基于此,有必要提供一种能够解决上述至少一个技术缺陷的雾化器及其电子烟。

请参阅图6,密封件14上对应第一进液孔152开设有第二进液孔141,密封件14的上表面开设有第二滑动槽142,第二滑动槽142贯穿密封件14的周面,第二滑动槽142的一端与卡槽153相连通。在其中一个实施方式当中,密封件14为硅胶材料制成。
请参阅图7和图8,内衬件13大致呈两端开口的筒状结构,内衬件13上对应转轴16开设有定位孔131,对应限位轴17开设有第一滑动槽132,定位孔131与第一滑动槽132均在内衬件13的轴向上贯穿内衬件13的两个端面,内衬件13与转轴16转动连接,限位轴17能够相对于第一滑动槽132滑动。内衬件13的下端面开设有两个配合槽134,两个配合槽134的位置分别与第一进液孔152开启和关闭时限制件19的位置相对应。内衬件13的下端面边缘设置有卡扣133,卡扣133能够相对于第二滑动槽142滑动,并进入第二滑动槽142一端的卡槽153内将内衬件13与连接件15锁紧。
请参阅图9和图10,注液时,旋转上盖12以使上盖12及内衬件13以转轴16为中心相对于连接件15旋转,卡扣133从卡槽153内移动至第二滑动槽142,从而使内衬件13与连接件15解锁。内衬件13旋转过程中,弹性件18被内衬件13压缩以增加手感,限位轴17相对于第一滑动槽132滑动,同时卡扣133在第二滑动槽142内滑动。当第一进液孔152与第二进液孔141完全打开时,限制件19位于其中一配合槽134内,防止内衬件13随意转动将第二进液孔141 遮挡而影响注液,此时可以很方便地进行注液,也因限制件19落入其中一配合槽134内,所以能够发出振动或者声音,给用户一定的提示,告知已经到位,本实施例当中,弹性件18可以为弹簧或者橡皮塞等具有弹性恢复作用的元件。
注液完成后,反方向旋转上盖12,使卡扣133经过第二滑动槽142进入卡槽153将内衬件13与连接件15锁紧,限制件19进入另一配合槽134。
本发明的雾化器100侧滑上盖12即可使第二进液孔141露出进行注液,使注液操作更加方便简捷,可旋转的内衬件13设置于上盖组件10的内部,保证了产品外部结构的完整性。
实施例二
实施例二与实施例一的主要区别在于:第一滑动槽132、以及定位孔131的形状不同,同时本实施例中连接件15省略了安装孔154、弹性件18及限制件19,内衬件13的下端面省略了配合槽134。
请参阅图11,定位孔131为腰型孔。
第一滑动槽132大致呈“L”型,其包括相连通的平移槽1321和旋转槽1322。定位孔131与平移槽1321相互平行。
请参阅图12,内衬件13与连接件15为锁紧状态时,卡扣133位于连接件15的卡槽153内,转轴16位于平移孔1311远离旋转孔1312的一端,限位轴17位于平移槽1321远离旋转槽1322的一端。
请参阅图12和图13,当需要注液时,平推上盖12,卡扣133从卡槽153进入第二滑动槽142,从而使内衬件13与连接件15解锁,转轴16从定位孔131的一端移动到另一端,限位轴17从平移槽1321移动至旋转槽1322;请继续参阅图14,然后旋转上盖12,内衬件13以转轴16为轴线旋转,卡扣133在第二滑动槽142内转动,限位轴17相对于旋转槽1322转动直至限位轴17位于旋转 槽1322远离平移槽1321的一端,使第二进液孔141露出,进行注液。
注液完成后,反方向旋转上盖12,使卡扣133沿着第二滑动槽142滑动,限位轴17移动至平移槽1321,再平推上盖12,使卡扣133进入卡槽153,从而将内衬件13与连接件15锁紧。
本发明的雾化器100平推并侧滑上盖12可使第二进液孔141露出以便进行注液,简化了注液操作,侧滑之前增加平推操作,使儿童不能轻易打开注液口,增加了儿童防护功能。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本发明的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种雾化器,包括上盖组件、底座组件和雾化头,所述雾化器内设置有储液腔,其特征在于:所述上盖组件包括内衬件和连接件,所述连接件上开设有与所述储液腔连通的第一进液孔,所述内衬件上开设有定位孔和第一滑动槽,所述连接件上设置有安装于所述定位孔内的转轴和安装于所述第一滑动槽内的限位轴,所述第一滑动槽包括相互连通的平移槽和旋转槽,所述定位孔与所述平移槽相互平行,推动所述内衬件或所述连接件直至所述限位轴由所述平移槽滑动至所述旋转槽内,所述内衬件与所述连接件绕所述转轴相对转动,所述限位轴沿所述旋转槽移动以打开所述第一进液孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述定位孔为腰型孔,所述第一滑动槽为“L”型槽。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件上设置有卡槽,所述内衬件上对应所述卡槽设置有卡扣,或,所述连接件上设置有卡扣,所述内衬件上对应所述卡扣设置有卡槽,所述卡扣与所述卡槽卡合连接以使所述内衬件相对所述连接件保持闭合状态。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件内设置有密封件,所述密封件上对应所述第一进液孔开设有第二进液孔。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述密封件上开设有供所述卡扣通过的第二滑动槽。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件上开设有容纳部,所述密封件密封设置在所述容纳部内。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件上设置有弹性件,所述弹性件的一端固定于所述连接件,所述弹性件的另一端设置有限制件,所述内衬件上对应所述限制件开设有配合槽。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述配合槽的数量为两个,两个所述配合槽的位置分别与所述第一进液孔开启和封闭时所述限制件的位置相对应。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件上开设有安装孔,所述弹性件设置于所述安装孔内,所述限制件部分外露于所述安装孔。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的雾化器。
  11. 一种雾化器,包括上盖组件、底座组件和雾化头,所述上盖组件和所述底座组件分别安装在所述雾化头的两端,所述雾化器内设置有储液腔,其特征在于:所述上盖组件包括内衬件和连接件,所述连接件上开设有与所述储液腔连通的第一进液孔,所述连接件上设置有转轴和限位轴,所述内衬件上开设第一滑动槽,所述限位轴穿设于所述第一滑动槽内,所述内衬件与所述转轴转动连接,所述内衬件相对所述连接件转动时,所述限位轴在所述第一滑动槽内滑动,以打开或封闭所述第一进液孔。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件上设置有卡槽,所述内衬件上对应所述卡槽设置有卡扣,或,所述连接件上设置有卡扣,所述内衬件上对应所述卡扣设置有卡槽,所述卡扣与所述卡槽卡合连接以使所述内衬件相对所述连接件保持闭合状态。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件内设置有密封件,所述密封件上对应所述第一进液孔开设有第二进液孔。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述密封件上开设有供所述卡扣通过的第二滑动槽。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件上开设有容纳 部,所述密封件密封设置在所述容纳部内。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件上设置有弹性件,所述弹性件的一端固定于所述连接件,所述弹性件的另一端设置有限制件,所述内衬件上对应所述限制件开设有配合槽。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述配合槽的数量为两个,两个所述配合槽的位置分别与所述第一进液孔开启和封闭时所述限制件的位置相对应。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述弹性件为弹簧,所述连接件上开设有安装孔,所述限制件为滚珠,所述滚珠设置于所述安装孔内,所述限制件部分外露于所述安装孔。
  19. 如权利要求11-18任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述上盖组件还包括上盖,所述上盖设置于所述内衬件上,所述上盖将所述内衬件包裹。
  20. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括权利要求11-19任一项所述的雾化器。
