为使本实用新型的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本实用新型。但是本实用新型能够以很多不同于在此描 述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本实用新型内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本实用新型不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本实用新型的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本实用新型的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本实用新型。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
本实用新型提供了一种电子烟(图未示出),该电子烟包括雾化器10与电池装置(图未示出),电池装置位于雾化器10的底部并与雾化器10电性连接。
请参阅图1-2,雾化器10包括底座组件11、位于底座组件11顶部的储液管12、位于储液管12内的雾化头(图未示出)以及位于储液管12顶部的上盖组件13。底座组件11上开设有进气口111,在本实施方式中,储液管12大致呈具有多个连续表面的筒状,与圆筒状的储液管相比,本实施方式中的多边形筒状的储液管12可以平稳放置,即使倒了,也不会任意滚动。在一个实施方式中,储液管12为塑料材质,可以采用吹注的方式形成多边形筒状的储液管12,且由此制成的储液管12尺寸稳定、放置平稳、成本较低。可选的塑料包括但不限于TRI TAN塑料。储液管12的内腔形成用于存储烟液的储液腔121,雾化头收容于储液腔121中,雾化头的内腔形成雾化腔(图未示出),雾化腔与进气口111、上盖组件13以及储液腔121均连通。使用时,储液腔121内的烟液流入雾化腔内,设置在雾化腔内的雾化元件(图未示出)在电池装置的电驱动下将流入的 烟液雾化成烟雾。外部空气通过进气口111进入到雾化腔内,与烟雾混合后,从上盖组件13流出以供用户抽吸。
请同时参阅图3-6,上盖组件13包括上盖131、固定件132、转轴133、通过转轴133与上盖131连接的注液盖134以及位于上盖11上的第一弹性件135、解锁件136与第二弹性件137。固定件132位于上盖131的顶部。
上盖131大致呈圆盘状,上盖131盖设在储液管12的上端。上盖131上开设有位于上盖131中心处的连接孔1311、相对设置于连接孔1311两侧的收容槽1312与转动槽1313、相对设置于连接孔1311另外两侧的两个注液孔1314、位于上盖131的侧壁上与收容槽1312连通的收容口1315以及位于转动槽1313相对两侧壁上的轴孔1316。连接孔1311、注液孔1314均贯穿上盖131的上、下两端面,当上盖131盖设于储液管12的上端时,连接孔1311与雾化腔连通,注液孔1314与储液腔121连通。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,注液孔1314还可以是一个或两个以上。收容槽1312贯穿上盖131的上端面,转动槽1313贯穿上盖131的上端面和侧壁。
固定件132包括本体1321以及设置于本体1321一端的限位板1322。本体1321大致呈两端开口的圆筒状,且本体1321的上端贯穿限位板1322的上表面。限位板1322的一端对应转动槽1313沿上盖组件11的轴向向下延伸形成有卡接部1323,限位板1322的另一端上开设有与收容槽1312对应的限位口1324,卡接部1323的底部开设有固定槽1325。
注液盖134包括大致呈圆盘状的盖本体1341以及位于盖本体1341底部的卡扣1342和转动部1343。卡扣1342位于盖本体1341的一侧且与限位口1324相对应,转动部1343位于盖本体1341上相对卡扣1342的一侧,转动部1343有两个,且两个转动部1343相对设置。盖本体1341上还开设有靠近转动部1343 的固定孔1344、与两个注液孔1314分别对应的两个安装槽1345以及与连接孔1311对应的一个安装孔1346。将注液盖134安装于上盖131上时,两个转动部1343均位于转动槽1313中,且每个转动部1343上均开设有定位孔1347,在本实施方式中,转轴133的每一端均依次穿过一个定位孔1347并延伸至对应的轴孔1316中,从而使得注液盖134可转动地安装在上盖131上。
第一弹性件135的一端位于固定槽1325中,第一弹性件135的另一端位于固定孔1344中,在第一弹性件135的弹力作用下,注液盖134趋向于向上翻转而与上盖131相分离。具体地,当注液盖134在外力作用下盖设在上盖131上时,第一弹性件135设置在固定孔1344中的一端发生形变,当去除外力后,第一弹性件135设置在固定孔1344的一端恢复形变,使得注液盖134与上盖131相分离。在本实施方式中,第一弹性件135是一扭簧。
请同时参阅图6-9,解锁件136包括滑移部1361以及位于滑移部1361一侧的按压部1362。滑移部1361上远离按压部1362的侧壁上设置有两个相邻的凸起1363,两个凸起1363之间形成限位槽1364,滑移部1361上开设有与卡扣1322对应的卡槽1365,卡槽1365贯穿滑移部1361的下端面,滑移部1361的上端面构成卡止板1366,卡止板1366上开设有与卡槽1365连通的滑槽1367,滑槽1367位于滑移部1361上靠近按压部1362的一侧。按压部1362的一侧与滑移部1361连接,按压部1362的另一侧穿设于收容口1315并延伸至收容口1315外,以供用户进行按压操作。因此,用户仅需单手按压按压部1362,注液盖134就可以在第一弹性件135的弹力下自动打开,而且还能在第一弹性件135的抵持作用下,位置保持固定。在本实施方式中,解锁件136可滑动地设置在收容槽1312中,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,解锁件136还可以采用其他方式可活动地设置在上盖131上,例如,可转动地设置在上盖131上,或者,可 翻转地设置在上盖131上,此处不做限制。只要活动解锁件136能够使得解锁件136与注液盖134卡合或分离即可。
第二弹性件137位于收容槽1312中,第二弹性件137的一端与收容槽1312上远离收容口1315一侧的内壁相抵持,第二弹性件137的另一端与限位槽1364的内壁相抵持。在本实施方式中,第二弹性件137是一压缩弹簧。
上盖组件13还包括位于安装孔1346中的烟嘴138、位于两个安装槽1345中的两个密封件139以及位于上盖131底部的通气管1317,烟嘴138上开设有出烟口1381,通气管1317包括通气件1318以及位于通气件1318顶部的通气圆筒1319,通气圆筒1319的顶部开设有与连接孔1311对应的通气孔1320。
安装过程:将储液管12置于底座组件11的顶部,再将储液管12与底座组件11连接后开始安装上盖组件13;首先,将解锁件136安装于收容槽1312中,并使得按压部1362穿出收容口1315外,将第二弹性件137置于收容槽1312中,使得第二弹性件137的一端与收容槽1312上远离收容口1315一侧的内壁相抵持,第二弹性件137的另一端与限位槽1364的内壁相抵持;然后,将第一弹性件135置于两个转动部1343之间,并使得转轴133的一端依次穿过一个定位孔1347、第一弹性件135、另一个定位孔1347后插入到一个轴孔1316中,将转轴133的另一端插入另一个轴孔1316中,将第一弹性件135的一端设置在固定孔1344中;接着,将本体1321置于连接孔1311中,卡接部1323置于转动槽1313中,固定槽1325卡接第一弹性件135的另一端,限位口1324与滑槽1367相对应,在限位板1322的限位作用下,可以防止解锁件136以及第二弹性件137脱离收容槽1312;再次,将两个密封件139置于两个安装槽1345内,使得一个密封件139与一个注液孔1314相对应,再将安装孔1346与连接孔1311对应,卡扣1342穿过限位口1324、滑槽1367后与卡槽1365卡接;最后,将烟嘴138置 于安装孔1346中,将通气圆筒1319套设于本体1321上,通气件1318与雾化头连接,将组装好的上盖组件13安装于储液管12的顶部,而雾化头置于储液腔121中。具体地,通气件1318与雾化头连接,上盖131与储液管12连接。
注液过程:按压按压部1362,滑移部1361朝远离收容口1315的方向压缩第二弹性件137,使得位于收容槽1312中的卡扣1342脱离滑移部1361上的卡槽1365,由于第一弹性件135的一端位于固定槽1325中,第一弹性件135的另一端位于固定孔1344中,使得卡扣1342脱离卡槽1365后,注液盖134在第一弹性件135的弹性作用下向上翻转,并带动卡扣1342自滑槽1367、限位口1324脱出。注液盖134转动到固定位置后,第一弹性件135的弹力释放完毕,注液盖134在第一弹性件135的抵持作用下保持不动,此时,可通过上盖131上的两个注液孔1314加注烟液,烟液经两个注液孔1314流入储液腔121内。
注液盖134关闭过程:按压按压部1362,滑移部1361朝远离收容口1315的方向压缩第二弹性件137,限位口1324与滑槽1367对准连通,向下翻转注液盖134,使得卡扣1342依次穿过限位口1324、滑槽1367,而位于两个安装槽1345中的两个密封件139分别与两个注液孔1314的内壁抵持,此时,松开按压部1362,滑移部1361在第二弹性件137的弹力作用下,朝靠近收容口1315的方向移动,使得卡扣1342与卡槽1365卡合,而注液盖134在卡合作用下稳定盖设在上盖131上。
本实用新型的上盖组件13,注液盖134通过转轴133与上盖131连接,固定件位于上盖131上,固定件132可用于限定解锁件136,防止解锁件136从收容槽1312脱落;由于第一弹性件135的一端位于卡接部1323上的固定槽1325中,第一弹性件135的另一端位于盖本体1341上的固定孔1344中,因此,当卡扣1342与卡槽1365脱离时,注液盖134能够在第一弹性件135的弹力作用 下相对于上盖131向上翻转至固定位置;因此,用户仅需单手按压按压部1362,注液盖134就可以在第一弹性件135的弹力下自动打开,而且还能在第一弹性件135的抵持作用下,位置保持固定;由于,储液管12大致呈具有多个连续表面的筒状,与圆柱形管相比,放置地更加平稳,即使倒了,也不会任意滚动,储液管12为塑料材质,使得储液管12尺寸稳定、放置平稳、成本较低。
上述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种上盖组件,其特征在于:包括上盖、注液盖、位于所述注液盖与所述上盖之间的第一弹性件以及可活动地设置在所述上盖上的解锁件,所述上盖上开设有注液孔,所述注液盖可转动地设置在所述上盖上,当转动所述注液盖至所述注液盖关闭所述注液孔时,活动所述解锁件,能够使得所述解锁件与所述注液盖卡合,所述第一弹性件在所述注液盖的压迫下发生形变,当活动所述解锁件至所述解锁件与所述注液盖分离时,所述注液盖在所述第一弹性件的弹力作用下与所述上盖分离,从而打开所述注液孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖的上端面上开设有收容槽,所述解锁件可滑动地设置在所述收容槽内,所述解锁件包括滑移部,所述滑移部上开设有滑槽以及与所述滑槽连通的卡槽,所述注液盖的下端面上设置有卡扣,所述卡扣能够通过所述滑槽进入所述卡槽内,滑动所述滑移部,使得所述卡扣与所述卡槽卡合或分离。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖的侧壁上开设有与所述收容槽连通的收容口,所述解锁件还包括位于所述滑移部一侧的按压部,所述按压部部分位于所述收容槽中并部分延伸至所述收容口外,所述上盖组件还包括第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件的一端与所述收容槽上远离所述收容口一侧的内壁相抵持,所述第二弹性件的另一端与所述滑移部相抵持,当所述卡扣进入所述卡槽内时,所述卡扣在所述第二弹性件的弹力作用下保持与所述卡槽卡合。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述注液盖的下端面上相对所述卡扣的一侧设置有两个转动部,所述第一弹性件位于所述两个转动部之间,所述上盖的上端面上相对所述收容槽的一侧开设有转动槽,所述上盖组件还包括转轴,所述转轴的一端设置在所述转动槽的一侧槽壁上,所述转轴 的另一端依次穿过一个所述转动部、所述第一弹性件和另一所述转动部后设置在所述转动槽的另一侧槽壁上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖组件还包括设置在所述上盖上的固定件,所述固定件包括限位板,所述限位板的一端盖设在所述收容槽上,将所述解锁件限制在所述限位板和所述收容槽之间,所述限位板上开设有与所述滑槽对应的限位口。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述限位板的另一端沿所述上盖组件的轴向向下凸设有伸入所述转动槽内的卡接部,所述卡接部上开设有固定槽,所述注液盖的下端面上设置有固定孔,所述第一弹性件的的一端卡设在所述固定槽内,所述第一弹性件的另一端设置在所述固定孔内。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述上盖上开设有连接孔,所述收容槽与所述转动槽相对设置于所述连接孔的两侧,所述固定件还包括与所述限位板连接的本体,所述本体插设在所述连接孔内。
  8. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的上盖组件,其特征在于:所述注液盖的下端面上还开设有安装槽,所述上盖组件还包括位于所述安装槽中的密封件,所述注液盖通过所述密封件关闭所述注液孔。
  9. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括储液管以及如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的上盖组件,所述上盖组件设置在所述储液管上,所述储液管内设置有储液腔,所述注液孔与所述储液腔连通。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括如权利要求9所述的雾化器。
