槽壁之间让位形成供盖体433可绕转动轴431相对上盖43翻转的转动空间。此时,可通过翻转注液盖43,将其相对上盖41打开,使得注液口412外露,以便于用户进行注液操作。且注液盖43还可在注液完成后相对盖合于上盖41上,再由解锁位置平推返回锁定位置。在整个过程中,盖体433在锁定位置时无法被直接翻转,而需要进行平推解除盖体433与压盖416之间干涉作用,才能实现盖体433的翻转,防止注液盖43在电子烟使用过程中被打开,且同时具有儿童防护功能。
注液盖43包括设置于盖体433上与转动轴431相对的另一端的盖合部432,盖合部432相对盖体433向两侧延伸,其在压盖416周向上的宽度大于缺口4161的宽度。在本具体实施例中,盖合部432为相对盖体433向两侧延伸展开的扇形。同时,缺口4161两侧的压盖416底部设有与缺口4161连通的锁定槽4163,且锁定槽4163在压盖416周向上的宽度大于缺口4161的宽度,也就是说,锁定槽4163和缺口4161形成上宽下窄的阶梯槽。如此,当注液盖43相对上盖41被推入位于锁定位置时,盖合部432收容于锁定槽4163内且抵挡于锁定槽4163的槽壁上,以防止注液盖43被继续推入。而在注液盖43相对上盖41被推出位于解锁位置时,盖合部432可通过锁定槽4163的开口移出锁定槽4163外,使得注液盖43可相对上盖41被翻转。
在本具体实施例中,注液口412为包围于部分出烟口410外周的圆弧形,在与扇形的盖合部432的形状相适配的同时,增大了注液口412的大小,方便注液操作。
进一步地,为了保证压盖416与注液盖43之间的密封性,底盖414上位于出烟口410和注液口412周围开设有密封槽4143,上盖组件40包括密封垫45,密封垫45收容于密封槽4143内且密封包围于出烟口410和注液口412外周。
请一并参看图7,在本具体实施例中,上盖41包括销钉417,销钉417由底盖414下方穿过并固定于压盖416上,以底盖414和压盖416固定。可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,压盖416与底盖414的固定方式可以根据需要而定,或者两者可一体设置,在此不作限定。
本实用新型电子烟的注液盖43位于锁定位置时,注液盖43盖设于上盖41上并无法相对上盖41翻转,出烟口410与通孔430连通,而注液口412被封闭,此时可正常进行吸食操作而无法进行注液操作;当电子烟内烟液余量不足时,可将注液盖43由锁定位置平移至解锁位置,以通过翻转打开注液盖43,以完全外露注液口412,方便操作。在操作过程中,注液盖43需相对上盖41被推出后才能翻转,而无法直接被翻转;而直接平推注液盖43,盖合部432还是遮蔽注液口412,即单独的翻转或平推都不能使注液口外露,必须通过平推加翻转的两步操作,才能打开注液口,因此具有儿童防护功能。
实施例二
请同时参看图8和图12,本实用新型实施例二提供了一种电子烟(图未示),其包括雾化装置200以及为雾化装置200提供电驱动的电池装置(图未示)。其中,雾化装置200包括底座组件10、储液管20、雾化芯组件30、上盖组件40以及烟嘴50,其与实施例一中的雾化装置100的区别就在于, 上盖组件40的结构不同,其他结构与实施例一相同,此处不再赘述。
具体地,请同时参看图9和图10,上盖组件40包括上盖41及相对上盖41于锁定位置和解锁位置之间移动的注液盖43。上盖41上设置有连通雾化腔310的出烟口410以及连通储液腔21的注液口412,注液盖43上设置有通孔430。所述上盖41包括当注液盖43处于锁定位置时可限制所述注液盖43翻转的第一连接部422,所述注液盖43设有可与所述第一连接部422锁定或者解锁的第二连接部421,当第一连接部422与第二连接部421锁定时,注液盖43无法相对上盖41翻转,此时注液口412被封闭,当第一连接部422与第二连接部421解锁时,注液盖43可相对上盖41翻转并打开所述注液口412被外露。
其中,上盖41包括上盖壳体411、收容于上盖壳体411内的底盖414以及卡嵌于底盖414上的止挡件415。
上盖壳体411大体呈两端具有开口的中空筒状结构,上盖壳体411设置于储液管20远离底座组件10的一端,且上盖壳体411面向底座组件10的表面上贯通设置有中空的连接固定柱4111。连接固定柱4111的一端与雾化管31螺纹连接,用于将上盖组件40与雾化芯组件30固定并允许雾化腔310内烟雾流通,连接固定柱4111远离雾化芯组件30的一端收容于上盖壳体411内,出烟口410由连接固定柱4111远离雾化芯组件30的一端的端口形成。
底盖414大体呈圆柱状结构,底盖414的中心处设置有贯通底盖414两端面的穿孔4142,底盖414固定收容于上盖壳体411内,且当底盖414收容于上盖壳体411内时,连接固定柱4111收容于上盖壳体411的一端贯 穿穿孔4142。底盖414面向注液盖43的表面沿底盖414的径向凹设有卡嵌槽4144,卡嵌槽4144用于卡嵌止挡件415,以固定止挡件415。卡嵌槽4144大体呈长条状,且卡嵌槽4144的两端贯通底盖414的周壁,卡嵌槽4144的宽度大于穿孔4142的外径且与穿孔4142相连通。请同时参阅图11,卡嵌槽4144一端的槽底凸设有第一凸台4145,卡嵌槽4144上相对的两个槽壁上靠近第一凸台4145均凸设有第二凸台4146,两个第二凸台4146上相对的两个侧壁上向相背离的方向均凹设有缺槽4147,缺槽4147贯通第二凸台4146上沿卡嵌槽4144长度方向设置的两个侧壁,第一凸台4145的顶面以及缺槽4147的顶壁之间的空间构成一插槽(图未标)。
本实施方式中,注液口412有两个且设置在底盖414上相对卡嵌槽4144的两侧。注液口412贯通底盖414的两表面,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,注液口412至少有一个,且开设在上盖41的顶端,例如设有一个注液口412且开设在卡嵌槽4144的一侧。
上盖41还包括扣合件420,扣合件420大致呈片状结构,且与插槽紧密配合。安装扣合件420时,只需沿插槽的开口端将扣合件420插入插槽内即可。本实施方式中,扣合件420面向注液盖43的表面凸设有两个凸起4181,凸起4181由弹性材料制成,当凸起4181受到外力作用时,能够发生变形,当解除外力时,凸起4181又能够复位。
止挡件415大体呈长条状,止挡件415背向注液盖43的表面对应第二凸台4146凹设有对位槽4151,止挡件415对应连接固定柱4111设置有插孔4152,且插孔4152贯通止挡件415的上下两表面。当止挡件415卡嵌于卡嵌槽4144内时,连接固定柱4111插入插孔4152内,对位槽4151的底 壁搭接在第二凸台4146上,由此,止挡件415与扣合件420之间形成一空腔4153,显然,空腔4153属于对位槽4151的一部分。本实施方式中,止挡件415面向注液盖43的表面凹设有与空腔4153连通的插口4154。本实施方式中,所述第一连接部422包括插口4154,进一步地包括扣合件420及凸起4181。
止挡件415相对插口4154的一端设置有限位槽4155,限位槽4155沿止挡件415的长度方向设置,且贯穿止挡件415的上下两表面。限位槽4155沿止挡件415的长度方向的相对两侧壁上向相背离的方向凹设有平移槽4156,平移槽4156大体呈腰圆形。
本具体实施方式中,上盖41还包括夹设于底盖414与止挡件415之间的弹性件419。弹性件419包括夹持部4191以及与夹持部4191连接的抵持部4192,夹持部4191大体呈方形结构,抵持部4192大体呈长条状结构,夹持部4191夹设在底盖414与止挡件415之间,抵持部4192连接在夹持部4191远离插口4152的一侧,且抵持部4192远离夹持部4191的一端背向卡嵌槽4144的底壁倾斜设置。抵持部4192具有弹性,下压抵持部4192.抵持部4192远离夹持部4191的一端能够向下移动,且当解除压力时,抵持部4192能够复位。本实施方式中,夹持部4191与抵持部4192为一体成型的不锈钢弹片,可以理解地,其他如弹簧等弹性部件同样适用。
注液盖43包括盖体433以及设于盖体433下方的锁止件434。
具体地,盖体433大体呈圆盘状结构,通孔430开设在盖体433的中心处且通孔430的孔壁背向上盖41延伸形成插接部4331,烟嘴50便套接在插接部4331上。
锁止件434大体呈腰圆形板状结构,锁止件434固定安装在盖体433背向烟嘴50的表面上,且当注液盖43处于锁定位置时,锁止件434能够封堵在注液口412上,从而关闭注液口412。锁止件434上对应通孔430设置有对位孔4341,锁止件434与盖体433连接时,对位孔4341与通孔430相连通。本实施方式中,锁止件434插接在盖体433上,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,锁止件434还可以通过卡接或胶连接等方式与盖体433连接,或锁止件434与盖体433一体成型设置,在此不作限制。
为了提升锁止件434关闭注液口412的密封性,注液口412的外周设置有密封垫45。
锁止件434背离盖体433的表面上靠近止挡件415的插口4154凸设有第一连接件4342,第一连接件4342远离锁止件434的一端向外侧延伸形成卡爪4343,卡爪4343背离锁止件434的表面凹设有与凸起4181配合的卡槽4344,且卡爪4343能够经由插口4154插入至空腔4153内,锁止件434平移时,卡爪4343能够在锁止件434的带动下于空腔4153内移动,从而使得凸起4181卡入至卡槽4344内。在本实施方式中,所述第二连接部421包括第一连接件4342,进一步地还包括卡爪4343,更进一步地还包括卡槽4344。当注液盖43处于锁定位置时,第一连接部422与第二连接部421卡接。当凸起4181卡入卡槽4344内时,插口4154的周缘抵持卡爪4343,从而限制了锁止件43相对上盖41翻转的动作。本实施方式中,凸起4181由弹性材料制成,凸起4181发生形变而卡入卡槽4344内。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,卡爪4343由弹性材料制成,卡爪4343发生变形从而使得凸起4181卡入卡槽4344内。当然,还可以理解地,在其他未 示出的实施方式中,第一连接部422及第二连接部421均设置有如磁铁等磁性件,当注液盖43处于锁定位置时,第一连接部422与第二连接部磁性连接。进一步的,所述第二连接部421包括卡爪4343,所述卡爪4343本身或者其上设置有磁性件,所述第一连接部422包括扣合件420及凸起4181,所述凸起4181上设置有如磁铁等磁性件,当卡爪4343移动到位后,卡爪4343上的磁性件与凸起4181的磁性件相互吸合,从而将锁止件434锁止,使得注液盖43与上盖41之间密封更牢固。当注液盖43处于解锁位置时,第一连接部422与第二连接部421相脱离,插口4154的周缘不再抵持卡爪4343,从而使得注液盖43可翻转。可以理解的,在其它实施方式中,所述第一连接部422和第二连接部421可采用其它形状结构及连接方式,例如第一连接部422和第二连接部421都包括卡爪4181,第二连接部421的卡爪4181与本实施方式中的形状相同,第一连接部422将卡爪4181倒置后与第二连接部421的卡爪4181卡合。
锁止件434背离盖体433的表面上靠近止挡件415的限位槽4155凸设有第二连接件4345,第二连接件4345远离锁止件434的一端向外侧伸形成限位件4346,限位件4346与限位槽4155相配合且能够于限位槽4155内滑动,限位件4346沿滑动方向的侧壁上设置有转轴孔4347。本实施方式中,注液盖43还包括转动轴431,转动轴431安装在转轴孔4347内且可滑动地卡嵌于平移槽4156内,且当转动轴431移动至平移槽4156远离插口4154的一端时,翻转注液盖43,能够使得注液盖43以转动轴431为转动中心相对上盖41转动。需要说明的是,转动轴431处在平移槽4156中的任意位置时,弹性件419的抵持部4191均弹性抵持在限位件4346上。
请同时参看图13和图14,当用户需要注液时,先朝向解锁位置平推注液盖43,使得锁止件434在注液盖43的带动下移动,第一连接部422与第二连接部421解锁,例如卡爪4343上的卡槽4344与凸起4181脱离,当卡爪4343与插口4154对位时,此时,转动轴431刚好移动至平移槽4156远离插口4154的一端,注液盖43处于解锁位置,然后翻转注液盖43,从而将注液口412外露打开,用户方可进行注液操作;请参看图12,当用户注液完毕,需要关闭注液口412时,先翻转注液盖43,使得卡爪4343经由插口4154收容在空腔4153内,此时注液盖43处于解锁位置,再朝向锁定位置平推注液盖43,使得卡槽4344与凸起4181相互卡合,插口4154的周缘抵持卡爪4343,从而限制了锁止件43相对上盖41翻转的动作,即,注液盖43无法相对上盖41翻转,此时,注液盖43处于锁定位置,第一连接部422与第二连接部421锁定。注液盖43盖设于上盖41上,注液口412被关闭,用户可进行抽吸,而无法进行注液操作。
需要说明的是,本实施方式中,当注液盖43处于锁定位置时,一方面由于弹性件419对于限位件4346的抵持作用,另一方面由于卡槽4344与凸起4181的卡合作用,使得注液盖43始终保持在锁定位置,避免了注液盖43因锁定力度较小而随意向解锁位置滑动的情况发生。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,卡槽4344与凸起4181的卡合结构以及弹性件419二者中只保留其中一个即可,同样能够避免注液盖43随意滑动的情况发生。
本实用新型实施例二的电子烟,相比较于实施例一,注液口412于底盖414上的设置位置可以不受限制,便于生产。通过平推和翻转操作相结 合,便能够打开注液口412,以完全外露注液口412,方便操作。同时,通过设置凸起4181与卡槽4344的卡合结构,使得注液盖43与上盖41之间密封更牢固。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖组件包括上盖以及可相对所述上盖于锁定位置和解锁位置之间移动的注液盖,所述上盖上设置有注液口,当所述注液盖相对所述上盖位于所述锁定位置时,所述注液盖盖设于所述上盖上而无法相对所述上盖翻转,所述注液口被封闭,当所述注液盖在外力作用下相对所述上盖由锁定位置平移至所述解锁位置时,所述注液盖可相对所述上盖翻转并打开,所述注液口被外露。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖上设置有供所述注液盖于所述锁定位置和解锁位置之间移动的平移槽,所述注液盖上设置有转动轴,所述转动轴可沿所述平移槽移动,所述注液盖能够绕所述转动轴相对所述上盖翻转。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖包括底盖及盖设于所述底盖上方的压盖,所述注液口设置在所述底盖上,所述压盖一侧的边缘向内凹陷形成一端开口的缺口,所述注液口收容并显露于所述缺口内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述缺口包括位于所述注液口一侧的连接壁及连接于所述连接壁相对两端并朝同一方向延伸形成的两条侧壁,所述连接壁靠近所述底盖的表面朝背离所述缺口的方向凹陷形成凹槽,所述平移槽由两条所述侧壁与所述连接壁连接的一端上靠近所述底盖的表面向相背离的方向凹陷形成,所述平移槽与所述缺口及所述凹槽连通,所述注液盖的一端于所述锁定位置时收容并限位于所述凹槽内,且在由所述锁定位置向所述解锁位置移动时沿所述平移槽移出所述凹槽外并可被翻转。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述注液盖包括盖体,所述盖体能够当所述注液盖位于所述锁定位置时关闭所述注液口,所述转动轴设置在所述盖体一端的相对两侧。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述注液盖包括设于所述盖体上与所述转动轴相对的另一端的盖合部,所述盖合部相对所述盖体的两侧延伸,且所述盖合部在所述压盖周向的宽度大于所述缺口的宽度,所述缺口两侧的所述压盖底部设有与所述缺口连通的锁定槽,且所述锁定槽在所述压盖周向上的宽度大于所述缺口的宽度,当所述注液盖位于所述锁定位置时,所述盖合部收容于所述锁定槽内并抵挡于所述锁定槽的槽壁上,当所述注液盖位于所述解锁位置时,所述盖合部移出所述锁定槽外,所述注液盖可相对所述上盖翻转。
  7. 如权利要求2-6任一项所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖上还设置有出烟口,所述出烟口与所述注液口于上盖上沿所述锁定位置指向所述解锁位置的方向依次设置,所述注液盖上设置有通孔,所述注液盖相对所述上盖位于所述锁定位置时,所述通孔与所述出烟口相连通。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖包括当注液盖处于锁定位置时可限制所述注液盖翻转的第一连接部,所述注液盖设有可与所述第一连接部锁定或者解锁的第二连接部。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖包括底盖及止挡件,所述底盖上设置有卡嵌槽,所述止挡件卡嵌于所述卡嵌槽内,所述平移槽沿所述止挡件的长度方向的相对两侧壁上向相背离的方向凹设形成。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述注液盖包括锁止件,所述锁止件能够当所述注液盖位于所述锁定位置时关闭所述注液口,所述转动轴设置在所述锁止件上,所述转动轴可沿所述平移槽移动而卡嵌于所述止挡件上。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述止挡件的一端背向所述注液盖的表面凹设有对位槽,所述止挡件相对所述对位槽的一端设置有限位槽,所述锁止件的一端设置有能够滑动设于所述对位槽内的卡爪,所述锁止件相对所述卡爪的一端设置有能够滑动设于所述限位槽内的限位件,所述转动轴设置在所述限位件上。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述止挡件面向所述注液盖的表面设置有连通所述对位槽的插口,所述卡爪穿过所述插口后能够在所述对位槽内移动,所述卡爪上设置有卡槽,所述对位槽内设置有与所述卡槽对应的凸起,当所述注液盖位于所述锁定位置时,所述凸起卡入所述卡槽内,所述插口的周缘抵持所述卡爪。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:第一连接部及第二连接部均设置有磁性件,当注液盖处于锁定位置时,第一连接部与第二连接部磁性连接。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖还包括弹性件,所述弹性件包括夹设于所述底盖与所述止挡件之间的夹持部及与所述夹持部连接的抵持部,所述抵持部连接于所述夹持部远离所述插口的一端,且抵持部远离夹持部的一端背向所述卡嵌槽的底壁倾斜设置,所述注液盖于锁定位置和解锁位置之间移动时,所述抵持部始终抵持所述限位件。
  15. 如权利要求10所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖还包括套设于所述底盖外部的上盖壳体,所述注液盖还包括连接于所述锁止件远离所述上盖一端的盖体,所述上盖壳体上设置有出烟口,所述盖体上设置有通孔,所述注液盖相对所述上盖位于所述锁定位置时,所述通孔与所述出烟口相连通。
  16. 一种雾化装置,其特征在于:所述雾化装置包括权利要求1-15任一项所述的上盖组件。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述雾化装置还包括底座组件、储液管以及雾化芯组件,所述储液管套设于所述底座组件上并与所述底座组件围设形成储液腔,所述雾化芯组件收容于所述储液腔内,所述上盖组件设于所述储液管相对所述底座组件的一端,并通过所述注液口与所述储液腔相连通。
  18. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括权利要求16或17所述的雾化装置。
