Description

雾化器及其电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及一种雾化器及其电子烟,特别涉及一种侧面注液的雾化器及其电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟又名为虚拟香烟、电子雾化器、电子雪茄烟,有着与香烟一样的外观,与香烟近似的味道,主要是用于在不影响健康的情况下模拟吸烟的感觉,以供戒烟或香烟替代使用。
雾化器是电子烟的重要组成部分。目前市场上的雾化器的注液方式主要包括如下两种:上注液方式与下注液方式。其中上注液方式,通常需要将雾化器的上盖打开或将雾化器从电子烟上拆卸下来使注液口露出,方可进行注液;由于储液腔与雾化腔连通、且两者之间有一定液压差,用户上注液时产生的压力易于使烟液经烟液腔、进液孔进入雾化腔,导致雾化器漏液。另外,下注液式操作比较麻烦,需要将电子烟倒置,再打开底座以注液;且由于底座通过螺纹连接于雾化器上,在螺纹连接处容易有烟液溢出。无论上述哪种方式,都会导致雾化器注液操作复杂、雾化器和/或电子烟难以清理干净。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对上述问题,提供一种侧面注液的雾化器。
一种雾化器,其包括雾化管,雾化管上开设有注液口;储液腔,设置在雾化管内且与所述储液腔连通;及挡液件,可活动地设于所述雾化管上,所述挡液件用于调节注液口与外界的相对状态,所述相对状态包括注液口与外界相通或不相通。
进一步地,所述挡液件上开设有能与注液口相通的注液窗。
进一步地,所述挡液件为套设于雾化管上的、可以做上下或左右或围绕雾化管做圆周运动的挡液环。
进一步地,所述雾化管上开设有供挡液件做上下或左右运动的导轨槽,所述挡液件可滑动地安装在该导轨槽内。
进一步地,所述挡液件的一端内径设有弹性件,当用户将挡液件向弹性件一端运动,所述雾化管上的注液口与挡液件上的注液窗重叠时,可以进行注液。
进一步地,所述挡液件为安装在雾化管上的、可以做上下或左右或围绕雾化管做圆周运动或围绕某一点转动的挡液块。

请参照图1-2,本发明较佳的实施例提供了一种雾化器100。该雾化器100包括上盖120、挡液件130、储液腔160、雾化管170、雾化组件180及底座190。所述雾化管170的相对两端分别与所述上盖120、底座190配接。所述储液腔160、雾化组件180分别设置在所述雾化管170内。所述挡液件130可活动地设置于所述雾化管170上。雾化组件180固定于底座190的一端。本实施例中,所述挡液件130由上盖120或底座190限制其在雾化管170的轴向上的移动。在其他实施例中,可以通过其他方式限制挡液件130的运动方式,以达到方便注液、且避免漏液即可。
所述雾化管170上开设有用于连通雾化管170内部与外界的注液口171,即用户可以通过该注液口171将烟液导入储液腔160内。
所述挡液件130上开设有能与注液口171相通的注液窗131。所述注液口171的大小大于、小于或等于注液窗131的大小均可。本实施例中,所述挡液件130为可转动地套设于雾化管170上的挡液环。通过转动挡液件130(带动固定 开设在其上的注液窗131转动)即可使注液口171与所述注液窗131重叠、所述注液口171与外界连通,以实现在雾化管170的侧面注液。具体为:挡液件130转动过程中,当挡液件130遮挡住注液口171时,雾化器100处于封闭状态,当注液窗131与注液口171重叠时,雾化器100处于待注液状态,可进行注液。
同时参照图3所示,进一步地,该雾化管170外径面上、且位于注液口171周围开设有用于安装密封件150的密封凹槽172。该密封件150设置于雾化管170与挡液件130之间,当雾化腔100处于封闭状态时,具有密封烟液,避免烟液从储液腔160中溢出的作用。该密封件150可以为硅胶、橡胶等材料制成。本实施例中,所述密封凹槽172的数量为2,每一密封凹槽172中安装有一密封件150.

可以理解地,所述限位件132可以是设置在雾化管100上,且限位凹槽177设置在挡液件130上。而不限于本实施例的实现方式。
进一步地,所述雾化管170包括第一管173和与第一管173配合的第二管175。所述注液口171、限位凹槽177分别开设在所述第一管173上。其中,所述第一管173为金属材质制成,所述第二管175为透明材质制成,如塑料、玻璃等。
可以理解的,所述第一管173、第二管175可以为相同材质制成,也可以为其他材质制成,而不限于本实施例的实现方式。
可以理解的,所述雾化管170可以为一体成型,也可为两个部件可拆卸或 不可拆卸配接而成。
进一步地,所述雾化器100还包括一出气管200。该出气管200的一端固定于上盖120,另一端固定于底座190的一端。所述出气管200内设置有雾化腔210,所述雾化组件180安装在所述雾化腔内。当储液腔160内的烟液通过出气管200上的进液孔进入雾化腔内,烟液被雾化组件180的导液棉吸收,最终被雾化组件180的发热元件雾化。
本发明的雾化器100进行注液的过程中,不需要进行如下操作:如打开上盖120,或是将雾化器100从电子烟上拆卸下来,或是打开底座190等,使得本发明雾化器100的注液方式简单、便捷。进一步地,注液时不会对储液腔160内烟液产生向雾化腔210流动的压力,且不会有烟液从注液口溢出。如此,本发明有效地解决了现有技术中上注液容易对储液腔160内烟液产生向雾化腔210流动的压力导致雾化器100漏液,及下注液操作复杂、容易有烟液溢出且难清理雾化器上的烟液等问题。
在另一实施例中,所述挡液件130一端通过一转轴可转动地安装在所述雾化管170上,另一端卡锁在所述雾化管170上,将挡液件130的所述另一端从雾化管170上解锁后,转动所述挡液件130使注液口171与外界连通,如此,可进行注液操作。
在另一实施例中,所述挡液件130可以是套设于雾化管170上的可以上下运动的挡液环130,所述挡液件130的一端径向设有弹性件,当用户将挡液件130向弹性件一端运动,所述雾化管170上的注液口171与挡液件130上的注液窗131重叠时,可以进行注液。进行相反的操作,挡液件130复原,雾化器100处于封闭状态。
在另一实施例中,所述雾化管170的注液口171上下或左右设有用于滑动的导轨槽,所述挡液件130活动镶嵌于导轨槽内,实现上下或左右活动的功能。当用户移动挡液件130将雾化管170内部与外界连通时,雾化器100处于待注液状态,反之,雾化器100处于封闭状态。
可以理解的,在其他实施例中,所述挡液件130不限于为挡液环,所述挡液件130可以为半环状、片状、扇形等其他形状的挡液块。
参照图4,本发明还提供一种含有上述雾化器100的电子烟300。所述电子烟300还包括插接于该上盖120上的烟嘴310、与所述雾化器100电连接的电池组件320。
上述实施例仅表达了本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,包括
    雾化管,雾化管上开设有注液口;
    储液腔,设置在雾化管内且与所述储液腔连通;及
    挡液件,可活动地设于所述雾化管上,所述挡液件用于调节注液口与外界的相对状态,所述相对状态包括注液口与外界相通或不相通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述挡液件上开设有能与注液口相通的注液窗。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述挡液件为套设于雾化管上的、可以做上下或左右或围绕雾化管做圆周运动的挡液环。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化管上开设有供挡液件做上下或左右运动的导轨槽,所述挡液件可滑动地安装在该导轨槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述挡液件的一端内径设有弹性件,当用户将挡液件向弹性件一端运动,所述雾化管上的注液口与挡液件上的注液窗重叠时,可以进行注液。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述挡液件为安装在雾化管上的、可以做上下或左右或围绕雾化管做圆周运动或围绕某一点转动的挡液块。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述挡液件一端通过一转轴固定可转动地安装在所述雾化管上,另一端可解除地卡锁在所述雾化管上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括至少一可解锁地将所述挡液件卡持在所述雾化管上的限位件。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化管外径面上、且位于注液口周围开设有用于安装密封件的密封凹槽。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的雾化器。
